The fishermen around fishing villages have organized the Eo Chon Gae, a co-operative organization based on the Fisheries Co-operative Law. The Eo chon Gae plays a vital role in the fishing village community, and the common economic, administrative and social profits are expected by members. The members of the Eo Chon Gae must work together in a common coastal fishing ground, this fishing ground is jointly owned by the community, and the members have to conduct the Eo chon Gae jointly for their common profit. This system, as mentioned above, is called the Eo Chon Gae, which is generally called a fishing village community, or a fishing administrative community. The purpose of these theses is to consider what kind of character and principles the Eo Chon Gae has. The contents of these theses are divided into six parts: 1. The various concepts of the fishing administrative community 2. The progress of the Eo Chon Gae. 3. The organization of the Eo chon Gae. 4. The purpose of the Eo chon Gae. 5. The work of the Eo Chon Gae. 6. Types of the Eo Chon Gae.

In this paper, we investigated the feasibility of applying ZnO:Al films to display devices as transparent electrodes, and reported the electro-optical (EO) characteristics of VA cells using ZnO:Al electrodes and compared them with those of VA cells using ITO electrodes. The experiment results show that a uniform vertical LC alignment and a large pretilt angle were achieved. Also, the good voltage-transmittance curve, response time, and capacitance-voltage characteristics were observed for the rubbing aligned VA-LCD using ZnO:Al electrodes m comparison with ITO electrodes. In other words, the vertical alignment mode based on the ZnO:Al electrodes showed appropriate electro-optical characteristics and high transparency in comparison with that based on the ITO electrodes. These results indicated that the transparent ZnO:Al electrodes of the liquid crystal displays could substitute the ITO electrodes.

Park Jung-hoon started his acting career in movie since undergraduate year at Chungang University, Drama and Cinema school, and till now he is a very active and nationally beloved actor in Korea. However, to this day there isn't any study about him, so this study might be the right time to take a look at his acting style again. This report will find and review his distinctive patterns in acting, and roughly assess the character expression from character, Dong-chul, in the movie, My Dear Desperado; which has been evaluated as the best movie to show the inner side of character. His acting pattern is segmented by 3 parts; Park Jung-hoon style comical acting, expression of macho side of masculinity, and subtle inner emotion expression acting. Then his acting technique is analyzed from character Dong-chul in the movie, My Dear Desperado, which he acted out change in character from low-class nonsense gangster to a good-hearted man flawlessly. In addition this report will try to find his acting technique that made impossible distance between the characters possible. This study hopes to start and continue other studies that discuss many movie actors' and actresses' different character expression method and their training technique, also wish many actors and actresses could find helpful in their acting training.

One specimen (13.4 cm ML) of Chiroteuthis picteti belonging to the family Chiroteuthidae, firstly collected from Songjeong, Southeast coastal water of Korea on May 18, 2013. It was identified as C. picteti based on the following combination of morphological character: mantle slenderly cylindrical; fin oval shape, both lobes having no anterior free lobe, FL 58.2% of ML; arms long with a formula IV > III > II > I. We propose a new Korean name, "Kin-pal-o-jing-eo-gua", "Kin-pal-o-jing-eo-sok", and "Kin-pal-o-jing-eo" for the family, genus and species, respectively.

본 논문에서는 고압 모터의 절연열화 상태를 감시하기 위해 소선단락, 도체표면 공극, 주절연재료 내부공극, 반도전체 제거, 정상권선으로 모델권선을 제작하고 이 모델 권선에 고전압을 인가하여 shering bridge를 이용하여 교류전류의 변화분 및 정전용량, 유전정접 시험을 하였다. 이를 통해 얻어진 결과는 고압 모터의 고정자 권선의 절연상태를 판단하는 중요한 기초자료가 될것으로 판단한다.

