학교시설의 에코 디자인 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Assessment Method for Eco Design of School Facilities)

  • In recent years, the objective information for the environmental effect of architecture will be furnished to the designer and inhabitant in order to minimize an excessive energy consumption and environmental loads by buildings. In addition, an environmental friendly architectural certification program for a residence, office, and school facilities have been operated to spread and supply environmental friendly architecture. Most of the environmental friendly architectural certification programs proposed in the country are focused on the aspect of the physical environments of architecture in its certification ranges. In the case of a foreign country, however, the certification ranges of an environmental friendly architectural certification program for the school facilities among the programs will be extended not only to the standards for architectural design, environmental aspect, and maintaining and management basis by considering the characteristics of educational effects for students but also to the curriculum, policy of environment, and roles of local community facilities by reflecting a social aspect. Therefore, this study proposes a design and evaluation method by considering an ecological element that will satisfy the requirement for educational well-being that includes not only the requirement for school facilities according to the development of a new curriculum like a space for teaching and learning but also the improvement of the quality of educational environments and the objective of an ecological school.

질화포텐셜 제어 가스질화로 개발(II) : 제어시스템 및 하드웨어 (Development of Controlled Gas Nitriding Furnace(II) : Controlled Gas Nitriding System and its Hardware)

  • This paper explained the equipment and process development to secure the source technology of controlled nitrification technology. The nitriding potential in the furnace was controlled only by adjusting the flow rate of ammonia gas introduced into the furnace. In addition, a control system was introduced to automate the nitriding process. The equipment's hardware was designed to enable controlled nitriding based on the conventional gas nitriding furnace, and an automation device was attached. As a result of measuring the temperature and quality uniformity for the equipment, the temperature and compound uniformity were ±1.2℃ and 14.3 ± 0.2 ㎛, respectively. And, it was confirmed that nitriding potential was controlled within the tolerance range of AMS2759-10B standard. In addition to parts for controlled nitriding, it was applied to products produced in existing conventional nitriding furnaces, and as a result, gas consumption was reduced by up to 80%.

  • In order to cope with change of Korean and global consumption trend, it is forecast that GAP cultivated ginseng & its processed products, Organic cultivated ginseng & its processed products, Sanyangsam & its processed products as well as existing white ginseng (products), red ginseng (products), Taekuksam (products), black ginseng (products) will enter into market and customer demands will create new consumption. Eventually, it is considered that the time has come for considering and carrying out together for raw material cultivation and production, research and development of processed products and export and distribution of domestic and overseas market.

  • The world has faced with various environmental problems such as climatic change, global pollution, and depletion of natural resources. Conventional economic development continues not only to intensify the magnitude of the problems but also to damage growth potential of future generations. Therefore, recent manufacturers are highly required to accommodate themselves to sustainable development that aims at preventing the loss to the future generations. Moreover, the manufacturers are under heavy pressure from various environmental regulations. This paper proposes green bill of material (Green-BOM) which conforms to the environmental regulations to restructure eco-friendly manufacturing system. Green-BOM is useful for managing green product and process information to satisfy several environmental regulations by recording energy consumption, recycle rate, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), substance information, and so on.

  • Generally, it is difficult to operate moveable-weir due to the expensive cost of the facility management and manpower consumption. Also, when it is installed in a remote area, there is a problem that the cost of connection for power system increases as well as the operating cost. Therefore, this paper proposes an optimal design algorithm to replace an existing power system with an Eco-friendly power supply system for movable-weir using PCS, PV module and lithium-ion battery. Also, this paper proposes a modeling method of environment-friendly power supply system for a movable-weir based on the PSCAD/EMTDC S/W and implements 5[kW] prototype environment-friendly power supply system. As a result of the performance test using the S/W modeling and the prototype system, it is confirmed that the proposed system has stable characteristics in the independent operation mode and the interconnection mode.

융복합 산업의 서비스경영에서 소비자 유형이 소비자의 친환경자동차에 대한 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Consumer Type on Consumer Intention to Purchase Eco-friendly Vehicles in the Service Management of Convergence Industry)

  • 최근 차세대 친환경 자동차에 대한 주요 메이커의 개발 및 시장 참여가 가속화되고 있으며, 소비자의 관심도 높아지고 있는 가운데, 소비자의 특성과 소비 유형 차세대 친환경 자동차의 특성 요인, 그리고 차세대 친환경 자동차에 대한 정부의 정책 조치가 소비자의 구매 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 국내 서울에 거주하는 소비자를 대상으로 웹 설문조사를 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 소비자의 특성(성별, 연령별, 월평균 소득별)과 소비자의 유형(가격가치 추구형, 개인가치 추구형, 사회환경 가치추구형)과 친환경 자동차 소유여부를 살펴보면 성별, 연령별, 월평균 소득별, 소비자 유형별로 유의한 차이가 없으며 구매의도는 성별, 연령별, 월평균 소득별로 유의한 차이가 없으나 소비자의 유형에 따라 구매의도에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 또한, 친환경 자동차의 특성요인이 소비자 구매행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 브랜드, 색상, 디자인 등 이미지는 친환경자동차에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 그리고 친환경자동차에 대한 소비자유형별 정부의 정책지원은 친환경자동차 구매행동에 정의 영향을 미치며 소비자 유형중 사회환경가치 추구형이 구매의도와 유의한 관계에 있으며 사회환경가치 추구형에 있어 정부의 지원정책인 이산화탄소세(톤당 5,000원, 톤당 10,000원), 국가나 지방자치단체의 차량가격직접지원, 가솔린세, 경유세, 탄소세 등 연료관련 세제 경감 등은 정의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

