연비 향상을 위한 반력 생성형 에코페달의 설계와 성능검증 (Design and Performance Validation of Tactile Force Generating Type Eco-pedal to Improve Fuel Economy)

  • 본 연구는 가속페달에 반력을 생성하여 운전자의 경제운전을 유도하기 위한 에코페달의 설계와 성능 검증을 다룬다. 에코페달의 제어로직은 사전에 설정된 "허용가속도"를 바탕으로 현재 속도에서 허용되는 연료소비량을 정하고 이를 실제 연료소비량과 비교하여 에코페달의 작동을 결정하는 방식을 제안하였다. 폐달 반력은 운전자가 충분히 인지하되 불쾌감을 느끼지 않아야 하며, 차량의 정상 거동에 간섭이 없어야 한다. 스텝형과 램프형 반력 등과 같이 페달 답력이 급속하게 증가하는 형태의 반력은 반력 작동이 멈춘 직 후 운전자의 답력에 의한 급작스러운 가속 현상 때문에 적용이 어렵고, 이러한 문제가 없는 진동형 반력을 채택하였다. 진동형 반력의 주파수, 진폭, 작동시간은 운전자의 주관적 평가와 연비 향상 효과를 고려하여 결정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 에코페달을 차량에 장착하여 주행시험을 실시한 결과 고속도로와 시내주행에서 각각 13%와 15%의 연비향상 효과를 보여주었다.

LEED인증 건축물 분석을 통한 실내공간의 친환경성 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Eco-friendly Indoor Space of Domestic Eco-certified (LEED)Building through the Cases Analysis & User's Satisfaction)

  • The building construction sector has been blamed as the main culprit of environmental contamination worldwide. So, there shall be some constructive alternatives in architectural engineering. As one of the alternatives, the LEED ("Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design") has been introduced since 1990s and has been well recognized in saving the resources and energy. "LEED" has also been introduced in Korea since 2002 but it has not put priority on the eco-friendliness of indoor space. In this study, the international and domestic green systems were analyzed and compared in order to restructure the checklist for indoor space. Using the restructured checklists, the questionnaire were sent to 180 people using 6 office buildings which passed the domestic "LEED" certification. LEED certification system put priority on the air quality and heating/cooling environment in its evaluation section and items. However, according to the results of the study, it was found that the people using the buildings were not satisfied enough with the air environment of buildings along with their other indoor environment items. This shows that even though the office buildings are designed according to the requirements of LEED, the buildings do not meet the occupier's needs. In addition, it showed that the evaluation items should be improved so that they are useful to enhance the satisfaction of the occupiers' needs. The paper could be useful in establishing standard for eco friendliness of indoor space of office buildings which pass the LEED certification as the basic data for increasing energy efficiency and working efficiency of occupiers of the buildings.

  • In the development of means of transportation, human beings who walk, ride or ride carriages are now enjoying the benefits of many means of transportation, including bicycles, airplanes, trains, buses, and cars. In the case of automobiles among various means of transportation, there is an advantage that an individual can conveniently move while possessing it. To solve air polution problems at the same time, eco-friendly automobiles such as low-noise, low-pollution, and high-efficiency automobiles have emerged. However, in the case of eco-friendly vehicleJ, engine noise at low speeds is a noise that is unlike existing vehicles and poses a threat to the safety of pedestrians. In this study, virtual engine system has been developed to prevent engine accidents caused by low- The pedestrians are aware of the fact that the vehicle is approaching.

Influence of Carbon Black as a Conductor on Electrode Characteristics for Lithium Secondary Battery

  • The electrochemical behavior of the $LiCoO_2$ electrode, containing carbon black as a conductor, depends upon the nature and characteristics of carbon black. In this study, six different kinds of carbon blacks were employed to investigate the relationship between the properties of carbon blacks and electrochemical characteristics of the electrode. The larger amount of surface oxygen functional groups brought the lower electrical conductivity for the carbon blacks. The electrical conductivity of carbon blacks was closely related to the impurities such as ash and volatile content. The rate capability and cyclability of the electrode were improved with the higher conductivity of carbon blacks used. So, it can be concluded that high conductive carbon black plays an important role as a conductor for high rate of charge-discharge capability and initial efficiency.