This study aimed to identify the influence of caring character and knowledge of COVID-19 on interpersonal caring behavior of clinical nurses. The subjects were nurses working at one tertiary hospital in Seoul and two general hospitals in Gyeonggi province. The data were collected from October 15 to November 5, 2021. A total of 130 nurses participated in the online survey. The collected data were analyzed by performing stepwise multiple linear regression using SPSS/Win 27.0. As a result, the factors affecting the interpersonal caring behavior of clinical nurses were caring character (β=.50, p<.001), age (β=-.24, p=.002), and job satisfaction (β=.16, p=.040), and they explained 36.0% of caring behavior (F=24.49, p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to improve caring character and job satisfaction to enhance the interpersonal caring behavior of clinical nurses. More efforts of the hospital should be made to provide caring character building education and to increase job satisfaction of clinical nurses.

The liquid crystal(LC) aligning capabilities of a nematic liquid crystal(NLC) on a homeotropic polyimide(PI) surface using a new ion-beam method were studied. Exposure ion-beam of $45^{\circ}$ incidence angle shows a good LC alignment of the NLC on the homeotropic PI surface. Also, on the homeotropic PI surface, the tilt angle of the NLC by exposure ion-beam of $45^{\circ}$ incidence angle had a tendency to decrease as increased ion-beam energy density. And, on the homeotropic PI surface, the alignment character of the NLC with respect to ion-beam energy was good at 1500 eV. And we achieved satisfactory result for EO character.

The Liquid Crystal (LC) alignment uniformity is very important in LC devices. The alignment mechanism of LC molecules on a rubbed polyimide (PI) surface is very important for both LC fundamental research and application. So, Generally a rubbing method to align LC has been widely used to mass-produce LCD panels. But because rubbing method is contact method between rubbing fabric and indium-tin-oxide glass or flexible substrate, rubbing method has some defects, such as the electrode charges and the creation of contaminating particles. Thus we strongly recommend a non-contact alignment technique for getting rid of some defects of rubbing method. Most recently, the LC aligning capabilities achieved by ion-beam exposure on the organic and nonorganic thin film surface have been reported successfully. In this research, we studied the tilt angle generation and electro-optical performances for a NLC on homeotropic polyimide surfaces with ion-beam exposure. The LC aligning capabilities of a nematic liquid crystal (NLC) on a homeotropic PI surface using a new ion-beam method were studied. On the homeotropic PI surface, the tilt angle of the NLC by exposure ion-beam had a tendency to decrease as increased ion-beam energy density. The purpose of this study was to identify how safety awareness and self-efficacy affect the safety practice with elementary school students. The participants were 369 elementary school students(4~6th grade) in Changwon city. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSSWIN 22.0 program. Analysis methods were t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearsons correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression. As a results, safety awareness was an average 2.97 point which was moderate levels and self-efficacy was on over intermediate level of an average 3.73 point. Safety practice was an 3.00 point. Safety practice had statistically significant difference according to grade, number of family, mother's education, character and school life attitude. Safety awareness(r=.41, p<.001) and self-efficacy(r=.39, p<.001) was significant correlation with safety practice. Fire safety(${\beta}=.22$, t=3.56) and self-efficacy(${\beta}=.27$, t=5.32) were significantly influenced safety practice and explaining 24.0% of the variance. From the results of this study, I proposed the education programs to increase safety practice in elementary school students that emphasizes self-efficacy and safety awareness.

