This paper presents a study on the Internet of Things based low-power wireless sensor networks for remote monitoring of wildlife ecosystem due to climate change. Especially, it is targeting the wild vegetation communities ecological monitoring. First, we performed a pre-test and analysis for selecting the appropriate frequency for the sensor network to collect and deliver information reliably in harsh propagation environment of the forest area, and selected for sensors for monitoring wild vegetation communities on the basis of considerations for selecting the best sensor. In addition, we have presented the platform concept and hierarchical function structures for effectively monitoring, analyzing and predicting of ecosystem changes, to apply the Internet of Things in the ecological monitoring area. Based on this, this paper presents the system architecture and design of the Internet of Things based low-power wireless sensor networks for monitoring the ecosystem of the wild vegetation communities. Finally, we constructed and operated the test-bed applied to real wild trees, using the developed prototype based on the design.

The integration and management of various national ecological assessments are essential for the benefit of the public. In the Republic of Korea, the Ecological and Natural Map (ENM) serves as a comprehensive platform that synthesizes the results of national ecosystem surveys into a unified system interface. To provide the current status and characteristics of our policy, we analyzed the ENMs and related appeals from 2014 to 2022. Following their implementation, the ENM Guidelines underwent nine revisions, with most of the revisions pertaining to appeals. Nine public announcements were made regarding the ENM, resulting in a gradual expansion of the conservation area. The data also showed a consistent increasing trend in appeals. Most of the 1st-grade areas in the ENM regions where appeals were filed have significantly decreased. The larger area or the smaller population density of an administrative distinct, the more appeals were filed. Our study presents information regarding the current status of the ENM system. The analysis of the operational direction and indicator trends across the 16-year period since the establishment of the system provides valuable insights for similar systems.

장기생태연구 커뮤니티에서 개인정보는 국가단위 뿐만 아니라 국제장기생태연구의 데이터 관리, 데이터 활용에서 협업을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 개인정보를 많은 부분 공개를 하면 협업 연구자에게 데이터 접근 측면에서 유용하지만, 정보 제공자에게는 공개에 대한 부담이 되기도 한다. 개인의 정보보호 관련 법률에서는 개인정보의 수집범위와 유통측면에서 많은 제약 요소가 존재하여 장기생태정보시스템에서도 장기생태연구 협업에 필요한 최대의 개인정보와 비 관련자에게 제공하는 최소의 개인정보 제공이 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구는 국내외 데이터 교류를 위해 관련 법률의 해석을 기반으로 국제 메타데이터 표준인 EML과 국제 장기생태 플랫폼의 개인정보 관리에 대한 동향을 분석하고 개인정보 관리를 위한 시스템 모델을 설계 및 구현을 통해 제시하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to determine a 'platform' as a mean of interactions between users in contemporary spatial design and network(web) and to verify the similarity between the platform and space of Rem Koolhaas, one of the leading contemporary architects of our time. A platform, referring to tangible or intangible structures designed for common use in a variety of ways, is activated by the networking effect of participants. Aided by the recent development of the IT industry encompassing computers and smart phones, the concept of platforms is extending to all areas of modern life, in general. In this study, the similarity between architectural space and platforms after reviewing the computer-related platforms, ecological features that refer to virtuous circulation, and various cases applied with platform thinking. Through this process, the platform feature of architectural platforms is defined as the 'open spatial system combined with control and freedom that acts more than one function and facilitates direct/indirect exchanges between users regardless of its type or size'. Establishing the criteria for spatial analysis based on this definition, analysis was conducted on interior design projects that were planned and conducted by Rem Koolhaas after 2000. As a result of this analysis, it was learned that Rem Koolhaas designs space using dual space structures where the extension and mixture of the user group, mixture of various functions defined by users, loose control that induces voluntary participation, community reinforcement, and inducement of accidental events, and opening and closing coexist. In addition, this design approach was found to be a design strategy similar to the concept of platforms that began to be developed in the IT field.

새로운 플랫폼 정부는 지능적인 정보기술을 활용하여 정부와 국민이 서로 협력하는 새로운 생태계 기반 정부 혁신과 지속 가능한 발전을 견인하는 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 플랫폼 정부의 플랫폼 구축을 위해 최근 관련 연구 동향에 대해 살펴보고 향후 미래정책 방향 및 연구기반을 마련하기 위한 토대를 구축하고자 한다. 연구 분석을 위해 각 부처와 정부산하기관에서 발행된 연구보고서를 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 텍스트 자료를 수집하고, 수집된 텍스트 자료를 토픽 모델링과 네트워크 분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과 미래전략과 집단 내에서의 네트워크 연결이 제대로 이루워지지 않고 있으며 연결 중심성이 강할수록 관계성이 약해지는 것을 도출하였다. 이는 정부가 플랫폼을 설계하고 데이터와 서비스를 공급하는 공급 역할에서 통합적, 상호 교류적 접점이 필요하며 정부와 시민, 기업의 협치가 가능한 생태계가 조성되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 플랫폼 정부의 공급과 수요적 접근의 이해를 높이고 잠재적 토픽에 따라 적절한 변경관리 방법을 구현하기 위한 논의가 다각적으로 이루어지길 기대한다.

