외식상품의 소셜네트워킹서비스 특성이 지각된 사용 용이성·유용성과 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Network Service Characteristics on perceived Ease of Use and Usefulness)

  • SNS (Social network service) characteristics are perceived to simplify use. We carried out empirical studies on these parameters to observe the impact on the image of catering SNS online by word-of-mouth. The subjects of the study were as follows: 32.3% (392 persons) 19 years old, 67.7% (821 persons) over 19 years, 51.0% (619 persons) in their 20s, 22.1% (268 persons) in their 30s, 17.6% in their 50s, and 9.3% (112 persons) over 50 years. After verifying the hypothesis proposed that SNS characteristics perceived the ease of use, the significant factor identified in usability were connectivity Speed (${\beta}=0.213$), playfulness (${\beta}=0.246$), information (${\beta}=0.115$), and reciprocity (${\beta}=0.357$). Dual reciprocity had the most impact. It was observed that a longer impact of these significant factors improved the feel and fun of use. If SNS companies cater to, quick and easy, diverse, reliable and latest information, they can increase the ease of use, and availability, depending on the goals. Also, significant factors in the SNS features and online word of mouth was playfulness (${\beta}=0.312$), information (${\beta}=0.207$), reciprocity (${\beta}=0.066$) and perceived ease of use, and usefulness (${\beta}=0.293$), double playfulness had the maximum impact. These features provided more fun, reliable information, and could quickly deliver the latest information. The more the perceived usefulness, and ease of use, higher was the online word-of-mouth effect. SNS usage characteristics of connectivity Speed did not show any statistical significance in online word-of-mouth. Thus, catering businesses need to find ways to increase the ease of use, make the usefulness multifaceted, constantly checking the catering information on the SNS and ensuring to get the latest information is from diverse and reliable sources. This would increase the fun for the customer making the SNS to actively be utilized as a marketing tool.

Factors Influencing Work-Related Use of Smartphones: An Empirical Investigation

  • This paper touches the limitations of existing theories related to technology acceptance, which mainly focus on users' perceived ease of use and usefulness, and proposes the role for sensory capabilities and enjoyment in understanding smartphone use. Furthermore, we develop a model that explains smartphone usage and intention to use it for a task and analyzes 442 questionnaire survey responses of smartphone users. First, perceived usefulness, perceived sensory capability, and perceived enjoyment influenced smartphone usage. Second, we found that both perceived usefulness and smartphone use were significantly associated with users' intention to utilize the smartphone for their job-related tasks. Finally, both perceived sensory capability and enjoyment were found to be more powerful factors than ease of use in explaining smartphone use. From the study findings, implications and future research directions are also discussed.

개인의 e-Learning 수용에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting Personnel e-Learning Acceptance)

  • The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting personnel e-Learning acceptance. We used self-efficacy and perceived playfulness as independent variables to extended Technology Acceptance Model in an e-Learning contort. Perceived playfulness is the one of the important personal intrinsic motivational factors which could enlarge the understanding process of technology acceptance in the personal perspective. Questionnaires were collected from 94 respondents who experienced e-Learning systems that L Corporation provided. This study developed and empirically tested a model representing the relationship by using Structural Equation Model among factors which are: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, self-efficacy and attitudes. Also we measured affective and cognitive attitude because, most psychometric literature explain attitude has two different dimensions which are affective and cognitive. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows. Firstly, the higher the perceived usefulness the more affected the behavioral intention was to use as well as attitude to be positive. Secondly, as much as perceived playfulness more affected the perceived ease of use as well as self-efficacy. Finally, the perceived ease of use and self-efficacy are not significantly affected attitude while they are affected perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness.

