This study purposed to discuss and suggest how to apply the internationally circulated standard Korean language curriculum to the fields of education. For this purpose, principles of the curriculum development that use reference of criterions like setting the education goals and stages of the Korean as second foreign language at the Korean foreign secondary school with the cases were reviewed. Studies about the curriculums of Korean language as an unit of state were began at 2010 and being continued in 2017. These researches pointed out a standard of the Korean language education, which influenced the development of curriculums, evaluations, and textbooks. Korean language teachers need lots of informations how to adjust the curriculums because they recognize that the curriculum as a reference of criteria is very difficult to be utilized. Roles of the reference of criteria that were extracted from the review on the curriculum development of the Korean as a second foreign language are providing a content basis for setting the goals of the curriculum and setting the stages connected with the operation of semesters. After the macroscopic development, plans for the phase of a syllabus run along. At this stage, sources of the items of education should be offered and elaboration of the education contents may design the syllabus. Finally, through a series of process, programs for Korean language education and textbook will be completed. Through this whole process, standard curriculum provides orientation and guidelines for the process of the development.

This study present the standard curriculum for civil engineering considering korean education environment. The flow charts of USA's 20 universities and Korea's 6 universities are investigated. The standard curriculum are proposed based on the civil engineering curriculum of USA and Korea though analyzing of subject division, major field, and major subject. The proposed standard curriculum is expected when used to improve korean universities curriculum.

The purpose of this dissertation is to make the general korean speakers to learn the standard pronunciations. But it is in existence that the obstructions of the command of the standard pronunciations. They are the mistake in the education course on the korean pronunciations, the teacher's capability and the mass communications's duplicity. To overcome this obstructions, we must concentrate our efforts on the propagation of the standard pronunciations. To propagate of the standard pronunciations we can take a several method. These are the presentation of the pronunciation mistakes, audio-visual teaching, the presentation of the pronunciation principles and the use of the korean dictionary. The standard pronunciations are different from the pronunciations of the general korean speakers in many respects. So we can't make an accurate estimate of the pronunciation's changes. No one knows what will happen in the future about the korean pronunciations. But we must teach the standard pronunciations to the general korean speakers. The standard pronunciations are offically valid in the present time.

Korea has introduced the levy-grand system in the vocational learning finance. The standard unit price system of training cost was utilized in the distribution of training budget and the reimbursement system including total or partial training cost return has been operated in the corporate training after completing the learning course particularly. The standard unit price was calculated in the base of analyzing on supporting budget by the government per training institutions and corporate payment decision to learning institutions. The proposing standard unit price system of training cost was analyzed in the current standard price unit of training cost and then an improvement policy and the implication are derived from it. At the result of this study, the current government supporting level to e-learning and postal distance learning indicates good status.

The United States (CS2013) and Japan (J07-CS) constitute a standard informatics curriculum that reflects a changing society at the level of higher education. This study analyzed the change of standard curriculum in the United States in order to provide implications for the standard composition of higher education curriculum in Korea. The subjects were composed based on the analysis of current status of university curriculum and content knowledge in Korea. As a result of the research, the Informatics curriculum in the United States has evolved into a curriculum reflecting the changing computing environment. The information curriculum of domestic colleges included only 52% of the knowledge area of CS2013. The purpose of this study is to provide an example of the composition of subjects based on the curriculum composition policy of Japan and to provide a basis for the curriculum composition without the standard informatics education course of the college in korea.

The paper describes the new approaches to the automated analysis of curricula according to the higher education standard. The analysis process is proposed to carry out in two ways: (a) the analysis of completeness and sufficiency of curricula according to the standard of higher education; (b) the comparison of curricula of the same qualification and specialty. The problem of improving the quality of university students' training launches the process of monitoring and analyzing educational curricula and their correspondence to the higher education standard. We developed the rules and methods to compare curricula. In addition, we implemented the automated system of curricula comparison. The paper reveals the use of these methods based on the analysis of the curriculum bachelor level of higher education "Informatics", specialty "Computer science", at the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The findings put towards the idea that the implementation of developed methods as well as the automated system of curricula analysis will improve the educational services by higher education institutions.

The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation standard by which teachers in charge of environment and green growth education could conduct a project activity and examine its applicability. The results were as follows; First, 26 evaluation items were developed through interviews with teachers and expert meetings. These categories were base on 'Theme', 'Planning', 'Result' and 'Presentation', and 'Evaluation' of the project. Second, a reliability test showed that internal consistency of the items was currently high(Cronbach's alpha .8709). To examine the content validity, the project activity was evaluated by 5 different teachers, and the result showed that the evaluation standard developed in this study was a very effective tool for the teachers to do project learning. Third, from the 2011 revised national curriculum, the subject 'Environment' in middle schools would be renamed as 'Environment and Green Growth'. Also, environment project activity would be introduced in the middle school. Therefore, this study had a significant importance in the fact that it provided teachers and students with a practical evaluation standard for the environment and green growth project activity.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of exposure to blood and body fluid and factors affecting on blood and body fluid exposure of nursing students including knowledge, performance regarding standard precautions. Methods: 280 nursing students in D-city and S-city participated in this study. Data collection was conducted from January to March 2012. Students' knowledge and performance on standard precautions of infection control in hospitals were measured using the measurement developed by Hong(2010). Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way-ANOVA, ${\chi}^2-test$, Pearson correlation coeficient, logistic regression by the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: 58.6 percent of subjects experienced a exposure to blood and body fluid. The level of nursing students' knowledge level regarding standard precautions was $22.44{\pm}2.11$ and performance level was $4.31{\pm}0.50$. The factors affecting on blood and body fluid exposure of nursing students were knowledge level and education type about infection control. Conclusions: Based on the findings of this study, to decrease the exposure to blood and body fluid of nursing students, a proper education need to be stressed to improve nursing students' infection control knowledge and awareness.

Under the establishment and operating regulations of school presented only minimum standard for the founding of the school. Therefore, It is intended to suggest the reasonable space standard of the school facility, through comparison & analysis of facility standard in each city and provincial education office. Especially, The facilities standard of Chungcheongbuk-do Office Of Education has been exceeded standardization of architectural space which is proposed the Ministry of Education, and they has made the various learning space reflected creative ideas by designing all of the new school competition since 2000. In order to deal with reacting the changing method of studying like as the examples of Middle & High school in Chungcheongbuk-do, they need to set aside the enough required area for a head of students and the common space which is more than 40% in the total area according to the various learning space, securing the supporting facilities, and break & movement of the students. Moreover, Each of the city and provincial education offices are needed to establish the standardization of proper area for space organization of the planned school throughout upcoming competition.