농촌 친환경 주거 개발을 위한 이엉지붕 열환경 특성 분석 -신석기시대 이엉지붕 움집을 대상으로- (Analysis of the Thermal Environment Characteristics of Thatched Roof for Eco-friendly Rural Housing Development -Focused on the Neolithic Thatched Roof Dugout Hut-)

  • Due to the development of civilization, the humans is privileged the rich of technologies for housing thermal environment. But, this kind of technological development caused enough trouble of energy excessive consumption. For solve this problem, many researchers strive to exploit the low energy sustainable techniques. For such a reason, the eco-friendly techniques of vernacular house are resurfacing. These traditional techniques are applied to a development of eco-friendly modern housing. They are no longer recognized as outdated products. On this context, this study proposes an scientific analysis on the thermal environment characteristics of Neolithic thatched-roof dugout hut(Um house). So far the several studies have been carried out in viewpoint of the history and structural compositions of the Um house which has been used as the normal housing for about 1000 years in the Neolithic era, however the thermal characteristics analysis of the Um house has never been studied. Um house is not a housing which has been composed by the scientific analysis or architectural design technology, but evolved empirically over a long period. This study on the thermal environment characteristics of Um house would provide basic information for the development of korean eco-friendly rural housing by korean climate characteristics. In this study, the thermal environmental characteristics of the Um house in the Neolithic era was analysed experimentally. The results of this study could be summarized as follows: 1. When the solar insolation and the ambient temperature in the daytime were $420W/m^2$ and $17^{\circ}C$ respectively, the surface temperature of the Um house roof covered with the rice straw was $37^{\circ}C$ and that in the roof $32^{\circ}C$, and in the conditions above the air temperature in the room was $15^{\circ}C$. 2. When the ambient relative humidity was 40%, that in the room of the Um house 50%, and at the ambient relative humidity of 90~100%, that in the room was 60%. 3. Through the experimental analysis, it was verified that the enthalpy and relative humidity is in an inverse relationship. 4. In general the comfort degree in the living space is changed with the seasonal climate, also in this study, the comfort degree in the room of the Um house in October and November was higher than that in May and June.

친환경 에너지 절약을 위한 열차운전 최적화 연구 (A Study on the Train Operation Optimization for Energy Saving)

  • In line with the expansion of electric railway, reducing carbon emission and optimal train operation are required by economical, eco-friendly and efficient management. Most of the energy consumption in electric railway is consumed by train operation. So it is important that minimize the energy consumption in train operation. An analysis of the operation performance of the new model vehicle which in South Korea, Korail introduced shows that the energy consumption is different in line with the skill level of the engine driver. In this study, the know-how of train operation of a skilled engine driver is systematized by using artificial intelligence, and the technique which supports engine drivers with train operation was offered. As a result of applying in South Korea, the Gyeongbu line by using simulation, it confirmed that the maximum 20% can reduce the energy consumption in comparison with unskilled engine drivers in case of applying the Expert System.

대학건축물의 전력에너지 사용량 조사 및 분석 (Survey and Analysis of Power Energy Usage of University Buildings)

  • For the past seven years, the increase in the energy consumption of universities in Korea has been 3.7 times higher than the overall increase in the energy consumption across Korea (22.5%). This is an example that shows that universities have been a massive source of greenhouse gases. Such an increase has been attributed to the new and expanded construction of architectural structures on campus. Many people argue that the increasing number of buildings may cause waste of energy and loss of efficiency. Therefore, this study was conducted as a preliminary study to derive energy efficiency measures for new university buildings. The two aspects of energy-saving as required by the eco-friendly structure certification standards have been applied to analyze the use of new/renewable energy and the energy consumption of new university buildings that have applied light density and light engineering methods. Based on these results, the major sources of energy of existing buildings and new university buildings were compared to comparatively discuss how effectively they improve energy performance.

평면곡선부 구간에서의 연료효율적 주행전략 개발 (Development of a Fuel-Efficient Driving Strategy in Horizontal Curve Section)

  • 우리나라 교통부문 온실가스 배출량은 2012년 88백만tonCO2eq에 도달하였으며, 이 중 도로에서 발생한 배출량이 94%를 차지한다. 현재 에코드라이빙 교육 및 홍보 프로그램을 실시하고 있으나 도로선형을 고려한 친환경적 차량제어 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 고속도로를 대상으로 평면곡선부를 주행하는 차량의 연료효율적 주행 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 설계지침에 따라 이상적인 평면곡선부를 설계하고 차량의 안전을 고려하기 위해 안전속도를 산정하였다. 설계한 평면곡선부의 구간별로 가 감속 시나리오를 설정하였으며 앞서 산정한 안전속도를 기준으로 속도를 제한하여 속도 프로파일을 생성하였다. 생성한 속도 프로파일에 도로 선형에 따른 차량 속도변환식을 적용하였으며 Comprehensive Modal Emission Model에 적용하여 연료소모량을 산정하였다. 초기속도별 최적 시나리오를 도출하였으며 도출한 에코드라이빙 전략을 검증하기 위해 실제 운전자 주행과 에코드라이빙 전략을 적용 시 연료소모량을 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과, 에코드라이빙 주행 시 운전자의 주행보다 평균 20.73% 연료소모량 감축효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다.