스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰에 대한 정보프라이버시 염려와 개인적 혁신성이 유용성과 사용편이성 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (Influences Information Privacy Concerns and Personal Innovation of Smartphone-based Shopping Mall on Usefulness, Ease-of-Use and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모형을 근거로 정보프라이버시 염려와 개인적 혁신성이 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰에 대한 인지된 유용성과 사용편이성 및 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰에서 구매경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고, 구조방정식 모형분석 기법을 사용하여 가설검증을 했다. 연구결과는 첫째, 정보 프라이버시 염려는 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰에 대한 유용성에는 유의적인 부(-)의 영향을 주지만, 사용편이성에는 유의적인 영향이 없었다. 둘째, 개인적 혁신성은 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰의 유용성과 사용편이성에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰의 사용편이성은 유용성과 만족에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰의 유용성은 만족에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 스마트폰 기반 쇼핑몰의 수용에 있어서 정보프라이버시 염려와 개인적 혁신성의 중요성을 밝혔다.

  • The current study investigates major factors which influence the consumer's selection of internet shopping malls. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)(Davis, 1989) and trust theory(McKnight & Chervany, 2001), consumer selection factors from marketing research(Burke, 1997;Dodds et al, 2001), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price were hypothesized as to affect the consumer's decision to choose one's specific internet shopping malls. The study developed a research model to explain the shopping mall selection and collected the survey responses from 312 internet shopping mall users. The results of the current research indicate that all the research variables employed in the study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price, are found to significantly influence the consumer's shopping mall selection decision. Among the influencing factors, price, service quality, and trust showed a greater effect on the shopping mall selection than usefulness and ease of use. This result implies that purchase-related variables such as price and service quality may be more critical to attracting customers and thereby raising the sales volume of the shopping mall, than the web site's usefulness and ease of use.

지상파 UHD 방송에 대한 인지된 유용성과 용이성이 시청태도 및 의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 확장된 기술수용모형(ETAM) 중심으로 - (A Study on the Viewing Attitude and Intention for Perceived Usefulness and Ease of use of Terrestrial UHD Broadcasting - Center for Extended Technology Acceptance Model(ETAM)-)

  • 본 연구는 지상파 UHD 방송에 대한 인지된 유용성과 용이성이 시청태도 및 의향에 얼마나 영향을 미치는 지 알아보기 위해 외생변인으로 혁신성, 상대적 이점, 몰입도, 접근성 및 친화성을 사용하였으며, 이를 위해 191명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 외생변인은 '친화성' '상대적 이점' '혁신성' 및 '몰입도' 이었으며, '접근성'은 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하는 요인으로 확인되었다. 또한 외생변인 중에서 '혁신성'이 UHD 방송에 대한 인지된 유용성에 가장 영향력이 있는 요인이었고, '상대적 이점', '몰입도' '친화성' 순으로 인지된 유용성에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, UHD 방송에 대한 인지된 용이성이 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이며, UHD 방송 시청태도와 시청의향에 영향을 미치는 것은 '인지된 유용성'이었고, '인지된 용이성'은 시청태도에 "시청태도"는 시청의향에 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하는 요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, UHD 방송에 대한 '인지된 유용성'은 UHD 방송 '시청태도'와 '시청의향'에 큰 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용하여 박물관 방문객의 스마트관광 콘텐츠 사용의도를 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 국립중앙박물관 방문객을 편의표본추출법으로 표본을 추출하여 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 가설검정을 위해 확인적 요인분석과 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 국립중앙박물관 실감영상관의 정보품질은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 수용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 박물관의 스마트관광 활성화를 위해서 관람객들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 사용하기 편리한 디지털 어플리케이션을 개발해야 함을 시사하고 있다.

맞춤 골프장갑의 구매의도에 따른 혁신기술수용모델(TAM)의 차이 (The Difference of TAM According to Purchase Intention of Customized Golf Gloves)

  • This study investigates the attitude and intention of consumers to use customized golf gloves depending on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM consists of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. To conduct the quantitative research, we collected data from 182 consumers. SPSS 14.0 was used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and path analysis were implemented. The results of this study are as follows. First, the subjects were divided into two groups with one group higher in purchase intention. The difference between the two groups was significant. The higher purchase intention group was higher in the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and positive attitude toward customized golf gloves than the lower purchase intention group. In the lower group, the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influenced the intention to use through the attitudes of consumers. On the other hand, in the higher group, the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influenced the intention to use directly as well as through the attitude of consumers. Therefore, a different marketing strategy must be designed according to purchase intention in marketing innovative products.

