창조경제 활성화를 위한 금융지원 방안에 대한 연구 : 신용보증제도를 중심으로 (Analysis on the Credit Guarantee System for Creative Economy in Korea)

  • 본고에서는 창조경제하의 주요 특성(네트워크 외부성과 스필오버 효과)을 감안한 이론모형을 구축하고 신용보증 등 정책금융의 효과를 분석한 결과, 창조경제하에서 발생할 수 있는 정보의 비대칭성을 축소시킬 수 있는 인프라 구축과 금융시장의 효율성 제고가 양적 지원 확대 못지않게 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 신용보증제도와 같은 정부의 정책금융이 소기의 성과를 내기 위해서는 시장실패로 인한 자금의 갭을 메우는 것도 중요하지만 창조경제하에서 이와 같은 정보의 비대칭성을 줄일 수 있는 인프라 및 다양한 기제가 혁신기업의 창업 및 성장단계에 따라 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 것이 구비되지 않았을 경우 정책금융 지원효과는 오히려 시장에 공급되는 금융규모 자체를 줄이거나 오히려 혁신기술의 상용화 가능성을 낮출 것으로 지적되었다. 현재 우리나라의 중소기업금융과 신용보증제도 현황을 살펴본 결과 창조경제 구축에 부합하게끔 정책목표나 방향이 설정되어 있으나 양적인 측면의 공급확대이지 질적인 측면에서 보다 근본적인 정보의 비대칭성 문제 해소에는 미흡한 것으로 평가되었다. 이와 같은 논의 결과를 토대로 창조경제 활성화를 위한 금융지원의 기본방향으로 시장친화적 금융지원정책의 추진과 이를 위한 위험분담 체계의 구축, 관계형 금융 활성화, 중소기업 금융정책의 효율화가 제시되었다. 이러한 기본방향을 전제로 신용보증제도와 관련하여서는 창조경제의 특성이 고위험인 만큼 자칫 이와 같은 공적 지원의 양적 확대가 재정부담으로 작용할 수 있으므로 효율적인 보증제도의 운용 필요성이 제기되었다.

공유경제 서비스의 성공요인에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Success Factors of Sharing Economy Service)

  • 금융위기 이후 경제성장의 정체, 친환경 트렌드의 부상, 스마트폰의 대중화를 배경으로 등장한 공유경제는 불필요한 소비를 줄이고 자원 활용도를 높여 초연결 시대, 소비자 효용 증대 측면에서 주목받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유경제 서비스의 성공을 서비스 수용 후 지속적 사용으로 규정하고 서비스 이용 경험에서 지속 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인과 그 요인 간 인과적 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과, 지각된 가치와 네트워크 외부성은 신뢰 및 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고, 지각된 위험은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰는 만족과 지속이용의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고, 만족 또한 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지각된 가치와 위험, 그리고 네트워크 외부성은 신뢰와 만족을 매개하여 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 최근 그 중요성이 강조되고 있는 공유경제 서비스의 성공 요인과 요인 간 구조적 관계를 확인함으로써 불확실한 경영환경 속에서 공유경제 서비스의 경쟁력을 제고 할 수 있는 계기를 제공하고자 한다.

Applications of Sugarcane by-products to mitigate climate change in Ethiopia

  • Climate change is one of the major issues in both the developed and developing world. Greenhouse gas (GHG) emission is one of the implications for climate change. It is increasing rapidly. Although the emission is much less when compared to the rest of the world, Ethiopia has also faced this global issue. The major source for GHG emission in Ethiopia is agriculture. Therefore, the agriculture sector has to be given more attention in Ethiopia. To overcome the problem, Climate-Resilient Green Economy (CRGE) strategy has been initiated. One way of executing this target is to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly pathway to use agricultural byproducts. Sugarcane is one of the major plants in Ethiopia. Its byproducts are bagasse, molasses, and press mud. Since it is a waste product, it is economical and creates a sustainable and green environment by reducing GHG emissions. Sugarcane byproducts have versatile applications like as fuel, as cement replacing material, as a mitigation for expansive soils, as biosorbent for the treatment of water and wastewater and also as a wood material. However, Ethiopia has not used this byproduct massively as it is readily available. This paper reviews the possible applications of sugarcane byproducts to mitigate climate change.

한·중 FTA 체결에 따른 청년창업 활성화방안에 관한 연구 (The study on the Ways to Activation of the Youth Starting up a Business by Korea-China FTA)

  • After contracting of Korea-China FTA, we have expected the trade volume has mutually been increasing a lot. If we are using this contract, we would make an activation of Korea economy. Especially, Korea youngman has been caught a big chance to make a business in Korea & China. For example, Xian, which is one of center of silk road, has become big strategy area. As we need to focus on this area, we will be expected to indirect influences of consumer's industries like cosmetic, fishery products, food service, eco-friendly items. Recently, the youngman starting up a business has become a trend of kinds of alternative new job. Then, we have to provide practical solution for young man. One of this solution is 'starting up a business'. In this study, I empirically investigated the relation between Korea-China FTA and the youth starting up a business. So, I believe that this study can light up on the direction of effective starting up for making & success a business in China.

