This study is an approach to solve the problem concerning informatization and its investment of the existing information system. In this regard, IT Architecture is becoming a prominent figure, and great efforts are being taken to establishment of related infrastructure environment such as the 1st and 2nd pilot programs, ITA related law's legislation, and development of a reference model and its guidance. Especially, with 'the bill on the introduction and management of the information system' passing the National Assembly, all sorts of environment involved for the introduction of IT Architecture in the future such as establishment of the political foundation for IT Architecture introduction of public organizations, and integrated IT Architecture management system(G-ITAMS) is establishing the constituency. Therefore, this study aims to grasp accurately the actual condition concerning the introduction and utilization of IT Architecture at domestic public organizations, which was followed by investigation to present the right direction in the future, and the findings were discussed in the main body as follows:

It was on the rise importantly to provide the efficient management process of the organization for dealing with the change about information and business management quickly and consistently. It was suggested with the architectural model on information technology to provide it in theoretically. The Federal Government and budget organization of the USA used it on actual business and the terms of EA (Enterprise Architecture) and are raising the efficiency of management. NCA (National Computerization Agency) of Korea published the book - "The Research about establishing ITA (Information Technology Architecture) and appling the standards". After being applied the model on MOGAHA (Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs) and MIC(Minisstry of Information and Communication), the concrete case was made. MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) drove the leading model. The report ascertained the basic contents of ITA and researched the case of USA, MOGAHA, MIC, and tried to analyze the contents of appling maritime and fisheries area. The report contained the definition of purpose through analyzing environment and establishing the vision and the principles based on them. The report also contained the contents of architecture based on the standard of NCA - "The Government Standard Meta Model version 2.0" - and researched the MOMAF's Reference model using Government Reference model. The report established the investment architecture and the process of information technology asset management. It ascertained the characteristic of maritime & fisheries area and the subject of developing the MOMAF's ITA sustainably.

본 연구에서는 정보기술 표준의 활용과 그에 따른 정보시스템의 상호운용성 수준과의 관계를 알아봄으로써 정보기술 아키텍처(ITA)에서 강조하고 있는 정보기술 표준의 활용 수준이 높으면 정보시스템의 상호운용성 수준도 높을 것인지를 실증적으로 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 정보기술 표준의 활용에 대한 측정을 위해 정보기술 아키텍처의 3가지 요소(EA, TRM, S/P) 중 하나인 기술참조모델(한국전산원의 TRM)의 표준서비스 분류를 선택하였고, 정보시스템의 상호운용성 수준을 측정하기 위해서는 정보시스템 상호운용성 수준(LISI : Levels of Information System Interoperability) 모델에 따름으로써 정보기술 아키텍처적 관점에서 접근하였다. 설문지를 통한 실증연구 결과, 다양한 표준서비스 중에서 보안서비스, 플랫폼서비스 및 데이터교환서비스 표준만이 실제 정보시스템 상호운용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Currently, the world has experienced a mass exodus of workforce from the manufacturing industry to service related industry. In addition, the changes of industry structure toward service industry have been gradually accelerated. We have felt that it is time to conduct researches about IT service systematizing and discovering the essence of service itself with scientific and synthetic ways based on Service Science. For Service Science researchers, service identification is regarded as a difficult activity when they contact it for the first time and they want to apply it real environment. In reality, there exist mismatches between business and IT service to identify service since service is identified from the business point of view in Service Science area and it is identified from the technical point of view in IT service area. In this paper, we have conducted researches about service identification placed on the first priority and regarded as difficult area in service-oriented business area. To lessen aforementioned difficulties, we propose procedures and methods for extracting and identifying service in the viewpoint of business process. We conducted case study and comparison with existing researches to verify the applicability and the excellence of our proposal.

