Climate change lead to environmental pollution caused by the radical economic growth and development of industry. The amount of damage from abnormal climate is increasing rapidly for this reason in Korea. In particular, the cities is a lot of carbon emission quantity from the radical growth. Thus the government present "low carbon green growth" for eco-friendly city planning. As one of the important factors effecting climate change, active researches on land use change is performed. In this study, we knew land use change of each scenarios using land use equilibrium model which is kind of predictive model of land use in Japan. First, we selected study area to Jeju lsland. For this study, indicators for input data were selected and spatial data for input data were established using GIS program. Second, we established future scenarios based in 2040s. There are 2 future scenarios: dispersion scenario, compact scenario. Third, we compared with residential area of current and residential area for future scenarios. Results showed that residential area of the difference between current and dispersion scenario were 1,230 ha and residential area of the difference between current and compact scenario were 1,515 ha. Finally, for comparing carbon dioxide absorption volume between dispersion scenarios and compact scenarios, we calculated carbon dioxide absorption volume according to residential area decreased of each future scenarios. Results showed that carbon dioxide absorption volume in dispersion scenario was 477,878 ton and carbon dioxide absorption volume in compact scenario was 588,606 ton. Therefore, the study showed that land use equilibrium model is expected to put to use for future enhancement in creating data for climate change stabilization. And it is also expected to be utilized for city planning research in Korea.

Recently, interests in the use of Sharing Bike is increasing in consideration of eco-friendly transportation and safety from viruses. As the technology for collecting and storing data is improved with the development of ICTs, research on mobility using the Sharing Bike Data is also actively progressing. Therefore, this paper analyzes the properties of Sharing Bike Data and cases of researches on it through literature review, and based on the results of the review, data of Eoulling, the Sharing Bike System of Sejong City is analyzed as a way to utilize Sharing Bike Data. Most of the selected literature used structured data, and analyzed it through statistical methods or data mining. Through data analysis, it identified the current status, found out problems of the Sharing Bike System, proposed a solution to solve them, developed plans to activate the use of Sharing Bike. This provides basic data for efficient management and operation plans for Sharing Bike System. Ultimately, it will be possible to explore ways to improve mobility in urban spaces by utilizing Sharing Bike Data.

In order to respond to the increase in water disasters due to climate change and urbanization, research on low impact development (LID) techniques and application to cities are expanding. The LID technique is a technology that reduces rainwater runoff in the city, controls various water disasters such as flash floods, etc. in an eco-friendly way, and restores the urban water circulation system to a natural water circulation system. However, quantitative analysis of stormwater runoff reduction through the LID technique is insufficient. Therefore, this study analyzed the ratio of the permeable area required to reduce the surface runoff of rainfall (25 mm/hr, 50 mm/hr, 100 mm/hr) with respect to the impervious watershed area of the old city using the permeable pavement. As a result of the analysis, it was found that a permeable area ratio of 7.14 to 12.63% of the total area was required for 25 mm/hr, 15.79 to 26.97% for 50 mm/hr, and 30 to 55.81% for 100 mm/hr.