지속가능 신(新)산업물류혁신방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sustainable New Innovation Plan of the Korean Industrial Logistics)

  • Korea has the plans to improve nation and corporate global competitiveness through reducing the logistics costs. Ministry of Knowledge Economy, as the government department of in charge of the plan, establish industrial logistics policies in 2002 and 2007 and it's about time to set up the third industrial logistics policy in 2012. There are new trends for the logistics environment in terms of environment-friendly logistics, logistics securities, win-win collaboration etc. This study propose some harmonious plans between logistic productivity and the new trends in the field of logistics. For the purpose of that, we have evaluated the second industrial logistics policy. We propose the vision and objectives of the new industrial logistics policy. The vision is entering the line of industrial logistics developed nations through the sustainable logistics innovation, and the objects are smart & green logistics, win-win collaboration, lead the new logistics trends etc. We also propose the set the system and rules to push promote the new plan. In addition, industrial logistics is the new terminology setting out use by Ministry of Knowledge Economy.

친환경 식재료 구매 집단의 식품 구매 고려 변수 비교 연구 - 부산 지역 거주 여성 소비자를 대상으로 - (A Study on Purchasing Variables in the Consumption Group of Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Material in Busan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate purchasing variables in the organic food consumption level in Busan. To achieve this purpose, 240 residential women who are organic food consumers were chosen. Among them, 149 women took part in the study. The questionnaire was composed of three parts: 8 demographic characteristics, 9 organic food purchasing conditions, and 22 purchasing variables. The research was continued from August 20th until September 10th, 2007. To derive the results, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and ANOVA were used by spss 14.0. To sum up the results, three organic food consumption groups were classified into high, middle, and low consumption levels depending on buying condition for organic material. For the factor analysis, 5 factors were named as confidence, quality, safety, appearance, and economy. On the high consumption level, economy factor was highly important than other groups. In general, price would be a more sensitive factor, so they answered the adjusted price range; 52 participants said under 10%, 22 between 11% and 20%, and 17 over 40%.

  • The green craze has hit all the world lately. The green revolution which means immense changes for sustainable development under the new environment-economy system is foretelling that we should have new angle to the environment and economy. This paper is about the development of the model and indicators for construction of ECO(Energy Circulating Organic)-Village which is the green growth option of local community. This model is composed of three concepts - SPDC (about procedural methodology of Model), Virtuous Circle (about functional relationships of three requisites), Network (about spatial relationships between communities) - and evaluation indicators. Environment, tourism, industry (Energy & Organic Agriculture) are set as the three requisites for green growth of local community. Nations of the world plunge into the green war which is silent, general, sweeping changes. We can not win this war with the existing thinking system and policy. We need revolutionary changes reconsidering of environmental value and sustainable development strategy of the region. Each of us should go through the changes and this work would be the one among those efforts.

차량 경량화를 위한 최적설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Design for Lightweight Vehicle Dash)

  • Currently, the automotive market is intensively researching eco-friendly vehicles such as EV vehicles and hydrogen vehicles. Further, research and developments for the future markets such as autonomous vehicles and the connective cars are coped up continuously along with the rising fuel economy regulations and the emission regulations. In this development, various sensors, batteries, and control devices are fused in order to decrease the weight of the vehicle. Moreover, since the fuel economy regulation is an issue, research on the weight reduction of body parts is underway. Therefore, in this work, a study is conducted to obtain the optimal design of the Dash part that separates the engine room and the passenger seat of the vehicle body by combining lightweight materials with high rigidity materials. The optimal design was obtained using the Finite Element Analysis. Further, AL5083 was used as the lightweight material and ASBC1470 was used for high strength materials. The parts made with this combination of materials had strength equivalent to that of the existing steel and the weight was reduced by 10%.

친환경선박 인증과 연계한 톤세제도 합리화 방안 (Renewing Tonnage Taxation of Shipping in Linkage to Greenship Certification Scheme)

  • Tonnage taxation has contributed to developing the Korean maritime industry through tax relief for shipping companies. The current tonnage taxation relies on the net tonnage as an earning-capacity indicator in a merchant ship. Although the tonnage tax accords with horizontal equity, it does not match vertical equity because of the different taxable capacities of an individual company. Nowadays, maritime transport uses a dedicated vessel, and each shipping freight embeds a different value of time. It means the tonnage taxation regime should consider the added value of each shipping freight. Meanwhile, as the environmental regulations led by the International Maritime Organization are being strengthened, the Korean merchant fleet must be eco-friendly soon after. This study explores the alternative to renewing tonnage taxation by utilizing the Greenship certification and considering the ability-to-pay principle. Because the Greenship certification scheme encourages shipping decarbonization, maritime transport by a certified ocean-going vessel comes to be treated as an activity for the green economy. Special taxation for the green economy may contribute to shipping sustainability and market competitiveness.

  • 대한제국 융회 3년인 1909년 12월 25일에 초점등하여 현재 100주년을 맞이하는 가덕도등대에 '가덕도등대 100주년 기념관'을 건립하여 등대 및 가덕도 섬의 역사와 문화를 해양유물로서 보존하고 가덕도등대를 통하여 주변역사와 해양문화를 국민들이 체험 및 교육할 수 있는 장소로 조성하고자 한다.
