The assessment framework of any edcational program is used not only as evaluation criteria of the program but as a guideline for development and implementation of the program. The aims of this paper are to develop and apply thoretical backgrounds and practical plans for the preparation of assessment framework of science education subjects in science teacher education program. The backgrounds, basic direction and practical methods of the study are described in introduction, and the natune and structure of science teachers competency, which forms the foundation of assessment framework for science teacher education, are discussed in section II. Current status of science education program m. the science education departments of the Colleges of Education is outlined in section III, and precise description of development pIans fat the assessment framework is described in section IV. Finally conclution and suggestions are presented, follow by a model assessment framework and syllabus for science education subjects prepared by applying the theory and plans developed in this study.The model assessment syllabus modified by workshops of science teacher educatorts is shown in the appendix.

There is a limitation on counteracting recent cyber-attacks with only technical security measures because they become more intelligent and large-scale to aim at employees instead of systems directly or to be conducted with unspecified multiple PCs. Thus, comprehensive measures revolved around related manpower are necessary to deal with them. However, domestic information security education system which is the base of professional manpower training lacks medium-and long-term plans for information security education, verification of education programs, and information sharing among educational institutions. This paper suggests information security education development plans for resolving problems on domestic education systems and improving cyber information security environment such as a national information security education master plan, certification system introduction of education programs, and professional manpower database management.

The purpose of this study is to suggest some activation plans of vocational home economics high school education by analyzing the actual conditions of vocational home economics high school education and surveying teachers and students' recognition and their needs toward the present vocational home economics high school education. The data were collected through reference analysis. questionnaire and interview method. They were analyzed using SPSS. The outline of this study was as follows: First. some data for examining the development trends of vocational home economics were collected especially in terms of the social and economical change related to vocational home economics education. the development of vocational home economics education based on the current curriculum. and some trends of vocational home economics education in foreign countries. Second. the real conditions of vocational home economics high school education were analyzed according to the real conditions of curriculum management in vocational home economics high schools. Based on this result. a questionnaire was designed to survey teachers and students' recognition and their needs. The items consisted mainly of the curriculum management and satisfaction of school life. Third. some activation plans of vocational home economics high school education were proposed in terms of management system(3 items). curriculum management(5 items). security of teachers and their expertise(4 items). and administration and finance(3 items).

Human rights education is to acquire understanding and knowledge about human rights, to develop values, attitudes and character that respect human rights, to develop the ability to overcome human rights violations and discriminatory acts, and to protect and promote the human rights of others. In order to prevent human rights violations of the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled, it is necessary to develop specialized human rights education plans for aviation security personnel to practice human rights perspectives. Therefore, in accordance with the 「National Civil Aviation Security Education and Training Guidelines」, specialized human rights education should be included in the initial aviation security education and regular education courses. The point is that there is a need to reexamine the aviation security education program for aviation security personnel based on the essential knowledge and educational contents for aviation security personnel to perform security screening tasks in the aviation security education course. When this happens, various efforts must be made to improve the human rights of the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled, during the security screening process, so that human rights violations will be significantly reduced. In particular, it is necessary to enhance the ability to detect dangerous terrorist items such as weapons or explosives that can be used for illegal sabotage through practical security screening training. For aviation security and aircraft safety, efforts to improve the quality of aviation security personnel training, such as human rights training, must be continuously made while thoroughly preparing for terrorism in advance.

The objective of this paper is to seek an alternative to figure out appropriate ways since difficulties lie in the introduction of LRT system to be operated by governments and self-governing local governments in the country. This situation can act as a main cause of breakdown in domestic railway industry by deepening of outflow of national wealth and technological dependency. Policy makers are required to get awareness of justification and necessity of Project management such as project strategy, goals, operating budgets, risks, investment revenue prior to preparing the outline of the introduction of LRT system shall consider securing budget in light of performance, reliability, and safety withe the help of system engineering activities during the entire project cycle such as design, construction, quality management, and commissioning before mapping out the basic plans for LRT project. In view of the current domestic conditions, the first time within the country, Seoulmetro is training professional as trust education of specialist training about LRT system, SE and PM education. This study leads to participating in PM/SE business by human power who finished from education of domestic specialist for LRT introduction corporation and businesses, it is published for introduction of specialist education and business revitalization.

