국내 상상 어린이 공원의 친환경성 평가 연구 (A Study on the Environment-Friendliness Evaluation of Sangsang Children's Park in Korea)

  • Since Seoul city supplied 'Sangsang Children's Park', domestic children's parks are changing from formal facilities to creative play space recently. From eco-friendly safe playground model development project, the awareness of eco-friendly playground, namely children's park is increasing and its necessity is magnified. However, we could not know how well most children's parks aimed at the eco-friendly playground reflect eco-friendly features and whether they are eco-friendly or not because there are not the specific planning guidelines and evaluation standards for making the eco-friendly playground or children's park. Therefore, in this study we established the environment-friendliness evaluation standards of children's parks and estimated the environment-friendly features of the 9 parks built on the subject of green among Sangsang Children's Parks. In the observational survey of the 9 parks, we evaluated the environment-friendliness of these parks in the 8 fields(location and placement, ecological environment, play space, play equipment and facilities, additional facilities, materials and resources, energy saving, environmental load reduction) according to the levels(suitable, partial reflection, unsuitable, non-reflection) of reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. The assessment results showed that 4 items (location and placement, additional facilities, play space, play equipment and facilities) were suitable and others (energy saving, environmental load reduction, ecological environment, materials and resources) were partial reflection or unsuitable. Therefore, on the basis of these results, this study proposed the planning indicators to be considered first and the planning factors that should be complemented and improved in the construction of eco-friendly children's park in future.

시스템다이내믹스를 이용한 지역개발사업의 파급효과분석 (Analysing the Effects of Regional Development Project on Regional Economic Development: An Application of System Dynamics Approach)

  • This paper attempts to analyse the financial validity of the Eco-therapy project which 'J' city in 'C' province has been eagerly trying to implement for its regional economic development and also to estimate the potential economic impact of the project on its regional economy. In doing so, it employs system dynamics which is a methodology for studying and managing complex systems, such as one finds in business and other social systems. Analytic framework for this study is constructed, based on the existing theoretical studies. This study concludes that the Eco-therapy Project concerned is economically and financially valid and it is also expected that the regional economic impacts arising from the construction and operation of the facilities concerned are greater than any other project which 'J' city has been pursuing.

  • 최근에 기술의 융합에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특별히 유비쿼터스를 이용한 도시 계획이 발표되고, U-시티에 대한 본격적인 사업이 진행됨에 따라 도시와 유비쿼터스를 어떻게 융합시킬 것인가에 대한 논의가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도시 공간과 유비쿼터스 기술의 융합 기법에 대하여 알아보고, 유비쿼터스 도시에 적용가능한지에 대하여 논의한다.

안양 삼덕 지하주차공원 설계 (Design of Samduck Underground Parking Lot and Park in Anyang)

  • Anyang city performed a design competition for the existing paper mill site and this design is the work that was submitted to that competition. The design instructions for the competition were about an organic site which had harmony of aboveground park and underground parking lot, establishment of park planning which is fit for the features of nearby areas, and security of proper parking space. This design criteria set the design concept to a new wave of Anyang by reflecting the design instructions of prize contest and features of the site and developed it as three waves. First, the eco wave, one of three waves, means that it compose the ecological healthy park and urban environment together with restoration and preservation of Suamcheon (stream), and futhermore the waves that the natural resource are maintained in a delicate ecological balance as the water resource of Anyang city are connected to the axis of mountain resource. Secondly, the emotion wave indicates that the wave toward culture and art emotional park that stimulates and fills up the emotion to makes impoverishing modems minds fertile. Thirdly, the health wave means the waves toward a park to keep the sound of minds and bodies of Anyang citizens, and healthy and sound life as well as the waves toward a park to contribute the healthy leap and development of Anyang. These three waves will enrich the park keeping the dynamic relationship mutually and will be a new culture and art code of Anyang city.

새만금사업의 친환경개발지표 설정 연구 (A Study on the Development of Eco-friendly Environmental Indicators for Saemangeum Project)

  • Saemangeum reclamation project was started in 1991 with the purpose of eco-friendly reclamation, but without clear definition of eco-friendliness. This study was carried out to find out the environmental indicators to define and evaluate the eco-friendliness of Saemangeum project. The methodology to identify the indicators included the analysis of similar reclamation projects, professional discussions, and Delphi survey. The eco-friendly indicators are theoretically based on the five elements of eco-friendliness; 1) resource consumption, 2) energy consumption, 3) pollution emission, 4) bio-diversity, 5) social amenity. The 69 indicators were explained in detail for the convenient use of the indicators by the potential users. The 69 indicators were classified into three categories such as pre-evaluation, process evaluation, and post-evaluation. In terms of spatial consideration, the 69 indicators were classified into two categories such as direct influence area and indirect influence area. Also the 69 indicators were classified into 7 categories: 1) sea, 2) lake, 3) agricultural land use, 4) industrial land use, 5) residential land use, 6) tourism land use, and 7) environmental land use. Twenty core indicators were selected from the 69 indicators by surveying the importance of each indicator. The core indicators are recommended in case of time and budget strain. When there are few quantitative data accumulated for the reclamation project, 5 macro indicators are recommended to be used. Macro indicators are qualitative in nature, and may be used in order to evaluate the overall eco-friendliness of a reclamation project.

GIS를 활용한 생태도시의 토지적합성 분석 (Suitability Analysis on Land Use for Eco-City using GIS)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 생태도시 구상을 위한 토지용도의 적지분석을 위한 방법으로 GIS를 활용하여 생태환경을 정리, 분석하여 지역 및 공간에 대한 적합성을 판정하는 것이었다. 적합성 판정에 영향을 미치는 생태환경 요소로서 표고, 경사, 수계/저류지, 비오톱, 토양생산성, 시각민감도, 식생, 녹지연결성 등 8가지를 선정하였다. 각 요소의 범주를 개발 및 보존가치에 따라 5등급으로 등급화하고, 각 요소별 가중치를 부여하였다. 도면중첩은 최대값을 이용하였으며, 분석의 최종단계에서 5등급의 토지 적합성 등급을 제시하였고 이에 따라 개발, 보전, 절대보존 공간 등 등급별로 토지용도를 제안하였다.

  • Environmental problems were related to human life from second industrial revolution. Recently, peoples are interested in solving global warming problem and improving air quality. Therefore, we request for eco-friendly vehicles such as fuel cell electric vehicles using eco-friendly hydrogen energy. In order to reduce particulate matter in Korea, we have established a plan to promote the deployment of eco-friendly vehicles. In this paper, we analyzed the average monthly charging status and hydrogen consumption by introducing fuel cell bus.
