These days there are so many scheduling systems or softwares. But only few scheduling systems have succeeded in the market. In spite of powerful engine and functions, those systems have difficulties to be applied in real processes. In real processes, there are various constraints caused by physical or systematical environments of plants. Those constraints are too many to be handled in the system. This problem makes it difficult for the system to represent the details of processes. In order to resolve this problem, we have developed a specialized scheduling system for a target process. The system could be developed by the experts for target process and researchers for scheduling. In this study, a scheduling system for PVC process has been developed as an MILP (Mixed integer linear programming) model and coded in $Fortran^{TM}$. The scheduling system has been applied to two processes, which have different characteristics. Simulation results indicate that the profit of the target process can be increased by about 5% by implementing the scheduling system.

One of the important applications for business-to-business electronic commerce is in procurement and inventory management using electronic data interchange(EDI). Using online catalogs and approved supplier lists, firms can easily create requisitions and purchasing documents. The emerging trend in EDI technology is changed from VAN(Value Added Network) based EDI to XML based EDI. This paper intends to suggest a component-based XML/EDI system using Unified Modeling Language(UML), as an application system for automobile part industry. Applying component based XML/EDI systems designed with UML methodology, we analyzed the workflow and the document on procurement process between trading partners and implemented a prototype of efficient XML/EDI system, as a surrogate of existing VAN/EDI. The result of applying object-oriented CBD(Component Based Development) technique is to minimize the risk of life cycle and facilitate the reuse of software as mentioned to limitation of information engineering methodology. It enables the interoperability with corporate legacy systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM(Supply Chain Management). This system proposes a solution to apply analysis phase and design phase in implementation of XML/EDI system. The implementation of XML/EDI system using CBD shows the ease of use in software reuse and the interoperability with corporate internal information system. The purchasing department with XML/EDI system can electronically communicate purchase orders, delivery schedules to external suppliers and interoperate with other application systems.

빅데이터 환경 하에서 프로세스 마이닝은 업무수행 시 발생하는 수많은 데이터들을 활용하여 기업의 ERP시스템 상의 이벤트 로그로부터 프로세스의 수행과 개선에 관련한 많은 정보 및 통찰력을 얻게 해준다. 최근에는 프로세스 마이닝의 최대 강점을 활용하여, 기업조직의 감사업무에 적극적으로 활용하려고 하는 다양한 연구 활동이 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 영업감사 적용에 관한 최근의 국내 연구는 빅데이터 환경 하에서는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 상황에 착안해서, 본 연구는 프로세스 마이닝이 감사 분야에 적용된 기존 연구를 한층 더 강화시킴으로써, 온라인 방식 및 전통적 감사에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 프로세스 마이닝 적용 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 빅데이터 환경하에서 기업 조직의 리스크 발생 요인들을 사전에 모니터링함으로써, 리스크의 조기 발견 및 이를 예방할 수 있는 상시 모니터링 정보 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 리스크 요인을 기반으로 데이터들을 추출하고 평가에 대한 관리기준을 설정한다. 본 논문의 연구의 범위는 영업감사에 있어 실제 사례를 통해 위험요소의 사전 검증 시스템을 설계 한다. 그리고 이러한 영업감사 시스템을 통해 예방감사 실현, 높은 리스크 요인들에 대한 상시 대응, 사기 발생 억제, 규칙 및 지침 위반에 대한 적시조치, 경영환경 변화에 대한 감사 아이템 추가 발굴 체계 구축, 프로세스 개선 중심의 사전적인 컨설팅 감사의 실현, 내부통제 회계제도 준수 및 강화를 행한다. 이 결과로 영업 감사 실시간 관련 통합 모니터링이 강화되어 재무 리스크 회피, 감사기간 단축 및 감사 품질 개선 등의 효과가 나타났다.