옴니채널의 지각된 편리성과 유용성이 옴니채널 사용과 소비자-브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 (Omnichannel's Perception Effect on Omnichannel Use and Customer-Brand Relationship)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on new type distribution channel that named as Omnichannel. Omnichannel is developed from Multichannel which is used in many distribution channels to buy or selling goods. Omnichannel basically needs an Information and Communications Technologies(ICT) to use, so researcher conduct a Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to research model. Customer-brand relationship was used as dependent variable to focus on the role of Omnichannel. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study is customer who purchase goods or service through omnichannel. Based on the literature from the preceding research analysis of TAM and customer-brand relationship, this study was constructed by the reference to previous studies, final research model design for figure out casual relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, omnichannel use and customer-brand relationship. From 2016 February 3 to March 17, questionnaire survey targeted customers who use online and offline channels. 273 questionnaire survey had conducted, then, 252 survey data were available for empirical analysis. Researcher provide descriptive statistics for checking generality. Cronbach's alpha value was used to check the reliability of data. Exploratory factor analysis was used for purification of values and eigenvalue checking. After EFA, Confirmatory factor analysis was used to prepare structural equation modeling with executing structural equation modeling for confirming hypothesis which developed by researcher. Results - The main results of this empirical study are as follows. First, omnichannel's perceived ease of use has positive significant effect on perceived usefulness(estimate: 0.579). Moreover, omnichannel's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has positive significant effect on omnichannel use(estimate: 0.325,0.648). Second, using omnichannel has positive significant effect on brand-customer relationship(estimate: 0.521). Every hypothesis adopted as researcher designed. This study found out the intermediate relationship between perceived ease of use and omnichannel use by investigating hypothesis. Conclusions - Base on the empirical result, this study confirmed that TAM theory perceived has relation with omnichannel. First, factors of TAM has positive effect on omnichannel use, so it highlights the important role of customer based interface and usefulness. Especially, perceived usefulness has high indirect influence on ease of use and use of omnichannel. It seems that when customers try to decide use or not use omnichannel, customers focus on percept benefits from omnichannel. Thus, a provider should applicate attractive price table, accurate product or service information and high switching cost strategy to emphasize the usefulness of omnichannel. Second, using omnichannel enhances the relationship between customers and brand, because there are more time and frequency to serve customers. It is important because good relationship between customers can increase the future's financial performance through word of mouse, positive brand image and loyalty to brand or company. Finally, despite of empirical result and implications, this study has limitations. First, there are only a few previous studies about omnicahnnel, so literature reviews are restricted. While set up the factors which can affect the use of omnichannel, next study should be considered with broader theories or models(ex: contingency theory). Second, omnichannel has developed from multichannel, so comparative analysis is needed between these methods because there is a possibility about different forte character of each distribution system on customer's consuming patterns.

모바일 간편 결제 서비스 수용요인에 관한 실증연구: 중국사례를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing the Acceptance of Mobile Easy Payment Services: A Case of Chinese User)

  • 본 논문에서는 중국 사례를 중심으로 모바일 간편 결제 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보기 위하여 연구모형을 설계하였다. 이를 위해 서비스 특성(즉시 접속성, 경제성, 보안성), 사회적 특성(주관적 규범, 이미지), 개인적 특성(자기 효능감, 개인 혁신성, 적합성), 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성과 수용의도를 연구변수로 도입하여 연구모형을 제시하고 모바일 간편 결제 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해서 최종 439부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 제기된 연구가설을 검증했다. 분석 결과에 의하면 서비스 특성, 사회적 특성, 개인적 특성은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
