일개 대학원 간호학과 교과과정개편을 위한 기초연구 (The Preliminary Study for Revision of Graduate Nursing Curriculum of one College of Nursing in Korea)

  • The rapid changes in graduate nursing curriculum have resulted in many challenges to the contents in masters and doctoral program of nursing. In order to meet the changing consumer demand, to respond the specialization in clinical practice and to reflect the evolving trend in the discipline and science of nursing, this study focussed on analyzing the present graduate nursing curriculum of one college of nursing in Seoul, Korea. In order to analyze the present curriculum, data were collected by survey from the enrolled graduate students, And curriculum contents of 10 graduate nursing curricula in Korea and 6 in United States were analyzed through internet information. Based on the data from the enrolled students' responses on educational goal and objectives and divisions of nursing and the data from the graduate curriculums of other universities both in Korea and United States suggested the future direction of graduate nursing curriculum of S university as follows; It is required that theoretical development, as well as education of enhancing clinical competences and preparation of specialization, innovative work for the change and global nursing should be included in the curriculum. Majority of respondents were agreed with 6 division of nursing(Adult nursing ,Maternity nursing ,Pediatric nursing, Community nursing, Nursing administration) and the integration of nurse clinical specialist course(such as oncology nursing specialist) into the regular courses in Master and Doctorate program was required.

지식산업 전문인력 정책개발을 위한 정보검색사 교육과 자격 시험제 타당성 분석 (Validity Assessment of Ed-Program & License for Internet IR Specialist)

  • 본 연구는 민간 자격으로 공인된 인터넷 정보검색사에 관련된 연구로서 현행되고 있는 교육프로그램과 자격검정시험에 대해 그 타당성을 조사하고 각 기관들과 관련 전문가들이 지적하고 있는 문제를 조사한 후, 자격 공인기준과 절차에 대한 개선 사항과 정책 모형을 구성하는 세부 연구문제를 제시했다. 연구방법은 일차로는 교육과 자격시험을 시행하고 있는 연구대상 기관을 참여 관찰로 실태조사하고, 다음으로 대학의 문헌정보학과와 전산학 전공자(교수와 졸업생)들과 정보 산업현장의 실무자(검색실무자, 정보전문가)들, 현재 인터넷 정보검색사 양성기관이나 시험기관(인증기관포함), 그리고 관련 정부부처(노동부, 교육인적관리부, 정보 통신부) 각계 전문가들을 대상으로 현 실태에 대한 문제와 제도 등에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 자료를 바탕으로 정보인력개발과 정보검색사 자격 활성화를 위한 산학연 협동의 필요성과 그를 위한 구체적인 개선 방안 6가지와 최근 민간자격으로 공인된 검색사관련 논쟁점 등을 중심으로 논의하였다.

가족서비스 실천과정에서의 건강가정사의 관점에 대한 질적 분석 (A Qualitative Analysis of the Certified Healthy Family Specialists' Perspectives on Family Service Practice)

  • Based on the premise that perspectives or the frame of cognition may affect the ways that family practitioners support or intervene in families, this study aimed to investigate the perspectives of Certified Healthy Family Specialists (CHFS) on family practice in the Healthy Family Support Centers. A total of 9 CHFSs gave information about their beliefs and perspectives on family practice in in-depth interview. Additionally, 5 CHFS participated in focus group interview and gave information about their values, beliefs, and perspectives on family practice. Through qualitative analyses, four perspectives were found to be explicitly or implicitly carried by CHFSs: System theory perspective, Strengths perspective, Family cognition perspective, and Public intervention perspective. These four perspectives are currently leading themes of family research and are prospected to prevail in family support and intervention practices in the Healthy Family Support Centers in South Korea. Based on the results of qualitative analyses, directions and range of influence in perspectives on family practice perceived by CFHSs were discussed. In this study, the subject of Healthy Family Project, the CHFSs' aims, and emphasis on family practice were dealt with, and developmental direction establishment related to the Healthy Family Support Centers and CFHSs in the dimension of practice and policy in the future were implied.

유방자가검진을 위한 효능기대 증진 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Study on the Development of Self Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program and It's Effect for Breast Self Examination)

  • Breast self-exam is easiest, safe and cost effective to be recommended as an important method for early detection of breast cancer. This experimental research with non-equal control design was to develop the efficacy expectation program for breast self-exam based on Bandura's self-efficacy information source. The study objects selected from two local churches in Busan. Twenty from S church were selected as a study group, twenty from D church as a control group. Efficacy expectation promoting program was based on Bandura's efficacy promoting source and was two hour lecture including slide, video tape, demonstration, pamphlet. After this, there were individual interviews with them and consultations through telephone f or verbal persuasion on the weekly basis between the first week and the fifth week. The effect from the experiment were measured on the first week after education and on the fifth week. Data from control group was collected during the period from Jan 11, 2 001 to Feb 15, 2001 and data from study group was collected during the period from Jan 12, 2001 to Feb 16, 2001. Measurement instrument for this study was developed by the author with the advice of specialist in order to measure self-efficacy and breast self-exam practice. Data analysis was done by using SPSS/10.0 PC program $with^2-$ test. t-test and ANCOVA. Proved results for hypothesis were as follows. 1) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rat e of self-efficacy than control group." (1 week after education F=18.395, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) 2) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rate of exam practice than control group." (1 week after education F=37.984, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) In conclusion, efficacy expectation promoting program for breast self-exam developed by this study may increase s elf-efficacy and breast self-exam practice.

