1990년대와 2000년대 초 현재까지 ERP시스템 구축 시장은 괄목할 만한 성장을 계속하여 왔다. 2009년에 ERP 시장은 세계적으로 약 65조원 규모까지 성장할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 거의 모든 기업이 이러한 ERP 시스템에 의하여 일상의 사업 거래 업무를 처리하게 될 것이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 ERP 구축 프로젝트는 많은 시간, 광범위한 관련 범위, 그리고 큰 예산 비용을 요구하는 하나의 방대하고 전략적이며 복잡한 프로젝트이다. 이것은 기업에게 있어 ERP 시스템 구축은 반드시 성공하여야 할 프로젝트임을 의미하며 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인이 무엇인가에 대한 이해가 기업 경영자들에게 매우 중요함을 뜻한다. 본 연구는 먼저 ERP분야의 선행연구들 특히 ERP시스템 구축 성공요인 연구 결과들을 살펴봄으로써 최근에 강조되고 있는 중요 성공요인에는 어떠한 것이 있는지 살펴본 다음에 본 설문조사 실증연구 결과를 기존의 연구와 비교적으로 소개하면서 ERP 시스템을 구축 사용하고 있는 기업 경영자들에게 유용한 관리 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

This paper presents a case study on an integration between ERP and GIS solutions. Some expected advantages of each solution of the integrated system are discussed. We select an integrated system composed of SAP R/3 ERP and ESRI GIS solutions. The data and software integration (interface) framework are discussed, and finally some further studies are added.

So far, little research has been conducted into developing a QAPM (Quality Assurance Process Model) for telecommunications applications on the basis of TMN. This is the first trial of the design of TMN-based QAPM on fault management with UML. A key attribute of the QAPM is that it can easily identify current deficiencies in a legacy system on the basis of TMN architecture. Using an empirical comparison with the legacy systems of a common carrier validates the QAPM as the framework for a future mode of the operation process. The results indicate that this paper can be used to build ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) for a telecommunications fault management solution that is one of the network management application building blocks. The future work of this paper will involve applying the QAPM to build ERP for RTE (Real Time Enterprise) fault management solution and more research on ERP design will be necessary to accomplish software reuse.

ERP가 기업의 정보를 통합하는데 유용한 시스템이라는 것에는 의심할 바가 없다. 그러나 많은 회사들은 ERP시스템을 도입하는 것을 주저하고 있다. 주요한 이유는 유지보수를 포함한 ERP 구축에 엄청난 총비용이 들기 때문이다. 특별히 프로세스를 리엔지니어링(reengineering)하거나, 시스템이 각 기업에 경영지식을 담도록 하는 맞춤화 작업이 적절한 시간에 수정 보완되어지지 않는다면 ERP가 내놓는 성과의 최적화의 결과를 보장할 수 없다. 그러므로 본 논문은 ERP가 내놓는 성과의 최적화의 결과를 보장할 수 없다. 그러므로 본 논문은 ERP시스템의 사용자와 데이터베이스에 의해 발생되는 환경적 변화 그 자체를 수용하는 ERP시스템을 구축하는데 목표를 두고 있다. ERP시스템이 최적의 성과를 유지하도록 하기 위해 페트리넷 이론(petri-net theory)과 지능형 성과를 에이전트기술(Intelligent agent technology)을 사용하였다. 지능형 에이전트는 데이터베이스를 통합하고 예외적인 변화 상황을 발견하며, 그 변화가 ERP시스템의 성과에 어떤 영향을 주게 되는지에 대해서 각 에이전트끼리 자동적으로 협동하게 된다. 해당 에이전트의 역동성은 페트리넷으로 표현되었다. 새롭게 제안된 ERP시스템은 BPR(business process reenginnering)의 프로세스들을 최적 상태로 유지하도록 만들 것이다. 마지막으로 제안된 ERP 유지 보수 시스템의 타당성을 설명적인 물류부분 사례를 통해 제시하였다.

과거 중소기업들은 사내에 업무 자동화시스템을 종류별로 각각 운영하여 왔으나 현재는 언제 어디서나 외부환경에서 접속가능한 웹기반 기술을 이용하여 통합 ERP 정보화시스템으로 거듭나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 00중소기업을 사례로 ERP 정보를 실시간으로 고객에게 제공하고 공사현장에서도 사내 업무를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있도록 웹기반 ERP 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템의 구축결과, 여러 가지 정량적인 평가를 통해 고객의 불만 해소, 업무 생산성 향상, 경제적 절감 등의 시스템의 효율성과 고객들의 만족도 등을 검증하여 보았다.

A large ship usually consists of 300 to 500 blocks, for which it is extremely difficult to monitor the whole manufacturing processes from assembly to erection. In an effort to unify all the data and procedures, shipbuilding companies are installing ERP systems, which have brought great improvement throughout the company as a whole. In some departments, however, the ERP systems are not being fully utilized. This paper analyzes and solves the problems revealed especially at the production departments after an ERP system is installed. In this research, firstly a TOC(Theory of Constraints) analysis is done to find out the best solution for those problems. Secondly, based on the solution found, a Monitoring System for hull construction processes is developed with an improved user interface. The visualization of data is designed to reflect the needs of the production departments. The new system supplements the ERP system in that it selectively utilizes the unified data base and is operated under ERP environment. The system is installed in the production departments and its usefulness is verified.

정보통신 기술의 발달과 더불어 무선통신의 환경에서 구동되는 ERP 형태의 어플리케이션 소프트웨어들은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 무선의 제한된 전송 용량과 잦은 끊김으로 인한 신뢰성 문제 때문에 ERP와 같은 형태의 어플리케이션들을 무선 통신망 안에서 작동시키기에는 성능 저하 및 동시성 제어에 심각한 문제를 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 무선 통신의 한계를 극복 할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 미들웨어를 통한 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날 기업 전체를 경영자원의 효과적 이용이라는 관점에서 통합적으로 관리하고 최신의 정보기술을 활용하여 공급 사슬상에 있는 기업의 모든 경영자원을 효율적으로 계획하고 관리하는 경영시스템의 하나인 ERP가 많이 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 ERP를 도입하여 실행하는 과정에 있어서 여러 가지 어려운 문제점에 대하여 논하고 그 해결 방안을 찾고자 한다.