I. Introduction The essence of Oriental medicine consists of ancient books, experienced doctors and succeeded skills of common society. Many famous doctors studied medical science by their fathers or teachers. So the history of medical science is long. $\ll$DangDaeMyeongIImJeungJeongHwa(當代名醫臨證精華)$\gg$ written by SaWoogWang(史宇廣) and DanSeoGeon(單書健) has many medical experience of famous doctors. So it has important historical value. Bi(痺) means blocking. BiJeung is one kind of symptoms making muscles, bones and jonts feel pain, numbness or edema. For example it can be gout or SLE etc. So I studied ${\ll}BiJeungJuJip{\gg}$. II. Final Decision Following decisions of Chinese doctors of 20th century are as follows ; 1. JuYangChun(朱良春) emphasized on IkSinJangDok(益腎壯督) to treat BiJeong. And he devided WanBi(頑痺) as PungHanSeup(風寒濕), DamEo(痰瘀), YeolDok(熱毒), SinHeo(腎虛). He used insects for medicine. 2. ChoSuDoek(焦樹德) introduced past prescription. He used ChiBiTang(治痺湯) to treat HaengBi(行痺), TongBi(痛痺), ChakBi(着痺). He insisted that Han(寒; coldness) and Seup(濕; dampness) be Eum(陰) and Pung(風; wind) can change his character to be Eum. After all BiJeung is usually EumJeung. So he used GaeJi(桂枝) and BuJa(附子). By the way he used ChungYeolSanBiTang(淸熱散痺湯) for YeolBi, BoSinGeoHanChiWangTang SaBok(王士福) emphasized on the importance of medicine. He introduced many treatments like CheongYeol(情熱) for YeolBi and YiO(二烏) for HanBi. And he divided BiJeung period for three steps. At 1st step, we must use GeoSa(祛邪), at 2nd step, we must use BuJeong(扶正) and at 3rd step, we must use BoHyeol(補血), he insisted. And he introduced many herbs to treat BiJeung. 4. JeongGwangJeok(丁光迪) said that GaeJi(桂枝), MaHwang(麻黃), OYak(烏蘖) and BuJa(附子) are very important for TongRak(通絡). And pain usually results from Han(寒), so he liked to use hot-character herbs. 5. MaGi(馬志) insisted that BiJeung usually result from ChilJeong(七情). And he liked to use insects for treatment of BiJeung. 6. WeolSeokMu(越錫武) introduced 8 kinds of treatments and divided BiJeung period. Also he divided BeJeung for PungBi(風痺), HanBi(寒痺) and SeupBi(濕痺). 7. SeoGeaHam(徐季含) observed many patients and concluded that 86.7% of BiJeung is HeuJeung(虛症). 8. YuJiMyeong(劉志明) said that YeolBi is important and CheongYeol is also important. So he emphasized on DangGyuiJeomTongTang(當歸拈痛湯) and SeonBiTang(宣痺湯). 9. WangLiChu(汪履秋) studied cause of WanBi. Internal cause is GiHyeolHeo(氣血虛) and GanSinHeo(肝腎虛) and external cause is SaGi(邪氣) he insisted. 10. WangSaSang(王士相) said that YeolBi can be SeupYeolBi or EumHeuYeolBi(陰虛熱痺) and HanSeupBi(寒濕痺) is rare. He use WooBangJaSan(牛蒡子散) and BangPungHwan(防風丸) for SeupYeolBi, DangGyuiSaYeokTang(當歸四逆湯) for HanSeupBi. 11. JinTaekGang(陳澤江) treated YeolBi with BaekHoGaGyeJiTang(自虎加桂枝湯) and SaMyoSan(四妙散). If they don't have effect, he tried to cure BiJeung step by step. And he used e term of GeunBi(筋痺) and BangGiMogwaEIInTang(防己木瓜薏苡仁湯) was good for GeunBi. 12. MaSeoJeong(麻瑞亭) said that PungSeupYeokJeul(風濕歷節) is BiJeung and it is related to GanBinSin(肝脾腎; liver, Spleen, Kindey). And he emphasized on balance WiGi(衛氣) and YoungHeul(營血). 13. SaJeJu(史濟桂) said that GeunGolBi(筋骨痺) is similar to arthritis and sometimes called ChakBi. And SinBi(腎痺) is terminal stage of ChakBi, he said. He also used insects for treatment. 14. JeongJeNam(丁濟南) tried to cure SLE and used GyeJi, CheonCho(川椒), SinGeunCho(伸筋草), SunRyeongBi(仙靈脾), HyconSam(玄蔘) and GamCho(甘草). 15. JinGYungHwa(陳景和) emphasized on diagnosis of tongue. If the color of tongue is blue, it usually has EoHyeol(瘀血), for example. And he also used insects. 16. JuSongI(朱松毅) tried to devide YeolBi with OnByeong(溫病), Wi(衛), Gi(氣) and Hyeol(血). 17. RuDaBong(蔞多峰) said that JyeongHeo(正虛), OiSa(外邪) and EoHyeol are closely related. And he explained BiJeung by deviding the body into the part, for example head, neck, shoulder, waist, upper limb and lower limb. 18. YuMuBo(劉茂甫) defined PungHanSyubBi as chronic stage and YeolBi as acute stage.
