전기식 히트펌프(EHP)의 전력수요관리 적용기술 (The DSM application technique for EHP)

  • This paper gives the application method for Electric Heat Rump to DSM programs. The EHP has a function transfer heat and uses electricity as a energy source. In nowadays, as oil prices go up, many People uses the EHP, instead of GHP, the electric power peak load is escalating gradually. By that reason, to achieve successful load leveling, new DSM programs for EHP is needed. Under those circumstances, we discussed about the need of DSM programs for EHP, and the detail method for application EHP to DSM programs in this paper. And we dealt with the site specific test for EHP, and analyzed the test result.

마황약침(麻黃藥鍼)이 지방세포 대사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Ephedrae Herba Pharmacopuncture on Adipocyte Metabolism)

  • Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Ephedrae Herba pharmacopuncture (EHP) on the adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 cells, lipolysis in rat epididymal adipocytes and histological changes in porcine adipose tissue. Methods : Inhibition of preadipocyte differentiation and/or stimulation of lipolysis play important roles in reducing obesity. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated with adipogenic reagents by incubating for 3 days in the absence or presence of EHP ranging from 0.01 to 1.0 $mg/m{\ell}$. The effect of EHP on adipogenesis was examined by measuring glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) activity and by oil red O staining. Mature adipocytes from rat epididymal fat pad were incubated with EHP ranging from 0.01 to 1.0 $mg/m{\ell}$ for 3 days. The effect of EHP on lipolysis was examined by measuring free glycerol released. Fat tissue from porcine skin was injected with EHP ranging from 0.1 to 10.0 $mg/m{\ell}$ to examine the effect of EHP on histological changes under light microscopy. Results : The following results were obtained from present study on adipogenesis of preadipocytes, lipolysis of adipocytes and histological changes in fat tissue. Proliferation of preadipocytes was significantly inhibited by EHP at the concentration of 1.0 $mg/m{\ell}$. Lipolysis of adipocytes was increased by EHP at the concentration of 0.1, 1.0 $mg/m{\ell}$. Porcine fat tissues were widely injured by EHP at the concentration of 10.0 $mg/m{\ell}$. Conclusions : From the above results, EHP efficiently induces inhibition of preadipocytes proliferation, lipolysis of adipocytes and histologic injury in fat tissues. Therefore, EHP may be useful to treat localized obesity.

EHP (Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei)에 오염된 사육기구에 대한 UV-C와 차아염소산칼슘의 소독 효과 (The disinfection effect of UV-C and calcium hypochlorite to shrimp farm instruments contaminated with EHP (Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei))

  • In this study, nylon mash and silicone tube mainly used as shrimp farm equipment were contaminated with Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) which is the cause of Hepatopancreatic microsporidiosis (HPM), and were treated with calcium hypochlorite or UV-C disinfection methods for EHP eradication. As a result, similar with the control group (not disinfected), EHP was detected on the nested PCR until the 10 days in the UV-C single treated group. On the other hand, EHP was not detected from 7 days in calcium hypochlorite single treated group (total concentration 200 ppm as available chlorine), and combination of calcium hypochlorite and UV-C treated group revealed no detection of EHP from 3 days. It is appropriate that treated with UV-C and calcium hypochlorite for 3 days or single treated with calcium hypochlorite for 7 days to eradicate EHP on contaminated instrument used in shrimp farms. In contrast, disinfection effect of only using UV-C is very low.

저층 트롤선의 유효마력 산정에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on the estimating effective horse power of a bottom trawl ship)

  • In order to estimate the effective horse power(EHP) in towing net of a bottom trawl ship, the ship's resistance was calculated by using a series data of Yamagata and Wigley formula. Also the effective horse power for a ship(EHPs) was estimated versus the ship speed in sailing and the propulsive efficiency was calculated with the brake horse power and the effective horse power. Then the effective horse power for a ship and a trawl net were estimated in the application of the propulsive efficiency in towing net. The total effective horse power($EHP_T$) was average 187.6kW and the effective horse power for a 1.awl net($EHP_n$) was average 176.7kW at a smooth sea state in towing net. The ratio of $EHP_n$ to $EHP_T$ was about 94.0% and the value was higher slightly than was already informed at a smooth sea state. The power for keeping up a townet speed was required more about 20% of a maximum continuous power at a rather rough sea state than a smooth sea state. In the future, if the residual resistance is considered with a sea state, $EHP_n$ will be estimated more correctly Also the data of EHP estimated by this method will be used as the basic data to design a trawl net.

