  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relative variables between lifelong education practice and lifelong education leader's characteristics in village that personal characteristics, educational participation, network characteristics and empowerment characteristics. The results of this are as follows: Firstly, the village lifelong education leaders of women, low ages, high educational background, longer living and much leadership experiences in village have been practicing the lifelong education in village. Secondly, the village lifelong education leaders who have participated much more the programs have been practicing the lifelong education in village. Thirdly, the empowerments for the village lifelong education leader are understand the residents in village, operation and management technology of program, positive attitude and voluntary thoughts.

  • This article starts with a review of the organization characteristics and corporate education training program, especially in relation to the cyber education. In particular, we empirically analyzed the factors affecting the characteristics of education program (e.g., relatedness of the program contents, method of education and instructor's ability) and the organization characters (e.g., support of manager and coworker, education culture). Hence the main purpose of this article is to suggest an empirical model explaining how these factors affect the transfer of training and enterprise revitalization. Furthermore, we suggested an expanded model about cyber education training program, transfer of training, and corporate's facilitation. We founded that the contents and method of education significantly affect the transfer of training, while instructor's ability does not significantly affect. Supports from manager and coworkers, education culture, and transfer of training also affect the enteprize revitalization.

평생교육차원의 정보화 교육 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Informatization Education in the Dimension of Lifelong Learning)

  • In the rapidly changing information age, as the need for Informatization education increases, it is necessary to further activate Informatization education for adults. First, in terms of lifelong learning, this researcher suggested learner analysis, class subject materialization, and lecture environment confirmation as three things to be considered first before the course is opened. And as a matter to be continuously considered in terms of lifelong learning, this researcher considered that the connection with the next quarter class and the continuity of learning opportunities should be considered. This study attempted to reveal the differentiated characteristics of informatization education in terms of lifelong education by presenting and analyzing three actual class cases taught by this researcher at lifelong education institutions. Its characteristics included customized education in the information age, continuous upgrades of equipment, instructor education in response to the information age, and expansion of employment opportunities. Based on the case of information education classes, this study, which analyzed the differentiated characteristics of information education at the lifelong education level, can help improve the quality of instructors and self-development of learners in the actual educational environment. For this, continuous follow-up research will also be needed.

초.중.고 학생들의 과학 정의적 특성 추이 분석을 위한 종단적 연구 (A Longitudinal Trend Analysis of Affective Characteristics related to Science)

  • The purpose of this study was to longitudinally analyze Korean students' trend on science-related affective characteristics and provide descriptive data for improving the quality of Korean science education. In this longitudinal study. 3603 students and 4737 students were sampled in elementary and secondary schools. respectively in January 1997 and March 1998. The result showed that students' affective characteristics were decreased with statistical significance(p<0.05) during elementary and junior high school periods. but students' affective characteristics were increased during high school period. Affective characteristics of male were significantly higher than those of females' (p<0.05). Difference on affective characteristics between female and male students was being decreased by increasing grades. Students' affective characteristics in metropolitan areas were significantly higher than those in regional areas and difference between them was increased in 1999 comparing to 1997. The students' affective characteristics in 1999 were lower than those in 1997 totally.

한국 어머니의 자녀교육열 : 가정의 사회인구학적 특성과 어머니의 심리적 특성을 중심으로 (Korean Mothers' Fervor for their Children's Education with a Focus on the Demographic and Psychological Characteristics)

  • This study examined effects of demographic characteristics, mothers' perceived social pressure regarding their children's education, social conspicuousness, competitiveness, and self-esteem on the mothers' fervor for their children's education. These effects were analysed separately by residential area. A total of 231 mothers who had children attend middle school at Mok-dong and Ahyun-dong surveyed by questionnaire. There were significant differences based on the mothers' residential area. Mok-dong mothers have a higher perceived social pressure about child education, self-esteem, education fervor for their child, and monthly income and fathers' and mothers' education level than Ahyun-dong mothers. In Mok-dong mothers, only demographic characteristics of the family significantly explained the mothers' education fervor. Specifically, monthly income and fathers' education level were positively related to education fervor of Mok-dong mothers. Ahyun-dong mothers' social pressure about child education and self-esteem significantly explained mothers' education fervor for their child after controlling their demographic characteristics. Specifically, positive social pressure and positive self-esteem were positively related to mothers' education fervor about their child.

농업교육프로그램 특성과 구전의도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지, 관심도의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Social Support and Interests on the Relationship Between Characteristics of Agricultural Education Program, Social Support, Interest and Word of Mouth Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to look at the mediating effect of social support and interests on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. As a results of analysis of structural model, first, social support had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. Second, interests had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. The results highlight the importance of promoting social support and individuals' interests on the agricultural education program to increase the word of intention for agricultural education program. This eventually leads the revitalization and development of agricultural education.

