해동조건에 따른 냉동밥의 밥맛 비교 (Eating Qualities of Frozen Cooked Rice on the Thawing Condition)

  • It attempted to determine the effect of various thawing methods, such as pressure cooking, conventional cooking, microwave heating and thawing at room temperature, on the quality of frozen cooked rice using Nongan variety of rice. These effects were analysed at three different periods-after 10 days, 30 days and 90 days. It conducted a physico-chemical analysis(moisture content, dehydration rates, color value and texture) and sensory evaluation o the frozen-thawed cooked rice. The study showed that there were no significant differences on the frozen-thawed cooked rice. The study showed that there were no significant differences on the quality characteristics of frozen-thawed cooked rice during the storage of 90 days. However, the thawing method of pressure cooking caused high moisture content and decrease in hardness on the cooked rice, the desirability for the rice didn't diminish compared with the cooked rice just after cooking. the quality characteristics of the cooked rice after frozen-thawing by conventional cooking and microwave heating were similar with that of the cooked rice just after cooking. thawing at room temperature caused a significant decrease in quality characteristics.

보육시설의 질적 기준에 대한 어머니의 인식 (Mother's perception for the quality criteria of day care center)

  • the purposes of this study were to ecamine mother's perception for the quality criteria of day care center, and to estimate the differences of these according to the demographic characteristics, For these purposes, the data were collected by using questionnaire distributed to 568 mothers with children enrolled in day care center be located in Taegu. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, F-test, Scheffe test, regression analysis. The major findings of this research were as follows : 1. Generally, there were significant differences in the mother's perception for the quality criteria of day care center according to the demographic characteristics. 2. Among the independent variables, mother's educational level had significant influences on the all domains of mother's perception for the quality criteria of day care center.

Outbound Service Quality at Wan Hai Lines

  • Service quality is still a new concept to those who works in shipping lines services since it has not been identified as a mandatory factor to increase competitiveness. Most carriers are currently offering services at the same level of price, transit time, equipment, etc. Thus offering a high quality service is the best way for a carrier to differentiate itself from its competitors in the market. The research aims to conduct an assessment on service quality at Wan Hai Lines (WHL) outbound services based on the SERVQUAL model, form of dimension-by-dimension analysis. This study was based on a survey of 135 people. The outcome is the service quality of WHL outbound services can be identified by three dimension(s): Empathy and Responsiveness, Assurance, and Reliability. It would help management to have an overall picture about the current service quality, and to find solutions to improve service quality following the recommendations. WHL managers need to recognize that "Reliability" has the strongest influence on customers' expectations, then come "Empathy and Responsiveness" and "Assurance". Therefore, board of managers should spend time looking carefully at each of the three dimensions, especially for the biggest gap between perceptions and expectations of three dimensions as well. Then the recommendations were raised.

온라인 쇼핑객의 점포태도가 점포만폭도와 점포층성도에 미치는 영향 (Shopper′s Attitude toward Online Stores: Effects on Store Satisfaction and Store Loyalty)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine: 1)the dimensions of online store attitude; 2)the differences in the online store attitude by product category and store type; and 3)the effects of online store attitude on store satisfaction and store loyalty. Data were obtained from an online questionnaire survey to 850 online shoppers who were randomly selected from the panel of an online survey agency, and 615 responses were analyzed. Factor analysis extracted 5 dimensions of store attitude including: process and security; service; promotion and presentation; price and quality; and merchandise. MANOVA revealed a significant difference in the price and quality factor by product category and store type. Multiple regression showed that the effects of price and quality, service, and process and security on store satisfaction were significant. Also, price and quality had a significant direct effect on store loyalty which was also affected by store satisfaction.

