공공서비스시설로서의 구민회관에 대한 사용자 이용현황과 요구도 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis on User Expectation and Satisfaction Toward Public Community Centers and the State of Use as Public Service Facilities)

  • The physical environment is one of several service characteristics that are important contributors to service quality. As far as public service buildings, public community facilities serve as arenas for education, social interaction, leisure, and health activities for community districts. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical state of public community facilities and use of public community facilities in Seoul and Suwon and to identify expectations of users toward the physical environment and service aspects. Site visits to four public community facilities were conducted and surveys were distributed for this study, with one hundred ninety two questionnaires analyzed. Results suggest that in order to provide more equal benefits and service to the public, cities should provide several smaller instead of one large complex community facility. Additionally, facility users indicated large gaps between their expectations and the current state of facilities due to lack of storage, noise and difficulty of use. In general, physical characteristics should be improved rather than employee's attitudes and service behaviors, resulting in greater service quality.

학교도서관 활성화사업의 성과 분석 - 대구광역시의 경우 - (A Study on the Effects of the School Library Revitalization Project: A Case Study of Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • 이 연구는 2003년부터 2008년까지 추진된 대구광역시 학교도서관 활성화사업의 성과를 평가한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 통계분석과 설문조사를 사용하였다. 본 논문은 두 가지 연구 내용을 포함하고 있다. 하나는 통계 데이터를 사용하여 학교도서관의 운영 및 활동의 주요 요소인 예산, 시설, 장서, 인력, 그리고 대출을 연도별로 분석한 것이다. 다른 하나는 활성화 사업의 효과와 만족도, 학교도서관의 기능에 대한 인식, 전담 인력의 자격, 향후 학교도서관 발전의 이니셔티브와 교육청의 정책과제 등에 관하여 학교장, 교과교사, 그리고 사서교사 및 도서관 담당교사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석한 것이다.

The Effect of the Consumer Lifestyle on Wine Purchase Behavior

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate domestic wine consumption behavior and make future sales strategies and marketing plans. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the purpose of the study, the surveys were conducted targeting 350 wine customers in Jeju and Seoul. 331 responses were collected, and out of them, 21 responses were deleted because they lacked the proper information fill in. A descriptive statistical analysis was applied to the remaining 310 responses. The statistical techniques used for carrying out hypothesis-testing are EFA_(exploratory factor analysis), multiple-regression analysis, and moderating effect in SPSS 18.0. Results - The results indicate that fashion oriented, sociality aspiration and rationality seeking lifestyles had significant influence upon internal attributes. However, well-being oriented and having enjoyment oriented lifestyle had no significant influence upon internal attributes. Furthermore, all the types of lifestyles except social aspiration lifestyles had a positive influence upon external attributes, whereas internal or external attributes had positive influence on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - The consumers who experienced wine purchases think wine selection attributes differ before and after experiencing wine drinking, and it shows that the circumstantial variables as purchase situations prove to be important predicted variables in the behavior field of wine consumers. It implies appropriate wine education according to the consuming trend about wine for wine consumers are needed.

통신판매용 의류제품의 사이즈 체계에 관한 연구(제1보) -미국과 한국의 통신판매 이용현황 비교분석 : PC통신을 이용하여 - (The Size Specification by Catalogue and Online-order for Apparel(Part I) - the Catalogue and Online-order Market Compared between Korea and the U.S. Through the Surveys Using PC-Network -)

  • This report gathers data on current catalogue and online order market in the apparel products in order to: 1) identify the current status and critical issues in this area, and 2) identify the differences between the department store markets and the domestic markets on catalogue and online order. In addition, it collected the information on consumer shopping behaviors through surveys in both Korea and the U.S., in order to: 1) compare the consumer behaviors between both countries, and 2) identify any correlations with demographic factors such as sex, age, marriage status, income, education. This was discovered by means of the collected data that in Korea there were the problefls related to the apparel products and the apparel size specification, and related to the p.c.-network. Also in Korea the department store companies do not have properly worked out size specifications and are more likely to use 'freesize' categories, while in the U.S. and Europe the reverse was found and the size specification gave more detailed information. Results of the questionnaire suggested that the U.S. was superior in the almost part of questionnaires especially in terms of the user's experience and satisfaction with catalogue & online order in apparel. Additionally, the U.S. had 2.5 times more catalogues and online sites and those were more frequently used compared to those in Korea. The consumer shopping behaviors in Korea showed a correlation with sex, age, job, marriage status and income. And there were significant correlations with education, sex and income in the U.S.

사이버대학생의 직장 유무에 따른 고립감, 상호작용, 콘텐츠만족도, 성취도 및 학습지속의향의 구조적 관계 분석 (Multi-group Analysis of Employment Status in Isolation, Interaction, Content Satisfaction, Achievement and Persistence in Cyber University)

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버대학에서 고립감, 상호작용, 콘텐츠만족도, 성취도 및 학습지속의향 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고 직장유무에 따른 차이를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2011년 2학기 A 사이버대학 학생을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 상호작용은 고립감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상호작용은 콘텐츠만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 상호작용이 성취도에 미치는 영향력이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째로 고립감과 상호작용은 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직장 유무에 따른 고립감, 상호작용, 콘텐츠만족도, 성취도 및 학습지속의향에서 경로계수 차이를 분석한 결과 집단 간 유의미한 차이는 없는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사이버대학에서의 사이버교육콘텐츠 및 교육의 질 제고를 위해 요구되는 콘텐츠 설계 및 운영전략을 제언하였다.

