창의·인성교육의 현장 실천도 및 효과성에 관한 교사들의 인식 분석 (A Study on Analysis of Teachers' Recognition on Field Practice and Effectiveness of Creativity and Character Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' recognition on field practice and effectiveness of creativity and character education. This study used post tests to examine the effects of teacher training for creativity and character education on 451 teachers. The results were as follows. Firstly, the average in satisfaction of teacher training for creativity and character education was 4.65 for elementary teachers and 4.35 for secondary teachers in summer, and 4.55 for elementary teachers and 4.42 for secondary teachers in winter. Secondly, effectiveness of teacher training on creativity and character education was showed highly as more than 4.0 and was higher in winter than in summer. Thirdly, in the case of field practice and effectiveness of teacher training for creativity and character education, the average of elementary teachers(3,66) was higher in respect of educational environment than that of secondary teachers(3.20) and the averages of elementary teachers and secondary teachers were 3.85 and 3.42 in respect of subject activity, respectively. In practising creativity and character education, it was analyzed that both elementary(ave. 3.89) and secondary(ave. 3.84) teachers went through some difficulties for curriculum reconstruction, development of instructional model, program development, and human and physical supports.

중소기업의 HRD를 위한 종업원 훈련프로그램의 유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effectiveness of Employee Training Program for HRD in Small and Medium Company)

  • 본 연구는 교육훈련프로그램의 적절성과 학습조직, 그리고 인구통계요인(직종, 직급, 근무연한)이 중소기업 종업원의 교육효과와 지속적 교육 참여의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 경험적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요결과에 따르면 교육훈련프로그램의 적절성은 교육효과와 지속적 교육 참여의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 학습조직 특성이 강할수록 이것이 교육효과와 지속적 교육참여의도에 긍정적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 중소기업 종업원의 인구통계 요인으로서 종업원의 직급과 직종, 근무연한에 따라 교육효과와 지속적 교육참여의도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업이 교육을 실시하고자 할 때 교육에 대하여 교육훈련의 적절성을 높이도록 설계하여 종업원들이 사전에 교육의 목적을 이해하도록 함과 동시에 기업의 학습조직을 활성화하는 노력이 중소기업의 교육훈련의 효과와 지속적 교육참여의도를 높일 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

VR 기반 산업안전교육의 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of a VR-based Industrial Safety Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of VR-based industrial safety education compared with conventional methods. For the study, three types of safety learning contents(VR-based learning, rule-based learning, and case-based learning) were developed and implemented with three college students groups. The results show that VR-based learning was effective in sustaining learning outcomes compared to other two conventional contents groups. In addition, participants perceived VR-based safety learning is attractive that facilitates their learning motivation and usefulness.

  • 이 연구에서는 국가기술자격의 분류체계가 21세기 산업구조와 기술변화에 부응할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 현행 26개로 설정되어 있는 직무분야의 적절성을 검토하였으며, 이에 터하여 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 높일뿐만 아니라 자격취득자의 취업을 촉진할 수 있는 새로운 직무분야 분류체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국가기술자격제도와 관련된 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였고, 국가기술자격 직무분야의 적절성에 대한 전문가 의견 등을 수렴하여 26개 국가기술자격 직무분야를 13개 분야로 새롭게 구분 제시하였다.

약학 실무실습교육에서의 효과적인 교수법 (Effective Teaching Skills in Pharmacy Practice Education)

  • Experiential education is a core curriculum of 6-year pharmacy education. Practicing pharmacists lie at the heart of experiential education serving as preceptors for undergraduate pharmacy students during experiential education. Preceptors are, however, confronted with a challenge of caring for patients and teaching students at the same time in a time-constrained environment. To improve the effectiveness and outcomes of experiential education, practicing pharmacists are required to demonstrate educational competence. Even small teaching moments can provide students with valuable learning opportunities that they could not have from on their own. Thus, it is vital to provide education and training for preceptors to advance their teaching skills. This article will describe practical and effective teaching skills that preceptors could adopt in the experiential education for pharmacy students. It is important that preceptors should use different teaching skills for different learners, according to their level of experience and knowledge, learning styles and needs, as well as the type of the practice. Therefore, possessing diverse teaching skills provides flexibility to adapt teaching to each student's learning levels and needs, and to the charateristics of the practice environment. Preceptors' level of confidence and comfort in using teaching skills can be enhanced through continuous practice and training, which consequently leads to the improved effectiveness of experiential education and student's satisfaction with the education.

