Legislation on pharmaceutical reimbursement decision using economic evaluation results was made in Korea in fm, but has yet to be fully implemented. We evaluated the quality of Korean economic evaluation studies of pharmaceuticals to understand gaps between legislation and implementation. From this evaluation, we propose policy options that might strengthen the research Infrastructure In order to support such studies. We reviewed 23 published studies for drugs conducted between 1996 and 2004. Evaluation criteria included methodological characteristics, healthcare system characteristics, population characteristics, and applicability of results. Large variation in study quality was observed, particularly with study design, outcome data, treatment patterns and interpretation. Korean clinical data used was mostly from observational studies of 1-2 hospitals. Foreign data was extracted from clinical trials that did not Include Asian population and their selection criterion was not clarified. With respect to treatment patterns, medical records and hospital bills were used without adjustment regarding area, hospital type, and others. And next frequent situation relied on expert opinion from academic physicians in specialty practice. preference measures, when used, were not elicited from the Korean population. $78.3\%$ of studies did not clarify the funding source. If the Korean economic evaluation policy is to provide meaningful data for decision makers, the quality of cost-effectiveness studies will need to improve dramatically. This may involve access to or creation of better data, more diverse funding, unproved training of researchers and evaluators, and partnerships with technology manufacturers.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship between the exchange rate and economic growth, and to induce policy implications. In order to test whether time series data is stationary and the model is fitness or not, we put in operation unit root test, cointegration test. And we apply Granger causality based on an error correction model. The results indicate that uni-dierctional causality between exchange rate and economic growth is detected. Exchange rate impacts on economic growth, but economic growth don't impact on exchange rate. The analysis of impulse reaction function shows that the impulse of exchange rate impacts on Korean economic growth in negative direction. We can infer policy suggestion as follows: The fluctuation of exchange rate much affects economic growth, thus we must make a stable policy of exchange rate to continue economic growth.

This paper investigates the empirical evidence on the relationship between financial accessibility and economic growth to test the conventional hypothesis that improved financial accessibility leads to financial development and economic growth. First, we built a dynamic panel model on the relationship between financial accessibility and economic growth with a set of controlled variables. We then used several financial access indicators from 165 countries, collected from 2004 to 2011, applying the generalized method of moments (GMM) estimators to estimate their relationship. From these estimations, we found that high financial accessibility leads to high income in general. In addition, we found that an increase in financial access indicators had a greater impact on economic growth in low-income countries than it did on economic growth in high-income countries.

This research focuses on the influences of FDI on the economic growth of four countries by Mekong river: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. At the same time, the study also analyzes the contributing of economic growth to attract FDI inflow to these countries. The panel data during the period 1998-2017 were collected from World Bank. Empirical analysis figures out that GDP, mobile phone, labor force are the determinants affecting positive to FDI and vice versa exchange rate, wage are the negative factors. Secondly, FDI, export, exchange rate, government expenditure impact positively on economic growth but inflation and population have negative effect on the economic development. Thirdly, The FDI and economic growth have impact mutually in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand economy. FDI plays a very crucial role in contributing greatly to the economic development of the Mekong sub-region. The economic growth is higher, the FDI inflow is more attractive. From the results, some practical suggestions are offered to enhance the competitiveness in attracting FDI.

The global financial crisis, the instability of the global economy since the beginning of the growing economic interests of the countries to adjust to establish a new economic system was set up on occasion. Meanwhile, standing in the international trade environment, multilateral system of international trade for the country as the cumulative fatigue of open markets and trade liberalization as an alternative to lead the free trade agreements between countries. Currently in Korea and China, in addition to the geographical proximity in all areas, including economic exchanges and mutually dependent relationship that is deepening the world's No. 1 exporter in China and overseas investors have become partners. FTA with China by promoting the growth of emerging economies in the Chinese market by securing a stable economic growth of China as a driver of economic growth in the country to utilize the plan is being promoted from. This study is currently being promoted, in a discussion of the FTA's agricultural trade measures to address the challenges and poems. Agricultural trade with other goods to be different from the specificity of the discussion of market opening and liberalization of trade has been recognized in the main essentially nothing. We promote an FTA, according to one review and discuss the background and trends of the agricultural trade in a market, through the analysis of the status and trends and present problems for future bilateral trade negotiations with Korea for agricultural markets and propose countermeasures for. Agricultural trade, during a discussion of the FTA is essentially nothing in the review is expected to expand the bilateral trade in agricultural products, while protecting its agricultural markets to be trying to policy implications.