현직 교사들이 바라는 중등과학교사의 특성과 사전교사교육과정 (Characteristics of Good Science Teachers and Preservice Teacher Education Curriculum Percevied by Secondary Teachers)

  • Quality control of science teachers seems to be one of the most important tasks to improve the quality of science education in Korea. The purposes of this study, as a survey, were to identify characteristics of good science teachers and to make an outline of preservice teacher education curriculum for cultivating the characteristics from inserivce secondary science teachers. A questionnaire was developed for this study and distributed to 176 inservice teachers. It had three parts: 1) characteristics of good science teachers, 2) weights of preservice curriclum areas, and 3) weights of college courses. The means and standard deviations of teachers' responses were calculated. To test the differences between teacher variables, t-tests were executed. The inservice teachers perceived that the junior-high school teacher's characteristics should be different from the senior-high school teacher's. Characteristics, such as enthusiasm toward teaching or students, subject knowledge, content selection and organizing skill, teaching techniques, and scientific worldview were ranked within top five of good science teacher's chracteristics. The teachers' perception about preservice curriculum were as follows: 1) present weight of liberal arts area should be reduced: 2) weight of content area for junior-high school teachers should be different from that for senior-high school teachers: 3) present weight of pedagogy area should be increased: 4) present weight of science education area should be increased: and 5) many courses in pedagogy and sciencd education areas need to be changed, Based on the data and disussion, a conceptual model for preservice teacher education curriculum was proposed.

한복브랜드 창업가 및 종사자 특성에 따른 한복 교육, 공공지원 수요 연구 (Assessing the Demand for Hanbok Education and Public Support Using the Characteristics of Hanbok Brand Entrepreneurs and Workers)

  • The growth of the fashionable hanbok market has led to a significant increase in the number of entrepreneurs or prospective entrepreneurs with small hanbok businesses. To develop the hanbok industry, the public sector is developing and providing education and support programs to enhance the competencies of individual hanbok brand entrepreneurs. This study conducted a survey of 213 subjects such as business operators, workers, and prospective workers in the changing hanbok industry. This study investigated their hanbok education experiences as well as future demands for education and public support programs. To explore differences based on individual characteristics, this study measured such characteristics using entrepreneurial orientation as well as the artistic and entrepreneurial competencies important in running a hanbok brand and analyzed the relationship demand for education and public support. Hanbok brand worker characteristics were classified into four groups based on individual characteristics: "traditionalist," "entrepreneur," "opportunist," and "businessman." Differences existed in terms of detailed education experience and demand as well as demand for public support, depending on the group. The results of this study contribute to development of hanbok curriculums that consider individual characteristics, the effective incubation of new and prospective hanbok brand entrepreneurs, as well as the research on founding small-scale fashion businesses.

응급구조사의 업무 특성에 따른 보수교육 만족도 및 교육요구도 (Satisfaction of continuing education and need assessment according to job characteristics in emergency medical technicians)

  • Purpose: To assess the satisfaction of continuing education and need assessment according to job characteristics in emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 222 EMTs from May 28 to July 6, 2018. It consisted of questions on the method and need of continuing education, and satisfaction regarding education time, assessed using a 5-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistics, a chi-square test, and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. Results: The responses to questions on the method of continuing education (${\rho}=.000$), satisfaction of regarding the duration of continuing education (${\rho}=.029$), method (${\rho}$< .001), and topic (${\rho}=.000$) varied according to the differences in job characteristics of EMTs. Assessment and management of patients with multiple trauma ($4.17{\pm}.735$) emerged as the most important while license examination protocol for EMTs ($3.33{\pm}.968$) was rated the least important among topics for continuing education. Separation of continuing education (${\rho}$< .001), education method (${\rho}$< .001), education topic (${\rho}$< .001), and necessity of quality management of continuing education (${\rho}$< .001) differed according to the job characteristics of EMTs. Conclusion: It is important to provide a suitable program catering to the diverse requirements of EMTs. The education programs must be tailored to the needs of level 1 and level 2 EMTs separately. To improve the quality of education, it is necessary to evaluate the continuing effects.

SW 교육 훈련특성이 개인 특성과 교육 결과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of SW Education Training Characteristics on Personal Characteristics and Educational Outcomes)

  • 최근에는 교육 훈련에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있는 시기이다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 코딩이나 관련 교육들이 실제적으로 어떻게 적용되고, 활용되고 있는 지에 대한 의문 또는 실제 기업과의 연관성에 대한 부분들에 문제점은 사회 현실적인 문제에 봉착하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 훈련특성들을 세분화시켜 개개인의 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고, 이를 통해 교육 결과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 보고자 한다. 그 결과 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수는 개인 특성 중 전공역량과 학습성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, SW 교육환경은 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인 특성은 교육 결과에 만족에는 모두 정(+)의 영향을 불만족에는 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수에 대한 중요성을 강조하는 결과이며, SW 교육환경에 대한 부분에 대해 다시 한번 생각하게 하는 결과로 보여진다.
