친환경 에너지 절약을 위한 열차운전 최적화 연구 (A Study on the Train Operation Optimization for Energy Saving)

  • In line with the expansion of electric railway, reducing carbon emission and optimal train operation are required by economical, eco-friendly and efficient management. Most of the energy consumption in electric railway is consumed by train operation. So it is important that minimize the energy consumption in train operation. An analysis of the operation performance of the new model vehicle which in South Korea, Korail introduced shows that the energy consumption is different in line with the skill level of the engine driver. In this study, the know-how of train operation of a skilled engine driver is systematized by using artificial intelligence, and the technique which supports engine drivers with train operation was offered. As a result of applying in South Korea, the Gyeongbu line by using simulation, it confirmed that the maximum 20% can reduce the energy consumption in comparison with unskilled engine drivers in case of applying the Expert System.

  • Heat-pump system has a special feature that provides heating operation in winter season and cooling operation in summer season with a single system. It also has a merit that absorbs and makes use of wastewater heat, terrestrial heat, and heat energy from the air. Because heat-pump system uses midnight electric power, it decreases power peak load and is very economical as a result. By using the property that energy source is converted to low temperature when losing the heat, high temperature energy source is used to provide heating water and low temperature energy source is used to provide cooling water simultaneously in summer season. This study made up a heat-pump system with 4 air heat sources and a water heat source and implemented the optimal operation algorithm that works with numbers of heat pumps to operate them efficiently. With the heat-pump system, we applied it to cooling and heating operation in summer season operation mode in a real building.

Also, problem that economical damage by income is added follows, Therefore, this treatise developed electricity living body formation operation appliance by home production, Ultra high frequency eruption circuit used LC circuit, and output frequency is possible to 8 [MHz], and output voltage amplified maximum 800 [V]. This operation appliance could display size of fixed current. This developed product could microscopic operation fewer than 1 [mm]. This development technology is considered by do metallic surface heat treatment, melting, welding, induction heating device and that can apply to domestic animals surgical operation and so on.

  • BTL 사업은 시공비보다 운영비의 비중이 크고 장기간의 운영계획을 단시간에 수립하여 계약에 임하기 때문에 계약단계에서 운영 리스크를 예측하는 것은 사업의 성패를 좌우하는 매우 중요한 문제로서, 약정한 수준의 서비스를 제공하고 적정 수익률을 확보하기 위한 운영 리스크의 분석은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내에 자금 출자와 시설 운영을 수행할 수 있는 전문 운영사의 숫자가 10여개에 불과하고 운영사 대부분의 규모가 영세하여, 운영사 내에 리스크 분석 시스템이 제대로 갖춰져 있지 않은 것이 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. BTL 사업에서 발생 가능한 리스크를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 리스크 인자를 확인하고 경제적 위험도와 비경제적 위험도 그리고 발생빈도를 고려하여 리스크 인자의 우선순위를 도출하는 과정이 필수적이다. 그러므로 이 연구는 설문조사를 통해 운영사 관점에서 BTL 사업에서 발생 가능한 리스크 인자를 도출하고 우선순위를 분석함으로써 운영사의 대응전략 수립 및 리스크 관리업무의 효율성을 제고할 수 있도록 리스크 분석 모형을 제시한다. 이 연구에서 도출된 운영 리스크 분석 모형은 운영사로 하여금 BTL 사업에서 발생될 수 있는 리스크에 대한 대응전략을 수립할 수 있도록 하여 운영 리스크 관리 업무의 효율성을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 지하철은 다른 구조물과 비교하여 화재발생 시 화재진압 및 인명구조에 본질적으로 취약한 구조적 특성을 내포하고 있다. 국내의 경우, 지하철 승강장 제연설비는 전용설비로 구축되어 있지 않고 화재발생 시 승강장환기설비 및 본선터널부의 환기설비를 제연모드로 절환하여 운영되고 있다. 제연효과는 이러한 까닭으로 환기설비의 위치, 용량 및 급배기방식에 종속된다. 본 연구에서는 지하철 승강장에서 열차 화재 발생 시, 승객의 안전한 대피로 확보가 가능한 선로부 환기기의 제연운전 효과의 실효성에 대한 검증을 목표로 한다. 따라서 지하승강장을 대상으로 승강장 내 기류해석 및 3차원 화재시뮬레이션을 수행하여 열차화재에 따른 승강장내 열 및 물질이동특성해석으로부터 선로부 배연운전모드에 따른 특성을 규명함으로서 승객안전성 확보에 목표를 둔다.

Local-Generator-Based Virtual Power Plant Operation Algorithm Considering Operation Time

  • A virtual power plant (VPP) is a system that virtually integrates power resources based on the VPP participating customer (VPC) unit and operates as a power plant. When VPP operators manage resources to maximize their benefits, load reduction instructions may focus on more responsive VPCs, or those producing high profitability, by using VPC resources with high operation efficiency. VPCs may thus encounter imbalance problems during operation. This imbalance in operation time would bring more participation for some VPCs, causing potential degradation of their resources. Such an operation strategy would be not preferable for VPP operators in managing the relationship with VPCs. This issue impedes both continual VPC participation and economical and reliable VPP operation in the long term. An operation algorithm is therefore proposed that considers the operation time of VPC generators for mandatory reduction of power resource consumption. The algorithm is based on constraints of daily and annual operation times when VPP operators of local generators perform capacity-market power transactions. The algorithm maximizes the operator benefit through VPP operations. The algorithm implements a penalty parameter for imbalances in operation times spent by VPC generators in fulfilling their obligations. An evaluation was conducted on VPP operational effects by applying the algorithm to the Korean power market.

  • Recently, Geographical Information System (GIS) has been progressed in the fields of not only earth sciences and disaster problems, but also medical sciences, economical and social sciences. the southern region of Mid Niigata Region was attacked by intensive earthquake of M.6.8 on Richter Scale on October 23, 2004. The aim of this study was to improve efficiency of restoration operation for early victims relief. Significant issue is achieving the information processing required in restoration operation by spatial temporal information system.

  • 본 연구에서는 DLC와 경제운용을 연계시킴에 있어 계통운전예비력 특성을 감안할 수 있도록 하였다. 우선, 새로이 제약조건을 정식화하여 계통운전예비력을 고려하였으며 3차원 동적계획법을 적용하여 이들을 연계토록 한 결과, DLC와 경제운용을 동시에 경제적으로 구할 수 있게 하였다. 제안한 방법을 시험계통에 적용하여 종래의 방법보다 우수함을 입증하였다.

  • Bimodal tram is being developed to be completed in 2010 and the infrastructure needs to be developed to make the operation in time. Through the study of infrastructure reflecting domestic condition, dedicated lane, station, connection center, automated operation, precise docking, ticketing system, information system, management system for operation and maintenance, and refueling station will be developed and their performances will be also verified through the construction of test bed. The economical, safe and environment-friendly operation of the bimodal tram will be established through the present study.