도서관과 도서관 서비스의 가치는 전통적으로 긍정적으로 인식되어 왔다. 도서관 가치의 경제성 측정은 이러한 가치를 보다 구체화시키고 도서관의 다양한 이해관계자들이 공유할 수 있게 되었다는 점에서 유용하다. 본 연구는 도서관 경제성 측정과 관련된 다양한 이론 연구 및 측정 사례를 포괄적으로 정리, 분석함으로써 향후 이 분야 연구의 중요한 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 18건, 해외 71건 총 89건의 문헌을 추출하였고, 이를 정리, 비교, 분석하였다. 또한 도서관 가치의 계량화와 관련된 제반 문제들을 검토하고 기존에 수행된 도서관 경제성 평가 연구를 체계적으로 분석, 제시하였다. 도서관의 가치 측정과 관련된 연구는 1990년대 중반 공공도서관의 가치에 대한 이론적 탐색 작업으로부터 시작하였다. 2000년대 초반의 경제학적 가치측정 방법을 공공도서관에 적용하기 위한 이론적, 방법론적 검토를 거쳐 2000년대 중반 이후에는 검토된 방법론을 적용하여 실제로 그 가치를 측정하는 연구로 발전하였다. 도서관 경제성 평가와 관련된 제반 연구들을 분석하고 종합한 결과 방법론과 응용의 일관성이 부족하여 유사한 연구가 반복 검증되고 있으며, 평가결과의 비교와 연구결과의 적용 능력을 제한하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

Background and Objective: Since the introduction of hospital pharmacy residency programs in 1983, hospital pharmacists in South Korea have been expected to expand their roles. However, their services and the outcomes have not been fully understood. In this study, we conducted a systematic review of Korean hospital pharmacist-provided interventions with regard to intervention type, intervention consequences, and target patient groups. Methods: A literature search of the following databases was performed: Embase, PubMed, Medline, KoreaMed, RISS, KMbase, KISS, NDSL, and KISTI. The search words were "hospital pharmacist", "clinical pharmacist", and "Korea". Articles reporting clinical or economic outcome measures that resulted from hospital pharmacist interventions were considered. Numeric measures for the acceptance rate of pharmacist recommendations were subjected to meta-analysis. Results: Of the 1,683 articles searched, 44 met the inclusion selection criteria. Most articles were published after 2000 (81.8%) and focused on clinical outcomes. Economic outcomes had been published since 2011. The interventions were classified as patient education, multidisciplinary team work, medication assessment, and guideline development. The outcome measures were physicians' prescription changes, clinical outcomes, patient adherence, economic outcomes, and quality of life. The acceptance rate was 80.5% (p < 0.005). Conclusion: Studies on pharmacist interventions have increased and showed increased patient health benefits and reduced medical costs at Korean hospital sites. Because pharmacists' professional competency would be recognized if the economic outcomes of their work were confirmed and justified, studies on their clinical performance should also include their economic impact.

Recently, major public owner and general contractors in Korea are actively preparing and improving BIM manuals and guidelines to effectively apply BIM technology in construction projects. These guideline has a purpose to define the scope of the applying BIM technology to each construction phase and to explain the minimum technology guidance required for the initial stage. In situations where BIM data are to be submitted within a limited time and cost at the design stage, a BIM data preparing process should be carried out in advance to meet the BIM interoperability between the pre and post of construction precess. In this research, we propose the scope of the BIM guidelines to meet and to be considered for the BIM based review of constructability and economic evaluation of Apartment.

Objective : We analyzed present condition of cooperative medical care using claims data of HEALTH INSURANCE REVIEW & ASSESSMENT SERVICE form patients treated by Korean-Western cooperative medicine. The study aimed to offer guidelines in selecting disease-related research in developing Korean-Western convergence technology. Method : Based on the patients using Korean medical service, we analyzed claims data of patients using Korean medical service and western medical service from January 2012 to December 2013. We were assigned to the server remotely. With the concept of 'episode of care', we rebuilt claims data and analyzed present condition of cooperative medical usage. Results : We analyzed present condition of cooperative medical care per episode of care. Among outpatients, Low back pain, lumbar region(M5456) was the highest number. Among inpatients, Sciatica due to intervertebral disc disorder(M511) was the highest number. Conclusion : Based on the claims data provided by HEALTH INSURANCE REVIEW & ASSESSMENT SERVICE, we have derived a list of multy frequently disease frequently treated by cooperative medical care by analyzing present condition.

본고는 파키스탄의 외국인직접투자 정책에 영향을 미치는 관련법에 관한 고찰이다. 그동안 세계경제에서 소외되어 왔으나 글로벌 투자와 외국인 직접투자의 증가로 주목받는 파키스탄의 투자제도와 관련법규의 변천과정 등을 살펴보고 이와 관련된 주요법안인 외국인 민간투자(촉진.보호)법, 경제개혁의 보호법, 외화계좌(보호)법 등을 중점적으로 분석하였다. 본고에서는 이러한 법안들이 후속 실행되지 못하고 종종 정책의 변화가 일어나는 과정에 주목하였으며 외국인 직접투자의 주요 정책과 제도의 소개를 통해 현지 진출시 외국기업들이 숙지해야 하는 핵심사항을 법과 정책적 차원에서 고찰하였다.