경기도지역 학교급식 영양사의 영양교사 후 업무 및 조직환경 변화에 대한 인식 분석 (Analysis of Recognized Changes in Performance and Organizational Environment by Dietitians Transposed to Nutrition Teachers in Gyeonggi Province)

  • This study was conducted to gather basic data on the tasks and roles of nutrition teachers by analyzing the changes inwork importance, performance frequency, and organizational environment after dietitians were transposed to nutrition teachers. E-mail surveys were sent to 100 newly assigned nutrition teachers who previously served as dietitians in Gyeonggi province. A total of 72 teachers responded to the survey. The respondents were asked the importance and frequency of 9 work-related duties performed as a dietitian and nutrition teacher, respectively. They were also surveyed regarding their satisfaction perceptions for 5 organizational changes. The majority of respondents were 36 to 40 years old (48.6%) and had 10$\sim$20 years of work experience (58.3%). Significant differences were found for work importance after changing to the role of nutrition teacher (p<0.001). In addition, work performance frequency differences were found for the categories of nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and dietary guidance. These results were attributable to the differences in work importance and performance frequency by now being a nutrition teacher rather than a dietitian. The respondents had increased satisfaction levels after changing from dietitian to nutrition teacher (p<0.001) in terms of 'pride for change in work', 'satisfaction level for pay', and 'satisfaction level for change in the organizational environment'. In order for nutrition teachers to have effective work performance, 'personal capabilities' and 'school manager support' should be coordinated. Overall, the results of this study suggest that effective training programs should be developed for nutrition teachers they can effectively complete newly assigned work tasks.

  • 소프트웨어 개발 인력 양성을 위한 여러 가지 분석과 시도가 있어 왔지만 최근에는 그 질적인 요소에 대한 산업체의 불만이 우려할 만한 수준에 와 있다고 할 것이다. 반면 경력자 위주의 채용 관행이 더욱 심화되어 대졸자의 IT 시장 진입 장벽이 높아져 대학의 불만 역시 만만치 않다. 본 연구는 대학과 산업체 간의 시각차를 최소화하기 위하여 국내 IT 기업에서 필요로 라는 대졸자 수준의 직군별 요소 기술을 분석하고 이를 근거로 최근 3년제로 전환한 전문대학 소프트웨어 학과 교과과정의 표준 안을 제시한다.

친환경농업 실천농가들의 의식실태 분석 및 지속가능기반 구축방향 (Development Strategies for Sustainability of Environment-Friendly Agriculture Based on Farm Awareness Analysis)

  • The Purpose of this paper is to establish development strategies for sustainability of environment-Friendly agriculture based on farm awareness analysis. To analysis farm management, a series of farm household surveys were conducted on farmers residing in Embong-Myun. The sample size of the survey is 108 respectively. As a survey result, satisfaction level about market stability and understanding of upper organization is high, on the contrary, awareness of related organization is low in a relative sense. Most of farmers reveal their intention to sustain environment-Friendly agriculture but future agriculturalist and an ageing society that one face as well. In order to establish development strategies for sustainability of environment-Friendly agriculture, an infrastructure should be consistently expanded. On the other hand, self-supporting ability of farmer's organization and education system attempt to expand for sustainability.

경영정보학과 졸업자들에 대한 기업의 만족도 : C 대학에 대한 사례 연구 (Satisfaction of Firms with the MIS Department Graduates : The Case Study of C University)

  • This research surveys how much firms are satisfied with the graduates of the MIS Department of C University. The subjects of this research are the graduates of the department who are working as full time workers and their supervisors, coworkers and subordinate workers evaluate how much they are satisfactory regarding their ability and knowledge to do their jobs successfully. The subjects are classified into IS practitioners and non-IS practitioners based on the tasks they are currently taking charge of. The results show that the IT - related part of the curriculum of the department provides a relative advantage for non-IS practitioners and that the management-related part of the curriculum provides a relative advantage for IS practitioners. The results also show that the curriculum does not provide the graduates enough technical proficiency to develop a successful carrier as IS specialists.

미용전공 중국유학생의 대학생활만족도와 학업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과 (Mediating effect of Self-Leadership in relationship between College-Life Satisfaction and Academic Self-Efficacy of Beauty Major Chinese Students)

  • 본 연구는 미용전공 중국인 유학생의 대학생활만족도와 학업적 자기효능감과의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 미용전공 중국인 유학생 440명을 대상으로 2019년 7월부터 8월까지 설문지를 배포 및 수집하여 결과를 분석하였다. 통계자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 Process macro를 활용하여 빈도, 기술통계, 상관분석, 부트스트랩 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 미용전공 중국인 유학생의 대학생활만족도, 셀프리더십과 학업적 자기효능감 간에 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계를 보였으며, 대학생활만족도와 학업적 자기효능감 사이에서 셀프리더십이 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 대학생활만족도와 셀프리더십이 높아질수록 학업적 자기효능감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 미용전공 중국인 유학생의 학습능률 저하와 대학생활 부적응을 해소하고, 유학생활의 성취감과 만족감을 향상시키기 위해서 유학생 맞춤형 교육서비스 제공 및 COVID 19로 인한 에듀테크 시대에 중요성이 강조되고 있는 셀프리더십의 교육 프로그램 개발을 제언하는 바이다.