Life cycle of the rolling stock is normally 20 to 40 years, though there is some difference in accordance with each vehicle. Maintenance cost is over the twice of purchasing price. and also it is true that precise statics is not managed properly except for some developed countries due to the difference of maintenance method, skills. After KORAIL introduced ERP system in 2007, maintenance cost is managed by type of cars, by unit. but, afterwards it should be controlled as an index and also more precisely. it is the best pending issues to make train maintenance efficiency, to utilize accumulated indexes. I want to attribute to train maintenance efficiency by analysing what is the problems in the present maintenance method.

The South Korean Government had supported the IT implementation of 30,000 SMB(Small and Medium-sized) enterprises from '2000 to '2003 for the purpose of the competitiveness of SMB enterprises. However, the utilization rate of If package is very low. This paper recommanded the improved suggestion of the existed policies of the following service of the SMB industry's information technology implementation. There are industry-university cooperation program, efficient on-offline integration system, the development of SMB industry's IT performance measure evaluation index and so on.

IT investments of hospitals are growing exponentially and various information systems such as OCS (Order Communication System), EMR (Electronic Medical Record), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) have been implemented at a number of hospitals in Korea. We have surveyed and analyzed the current status of hospital information systems of major hospitals in Korea, and proposed an information strategy for e-Hospital implementation. Firstly, implementation status of major subsystems of HIS such as OCS, PACS, and EMR has been surveyed and types of IT personnel management have been examined. Based on the field survey result, an information strategy for e-Hospital implementation has been proposed, that can be referenced by hospitals to build their own information strategy. We expect that the study result can contribute to understanding the present status and issues of HIS and information strategy planning of hospitals.

This paper provides an investigation of torque converter system using ERF (Electro-Rheological Fluid). The torque converter system using ERP is a new concepting device because we can change an apparent viscosity of ERF by adapting an electric field. The device was designed by using the equations which were proposed by Carlson et al. The devices based on ERF generally assume one two possible forms. One is the parallel plate type in which the device elements are facing circular disks separated by a flat layer of ERF, The other is coaxial cylinder or Couette types in which the ERF file the annular apace between a pair of coaxial cylindrical electrode. The discussion on this study is specifically for coaxial cylinder gemetry and experiment results show that the measured torque was rapidly increased with the increase of the eletric field.

The purpose of this study is to discuss ′records′ as core resources for knowledge management and to suggests the directions for developing integrated knowledge management systems based records management. This present paper begins with analyzing concept and structure of records in light of knowledge management, and identify the importance of records management in developing knowledge management systems by substituting evidence axis in Upward′s "Records Continuum Model" for knowledge management. And this study tries to identify critical aspects regarding transfer of records to knowledge system by analyzing the level of records. Based on these analyses, it suggests a directions for developing records based-knowledge management systems.

As development of information technology, companies stress the need of knowledge management. Companies construct ERP system including knowledge management. But, it is not easy to formalize knowledge in organization. They experience that constructing information system help knowledge management. Now, we focus on engineering knowledge. Because engineering data contains experts' experience and know-how in its own, engineering knowledge is a treasure house of knowledge. Korean shipyards are leader of world shipbuilding industry. They have accumulated a store of knowledges and data. But, they don't have data minning tool to utilize accumulated data. This paper treats development of data minning tools for the utilization of shipbuilding knowledge based on genetic programming (GP).

Information-security management systems (ISMSs) are becoming very important, even for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, implementing an ISMS is not an easy task. Many obstacles must be overcome, e.g., complexity, document tracking, competency management, and even changing cultures. The objective of our study is to provide ISMS application tools, based on ISO 27001:2013 ISM frameworks. The application was developed on the Odoo Open Enterprise Resource Planning platform. To validate its feasibility for future improvement, the application was implemented by an MSME company. For this implementation, information-security-related users gave their feedback through a questionnaire. The distributed feedback questionnaire consists of nine assessment parameters, covering topics from the application's technical aspects to users' experiences. Based on the questionnaire feedback, all users of the application were satisfied with its performance.
