This study is a descriptive survey research on nursing workers at long-term care hospitals, who are largely divided into nurses and nurse aides, to identify the factors that affect their turnover intention. From August 12 to 16, 2022, the survey was conducted for 146 nursing workers in four long-term care hospitals located in G city. The survey results indicated that there were differences in their turnover intention depending on their age, religion, marital status, educational level, average monthly salary, job type, duty pattern and turnover experience, of all general characteristics (p<.05). Turnover intention had a significant positive correlation with job stress (r=.51, p<.001) and burnout (r=.62, p<.001), and had a significant negative correlation with organizational commitment (r=.-56, p<.001). Organizational commitment had a significant negative correlation with job stress (r=-.25, p=.002) and burnout (r=.-.67, p<.001), while burnout had a significant positive correlation with job stress (r=.56, p<.001). Factors influencing the nursing workers' turnover intention included job stress (β=.32, p<.001), organizational commitment (β=-.30, p=.001) and education level (β=.17, p=.022), with an explanatory power of 49.6%. Based on the results of this study, it is considered that efforts to improve the working environment for nursing workers at long-term care hospitals are needed by reducing their job stress and improving organizational commitment in order to reduce their turnover intention.

This study was done clarify the concept of clinical nurse's self-efficacy. This study was conducted using Walker & Avant's concept analysis framework, There were five aspects of the concept of Clinical Nurse's Self-Efficacy: To have faith and expectation that nurses can overcome stress and adversity in the clinical environment, To have a clear direction by believing that nurses themselves have the ability to perform nursing tasks, Allowing nurses to continue their work by believing that they have appropriate judgment to control various situations in clinical practice, Having a challenging sense of goal and motivating for the future through active participation in nursing work, and influencing various aspects from individual nurses to patients and hospital organizations. This conceptual analysis of clinical nurses' self-efficacy can recognize the need to prepare an educational system to improve nurses' self-efficacy and conduct related research.
Radical changes in modern society have influenced on the nature of the works and the importance of the career education is emphasized more than any time. Various scholars have continuously emphasized the importance of the career education in regular schools. Most career educations in regular schools, however, consist of one-time event-oriented programs because of the systematic limitations immanent in Korean school system. To overcome the limitations of the school system, scholars have contended that career educations in regular schools should be integrated into the existing subjects and the curricula. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze exemplary cases of the career education through the subjects integration in developed countries. The target of the analysis in this study was the career education related content in Australia because Australian federal and local governments have made great efforts in integrating the career education into the regular school curricula. With interviews and literature analysis, the current status of the career education through the subjects integration in federal and local governmental levels and the career education related contents in the regular school curricula of local governmental level were analyzed. Major findings of the study were as follows: 1) Career education components were mainly contained in the PDHPE(personal development, health and physical education) subject in New South Wales; 2) Understandings of a wide range of work were emphasized in the cross-curricular perspective in South Australia; 3) Career education components were mainly contained in the SOSE(studies of society and environment) subject in Victoria; and 4) Career education related contents were integrated mainly in the 'inner learner' unit in Essential Learning subject in Northern Territory. The conclusions were derived from the outcomes of the study and the recommendations were proposed for the applications of the study results and the future researches.
This study attempted to investigate how the transformational leadership perceived by flowers of telemarketing organizations. In particular, this study explored the moderating effect of followership in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. To verify the research model, 321 surveys collected from 10 domestic call centers were analyzed. Reliability, correlation, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the transformational leadership in the telemarketing organizations had a positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, it was confirmed that goal consistency, proactive participation, critical thinking, and team spirit, which are the four sub-variables of followership, all have a positive (+) effect on organizational performance, and both goal consistency and proactive participation moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. Considering the special working environment of telemarketing organizations, the results of this study suggest the need for a corporate educational role to increase transformational leadership and followership and the need to build environments by setting up an atmosphere for members to exercise follow-up, and opening up communication structures for members to follow.
The purpose of this study is not only to explore the effects of emotional labor on job stress but also to investigate the moderating effects of grit and social support between emotional labor and job stress. A survey was conducted for 804 call center counselors in Daegu, Daejeon and Suwon to figure out research questions, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0. The results of the data analysis are as follows. First, emotional labor of customer counselors was found to have a positive effect on job stress. Second, in the relationship between emotional labor and job stress of customer counselors, grit showed different results according to sub-factors. The higher the Perseverance of Effort, the higher the job stress, and the higher the Consistency of Interest, the lower the job stress. Third, in the relationship between emotional labor and job stress of customer counselors, supervisor support of social support had a moderating effect, while peer support had no moderating effect. It shows that in order to prevent job stress of customer counselors, who have a high intensity of emotional labor, it is necessary to intervene to help them develop a positive perception of themselves through non-cognitive factors such as grit and the support provided by a trusted target. In addition, appropriate intervention methods and educational environment should be supported.
The introduction of comprehensive programming channels has led to a diversity in the viewers' tastes and excessive competition between TV channels. Demand for channels on well-being is also increasing, due to the well-being and green consumption trends. This study conducted a case study on domestic and international channel branding strategies as well as an analysis on Korean channels focusing on well-being and lifestyle and found that there are no TV channels which provides comprehensive well-being information on food, clothing and housing at the moment in Korea. This study further discovered that information on such topics are currently provided in a tidbit fashion via educational or entertainment programs. Therefore, this study presented strategies for a well-being lifestyle channel brand and designed the brand mark and a station ID for the channel. This study conducted a survey targeting 50 men and women over 20 who have participated in environment-related projects for an objective verification of the channel brand strategies and design. The survey showed that the respondents were generally positive towards the necessity of the channel and of the content presented by this researcher. Some of the respondents, however, pointed out that the readability of the brand mark needs to be improved. This was reflected in the improved design and a survey comparing the two designs showed positive results. The results of this study will contribute to the launch of a well-being lifestyle channel targeting green consumers in the future.
The demand for lifelong education is increasing. Individuals, organizations, and groups are creating an environment where anyone can learn anytime, anywhere while conducting educational and learning activities. The propagation of Christianity in Korea began with education. For churches that own various human and material resources, their functions and roles in the region are more important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the role and function of church lifelong education in the community to view church lifelong education as a mission tool. It examines the significance of church lifelong education, the biblical basis for church lifelong education, and the history of church lifelong education. It also examines the role of the church in the community and its functional basis for lifelong education. I would like to present the meaning of church lifelong education as a community mission tool. Through the practice of church lifelong education, local residents have a positive perception of the church, and it can be seen that the church provides an opportunity for evangelism. It is now necessary for churches with various advantages to implement lifelong education to revitalize church lifelong education as a missionary tool for local missionary work.