농촌 마을회관 제로에너지 건축물 구축을 위한 에너지 성능 분석 연구 - 충남 태안군 정죽4리 마을회관을 중심으로 - (A study on the analysis of energy performance for zero-energy building of rural village hall - Focused on the Jung Juk 4-le village hall -)

  • In this study, we survey the 2 buildings at the Central 1 and 8 buildings at the Central 2, which are divided by each climate region in the rural regions. Major heat loss factors are 47% loss of the outer shell including outer wall, roof, and bottom, 30% loss through window, and 23% loss through crevice wind. We analyze the energy simulation of ECO2 program to construct a zero energy building regarding village hall located in Jung Juk 4-le at Centeral 2. We simulate the primary energy requirement regarding village hall and the simulated results show the $265.3kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ and it may estimate '2' energy efficiency grade. The energy requirement regarding village hall is the $183.2kWh/m^2{\cdot}a$ when the passive technology are applied in village hall. We research total amount of energy requirement in village hall when the passive and active technologies such as solar cell with 3kW and solar thermal with $20m^2$, geothermal power with 17.5kW. The simulated results show the improved energy efficiency certification grade with $1^{{+}{+}{+}}$ due to the reduced primary energy requirement with 73% when passive technology including 3kW of solar panel is applied and the energy independence rate is 54%, which is estimated to be 4th grade of zero energy buildings. The order of energy consumption are solar panel, solar thermal, and geothermal power under applied passive technology in the building. In order to expand the zero energy building, it is necessary to introduce the zero energy evaluation system in the rural region.

다단 수직형 혐기성 소화조를 이용한 유기성 폐기물 바이오가스화 기술 (The Bio Gasification technology of organic waste using vertical multistage anaerobic digester)

  • 유기성폐기물의 처리 방식은 친환경적이고 지속가능한 에너지 회수 및 슬러지 발생량의 저감이 가능한 혐기성 소화를 통한 에너지화로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PFR 흐름(Plug Flow Reactor)과 수직 다단형 구조로 고농도 고형분과 높은 유기물 부하에 견딜 수 있도록 개발된 ECOPAD(ECOdays' Plug-flow Anaerobic Digster) 혐기성 소화 공법의 음식물 폐기물과 도계폐수에 대한 적용성과 효율을 파악하였다. 적용사례별 ECOPAD의 처리효율을 분석한 결과 P시와 S시의 음식물 폐기물 처리시설의 유기물 제거효율은(VS 기준 P시 84%, S시 88%) 였으며, 이때 발생하는 바이오가스량(P시: $1.1Nm^3/kg$-VSrem, S시 $1.0Nm^3/kg$-VSrem)과 메탄가스의 함유량(P시 70%, S시 71%)은 유사하게 측정되었다. 도계 폐수 슬러지의 경우 VS당 가스발생량은 $1.6Nm^3/kg$-VSrem로 측정되었으며, 메탄 함량은69%로 측정되었다.

식생섬에 의한 중수처리 효과 검증과 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Application and Verification of Heavy Water Treatment Effects Using Plant Cultivation (Vegetation) on Floating Island)

  • This this study was conducted with the aim of doing experiment on the effect of water purification by using an artificially built plant island, which is one of the eco-techniques, and aquatic plants as a plan for the reuse of water for obtaining water resources, thereby analyzing the removed quantity, and applying the experimental results to the reuse of water. As a result of doing experiments, this study obtained a good measured value of BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) 4.7mg/L, and COD (chemical oxygen demand) 7.2mg/L below the heavy water standard of BOD 10mg/L and COD 20mg/L, respectively. The chromaticity showed 89.2% removal efficiency, but final treated wastewater was found to show chromaticity 58 degrees exceeding chromaticity 20 degrees which are the water quality standard of the reuse of water. The results revealed that T-N produced 27% removal efficiency on an average while T-P produced 38% removal efficiency on an average, showing that the removal effect of N & P wasn't big. According to the currently enforced "Water Quality Standard of Heavy Water by Use", the use of water for sprinkling and landscaping was found to be available. Accordingly, this study suggested a nature-friendly, economically-efficient, and eco-technological water treatment technique which will make it possible to overcome the limit of the existing physio-chemical water treatment technology, reduce the costs for maintenance and facilities, and also reduce the limit of space restraint for installation of facilities.

