스마트폰 뱅킹서비스의 지각된 위험과 지각된 즐거움이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Understanding Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Risk and Intention to Use Smart phone Banking Services)

  • Recently, due to the proliferation of smartphones, users of mobile banking services which are based in wireless Internet without constraint of the time and places are significantly increased. In the study, considering the characteristics of mobile banking services based on the smartphone and the user behavior. we analyse the factors which have an effect on the behavioral intention to use mobile banking services based on the smartphone. For this purpose, we use the model which is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and add two constructs:the perceived enjoyment and the perceived risk. A survey data for 194 students at the K cyber university is used for statistical analysis. As a result, the perceived ease of use affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived enjoyment, and the perceived ease of use. And the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment affect continuous intention to use. On the other hand, the hypothesis which the perceived risk would affect adversely the continuous intention to use is rejected. Through this study, we expect to provide the useful implications for the smartphone banking services and contribute to the development of strategy for them.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment. This study is meaningful in that it examines the characteristics of smart work and the fit of cloud computing characteristics, and it is a study that reveals the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing by applying the integrated model of TTF and TAM. Design/methodology/approach In order to understand the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment, a research model that integrates TTF and TAM with the hypothesis was proposed. In order to verify the research hypothesis, this study conducted a survey on individuals with experience in smart work and cloud computing. And with the data 280 collected in the survey, path analysis was performed using the PLS structural equation. Findings As a result, it was found that task characteristics and technology characteristics had a positive (+) effect on task-skill fit, and task-skill fit had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease of use and usefulness. Also, task-skill fit, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on intention to use.

확장된 기술수용모델에 따른 그룹웨어의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Extended TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and Groupware Usage Intention)

  • With the increased importance of groupware in organizations, groupware acceptance is regarded as an important outcome in the efforts of firms to leverage the potential of this information technology in their business activities and strategies. Despite significant investments in groupware, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to implement groupware and leverage the business value of groupware. This study identifies important factors influencing user acceptance of groupware by extending TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) which includes perceived control, intrinsic motivation, and concentration as well as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness from original TAM. The proposed model is tested in an organization among 104 employees using previous research measurements. According to the findings from the study, the usage intention of groupware can be explained by intrinsic motivation, perceived control, perceived ease of use, and Perceived usefulness. However, it fails to explain the effect of concentration on the intention.

Mobile Payments from Merchants' Perspective: An Empirical Study Using the TAM Model in Saudi Arabia

  • This study aims to examine the factors that affect the intention of merchants to adopt mobile payments in Saudi Arabia. The underlying model used in the study is the technology acceptance model, which includes two factors: perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The effects of trust, cost, and compatibility are also examined because these are among the common factors used based on the literature. An online questionnaire was completed by 242 merchants in Saudi Arabia who had already adopted mobile payment services. A significant relationship was identified between perceived usefulness and compatibility in terms of merchants' intention to adopt mobile payment systems, while an insignificant relationship was identified with perceived ease of use, trust, and cost.

Effects of the Attributes of Mobile Shopping Apps on Purchase Intention of Fashion Products

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the attributes of mobile shopping apps on the purchase intention of fashion products in the steadily growing mobile commerce market and analyze the mediation effect of shopping flow. Research design, data and methodology : In this study, a survey was conducted on users in their 20s to 50s who had experience of fashion products via mobile shopping apps. The questionnaire was analyzed on the final 507. The research issues were verified using Frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, and Structural equation model. Results : Among the attributes of mobile shopping apps, reliability, enjoyment and ease of use were found to have a significant impact on shopping flow and fashion product purchase intention, while shopping flow had a significant impact on fashion product purchase intention. Product diversity and usefulness of shopping apps didn't show a significant effect. After examining the mediation effect, reliability, enjoyment, and ease of use were shown to have indirect effects by showing partial mediation effects. Conclusions : Studies show that consumers are not putting much emphasis on how diverse a product line is available and how useful a mobile shopping app is when they shop for fashion products on mobile devices. Factors that affect consumers' purchase intention are reliability, enjoyment and ease of use of shopping apps. These results shows that it is important to provide reliable information about fashion products, provide reliability to customers by setting up means for safe transactions, and provide a wider variety of services and information to make using the mobile shopping app enjoyable. In addition, there is a need to make it easy to find a fashion product that consumers like and make it easy to purchase when consumers find out fashion products that they like, and to configure how to use the app easily. Consequently, consumers become immersed in shopping which is also able to improve consumers' purchase intention on fashion products when a reliable, enjoyable and easy to use mobile shopping app is provided.

