전자상거래상에서의 정보보호 위협요소 분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Components Endangering Information Protection in CALS/EC)

  • CALS(Commerce At Light Speed)/EC(Electronic Commerce) is drawing considerable interest as strategic part of efforts for computerization of the government and companies and for industry-wide innovation, using Internet and information superhighway that is widely expanding world-wide with the development of computers and information communication technology. In the current industry infrastructure, standardization is difficult but very important among the parties that want to share the added value, as external environmental components increase since the advent of computers. However, information security technology is not permitted to be exported in light of national interest or high amount of royalty should be paid. Moreover, if we cannot fully analyze the international standard and imported technology in order to verify the safety of using them, domestic information can be exposed according to the desire of the country exporting the technology. In particular, information security technology should be developed by ourselves, considering technology Protection and export Prevention Policies of foreign countries. Therefore, this paper presents information security technology and standardization trends for several application fields regarding CALS/EC implementation in our and foreign countries. This paper also analyzes such trends and proposes strategic direction for standardization suited for domestic environment.

  • Intercompany online businesses can offer digital information to each company, and yet without legal verification business activities are less efficient. Just one single country cannot control this problem with its own EC law and now international cooperations are being required. Currently, International Regularization is the main agenda among the international organizations such as UNCITRAL, OECD and WTO and so on. Furthermore, most of the advanced nations, including the USA and EU, announce their fundamental strategies for the multilateral regularization in their favor. At the present stage, South Korea's Electronic Commerce law and Digital Signature law went into effect as from July 1, 1999, indicating that they can strike the keynote of the systematic infrastructure for the electronic commerce transactions in this country.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경을 현실 세계에 구현함에 있어 가장 중요한 핵심 기술 중 하나는 컨텍스트 정보 관리이다. 하지만 기존의 많은 연구들에서 컨텍스트를 요구함에 있어 무엇을 어떻게 요구할 것인지에 대한 방법이 명확하지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 응용이 필요로 하는 컨텍스트 정보만을 컨텍스트 매니저에게 주고받는 컨텍스트 전송 프로토콜을 소개한다. 그리고 컨텍스트 요청 메시지와 응답 메시지가 어떻게 XML로 구성되고 동작하는지 보인다. 또한, 개인 정보에 관한 컨텍스트를 안전하게 처리하기 위해 정당한 사용자만이 컨텍스트 정보를 요청하고 받을 수 있도록 SPKI/SDSI(Simple Public Key Infrastructure/Simple Distributed Security Infrastructure)를 이용한 인증절차를 소개한다.

Changes in Availability of Toxic Trace Elements (TTEs) and Its Effects on Soil Enzyme Activities with Amendment Addition

  • In-situ stabilization is a remediation method using amendments to reduce contaminant availability in contaminated soil. We tested the effects of two amendments (furnace slag and red mud) on the availability of toxic trace elements (TTEs) and soil enzyme activities (dehydrogenase, phosphatase, and urease). The application of amendments significantly decreased the availability of TTEs in soil (p < 0.05). The decreased availability of TTE content in soils was accompanied by increased soil enzyme activities. We found significant negative relationships between the TTE content assessed using Ca(NO3)2-, TCLP, and PBET extraction methods and soil enzyme activities (p < 0.01). Soil enzyme activities responded sensitively to changes in the soil environment (pH, EC, and availability of TTEs). It could be concluded that soil enzyme activities could be used as bioindicators or ecological indicators for soil quality and health in environmental soil monitoring owing to their high sensitivity to changes in soil.

전자상거래 인프라를 활용한 글로벌 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 모델 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of Global SCM(Supply Chain Management) Model using Electronic Commerce Infrastructure)

  • SCM(Supply Chain Management) have been introduced in many companies for integrated management and improvement of business process. Recently, as internet and e-business concept are spread globally, the SCM concept is expanded from one internal company process to inter-company process, it makes a Global SCM concept. In this paper, we discuss the implementation of the Global SCM concept using e-business infrastructure, and propose SCM portal models. Four types of the SCM portal model are discussed, which are forecasting information sharing model, e-Marketplace-typed model, collaboration model and logistics information sharing model. The major concept of the SCM portal is to share information of supply chain process, it provide merits of scale to company. The result of this paper can be summarized as follows : First, the information sharing is very useful in the Global SCM. Second, the e-business infrastructure, especially e-Marketplace can be usefully used for implementation of SCM portal. Third, the M2M(Market to Market) function of e-Marketplace is a major function for implementing SCM portal.