  • The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of the formation of legal and professional competence of students of higher educational institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The modern system of public relations tightens the requirements for the professional and legal competence of specialists in all spheres of life. The development of a unified nationwide strategy in the field of education focused on the formation and development of young people's skills for life in the information society, is aimed at finding ways to form an active position of a future specialist, developing an experience of a holistic understanding of the professional activity, systemic action in solving new problems and tasks. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. Based on the results of the study, the main elements of the formation of legal and professional competence of students of higher educational institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • World practice is evidence of that computer systems of an intellectual support of medical activities bound up with examination of patients, their diagnosis, therapy and so on are the most effective means for attainment of a high level of physician\`s qualification. Such systems must contain large knowledge bases consistent with the modern level of science and practice. To from large knowledge bases for such systems it is necessary to have a medical ontology model reflecting contemporary notions of medicine. This paper presents a description of an observation ontology, knowledge base for the physician of general tipe, architecture, functions and implementation of problem independent shell of the system for intellectual supporting patient examination and mathematical model of the dialog. The system can be used by the following specialist: therapeutist, surgeon, gynecologist, urologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist, neuropathologist and immunologist. The system supports a high level of examination of patients, delivers doctors from routine work upon filling in case records and also automatically forms a computer archives of case records. The archives can be used for any statistical data processing, for producing accounts and also for debugging of knowledge bases of expert systems. Besides that, the system can be used for rise of medical education level of students, doctors in internship, staff physicians and postgraduate students.

정보기술 인력의 정보기술 스킬 요건 분석연구 (The Analysis of Industrial Difference in Skill Requirement for IT Personnel)

  • Being in era of the digital economy, the impact of IT on our economy more and more increased. Along with this effect, IT becomes origin of predominance of competition in every category of industry. Regarding new trends in industry, companies have to mutate their IT skill set. Every industry has their color and environment of IT and uncertainty is different. For a company, it is most important to plan own strategy with strategy view on industrial environment. The idea of this study is to find the difference of Skill Requirement in every category of industry by find what are the most important jobs and skills of IT in every industry. We set skills by categorized curriculum of specialized IT education center, then with IT specialist, checked and retouched the results and surveyed with IT people in every industry on skill set and job of IT. The result of this study can gives the idea to who design curriculum and build educational contents that would fulfill the need of field. Also, this study would be meaningful that it opens the field of study of skill requirement in Korea.

사회복지과 학생의 현장실습을 통한 지역사회복지의 주체적 참여방안 연구 (A study on the subjective participation plan in community welfare by the medium of the field practicum for social work student in undergraduate courses)

  • In social welfare arena field practicum has been an essential instrument and method for social work students to get socialized to the social work professional. However, to whom involve in the actual field practicum-universities(or colleges), institutes - have some difficulties. On the base of community welfare is a clinical approach in this times. To strengthen community welfare policy, the beginning of community welfare committee is such a good opportunity to tackle the problems of the field practicum. This study suggest that the problem of the field training are 1) a guidance of an individual social work institute, 2) the lack of social work institute, 3) the absence of the trainee's sense of values, 4) the bad conditions of the field practicum for social work students in undergraduate courses at the university(or college), and 5) the lack of professionalism for supervisors. This study makes the following social work suggestions to vitalize field practicum in community welfare. It is more likely important to 1) make the law of the field practicum for undergraduate social work courses, 2) make the coordinated programs of the field practicum for undergraduate social work course in community welfare, 3) enlarge the opportunity that a field specialist take further education, 4) support and carry of supervisor reeducation, 5) make the program development of trainee's personal experiences in social work values, and 6) social work professors make a practice in the social work field.

  • The development of ICT has led positive aspects such as popularization of Internet. It, on the other hand, is causing a negative aspect, Cyber Terror. Although the causes for recent and continuous increase of cyber security incidents are various such as lack of technical and institutional security measure, the main cause which threatens the cyber security is the users' lack of awareness and attitude. The purpose of this study is the positive analysis of how the personal and job characteristics influence the cyber security training participation rate and the response ability to cyber terror response training with a sample case of K-corporation employees. In this paper, the relationship among career, gender, department, whether he/she is a cyber security specialist, whether he/she is a regular employee), "ratio of cyber security training courses during recent three years", "ratio that he/she has opened the malicious email in cyber terror response training during recent three years", "response index of virus active-x installation (higher index means poorer response)" is closely examined. Moreover, based on the examination result, the practical and political implications regarding K-corporation's cyber security courses and cyber terror response training are studied.

발달장애 아동을 위한 에듀테인먼트 플랫폼 개발 (Development of Edutainment platform for Developmental Disability Children)

  • 본 논문에서는 발달장애 아동의 교육 및 치료에 있어서 감각, 인지훈련을 효과적으로 할 수 있는 에듀테인먼트 플랫폼을 제시한다. 이를 위해 임베디드 하드웨어를 개발하고 여기서 재생할 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위한 저작도구, 학습 결과를 확인할 수 있는 관리도구, 학습 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 도구를 개발하였다. 발달장애 아동의 특성을 관찰 분석하여 개발한 하드웨어는 주의집중을 위한 감각훈련을 집중적으로 할 수 있도록 시각, 청각, 촉각 등의 자극을 제공한다. 이와 함께 개발한 소프트웨어는 특수교사 이외의 비전문가도 쉽게 교육용 콘텐츠를 만들고 학습 현장이외에서도 학습상황을 볼 수 있도록 하는 기능을 제공한다. 또한, 학습한 결과를 다음 학습단계로 적용할 수 있도록 이를 보관하고 살펴 볼 수 있는 기능도 제공한다. 이를 통해 시간, 장소의 제한 없이 효과적으로 반복 학습을 수행이 가능하다. 개발한 플랫폼을 직접 교육현장에 적용해봄으로써 주의집중과 학습 능력을 높이는데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