초등학교 급식의 비빔밥 생산과정에 따른 미생물적 품질평가 (Microbiological Quality Assessment of Bibimbap Production Flow in Elementary School Foodservice)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microbiological quality and assure the hygienic safety of the Bibimbap production in elementary school foodservice in accordance with the HACCP(Hazzard Analysis Critical Control Point) program. The time-temperature relationship and the microbiological quality(total plate count and coliform bacteria count) were assessed to find the critical control point(CCP) during each of the production phase. In the pre-preparation phase, the risk factors of the raw ingredients exceeded the standard level suggested by Solberg et al. Mungbean starch jelly, egg and Kochujang were satisfactory in that no coliform groups were observed over the standard TPC level. In particular, there was a high the risk of beef from the early stages in terms of the coliform level. In the pre-preparation phase, green pumpkin had more coliform groups than the standard level even after washed, which calls for special attention to washing, sterilization, secondary infection of the handler, and the required time for pre-preparation of raw vegetables. In the cooking phase, the temperature of the soybean sprout and mungbean starch jelly decreased to 42$^{\circ}C$ and 26$^{\circ}C$, respectively, which was within the risk zone. In particular, mungbean starch jelly had a great risk factor even after boiling in hot water. During the storage stage before serving, a lot of ingredients were exposed to poor management of temperature and time and thus exceeded the standard level in the total plate counts. In particular, the microbiological count of beef was five times the standard level. Green pumpkins and soybean sprouts were left at 15-38$^{\circ}C$ that is within the risk zone for a long period of time after they were cooked. It is highly recommended that the time of the storage stage before consumption should be shortened and that proper devices should be used to prevent proliferation of bacteria. The number of TPC of the utensils was satisfactory enough, but the knife used exceeded the standard level and thus was a risk factor of bacteria proliferation.

만경강 수질개선 편익측정을 위한 조건부가치평가에 있어서 범위효과 분석 (Empirical Evidence on Scope Effects in Contingent Valuation of Water Quality Improvement in Man Kyoung River)

  • This paper is to empirically test scope effects proposed to judge the internal consistency of contingent valuation method. The application was illustrated for the case of estimating people's WTP for improving water quality at Man Kyoung River in the Chon Buk area. The CV survey was carefully designed and implemented by carrying out recommendations from the NOAA Blue Ribbon panel. Using a split sample, we conducted the Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel test with the frequency distribution of no responses, calculated the Turnbull low bound mean for WTP, and measured the mean WTP from estimated variation functions. The test results consistently exhibited that the CV estimates of WTP were adequately responsive to the size of water quality changes being offered. The mean WTP for improving water quality suitable for swimming (5,171 and 5,212 won) was significantly larger than that for agricultural use and fishing activity (3,280 and 3,136 won).

청소년의 가족 및 또래 요인이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family and Peer Relationships on Adolescents' Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 생별에 따른 자아존중감의 차이를 살펴보고, 가족요인과 또래요인이 청소년의 자아존중감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 자아존중감, 부모와의 관계, 부모 감독, 부부갈등, 친구관계의 질, 또래괴롭힘의 척도를 구성하여, 경기도 부천 시내 5개의 중학교에서 2학년 학생 563 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 분석에 532부의 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 챙소년의 자아존중감은 높은 편이며, 성별에 따라 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 청소년의 자아존중감에 미치는 기족요인과 또래요인의 상대적 영향력을 살펴보면, 남자 청소년의 자아존중감에는 또래괴롭힘, 부모와의 관계, 친구관계의 질이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 여자, 청소년의 자아존중감에는 부모와의 관계, 친구관계의 질, 또래괴롭힘이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study investigated working mothers' attitudes toward maternal employment and beliefs regarding childcare quality according to the childcare centers' operating modalities and hours. Participants were 261 mothers sending their children to full day, nighttime, or 24-hour childcare centers. We conducted the data analysis two-way ANOVA using SPSS. The results revealed significant differences among the groups in these working mothers' attitudes toward maternal employment and their beliefs regarding childcare quality and childcare centers' operating modalities and hours.

Relationships between Urbanization, Economic Growth, Energy Consumption, and CO2 Emissions: Empirical Evidence from Indonesia

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between urbanization, economic growth, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions in Indonesia. The data used in the study are time-series data for the period 1985-2017; the data utilized are sourced from World Development Indicators obtained on the World Bank database. The method uses a quantitative approach that applies the vector error correction model based on the Granger causality test. The empirical results reveal that, in the short run, there is evidence that urbanization and energy consumption can causes CO2 emissions, and they also prove that urbanization can cause energy consumption. Also, other findings prove the existence of long-run relationships flowing from energy consumption, economic growth, and CO2 emissions toward urbanization, as well as the existence of the relationship flowing from urbanization, economic growth, and CO2 emissions towards energy consumption. The results of testing the relationship between economic growth and CO2 emissions reveal that the environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis is proven in Indonesia. Thus, policies are needed to limit the impact of urbanization through high awareness-raising to maintain environmental quality and greater use of energy. Also, energy conservation policies are needed in all sectors, especially the electricity, industry, and transportation sectors.