This special function is a children's visual language that indirectly conveys the creator's thoughts. The use of children's perspective is a kind of special strategy, paving the way for Iranian films to survive in a special creative environment, and creating unique characteristics of Iranian films. Among the numerous Iranian directors who make children's films, Majid Majidi is one of the representative directors with personal characteristics. Of his nine Iranian films written and directed, five are children's films.At the same time, in his other Iranian films, we can more or less see the traces of children and children's perspective of the narrative and performance.Looking at the use of children's vision in Iranian films, the use of children's vision in Iranian films began with children's films and developed in Iranian children's films and other genres of Iranian films.

Traditional Chinese music has a deep indigenous color and has its own unique way of thinking and characteristics. A consensus has already been formed that linear thinking is a major feature of traditional Chinese music, and it has been implemented in both traditional multi-tone and single-tone music. It is mainly expressed in the form of single-tone music or single-tone music. This linear thought of traditional Chinese music is formed by influencing factors in various fields. For example, it is related to national culture, geographical and natural environment, religious and philosophical background, traditional Chinese notation, individual characteristics of traditional musical instruments, Yulje, composition, and transmission methods. This thinking is different from Western classical music that pursues three-dimensional thinking, and Western music emphasizes the harmony of harmony, harmony of tone and texture, logic and identity of structure, and emphasizes the aspect of space. However, traditional Chinese music emphasizes the horizontal development of melody, the fluency of ancestors, and the continuity of structure. This study was conducted to analyze the creativity education contents of dance activities in physical education textbooks for the 3rd and 4th grades of elementary school. For this purpose, 16 types of textbooks and auxiliary data for physical education in the 3rd and 4th grades of elementary school were collected and analyzed using the creative education content analysis frame of the physical education textbook based on the 4P model. In order to secure the integrity of the research, expert consultation was operated. The results of this study are as follows. First, from the viewpoint of creative person, 'inquiry' was the most common in creative mind, and the rest of the elements appeared relatively evenly. As for the subject of activity, 'individual' and 'colleague (team)' showed similar frequencies. Second, from the viewpoint of the creative process, all activity areas appeared as 'learning', and most of the elements of the activity purpose appeared evenly, and the creative process was explored. Third, from the viewpoint of creative output, physical activity performance was the most common activity method, and two or three activity methods were used together. In the creativity factor, all factors appeared evenly, and sensitivity and sophistication were the most common with 4 factors. Fourth, from the viewpoint of the creative environment, most of the activity spaces were no restrictions, and the activity media consisted of many educational contents using the body. Through this study, it was requested that creativity education in dance activities should be expanded quantitatively and intensified in quality, and the necessity of spreading creativity education contents of dance activities to other areas was explored.