조직에조직에서 정보기술의 원칙과 Framework이 없는 청사진으로 인해 업무의 통합 및 효율적인 정보기술 관리가 불가능하고, 투자 비용만 증가하게 되었다. 정보기술아키텍쳐 (ITA)를 대상 엔터프라이즈에 적용하기 위해서는 다양한 관점에서 엔터프라이즈를 바라보며 현상을 분석하고 해결 할 수 있는 Framework이 필요하며 이 Framework를 통해 정보기술아키텍쳐가 개발 및 유지 되어야 한다. 따라서, Strategy Layer, Framework Layer, Architecture Layer로 구성된 TAPark Framework를 제안하였다. 먼저, Strategy Layer에서는 EAP를 통해서 정보화 청사진의 원칙과 전략을 수립하고, Framework Layer에서는 기술 참조모델로 HanTRM을 제안하였고 HanTRM 서비스에 해당 표준들을 매핑시켰다. 또한 통합과 상호운영의 근간인 상호운용성 능력모델(LISI-CM)과 조직의 기술 인프라 현황을 분석 및 평가할 수 있는 Control과 정보자산의 통합관리를 제공하는 Asset을 제안하였다. Architecture Layer에서는 Framework을 기준으로 EA, TA를 수행하며 마지막으로 Engineering Layer에 있는 S/W Engineering, Infrastructure를 통하여 효과적으로 정보기술 아키텍처를 개발할 수 있다.

Most of the existing legacy DSL networks, about 80 million lines world-widely, adopted ‘ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) over DSL’protocol architecture for the effective interworking with the ATM-based regional backbone networks and for the effective support of native ATM-based multimedia application services. Recently, however, the regional backbone networks are moving towards Metro Ethernet networks, instead of the ATM networks, and most of the current multimedia applications are If-based, not native ATM-based. These environmental changes push the architecture of DSL networks to be accordingly changed, and the‘Ethernet over DSL’protocol architecture, instead of existing‘ATM over DSL’, is tried to be applied to the implementation of next generation DSL networks such as VDSL(Very high-rate DSL) . In this paper, we propose two different implementation models for next generation DSL networks in Metro Ethernet backbone environments, respectively EA(Ethernet-to-ATM) implementation model and RE(Ethernet-to-Ethernet) implementation model. And, a comparative analysis focused on the performance and the backward compatability with the legacy DSL networks will be presented.

Today, IT governance has also become a subject of attention along with recent technologies such as ITSM (IT Service Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Compliance. At the national level, the market is fairly recent. and therefore, lacks detailed research in the field. Models specifically related to EIM has not yet been presented to this day, hence, firms that are considering EIM as a potential part of their information management system may fall into a state of disorder in the process of its implementation. To this end, this research attempts to construct an IT governance model for EIM based on existing models, surveys and interviews. In particular, E-discovery has been applied as means of protecting information assets and its use as evidence. In addition, by applying the research model to a particular global firm and then assessing its documentation management system, the overall feasibility of the research model has been tested.

As the amount of IT investment and the complexity of information systems in public agencies have been increased, efficient and structured management of IT systems is more emphasized. For the Korean government. ITA (Information Technology Architecture) is one of the core parts of the e-Government initiative. Also introducing and managing ITA in organizations is mandated by law in Korea. The objective of the paper is to study whether using ITA in public agencies is related with their IT capability and IT performance or not. A questionnaire had been designed for the purpose, and a survey had been performed on Korean public agencies. The survey results show that using ITA has influence on relation and technology capability. However, ITA does not influence on human capability and IT performance. The reason why using ITA is linked to relation and technology capability is that ITA includes relationship between both business and technology. Also ITA provides a technical reference model (TRM) and standard profile (SP), so it has influence on technology capability.

정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률을 제정하여 정부부처 및 공공 기관의 EA 법제화를 의무화하였고 국방부는 '06년 자원아키텍처 구축을 시작으로 전장 및 정보환경 아키텍처 등 국방아키텍처 구축사업을 수행하고 있으나, 전장아키텍처 구축시 연습^훈련분야 기능이 제외되어 별도의 워게임 아키텍처 구축이 요구되었습니다. 한국군의 실전적 합동^연합연습 및 훈련지원을 보장하고 국방 및 전장아키텍처 이행계획에 대한 효과적인 검증도구로 활용할 수 있는 합동워게임아키텍처 구축을 위하여 현 워게임 체계에 대한 현황 파악을 파악하고 합동워게임아키텍처 구축에 대해서 제언하였다.
