Hydraulic fitting impulse tester is equipment which produce impulse pressure waveform that specified foreign standard of SAE, JIS etc. Test conditions of SAE J1453 about waveform standard indicates frequency of 35-70 cycle/min, pressure of 560 bar, oil temperature of 93 .+-.3.deg. C etc. and required cycle is a million over. In additions, Test condition operated continuously equipment. This development item adopted new pattern method such as intensifier and rotary distributor is different from already established fitting impulse tester applied servo valve and high pressure direct directional control valve. Therefore, this development item which compares already established item is good reliability, low cost of manufacture and save of electric energy. especially, Domestic small and medium enterprise uses this tester because of economical cause. We develope appropriateness tester which conforms to demand of user.

In recent years, Nano-technology significantly invaded the field of Geotechnical engineering, particularly in soil stabilisation techniques. Stabilisation of weak soil is envisioned to modify various soil characteristics by the addition of natural or synthetic materials into the virgin soil. In the present study, laboratory experiments were executed to investigate the influence of nano-silica particles in the consistency limits, compressive strength of the soft clay blended with cement. The results revealed that the high compressibility behaviour of soft clay modified to medium-stiff condition with fewer dosages of cement and nano-silica. The mechanism behind the strength development is verified with the previous researches as well as from Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction test (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis. Based on the results, the presence of nano-silica in soft clay blended with cement has a positive effect on the behaviour of soil. This technique proves to be very economical and less detrimental to the environment.

The paper presents two novel concepts of increasing the energy storage capacity at pumped storage power plants, both existing and new projects. The concepts utilize compressed air as a working medium to displace water from a volume originally not available for storage. The concepts are likely to give additional storage volume at a low cost, however, much development and many investigations are needed before the concepts can be shown to be technical and economical feasible solutions for energy storage. The concepts are disclosed so that researchers and utilities can start those investigations, hopefully helping the green transition by providing highly valuable energy storage for a future renewable energy having a much higher share of renewable energies than the current systems.

Synergistic effects of mixed solvents, especially with mixtures of CS$_2$ with electron donor solvents, in inducing desired structural changes in coals were studied by solvent swelling techniques in addition to differential scanning calorimetric analyses. Mixed solvents exhibit significant synergistic efficacy in swelling the coal structure of medium bituminous rank. This synergy effect appears to be physical origin that is closely related to matching solubility parameters. Since the swollen coal structure can be obtained by mixed solvents with CS$_2$ at room temperature instead of high temperature, many possible technological pathways for economical utilization of coal might be sought.

With wide spending the Internet and Web techniques, we have recognized the necessary and commercial-value of electronic commerce system. Electronic commerce(EC) means the whole economical activities based on electronic medium. Both scalability and flexibility are fundamental attributes of EC system and interoperability among heterogeneous systems must be supported. So, for successful a developing of EC system, it is necessary to apply the CBD (Component Based Development) based on component assembling and customization. In this paper, we propose the method for identifying and specifying the components to construct the component based electronic commerce system. To do, we define the component/system architecture specified on EC domain, identified and classified the EC components with hierarchy relationship. Also, we suggested the specification notation and some examples.

In this study, as the result of analyzing the relationship and influence between economic outcome and R&D supporting investment, the number of supporting subjects among the technological innovational areas of SMEs, it is as below. First, as the economic result of analyzing companies from the investment in R&D of technological innovational areas of minor companies, the number of supporting subjects and amount of R&D have relationship with increase of sales and export amount, employee reduction & the effect of new job creation shows positive correlation with the effect of import replacement. Second, as analyzing the influence of the investment in R&D has economic effect from of technological innovational minor companies. This is thought that the financial and R&D support increase a significant effect on economical, technical against SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the data Structure System for the architectural planning in ward of general hospital. The important result and advantage of the system such as HcCad-System for design and plan of wards are as follows; At first, the system useful for communication medium and instructional tool for ward planners and designers. Secondly, fast and economical evaluation are obtained through the study of experimental simulation. Finally as a new tool in architectural field, system helps to enhance the relationship between computer and human.

The trend is going to obtain the accurate and fast information to the development of information technology and electronic technology as an important part of corporate management. Press equipment to produce products that target is small and medium businesses. Became so economical real-time production information system(R-PIS) model has been implemented. R-PIS configure the embedded hardware and PC application software. This system is easy maintenance and upgrade that general-purpose PC and a modular hardware devices. Consists of modules such as wireless communication, LCD, Key-pad, memory control, and sensor signal. R-PIS is efficient materials and product management to maximize the productivity of the enterprise.

This study was to develop the design of briefs for elderly women, aiming at understanding about the briefs that the elderly women currently wear and helping them draw happiness from wearing clothes. This study, based on the data analyzing the physique of old women that was investigated by the previous study, targeted the elderly women living in Jeonbuk area to conduct the research into their physique, brieff that they prefer. The results of this study were as follows. First, the majority of the elderly women wore size 100 as looking into the size of briefs that elderly women put on and their physique. For the most part, they had relatively thinner waist compared to the belly and buttock. Second, they were found to have preference for briefs with narrow rubber band, and medium sized design that fit their line of buttock, waist and crotch, for reasons of the activity and comfort. Third, they were found to be generally happy with the briefs that they are currently wearing. Fourth, the factors leading elderly women to buy briefs were analyzed to come from the 4 considerations of beautiful appearance/customer service, practicality, economical reason/size and the comfortable feeling when wearing them. Among such factors, the greatest demand among those factors was the comfortable feeling they can have when they wear briefs, followed by the economical reason/size, practicality, beautiful appearance/customer service.

Intraoperative expansion has been used to cover small to large defects without disadvantages of the conventional tissue expanders. Various materials, for example, expanders and Foley catheters are being used. We introduce a new, convenient and economical device immediately available in the operating room, according to the defect size for intraoperative expansion, with latex gloves or balloons. The retrospective study was done with 20 patients who presented with skin and soft tissue defects. During the operation, expansion was done with latex gloves or balloons inflated with saline through an intravenous line and a three-way stopcock. After the inflation, the glove was removed and skin was covered with expanded tissue. A careful decision was made regarding the inflation volume and placement of the expander according to the defect size. There were no postoperative complications. The skin contracture and tension was minimal with a texture similar to the adjacent tissue. The new intraoperative expansion devices with latex gloves and balloons were cheap and made easily right in the operation room. The reconstruction of small to large sized skin defects can be done successfully, functionally and aesthetically without using expensive commercial materials.