The study reviewed the properness of a present job field with 26 items so that the classification system of the national technical qualification can meet the needs of the industrial structure and the technical changes of the 21st century. In addition, it aimed not only to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management and operation of the national technical qualification system but to design a new classification system of the job field to stimulate qualification holders' employment. For the purpose of this study, materials and data relevant to the national technical qualification system were comprehensively collected and analyzed. Besides, a new job field with 13 job items was proposed in this study on a basis of the collective advice of experts on the properness of the job field in the national technical qualification system.

The aim of this study was to analyze effects of a blended learning program based on case study approach and to suggest implications in appropriately evaluating blended learning in practices for corporate education and training. In order to achieve the goal, issues such as the ones related to blended learning including development and status quo of blended learning programs in the field of corporate education and training and operation models for the blended learning were reviewed. Then, the outcomes of a blended learning program were completely analyzed through systems approach. The methodology of the study was a mixed research method which was comprised of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of quantitative analysis showed that blended learning itself seemed to have significant effects on the leadership capability in general assessment and self assessment. The most viable effects of blended learning in leadership training are said to be actual change of actions and activities in leadership capability of the participants followed by changes in their job tasks contributing to improving the managerial performance of the company, good transfer to current job tasks, and implementation of the practice plans.

The methods of selection through observations and recommendations were introduced in the process of recruiting new students for the science education institutes for the gifted attached to 25 universities recently. This paper itemized the methods of screening through observations and recommendations. This paper also analyzed the problems with the methods and attempted to create plans for their improvement. The methods of selection through observations and recommendations led to the positive results that students' usual activities and attitudes in the classroom were reflected on the evaluation and that the cost of their private lessons was also reduced. However, the methods showed a few problems that need to be corrected. We point out problems occurring with examining their documents for submission and interviews. It was not easy to grade candidates' gifts, creativity, potential and development within the contents of the documents and the limited time of conducting interviews. On the plans for the developments of the implemented methods of selection through observations and recommendations, we have several suggestions. The chances for teachers' in-service training of learning the methods of selection through observations and recommendations need to be expanded. The interview needs to be enhanced and to have the same weight as the document screening. To secure the continuity of the education for the gifted, the clear guidelines from the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology along with the cooperation of the education institutes for the gifted are essential.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the past and present status of occupational safety and health education in Korea and to explore future plans for these fields. Methods: We summarized past empirical or theoretical literature. Results: Occupational safety and health education strive to protect workers' health and create healthy workplaces by solving various problems such as workers' occupational diseases and mental health in the rapidly changing occupational environment. For occupational safety and health education to be effectively utilized in occupational sites, a live education that can be applied to the field should be provided. The need for education to explore and develop the ability to prepare for new hazards, including infectious diseases such as COVID-19, has increased. Conclusion: It is believed that the occupational health education element of the new era will be occupational health education. This focus will develop the ability to closely assess and predict the collective, organizational, and personal responses of affected workplaces and the impact of occupational health sciences.

Social engineering attack means to get information of Social engineering attack means to get information of opponent without technical attack or to induce opponent to provide information directly. In particular, social engineering does not approach opponents through technical attacks, so it is difficult to prevent all attacks with high-tech security equipment. Each company plans employee education and social training as a countermeasure to prevent social engineering. However, it is difficult for a security officer to obtain a practical education(training) effect, and it is also difficult to measure it visually. Therefore, to measure the social engineering threat, we use the results of social engineering training result to calculate the risk by system asset and propose a attack graph based probability. The security officer uses the results of social engineering training to analyze the security threats by asset and suggests a framework for quick security response. Through the framework presented in this paper, we measure the qualitative social engineering threats, collect system asset information, and calculate the asset risk to generate probability based attack graphs. As a result, the security officer can graphically monitor the degree of vulnerability of the asset's authority system, asset information and preferences along with social engineering training results. It aims to make it practical for companies to utilize as a key indicator for establishing a systematic security strategy in the enterprise.
