기업간 전자거래의 급속한 발전은 선진 각국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 국가적인 차원에서 전자거래 활성화 방안을 수립하여 진행하고 있다. 그러나, 기업-소비자간 거래(B2C)와는 다르게 기업간 전자거래(B2B)의 활성화를 위해서는 기업의 생산 능력 및 가격, 신뢰성에 근거한 고도의 구조화된 정보를 효율적으로 검색할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 이러한 고도의 구조화 된 정보에 기반 한 전자거래를 위해서 정부에서도 지난 2001년 8월 XML기반의 전자 거래를 위한 데이터 교환 모델인 ebXML을 권고안으로 선정한 바가 있다. XML을 활용하여 데이터의 구조에 의미를 부여하는 것은 기업에 달려 있지만, 결과적으로 구축한 데이터를 어떻게 효율적으로 검색하여, 자기 기업에 맞는 최적의 전자 거래 파트너를 찾을 것인가라는 문제는 기업간 전자거래(B2B)의 고도화, 활성화를 위한 필수적인 과제이다. 본 논문의 목표는 ebXML 프레임웍에서 효율적인 거래파트너 검색을 위한 XML 기반의 검색시스템을 개발하는 것이며, 이는 중소기업의 정보화 및 경쟁력 강화에 큰 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

Introduction : There are three major forms of Epidermolysis Bullosa(EB) - EB Simplex(EBS), Junctional EB(JEB) and Dystrophic EB(DEB). DEB is divided into two groups that Dominant DEB(DDEB) and Recessive DEB(RDEB). RDEB has two types that Hallopeau-Siemens(generalized type) and mitis(localized type). Objects : This study was carried out to observe the progress of Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa-mitis(RDEB-mitis) disease and find effective remedy. Methods: Both diagnosis and treatment were divided into three groups voluntarily. l. diagnosis - dermatic symptoms, mucosal symptoms, general symptoms 2. treatment - herbal medications, moxibustion, medicines used extemally(外用藥) Results : After treating 9 months, the condition of the patient grew better and the grades of severity of ROEB-mitis disease were lower at each diagnosis item. Conclusions : As above results, oriental medical treatments were very effective for this disease. But more case studies are necessary for establishing more effective diagnosis and treatment methods.

본 논문에서 제안하는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템 엔진은 ebXML 기반의 다자간 전자물류 시스템 프레임워크의 한 부분으로 기업간의 상호운영성에 초점을 맞춘다. ebXML 표준에 따라 개발된 e-비즈니스 플랫폼은 거래 참여자들이 접근하여 CPP 등록 및 CPA 체결을 하는데, 엔진의 역할은 이러한 CPA에 참조된 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행 상태를 파악 및 진행을 유도한다. 본 논문은 S-비즈니스 프레임워크의 한 종류인 ebXML을 적용하여 전라물류 프로세스의 자동화와 기업간 상호운영성을 지원할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템 엔진의 설계 및 구현 내용에 대해서 기술한다.

ebXML 프레임워크는 현재 폭넓은 지지를 받으며 글로벌한 환경에서의 전자 상거래 표준 프레임워크로 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있는 시점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ebXML에서 거래 파트너간의 거래에 있어 반드시 지켜져야 할 메시지 무결성, 기밀성, 부인 방지 등의 신뢰성 보장 기법이 어떻게 적용 될 수 있는지를 살펴보고, XML 기반의 보안 기술 및 적용 분야 분석을 통해 ebXML에서의 확장성 및 상호운용성을 보장하는 보안 요구 사항 해결 기법을 제시한다.