This study aimed to compare differences according to categories of fishery and marine environmental policies for the (estimated) amount of fishery waste generated by fishing, and to analyze the correlation between associated independent and dependent variables. The independent variables were divided into three dif erent sectors. The first sector included precautionary policies that observed eco-friendly fishing support program, institutional prevention activities, and physical barriers installation. The second sector with the current management policies included the relevant vessel operations, establishment of fishery order, fishery restructuring, and fishery ground clean-up. Thirdly, post-response policies comprised the litter purification from river to shoreline, the collection and removal of marine, sedimentary, and floating debris, purchasing salvaged debris generated while fishing, fishery waste disposal, and repairing damage caused by marine litter. The indicator used was the settlement amount by each program. The dependent variable was the estimated amount of fishery waste and the indicator was the sum of the loss of traps and gill nets and the loss of their appendages. According to the results of Kruskal-Wallis Test, the estimated amount of fishery waste was highest in the East Sea in terms of sea area and the highest in the Si(city) according to basic local municipality. The settlement amount related to the marine environment services was largest in the Gun(county). Further, there were significant differences between Gun(county) and the other regions(Si(city) and Gu(autonomous district)) with respect to most variables. The variables related to the estimated amount of fishery debris were the project purchasing salvaged debris generated while fishing and fishery waste disposal program in the post-response policies.
Recently, interest in UAM (Urban Air Mobility, UAM), which can take off and land vertically in the operation of urban air transportation systems, has been increasing. Therefore, various start-up companies are developing related technologies as eco-friendly future transportation with advanced technology. However, studies on ways to increase safety in the operation of UAM are still insignificant. In particular, efforts are more urgent to improve the safety of risks generated in the process of attempting to land in the city center by UAM equipped with autonomous driving. Accordingly, this study proposes a plan to safely land by avoiding dangerous region that interfere when autonomous UAM attempts to land in the city center. To this end, first, the latitude and longitude coordinate values of dangerous objects observed by the sense of the UAM are calculated. Based on this, we proposed to convert the coordinates of the distorted planar image from the 3D image to latitude and longitude and then use the calculated latitude and longitude to compare the pre-learned feature descriptor with the HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradients, HOG) feature descriptor to extract the dangerous Region. Although the dangerous region could not be completely extracted, generally satisfactory results were obtained. Accordingly, the proposed research method reduces the enormous cost of selecting a take-off and landing site for UAM equipped with autonomous driving technology and contribute to basic measures to reduce risk increase safety when attempting to land in complex environments such as urban areas.

This study aims to reveal the distribution of native plants, rare plants, and specialty plants and provides basic data for efficient ecosystem management through a survey of the flora in Mt. Chijae (Gamagol) and its adjacent areas in Damyang-gun, Jeonnam-do, while also identifying useful plants in the eco-city Damyang-gun for distinctive garden plants. A total of 21 field surveys were conducted from March 2022 to June 2023 to collect and identify 492 taxa consisting of 101 families, 304 genera, 444 species, 10 subspecies, 35 varieties, and 3 formas. The analysis of the prepared sample list showed 14 taxa designated as specialty plants, 9 taxa designated as rare plants by the Korea Forest Service, 7 taxa designated as the national red (i.e., endangered) plants by the Ministry of Environment, and 68 taxa with phylogenetic specific species, of which 45 taxa for Grade I, 5 taxa for Grade II, 16 taxa for Grade III, and 2 taxa for Grade IV were confirmed. The list included 155 taxa of biological resources subject to export approval by the Ministry of Environment and 38 taxa of alien plants of which 7.7 percent were naturalized, and the urbanization index was 6.1 percent. Four taxa were ecosystem-disturbing invasive alien plants designated by the Ministry of Environment introduced artificially or naturally from abroad. This study is expected to contribute to creating unique and attractive landscapes in Damyang if the specific plants found in Mt. Chijae are grown and planted in city gardens.

The flora was summarized as 195 taxa; 73 families, 138 genera, 168 species, 23 varieties and 4 forms in Jangsoo-ri windbreak forest and 151 taxa; 63 families, 118 genera, 131 species, 18 varieties and 2 forms in Pyeongsa-ri windbreak forest. Based on the list of the rare plants by the Forest Research Institute, 3 taxa and based on the list of Korean endemic plant 4 taxa were recorded in the studied areas; Puccinellia coreensis (Gramineae), Asarum maculatum (Aristolochiaceae), Prunus yedoensis (Rosaceae), Koelreuteria paniculata (Sapindaceae), Adenophora triphylla var. hirsuta (Campanulaceae). The Specific Plant Species which is categorized by the Ministry of Environment, Korea, was summarized as 23 taxa for the 1 degree of 17 taxa, 3 degree of 5 taxa, 5 degree of 1 taxa in Jangsoo-ri windbreak forest and 22 taxa for the 1 degree of 18 taxa, 3 degree of 3 taxa, 5 degree of 1 taxa in Pyeongsa-ri windbreak forest. From the enlisted the flora surveyed, the naturalized plants were 17 taxa in Jangsoo-ri windbreak forest and 19 taxa in Pyeongsa-ri windbreak forests with the Naturalization rate was 8.7 percent and 12.6 percent, respectively. In Jangsoo-ri windbreak forest, there has been occurred many man-made impair and development without legal institution and control. So, it needs in haste institutional conservation measures and systemic database construction about function and necessity of windbreak forest. In Pyeongsa-ri windbreak forest, recently many people visited here. So, if we make eco-tour place connecting nearby coast and windbreak forest, it will contribute resident's economic profit and opportunity, concerns about windbreak forest, and necessity of conservation measures. Recently, the windbreak forests in Jangsoo-ri and Pyeongsa-ri should be bereaved windbreak forest of function by the human activities.

