To lay a solid basis for prosperity and competitiveness, countries should achieve balance in the three fundamental aspects: energy availability, energy affordability and ecological balance. Nuclear energy has attracted international interest as one of the most crucial environmental quality strategies. The objective of this study is to analyze the non-linear link between nuclear energy and environmental quality in the top-10 nuclear energy consumer countries (USA, China, Russia, France, Canada, Spain, Sweden, South Korea, Ukraine, and Germany). Earlier research employed panel data methodologies to examine the linkage between nuclear energy and the environment, despite the fact that many nations did not independently demonstrate such a correlation. On the alternative, this study uses a novel approach known as 'Quantile-on-Quantile,' which allows for the analysis of time-series dependence in each country by giving universal yet country-specific insights into the relationship between the variables. Estimates show that the consumption of nuclear energy improves environmental quality by lowering ecological footprint in the majority of the nations studied at certain quantiles of data. Moreover, the data demonstrate that the degree of asymmetries between our variables changes by nation, emphasizing the importance of policymakers exercising caution when adopting nuclear energy and environmental quality regulations.
Purpose - This paper examines the major antecedents of customer loyalty for mobile operators in a developing country in Africa especially in Nigeria. This study tests 5 hypotheses about the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, trust, and customer loyalty. Research design and methodology - In order to collect the sample data, online survey was conducted via email and social media network. The samples were collected from 415 random respondents. The statistical analyses were done for both assessing the reliability and the validity and testing 5 hypotheses of this study. SPSS version 21 was used for empirical analysis. Results - Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has a significant effect on trust also. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on trust and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty also. Trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty. All of 5 hypotheses were supported. Conclusions - The results of the study show that it is important for marketing managers to manage service quality, customer satisfaction, and trust for improving customer loyalty in mobile service industry. This study also provides some implications for mobile service managers about the importance of customer retention and customer loyalty.
Purpose - This paper investigates the major determinants of consumer decision making for smartphone's consumers in a developing country in Africa especially in Gabon. Analysis of Perceived Quality, Perceived Price, Perceived Risk, Brand Image, Perceived Value, and Purchase Intention Research design and methodology - In order to proceed the empirical research, online survey was done via email and social media network and data was collected from 289 random respondents. Therefore, to assess the reliability, the validity and test hypothesis Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21 was used. Results - After data collection and analysis, results have proved that brand image, perceived price does influence perceived quality, and perceived quality negatively influence perceived risk. The results also show perceived risk along with brand image, perceived price and quality could not influence perceived value. The findings also indicate that perceived value slightly influence purchase intentions. Conclusions - The results of the study show that it is essential to develop an understanding of value in the purchasing process. This study should also provide a glimpse to both marketers and manufacturers about consumers' perceptions towards smartphones.

This study is to develop teaching aids in the area of Clothing and Textiles based on cooperative learning as an alternative to increase the quality of Home Economics class. It is very difficult to control students because of noise coming from activities. when teachers teach students with cooperative learning strategy a classroom with restricted space. Sometimes the activities will disturb other classes in the school. which will harm the real purpose of cooperative learning. However. we have more positive results from cooperative learning method. because students have more chance to improve their personal skills. easily solve a problem together and openly express their opinions. Moreover. we found that they understand the subjects and increase their attention much better because they are tested right after learning. We anticipate that the developed teaching aids will be a great help to improve middle school Home Economics class.
The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of spousal attachment on job attachment/commitment, job quality, and the support provided for wife in male early adulthood. The research method was survey research. Based on adult attachment approach, the hypothesis was established. The secure attachment with spouse was no significant effect on job attachment/commitment, The anxious-avoident attachment with spouse was no significant effect on job attachment/commitment, and The anxious-ambivalent attachment with spouse was significant negative effect on job attachment/commitment. The secure attachment with spouse was significant positive effect on job quality. The anxious-avoident attachment with spouse as no significant effect on job quality, and The anxious-ambivalent attachment with spouse was significant negative effect on job quality. The lack of characteristical understanding of the Home Economics Education will have difficulty in achieving the goal of the Home Economics Education. To allow the Home Economics Education class in school contribute toward the enhancement of the quality of life, it is inevitable to reinforce the recognition of the importance and necessity of the Home Economics Education and to newly propose a directional guidance forward the coming 21st century. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for planners of the future Home Economics Education by surveying research administrators in charge of programming the overall school curriculum. This study was conducted under the following procedure to have the outcome as follows ; 1. Answers from respondents of age over 50 or careers over 16 years tended to grasp the goal of Home Economics Education in relation to the enhancement of quality of life rather than to the accumulation of knowledge, skill or capacity. 