Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology for automated identification of objects and people. RFID may be viewed as a means of explicitly labeling objects to facilitate their "perception" by computing devices. RFlD systems have been gaining more popularity in areas especially in supply chain management and automated identification systems. However, there are many existing and potential problems in the RFlD systems which could threat the technology s future. To successfully adopt RFID technology in various applications. we need to develop the solutions to protect the RFID system s data information. This study investigates important issues related to privacy and security of RF1D based on the recent literature and suggests solutions to cope with the problem.

This study was conducted for an efficient utilization of waste fly ash obtained from the power plant. Fly ash was used for synthesizing zeolite. Na-Pl zeolite could be easily synthesized from waste fly ash and showed the potential to remove heavy metal ions. The synthetic zeolite showed good adsorption property for heavy metal much better than raw fly ash and natural zeolites. Na-Pl exhibited the high adsorption efficiency with a maximum value of 260 Pb mg/g and strong affinity for Pb2+ ion. The metal ion selectivity of Na-Pl was determined in a decreasing order : $Pb^{2+}$>$Cd^{2+}$>$Cu^{2+}$+>$Zn^{2+}$>$Fe^{3+}$

We investigate the multiplicity of $2{\pi}$-periodic solutions of the nonlinear Hamiltonian system with perturbed polynomial and exponential potentials, $\dot{z}= JG^{\prime}(z)$, where $z:R{\rightarrow}R^{2n}$, $\dot{z}={\frac{dz}{dt}}$, $J=\(\array{0&-I\\I&0}\)$, I is the identity matrix on $R^n,G:R^{2n}{\rightarrow}R$, G(0, 0) = 0 and $G^{\prime}$ is the gradient of G. We look for the weak solutions $z=(p,q){\in}E$ of the nonlinear Hamiltonian system.

This study is a base research for the restoration of village landscape of the Namhan-Sansung. The Namhan-Sansung has been recognized as a top destination for dining places. However, there have been increasing concerns about the village landscape and its rich historic and cultural heritages transformed into dining places. The village landscape of Namhan-Sansung should be reconstructed as a setting for education and loaming of Korean history and culture forgotten for a long time. The landscape also should be a space where resolute resistance and spirit of Korean people and a futuristic village space where environment friendly community environment harmonizes with daily lives. Restoration efforts of village landscape of the Namhan-Sansung can get to start from exploring the prototype of the village. In order to restore the prototype, it is important to review potential elements and setbacks. Based on the prototype of the Namhan-Sansung village, transitions of village landscape were reviewed and directions of restoration were proposed. Also, an improvement plan was proposed after reviewing problems in system and planning.

This plan is for a different type of welfare facilities devised by analyzing problems with existing welfare centers and focusing on connection with residents and link between culture and welfare and among generations. In terms of re-development plan of Youngsun-2-dong, Youngdo-gu, Busan and the neighborhood under this plan, Youngsun-dong, Youngdo-gu is one of the densely populated districts of the aged, with lower growth rate and poor housing and welfare facilities. However, the district has a blessed natural environment and historical site of cultural relics of the Neolithic Age as well as growth potential as a logistics center with broader network of roads linking with Bukhang Bridge when Namhang Bridge construction is complete, showing the aspiration for change toward hi-tech maritime city in the 21st century of Youngdo-gu. This plan is expected to promote unity between the old and children, protection from social marginalization, and re-socialization education and set the stage for participation and solidarity of residents in the community.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze educational theories and practices represented in the movie Dangerous Minds. This paper begins by giving the overview of the movie. Then this paper makes an analysis of the pedagogical methods and practices used by the teacher in the movie, which can encourage students to fulfill their academic success and social mobility. The lives of students at risk are transformed through the teacher's beliefs and pedagogical practices based on the constructivism, leading students on a path of selfdiscovery and self-empowerment. What is imperative in the students' lives here is their intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy toward the self and their educational system. By providing constructivist pedagogical paradigms and viewing these media texts within the context of an urban school, this paper intends to introduce educational theories and methods which can create better educational environment for students. In short, this study explores teaching theories and methods represented in the movie based on the constructivist perspectives, which are supposed to fully cultivate the potential of students.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and test an extension of dichotomous choice contingent valuation(DC-CV) methods of pre-test-market evaluation using the specific case of a cable telev-ision service. Specifically we used a double-bounded DC-CV approach. On the whole respondents accepted the contingent market and were willing to contribute a significant amount on average. This willingness varies according to individual characteristics and concerns about the service. It is concluded that the methods are potentially a useful tool for decision-makers in measuring the po-tential demand for a new cable television service and considering the provision of the service.

In this study, a new technique for detecting near miss using 4M risk assessment method is suggested. Until now, the safety education with instances of near miss has just been progressed in most industrial settings, without any systematic guideline. By menas of appling 4M risk assessment method, the organized technique, which could effectively manage the fundamental prevention of industrial accident in advance, is developed. The organized technique of near miss-management suggested in this study will take an effective role in basically expanding the application of risk assessment method, as well as in contributing the activity of zero-accident as a safety guideline in hazardous workshops.

The demand for complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is increasing worldwide. High-technology medicine is not always effective and is often accompanied by neglected self-care and high cost. Also, conventional medicine has become dependent on expensive technological solutions to health problems. Integrated medicine is not simply a synonym for complementary medicine. It involves the understanding of the interaction of the mind, body, and spirit and how to interpret this relationship in the dynamics of health and disease. Integrative medicine shifts the orientation of the medical practice from a disease-based approach to a healing-based approach. In South Korea, CAM education was first provided 20 years ago, and integrative medicine is becoming part of the current mainstream medicine. Increasing numbers of fellowships in integrative medicine are being offered in many academic health centers in the U.S. Also, it has emerged as a potential solution to the American healthcare crisis and chronic diseases, which are bankrupting the economy. It provides care that is patient-centered, healing-oriented, emphasizes the therapeutic relationship, and uses therapeutic approaches originating from conventional and alternative medicine.

Nowadays comic strip(or comics) has surpassed its limits as a role of humor and amusement. And it has firmly established its role as a kind of public information and mass media. Furthermore it is used as materials for effective learning and human nature education to prevent the problems caused by rapid changes, and means to lessen or relax stress. The author will examine the specific ability, characteristics and potential of comics in this modem society. This paper will discuss the results caused by comic strip and show the possibility that comics can achieve the aim as a mass media