녹색성장 교통부문 지표개발 교통 전문가 설문조사결과 분석 (Development of Transportation Indicators for Green Growth Based on a Questionnaire Survey for Transportation Experts)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 전문가 조사를 통해 교통부문 녹색성장을 구성하는 부문들의 상대적 중요성을 밝히고 각 부문별 평가 지표를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 지속가능한 개발이나 생태효율성이라는 기존의 개발 개념과 녹색성장이 어떠한 공통점을 가지며, 녹색성장 고유의 속성은 무엇인지를 설명하였다. 그리고 기존의 연구들을 토대로 교통부문에서 그간 이용되어온 지표들을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 목표인 올바른 지표설계를 위해 평가지표의 구조를 전체목표, 개별목표, 상세 목표로 위계화하여 제시하였으며, 균형있는 지표 설정을 위해 부정적 지표와 긍정적 지표의 개념도 제시하였다. 각 개별목표와 상세목표의 전체목표에 대한 상대적 기여도의 결정을 위해 교통부문 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 설문조사 결과를 토대로 AHP 분석을 통해 각 목표들의 가중치를 계산하였다. 분석결과 저탄소 친환경성이 가장 높은 가중치를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제활동성이 전체 목표달성에서 가장 낮은 비중을 차지하였다. 이를 통해 현재 교통전문가들이 녹색성장 중 성장 부문에 대한 인식이 부족하며, 녹색성장이라는 새로운 개념과 과거의 지속가능한 개발이나 생태효율성을 명확히 구분하지 못한다는 사실을 확인하였다.

친환경양식어업육성 민간보조사업비 집행효율 증대 방안 (A Study on the Efficiency of Execution of the Private Subsidy for Environmentally Friendly Aquaculture)

  • The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is supporting the "Environmentally Friendly Fisheries Promotion and Private Assistance Project" to increase production of eco-friendly, high-value-added foods. Private-backed operators selected for the project will have an economic opportunity to build, expand or refurbish eco-friendly fishing grounds. To facilitate this, the scope of project support was expanded after 2015 and an opportunity was prepared for private subsidy projects to grow to a new level in terms of quality and quantity by switching to a public offering project. However, starting in 2017, demand from the private sector will plunge and selected projects will be delayed or the project implementation rate will be lowered. It was a time for subsidy-related laws and systems to be reinforced but private subsidy projects do not temporarily shrink simply due to the increased administrative burden on private subsidy operators on subsidy management. It plans to review the correlation between laws and systems related to the construction of fish farms and suggest ways to enhance the efficiency of implementation so that economic advantages, the biggest advantage of the private subsidy project, can be recovered within the current legal system.

탄소생산성과 경제적 성과의 인과성에 관한 실증연구 (The Relationship between Carbon Productivity and Economic Performance : An Empirical Analysis)

  • 본고에서는 탄소생산성(환경경제효율)이 미래 저탄소사회에서 기업이 지속가능한 발전을 달성하기 위한 환경전략의 목표가 될 수 있는지를 확인하기 위해 탄소생산성과 기업의 재무성과 간에는 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 첫째 탄소생산성이 높은 기업일수록 재무성과가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 탄소생산성(환경효율) 개념을 수정 보완한 Factor-X지표도 재무성과에 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것을 보여주었다. 둘째 재무성과가 양호한 기업일수록 차기의 탄소생산성도 개선될 것이라는 가설도 지지되었다. 그러나 탄소생산성과 재무성과 간에 장기적 영향(효과)은 나타나지 않았다. 끝으로 산업특성(에너지다소비산업 여부)에 따라 탄소생산성과 재무성과의 관련성이 달라진다는 사실도 확인되었다.