이러닝 학습자들의 이용의도에 관한 종단적 연구 (Longitudinal Study on the Intention to Use of e-Learning Learners)

  • 본 연구는 종단적 자료를 기반으로 이러닝 학습경험 전과 후의 이러닝 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 비교하여 대학생들의 인식 변화를 알아보기 위해 경상북도에 소재한 Y대학과 K대학의 대학생을 대상으로 연구조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 학습시간의 편의성과 학습과정의 용이성, 이러닝 유용성은 학습경험과 관계없이 이러닝 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습공간의 편의성은 학습경험 전과 후의 인식에 차이가 있었으며, 이러닝 학습을 경험한 후 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실제 이러닝 학습을 경험한 대학생들은 학습과정의 용이성이 이용의도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 효과적인 이러닝 활성화 방향과 이러닝 학습자들에 대한 종단적 연구의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

애플리케이션 디스플레이 광고의 회피효과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가? (What are the factors affecting avoidance the effects of the application display advertising?)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 디스플레이 광고회피에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보고자 하는 목적에서 시작하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 광고의 지각된 침입성에 대한 요인분석 결과 단일 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 광고의 지각된 침입성은 광고회피에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트폰 이용동기에 대한 요인분석 결과 7개의 요인으로 나타났다. 즉, 정보획득, 오락성, 학습/업무활용, 멀티미디어 활용, 생활편의성, 시간 활용으로 나타났다. 학습/업무활용성 동기와 생활편의성 동기가 높으면 광고회피 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스마트폰에 대한 관여도에 따라 광고에 대한 지각된 침입성에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 고관여 집단이 저관여 집단보다 정보획득, 오락성, 사회적 관계형성, 멀티미디어 활용, 생활편의성, 시간활용 동기가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 디스플레이 광고를 제작하는 광고실무자에게 스마트 폰 사용자가 광고회피 행위를 줄일 수 있는 해답을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

360 제품 사진의 특성과 내적혁신성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effect of 360 Product Photography Characteristics and Internal Innovation on Intention to Continuous Use)

  • 360 제품 사진은 실사를 기반으로 하는 VR 제작 방식의 하나로 피사체를 다각도에서 관찰할 수 있는 실감 미디어 기술 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 통하여 360 제품 사진의 특성과 내적혁신성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 온라인 설문조사 결과, 360 제품 사진의 특성인 정보성은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 모두 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 신뢰성과 오락성은 지각된 유용성에만 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 내적혁신성은 지각된 용이성에 영향을 미치고 있었지만 지각된 유용성에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 매개변인인 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 모두 지속이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 아직까지 미흡한 360 제품 사진 관련 분야에 다양한 연구를 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어, 360 제품 사진의 실무 제작에 전략적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

특수교육에서 로봇활용교육의 수용태도에 영향을 주는 요인 탐색: 기술수용모형을 바탕으로 (Exploring Factors Affecting Acceptance Attitudes of Robot-Based Education in Special Education: Based on the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 기술수용모형(TAM)을 바탕으로 특수교육에서 로봇활용교육의 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하여 이들 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 충청북도 초 중 고등학교 특수교사들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 특수교육에서 로봇활용교육의 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 사회적 영향력의 3개 요인이며, 이중 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것은 인지된 유용성으로 나타났다. 또한 인지된 용이성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 혁신성향과 사회적 영향력으로 나타났다. 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지된 용이성과 혁신성향으로 밝혀졌다. 로봇활용교육이 특수교육에 안정적으로 수용되기 위해서는 로봇활용교육에 대한 교사의 긍정적 인식을 이끌어 내는 노력이 필요하다.