SP 및 단극배열 전기비저항탐사를 이용한 방조제 누수지점 탐지 (A Study to Estimate the Seawater Leakage Zone of the Embankment using SP and Pole-pole Array Resistivity Survey)

  • 본 연구에서는 해수에 의한 누수지점 파악을 위하여 방조제 4개소에 대해 단극배열 전기비저항탐사, SP탐사 및 SP 모니터링을 실시하였고, 해석 자료들을 조석변화와 비교한 결과 본 방법들이 방조제 누수지점 파악에 효과적임을 확인하였다. 저수지의 경우는 그라우팅 보강공사가 계획된 1개소에 대하여 그라우팅 보강 전후에 각 각 쌍극자배열 전기비저항 탐사와 SP탐사를 실시하여 누수구간에 대한 탐사기법 적용성 검토 및 그라우팅 효과를 비교한 결과 저수지의 경우에도 SP탐사의 적용성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 방조제의 경우는 해수의 영향으로 안정된 전기비저항 값을 얻기 어려워, 단극배열을 이용하여 측정전위값을 크게 만들어 높은 SiN비를 확보한 결과 지하의 정보가 단순화되는 단점에도 불구하고 적용성이 높음을 확인하였고, 방조제 제체를 통한 누수에 의해 발생되는 유동전위를 대상으로 SP 모니터링을 실시한 결과와 조석변화를 비교한 결과, SP값의 변화가 조위 변화와 일치되어 나타나므로 SP탐사가 누수지점의 탐지뿐만 아니라 누수 추세를 밝히는데 효과적인 탐사법으로 판단된다.

한국의 자동차 해체·재활용 제도 개선 연구 (A Study for Improving the Vehicle Dismantling and Recycling System of Korea)

  • In Korea, the Vehicle Dismantler and Recycler industry is supervised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport under the Automobile Management Act. Also, Korean Automotive recycling businesses are supervised by the Minister of Environment under the Resource Recirculation Act. The main concern of the Minister of Environment is how the wastes from Dismantled vehicles will be environmentally removed, stored, treated, recycled or disposed. In 2000, the European Union (EU) adopted the End-of-Life Vehicles Directive (2000/53/EC) which required Members to ensure the collection, treatment and recovery of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). The Directive, the most tightly regulated and precautionary legal systems, required that the last owner of a vehicle could drop off the ELV at an authorized treatment facility and that the producers of the ELV should pay the cost of the program. The adoption of the ELVs directive has led the development of Automotive Dismantler and Recycler networks to reuse, refurbish, remanufacture, recycle and recover parts and materials embedded in ELVs. Also, the ELVs directive which has had an insignificant impact on Korean manufacturers has strong presence in the European market and has been successfully externalized on them. The Korean manufacturers not only achieve the 85% recycling target set by the ELVs directive but also meet the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) which requires manufacturers to contribute dismantling process. In order to improve the Korean vehicle dismantling and recycling system, the Automobile Management Act and the Resource Recirculation Act should be harmonized. Particularly the roles of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Minister of Environment should be sharply divided. Like Japan, the ELV management needs to be highly centralized, regulated, and controlled by the ministry specialized in Vehicle, namely the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the sub organizations. Like EU Members, recovery, reuse, and recycling must be distinguished. Recovery is defined as the final productive use of the parts and materials embedded in ELVs, which includes reuse and remanufacture of parts and recycling of the other materials. Dismantling process and reuse and remanufacture of parts must be governed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. For environmental recycling or disposal of waste materials, such as CFCs, glass and plastic material, and toxic substances, governmental financial support system should be in place.

전자상거래 기술분류 모형의 개발 및 활용 (A Classification Model of Electronic Commerce Technology)

  • 전자상거래 요소기술들에 기반 한 글로벌 디지털 경제가 급속하게 확산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에 관련된 주요요소기술들을 체계적으로 분류하기 위한 전자상거래 기술분류 모형을 개발하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 기술분류 모형이 어떻게 활용될 수 있는 지에 대한 구체적인 방안도 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 전자상거래 기술분류 모형은 전자상거래에 관련된 주요 요소기술 상호간의 연관관계나 응용에 대한 체계적인 분석이 가능하며 향후 전자상거래와 디지털 경제에 관련된 연구의 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 공개키 연산기는 전자상거래 환경에서 사용자 인증, 서명 및 키 분배 등에 있어서 매우 중요한 기반요소이다. 유선망 환경에서는 공인 인증서를 이용한 전자상거래가 이미 활성화되었으나, 무선망 환경에서는 무선 단말기의 제약으로 인하여 아직까지 보편화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로파일링 기법을 적용하여 공개키 연산기 내부 연산별 부담(Overhead)을 측정하고, 이 정보를 기반으로 통합 설계에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 통합 시스템의 성능 예측 방안 및 하드웨어와 소프트웨어간의 통신부담을 줄일 수 있는 방안에 대해서 제시하며, 예제 모델로서 EC-Elgamal 알고리즘의 연산과정을 정량적으로 측정하고 분석하였다.

  • Security is very important in EC(Electronic Commerce) environment because exchanged information(that is transaction details, private data, charges data(card-no, accounts), etc) is various and is very sensitive. So, In this paper, we propose Secure-ReXpis(Reliable St excellent Xh3 Processing Infrastructure) System that transfer message and support Message Level Security(Encryption/Decryption and Digital Signature). And we implement Message Confidentiality Service, User Authentication & Message Integrity Service and Non-Repudiation Service among the various Security Services. This system support XML message format and EDI message, WEB Data and Private Format Data, etc.