매년 폭발적 성장률을 유지하고있는 인터넷 기반의 B2B 전자상거래 분야는 현재 그 영역을 기업대 기업, 국가 대 국가의 영역으로 확대하고 있다. ebXML로 대변되는 차세대 XML 기반의 국제적 표준 전자상거래 프레임워크의 활발한 표준화를 통해 이는 더욱 가속화될 전망이다. 그러나 다양한 보안 요소를 만족하는 안전한 거래를 위해 선행되어야 할 XML 기반의 전자상거래 모델에 최적화된 보안 기술에 대한 연구가 다른 분야에 비해 미진한 것이 현실이다 따라서 본 연구에서는 ebXML 메시징 및 등록기/저장소를 중심으로 보안 요소를 분석하고 XML기반의 보안 기술 적용 시스템을 설계함으로써 신뢰성 있고 안전한 ebXML 거래 모델을 제시한다.

Fluorescence enhancements of ethidium bromide (EB) by solution species of low molecular weights such as DNA base molecules and nucleosides in water are reported. The degree of enhancements was determined by intensity as well as lifetime measurements for EB fluorescence. Experiments including solvent effects on absorbance and fluorescence spectra of EB, effects of protonation on the EB absorbance spectrum, and determination of equilibrium constants for EB-DNA bases have been performed to help explain the fluorescence enhancement. The results suggest that the excited state stabilization in the hydrophobic environment, the loss of torsional/vibrational energy of amino groups, and the change in the electronic transition characteristics are all responsible for the fluorescence enhancement.

The MCNP5 neutron, electron, photon Monte Carlo transport program was installed on the KISTI's SUN Tachyon computer using the parallel programming. Electron beam accelerators were modeled and shielding calculations were performed in order to investigate the reduction of computation time in the supercomputer environment. It was observed that a speedup of 40 to 80 of computation time can be obtained using 64 CPUs compared to an IBM PC.

Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and potential EDCs are mostly man-made, found in various materials such as pesticides, additives or contaminants in food, and personal care products. The high energy ionizing radiation has the ability to remove the EDCs with a very high degree of reliability and in a clean and efficient manner. The ionizing radiation interacts with EDCs both directly and indirectly. Direct interaction takes place with EDCs and the structure of EDCs is destroyed or changed. During indirect interaction, radiolysis products of water result in the formation of highly reactive intermediates which then react with the target molecules, culminating in structural changes. To confirm the radiation reduction of EDCs in industrial sludge, a pilot scale experiment up to 50 kGy of electron beam (EB) was conducted with samples from the textile dyeing industries. The experimental result showed the over 90% of reduction of Nonylphenol (NP) and Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) at around 10 kGy of absorbed doses.

Conventional reinforced concrete design codes assume ideal strain evolution in semi-deep beams with externally bonded fiber-reinforced polymer (EB-FRP) web strips. However, there is a strain interaction between internal stirrups and web strips, leading to a notable difference between code-based and experimental shear strengths. Current study provides an experiment-verified detailed numerical framework to assess the potential strain interaction under quasi-static monotonic load. Based on the observations, steel stirrups are effective only for low EB-FRP amounts and the over-strengthening of semi-deep beams prevents the stirrups from yielding, reducing its shear strength contribution. A notable difference is detected between the code-based and the study-based EB-FRP strain values, which is a function of the normalized FRP stress parameter. Semi-analytical relations are proposed to estimate the effective strain and stress of the components considering the potential strain interaction. For the sake of simplification, a linearized correction factor is proposed for the EB-FRP web strip strain, assuming its restraining effect as constant for all steel stirrup amounts.

EB-NMP free standing film is manufactured from NMP solution of polyaniline(emeraldine base EB). Also ES(emeraldine salt EB . HCl) film is manufactured by doping of EB-NMP film with 1 mole HCI aqueous solution. And EB-mixture films containing conductor(carbon black, graphite, Ag etc.) are prepared, In this study, electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency(EMI SE) of ES free standing film ($\sigma$=5 S/cm, t=0.14mm) is 23~25 dB in the frequency range of 10 MHz~1 GHz. ES-mixture(carbon black, graphite, Ag etc.) films, polyaniline film doped camphorsulfonic acid(CSA) show higher EMI SE(30~34 dB, 36~42 dB, 44~52 dB, 34~43 dB) property than that of ES free standing film, respectively.