대학건물에서 에너지비용 변화에 따른 히트펌프 냉난방시스템에 대한 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Heating and Cooling System Corresponding to the Energy Cost of University Building)

  • This research is to analyze LCC of Heat Pump system in university building by reduction of electric power costs for education and incentive system for gas. Produced details item different expense of EHP and GHP equipment construction step and preservation administration step. Analysis result is as following. 1) Executed LCC analysis for target system after lowering whole curriculum reduction of electric power costs for education. Analysis result, energy cost-cutting effect of EHP appears greatly than GHP unlike existent study finding, EHP decided by economical system. 2) Sensitivity analysis executed by incentive 500,000 won per units and geometrical ration of gas expense by 1%. As a result, because lowering effect of electric charges appears greatly, EHP decided by more economical system than GHP. As research result of front is different from existent study finding, EHP by lowering of electric charges for alteration and education of governmental frequent volunteer system was decided by more economical system than GHP.

  • 본 연구는 Gd 용액을 대상으로 추출시간, 평형 pH와 초기농도의 변화를 통하여 HEH/EHP를 함유한 추출수지의 추출특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 추출수지를 사용하여 Gd을 추출시 추출시간은 90분 정도가 적절한 것으로 판단된다. 추출율(%)은 평형 pH $1.0{\sim}2.0$ 사이에서 평형 pH가 증가할수록 증가하였다. 평형에서 Freundlich 흡착등온식을 사용하여 계산된 측정값과 예측값이 잘 일치하였다.

  • 최근 동계 전력피크가 빈번히 발생하면서 전력수급 차질에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있다. 경기회복에 따른 산업용 전력수요가 증가한 것도 원인이지만 이상 한파에 따라 가정 상업 부문의 전기난방수요가 급증한 것이 주된 원인으로 파악된다. 특히 전기히트펌프(EHP)의 보급 확산으로 상업용 난방수요가 급증하고 있다. EHP의 보급 확산은 낮은 전기요금으로 가스히트펌프(GHP)에 비해 상대적으로 저렴한 냉난방비용 때문인 것으로 분석된다. 전기요금의 왜곡은 그 자체로도 문제이지만 이로 인해 파생되는 문제가 더 크다고 할 수 있다. 왜곡된 전기요금은 냉난방 열원에 대한 쏠림 현상을 불러오고 국가 전체적인 자원배분의 비효율성을 초래한다는 것이다. 근본적인 대책의 핵심은 전기요금을 적정 수준으로 현실화시키고 전기요금 체계를 소비자가 합리적으로 반응할 수 있는 구조로 바꾸는 것이다. 또한 효율적으로 전력수요를 관리할 수 있는 방안을 찾아야 한다.

중용량 공조에서 EHP와 GHP의 경제성 비교 (The Economic Comparison of EHP and GHP for Medium Capacity Air-conditioning)

  • Cost related to building equipment accounts for about 85% of the life cycle cost of buildings. Therefore proper selection of air-conditioning system is important for reducing the overall cost of buildings. In this study, medium capacity EHP and GHP for air-conditioning a building with a floor area of 1,200 $m^2$ are compared economically. To consider all the factors of initial and operation costs effectively, an annual equal payment method is proposed. For the initial cost, cost of equipment, construction, installation, electric facility, financial subsidy and tax cut is considered. Cost of basic electricity, energy(electricity and gas), space charge, labor, insurance and repair is considered for the operation cost. Under the assumptions made in this study, overall cost of EHP is less than that of GHP, but this is not absolute and different outcome may result if different assumptions are made. This study is useful for those who are interested in choosing an air-conditioning system that costs less for mid-size buildings with simple calculations.

  • Energy is motive power that makes convenient society. But, our country's energy is depending on most import. Also, energy and environmental issue are important problem in community of nations. The purpose of this study is to analysis the energy consumption and environmental load of EHP and GHP in Medium and small-scaled office building. The annual energy consumption used to cooling and heating by EHP was 10 percent more than GHP. And annual energy cost of EHP was 33 percent more expensive than GHP. But, Compared to the annual $CO_2$ emission, EHP was 6 percent less than GHP. Therefore, equipment selection should be consider environmental load as well as energy consumption and cost.

Chine Line이 있는 소형어선의 유효마력 추정법 및 최소저항을 갖는 선형 요소들의 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation Method of EHP of Small Fishing Boats Having Chine Line and Optimization Technique of Hull Form Parameters Having Low Resistance)

  • From the results of model tests, statistical regression analysis for EHP estimation based on hull form parameters is adopted in this study. From this result, the method for estimation of EHP and optimization of hull form parameters at the initial design stage of fishing boats is developed. This method is applied to two standard fishing boats with chine lines. The EHP s are estimated and compared to experimental results. From the optimization of four principal hull form parameters of these fishing boats, approximately 19% of resistance reduction at the design speed is achieved and thus certifies that this method can be used efficiently for the initial design of hull forms of fishing boats.