2. Of all the surveyed, 9.64% regarded Home Economics Education as an essential part of school education and the positive ratio was higher with younger respondents. 3. To the question asking if the high school Home Economics Education could have influence on one's capacity, 97.2% of the answerers said yes. The respondents with career under 15 year showed 100% of positive agreement in this matter and of age under 40 marked much higher ratio of 98.84% than the elders. 4. The overall recognition of the necessity for separate sections in Home Economics Education programmed in accordance with the 6th Revision of High School Curriculum displayed a considerably high ratio, with a little differences among age and job groups. The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand adolescents'culture, thereby to provide fundamental information for Preventive Education for Adolescents'Problems in Home Economic Education. 745 articles collected in computer communication service were used for the analysis. The data were analyzed by frequency and percentage using the SPSS/PC+computer program. The most important results of this study were as follows ; 1) Concerning 'Adolescent's Problems's, problems such as violence, homicide and robbery were treated with the greatest frequency. It was also analyzed that the older generations are highly inclined to understand adolescents'culture as a negative one, for example, 'delinquency'or 'immaturity'. 2) Although the area of 'Adolescents'Education'was treated most frequently reflecting the high educational concern in our society, the significant part of those articles were on wrongful educational administration. As much as 70.6% of the articles analyzed were on 'Education'and 'Problems'. Thereby it may be concluded that the other areas such as health, activities, worries, values and harmful environments ere treated respectively as only a 'subculture'or'fragmentary culture'. The articles containing correlations and interactions among them and certain alternative proposals were very rare. 3) The areas such as 'Worries and Counselling'and 'Health'were occupying only a small portion of the articles. The articles which were treating the practical worries and their resolutions were even rarer. 4) 'Values'of the adolescents tended to be viewed by the older generations very negatively. It was also found that the older generations gave the tendency to see the 'consumption culture'of the adolescents as a kind of 'counter culture'or'subculture'.
Based on a combination of theories, experiences and cases a sustainable change strategy and self-assessment method with a focus on the human dimension in TQM are suggested and discussed. The Post Denmark TIQ (Total Involvement in Quality) case will be used to illustrate how breakthrough in people attitudes and organisational culture happened and became the foundation for a new culture focusing on change, continuous improvements and everybody's participation.
The purpose is to measure the level of quality of life and find the degree of importance of various elements of life domains taking into the area of residence and sex account. this paper is assuming that quality of life is a function of not only of the level of satisfaction but also of the relative importance of the elements. An instrument based on previous research was applied to 686 respondents living in Kyungsan area. Regression analysis indicates that the relative importance of the elements differes between the area of residence as well as the sex of the respondents. Similarities and differences between those factors are discussed and policy implications are porvided.
The purposes of this study are to identify the types of teacher efficacy, to present a theoretical base for teacher efficacy among Home Economics teachers and subsequently, to improve the quality in the practices of home economics education. To achieve these purposes, 263 secondary school home economics teachers were surveyed by the prime investigator. The three research questions of this study were: 1. What are the individual characteristics, the environmental characteristics and the trends of teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? 2. What is the factor in teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? 3. What are the types of teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? For these research questions, factor analysis and cluster analysis were conducted. The factor analysis on teacher efficacy with a survey of secondary school home economics teachers produced 5 factors of efficacy: classroom management, needs assistance, instructional strategies, environmental assistance and teaming assistance. The teacher efficacy had a mean of 3.58 and the home economics teachers showed a slightly higher level in teacher efficacy. Of the 5 efficacy factors, classroom management showed the highest level (M=3.89), followed by learning assistance (M=3.81), instrumental strategies (M=3.57), environmental assistance (M=3.42) and needs assistance (M=3.19). Overall, the teachers had positive feeling in teacher efficacy. Three types of teachers were found in the types of teacher efficacy: the supreme, the average and the efforts-needy. Those types were identified based on the mean scores of the five sub-domains from the factor analysis. To enhance the teacher efficacy, the needs assessments for the students and behavioral adjustment issues should be reflected in the curriculum of teacher education and workshops. The primary investigator suggested that continuous and long-term plans for teacher education need to be developed because short-term plans may not be effective in changing attitudes such as teacher efficacy.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the multi-level marketing(MLM) on consumer by examing the degree of damage and the consumers's satisfaction with MLM as well as the overall realities of MLM including the degree of the recognition and the distribution route of the commodities. We analyzed 256 cases which had experienced with MLM among 430 questionnaires collected. The resulted are as follows. 1) Consumers showed a lack of knowledge about MLM regardless of experiencing it. And they were recognized positively with the quality and the availability of the commodities. Expendables such as kitchen utensils and cosmetics were the most favored articles. 2) Transactions with no written contract were the most frequent damage to the consumers, followed by no price-tag and the marketer's refusal of exchange or refund. 3) When we compared the degree of consumer's satisfaction with MLM to the ordinary distribution in terms of the price, quality of goods and the service offered, the consumers were satisfied with the quality of the commodities, though their whole impressin of MLM was not so much favorable.