본 논문의 연구 목적은 공유숙박 비즈니스 바탕으로 숙박 플랫폼이 세입자의 온라인 리뷰 의향에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 기존 숙박예약 모델보다 공유숙박 중 숙박 플랫품, 집주인, 세입자 간을 공유하는 독립성이 더 명확하다. 공유숙박 플랫폼은 집주인과 세입자간의 오프라인 숙박서비스를 완료하고 거래를 실현할 수 있도록 다양한 지원 서비스를 제공하는 것은 물론, 공유숙박 플랫폼은 세입자가 집주인에게 객관적이고 적극적으로 평가하도록 장려하는 특정 조치를 파악해야 한다. 공유숙박에 대한 신용 생태를 더 잘 확립할 수 있도록 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공유숙박 플랫폼을 사용해본적 있는 소비자들을 대상으로, 2주간의 설문 조사를 하고 SPSS24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 데이터가 분석되었다. 이 논문의 연구결과는: (1) 플랫폼 리뷰 기능의 사용 용이성, 세입자의 만족도 및 플랫폼 리뷰 인센티브가 세입자의 온라인 리뷰 의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. (2) 플랫폼의 신용 메커니즘은 세입자의 만족도가 온라인 리뷰 의향에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.

최근 국내외적으로 사물인터넷(IoT, Internet of Things) 서비스 산업은 매우 빠른 속도로 변화하고 성장해 나가고 있다. 본 논문은 IoT 서비스 산업의 변화와 함께 일어나고 있는 인류의 삶 속에서의 새로운 변화의 원동력이 무엇인가를 찾기 위해 노력하였다. 이렇게 시장 환경이 변화하는 가운데 경쟁도 글로벌 경쟁, 생태계 경쟁으로 그 양상이 확대되고 있으나, 글로벌 기업들의 플랫폼 선점과 고도의 생태계 발전 전략에 비해 국내 기업들의 생태계 구축 비전은 아직 뚜렷하지 않은 상황이다. 또한 IoT 서비스의 확산에 따른 모바일 네트워크에서의 IoT 서비스 연동이 요구되고 있다. IoT 보안 프로토콜은 무선과 유선을 연계하는 게이트웨이(Gateway)에서 전달되는 데이터의 모든 내용이 누출되는 보안상의 취약점이 있어 종단간 보안도 제공하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IoT와 인공지능(AI) 서비스 산업 생태계를 구성하고 있는 제반 요소의 현황을 살펴본 후, 이로부터 얻을 수 있는 보안 산업과 관련한 전략적 시사점을 제시해 보고자 한다.

As cultural diversity has gained a great deal of attention and the social fabric of Korean society is redefined, the number of studies on multi-cultural family homes has been growing in the area of human ecology, but relevant research is rarely found on the subject of housing. While the emphasis of housing research is on multidisciplinary approaches and empirical research is highly valued, a theoretical and methodological platform for discussing the new rising agenda of multi-cultural family homes is lacking. The purpose of this study was to explore approaches to and to discuss the issues in research for multi-cultural family homes in terms of housing theories and multidisciplinary approaches. To understand the housing related needs of multi-cultural families, this study highlights social constructionism, the ecological perspective, and feminist epistemology. These three multidisciplinary approaches were useful for generating an ontological analysis of multi-cultural family homes. Further, this study highlights two housing related theories, the microsociological and housing pathways approaches, for dealing with multi-cultural family homes. In conclusion, the five approaches were useful for exploring issues in housing research on multi-cultural family homes with appropriate research methods like hermeneutics, quantitative, and qualitative methods, and field research. Insights into using perspectives and holistic approaches might be useful for solving the problems of multi-cultural family homes in Korea.

The study of Mobile MGIS (Marine Geographic Information System) based on the Android Mobile Platform is mainly performed on effective methodologies which transform real world data to computing world data. Mobile GUI system has its own target on reliable data service by acquisition of geometric information using EFDC (Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code) Model, accurate measurement and graphical visualization. Even simple visualizations can aid in the interpretation of complex hydrodynamic relationships that are frequently encountered in the marine environment. The Mobile MGIS provides an easy way for hydrodynamics geoscientists to construct complex visualizations that can be viewed with free software. This study proposes a Mobile GUI MGIS using EFDC Model result of Seomjin River estuary. Finally, we design a Seomjin River estuarine Coastal Waters Mobile MGIS integrating above data models. It must adds more ecological information and the various service item for approach more easily in order to user.

본 논문은 아쿠아리움에 적합한 디지털 전시 콘텐츠에 대해 제시하며, 특히 경포 석호생태관 아쿠아리움의 전시에 대하여 기획하였다. 전체 공간에 대한 스토리텔링을 바탕으로 각 공간에 적합한 미디어 콘텐츠를 제시함으로써 전체 아쿠아리움과 동떨어진 것이 아닌 그 안의 각 요소에 자연스럽게 녹아들 수 있는 기획을 제시하고자 하였다. 아쿠아리움이라는 전시 특성상 전시와는 상관없지만 분명히 존재해야 하는 공간들이 존재하게 되는데, 이 공간들을 최대한 활용해 디자인함으로써 아쿠아리움 전체가 하나의 바닷속 공간인 것처럼 느껴지도록 유도하였다. 각 부분의 미디어 전시 기획은 공간에 적합한 미디어 플랫폼을 먼저 제시한 후 각각에 들어갈 콘텐츠를 기획하였다. 3D Water Projection, Kinect를 이용한 인터랙티브 미디어, Fog Screen로 총 3가지의 미디어 플랫폼의 사용을 제시하고, 그에 설치될 인터랙티브 전시 콘텐츠, 게임 콘텐츠, Fog Screen 콘텐츠에 대해서 기획하였는데, 이는 2D 드로잉 컨셉과 3D 전시 공간 모델링, 가상현실에서의 구현을 통해 제작되었다. 본 연구는 일반적인 전시와는 다른 특징을 갖는 아쿠아리움이라는 특정 전시 장르에 맞는 디지털 전시 콘텐츠를 단계적인 사전 시각화 방법을 통해 제시함으로써 차별화된 디지털 전시 콘텐츠를 제시했다는 데에 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