창업 교육 역량 강화 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과 (Development and Application Effect of Entrepreneurship Education Program for Teachers)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 청소년 창업 교육을 위해 교사들의 창업 교육 역량을 강화할 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 적용 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌 연구를 통해 교육프로그램을 개발하고 타당성을 위해 전문가들의 검토와 자문을 받았다. 또한, 교사를 위한 창업 프로그램의 현장 적합성을 검증하기 위해 창업교육 연수프로그램에 참여한 교사를 대상으로 시범 적용하였으며, 이에 대한 만족도를 조사하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 창업 교육 역량 강화 프로그램을 위하여 교육 내용과 교육 방법은 온라인 교육 4시간, 오프라인 교육 26시간으로 총 30시간의 창업 교육 역량 강화 프로그램으로 개발하였다. 둘째, 창업 교육 역량 강화 프로그램의 현장 적합성 검증 및 적용 효과를 위하여 창업 교육 역량 강화 연수에 참여한 교사 88명을 대상으로 만족도 설문 조사 결과, '교육과정 편성의 적합도(M=4.58)', '수업 내용의 유익함(M=4.67)'으로 프로그램 및 교육 내용에 대하여 매우 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

다수사상자사고 대응 실습교육 프로토콜 개발 및 효과성 검증 (Development and evaluation of training protocols for mass casualty incidents during disaster response)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a training protocol to standardize the management of mass casualties as part of the disaster response, and to verify the effectiveness of the training protocol. Methods: The study was conducted as a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. The protocol was divided into 5 parts, the first for the advance party, the second for the rescue team, the third for the paramedic team, the fourth for the ambulance team, and the fifth for the 119 EMS team. This study was conducted on November 15, 2021 and consisted of 21 subjects in the final experimental group and 23 subjects in the control group. In this study, the prior homogeneity test was analyzed using the χ2-test, intragroup comparisons were analyzed using the paired t-test, and intragroup comparisons were analyzed using the independent t-test. Results: The protocol was developed in five parts: advance party, rescue team, paramedics team, ambulance team, and 119 EMS team. In verifying the effectiveness of the protocol, it was found that there were significant differences in self-efficacy (t=-0.941, p=0.001) and self confidence within the group (t=-0.025, p=0.001) after the implementation of the mass casualty incident response training program. However, there was no significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it is believed that disaster response personnel can experience lower levels of anxiety and tension in disaster situations if they receive practical and realistic education and training. In the future, it is necessary to enhance protocol based practical education that can improve the knowledge and skills of each team and individual.

Development and Evaluation of a Hospice and Palliative Care Music Therapy Education Program

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a hospice music therapist training program and to evaluate its effects. Methods: The educational program consisted of training on the theory of hospice and the theory and practice of hospice music therapy. The course lasted for 4 weeks, with 8 hours of training per week, and 33 music therapists completed the course. In order to assess the effectiveness of the course, participants' knowledge and confidence regarding hospice music therapy and readiness for hospice music therapy before and after education were measured. The statistical analysis was done using SPSS version 18.0 and the paired t-test was used to assess the effectiveness of the program. Results: The trainees showed significant improvements in knowledge (P<0.001) and confidence (P<0.001) in all areas of this course, as well as in readiness for hospice music therapy (P<0.001). Participants' satisfaction with the lectures was assessed using a 5-point Likert scale. The average score for all lecture areas exceeded 4 (yes), and the satisfaction level was mostly high. Students were most satisfied with the lectures on music therapy theory, followed in order by those on music therapy practice and hospice theory. Conclusion: This hospice music therapist training program is considered to be suitable because of its positive educational effects and the high satisfaction of participants with the lectures. In order to provide high-quality music therapy services to patients and their families, this training course should be regularly offered to cultivate competent music therapists, and the content of the education should be standardized and applied in various clinical settings.

Kiosk training strategies based on IT educational App for older adults

  • 4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 사태로 인하여, 키오스크와 같은 디지털기기 사용가능 여부는 디지털 격차를 가진 노인에게 생존과 직결되는 문제이다. 본 논문은 고령자 대상 기존 정보화교육의 문제점을 분석하여 고령자의 신체·인지 노화와 라이프 사이클에 맞춤화된 정보화교육 전략을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 고령자 맞춤형 정보화교육은 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 반복 학습을 지원하는 교육용 애플리케이션 기반 IT교육 방법으로서, 키오스크 기능을 기능성게임 형식의 교육용 애플리케이션으로 개발하고 교육 후의 효과성을 실험하였다. 연구방법은 첫째 문헌분석과 FGI를 통하여 고령자 맞춤형 교육용 애플리케이션 UI 사용성 평가 프레임을 제안하고, 둘째 제안한 평가 프레임에 의거한 교육용 애플리케이션 개발, 셋째 키오스크 교육에 교육용 애플리케이션을 활용하여 교육 효과성을 실험하였다. 실험결과, 교육용 애플리케이션 사용한 후의 미션 성공률은 80.6%로 사용 전(25.5%)과 비교하여 55.1%P의 향상과 함께 미션성공 소요시간도 단축하였다. 본 연구는 비대면 상황에서 제안한 정보화교육이 기존 교육의 한계를 극복할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This practice parameter for non-pharmacological treatment for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) review the domestic and international literature on the psychosocial treatment of children and adolescents with ADHD. This parameter include the parental training & education, cognitive behavior therapy(group or individual), social skill training, family therapy, play therapy (individual psychotherapy) and non-traditional therapy (art therapy, herbal therapy et al). Among them, there is some proven evidence only in parental training & education and cognitive behavior therapy. So, this parameter describes some details only in the field of parental training & education and cognitive behavior therapy. The efficacy or effectiveness, especially, cost-effectiveness of specific psychosocial treatment method for ADHD cannot be fairly assessed due to the scarcity of controlled clinical data. Based on the clinical expert consensus and limited evidence, we cautiously suggest the practice recommendations about the non-pharmacological psychosocial treatment fur children and adolescents with ADHD.