This study is to find out that pre-service elementary teacher's the effects of a ecology mentor club activities to the environmental sensitivity and the effects on the environment friendly attitude of elementary school students. This study has been aimed at 25 students of 5th grade in B metropolitan city S elementary school in 2015, B educational University of elementary pre-service teachers 10 people, Elementary School Teachers10 people to apply a ecology club mentor activities to investigate a comment participated in environmental mentor club activities of elementary pre-service teachers and the environmental sensitivity and the effects on the environment friendly attitude of elementary school students. Procedures for this research was the topic for setting ecology club mentor activities of elementary school students, pre-service elementary school teachers receive consultation from field teachers and guide to ecology club mentor activities of elementary school students. Before the ecology club mentor activities, pre-test environmental sensitivity and the environment-friendly attitude of were carried out. After the experiment, post-test of environmental sensitivity and environmental friendly attitude check was carried out. Also, investigate a comment of pre-service elementary teachers participate and guide to ecology club mentor activities of elementary school students. After the experiment results are as follows. First, the ecology club mentor activities of pre-service elementary school teachers are effective to cultivate environmental sensitivity of the elementary school students. Second, the ecology club mentor activities of pre-service elementary school teachers are effective to cultivate eco-friendly attitude of the elementary school students. Third, after ecology club mentor activities of elementary school students, pre-service elementary school teachers now have a very good feeling. Based on these results, suggestions for further research are as follows. First, the variety of ecological club programs target to elementary school students are needed. Second, there is a need for continuing research on the ecology club activities.

Fe based (Fe$_{68.2}$C$_{5.9}$Si$_{3.5}$B$_{6.7}$P$_{9.6}$Cr$_{2.1}$Mo$_{2.0}$Al$_{2.0}$) amorphous powder, which is a composition of iron blast cast slag, were produced by a gas atomization process, and sequently mixed with ductile Cu powder by a mechanical ball milling process. The Fe-based amorphous powders and the Fe-Cu composite powders were compacted by a spark plasma sintering (SPS) process. Densification of the Fe amorphous-Cu composited powders by spark plasma sintering of was occurred through a plastic deformation of the each amorphous powder and Cu phase. The SPS samples milled by AGO-2 under 500 rpm had the best homogeneity of Cu phase and showed the smallest Cu pool size. Micro-Vickers hardness of the as-SPSed specimens was changed with the milling processes.
The purpose of this study is to explore an implication for new perspectives and concrete approaches to Korean Land Banking by analyzing the role of the Land Bank and the Land Storage System in the formation of Chinese Land Market, Land Management, and City Management. Time scope of this research focused on Chinese reform and opening since 1978, when study of land bank began to be actively performed in China. Research targets were Land Bank and Land Storage System related to Chinese Land System, and this research targeted Chinese Land Storage System as research object, which seem to have similar tendency to Korean Land Banking System, after examining the concept of Land Bank and Land Storage System. As the research method, this research arranged the contents and changes of policy based on discussed research documents over Chinese Land Bank and Land Storage System till today since the foundation of the nation. Later, this research investigated the realistic reflection and in-depth investigation of the problems through the operational mechanism and concrete case study of Chinese Land Storage System, a similar policy to Korean land bank, the researchers will look into the reality reflected and will carry out a in-depth study of the problems. China has established its characteristic socialistic market economy system, partly adopting the concept of capitalism, supporting socialism. This way, the researcher considers that such socialistic economic factors with strong welfare aspects can be adopted also in Korea, where capitalistic market economy system is maintained, and be utilized as a new measure for development strategy.
