극성용매에서 거대고리 Ni (II) 착물의 광흡수와 폴라로그램 (Optical Absorption and Polarogram of Macrocyclic Nickel (II) Complexes in Polar Solvents)

  • 극성용매(L; ANT, MFA, DMSO, DMF, DMA)에서 $\alpha$-Ni(rac-[14]-decane)$^{2+}$의 화학평형 관계를 상온에서 분광광도법으로 연구하였다. ANT, MFA, DMSO, DMF, DMA일 때 평행상수 $K_1$은 각각 31.0, 27.5, 21.3 15.9, 6.4이었으며 $K_2$$K_1$보다 적은 값이었다. $\alpha$-Ni(rac-[14]-dacane)$^{2+}$ + L $\leftrightharpoons$ [$\alpha$-Ni(rac-[14]-decane){\cdot}L]$^{2+}$ : $K_1$[$\alpha$-Ni(rac-[14]-decane){\cdot}L)$^{2+}$ + L $\leftrightharpoons$ [$\alpha$-Ni(rac-[14]-decane){\cdot}$L_2$)$^{2+}$; $K_2$.ACT에서 Ni(II)-macrocycle 착이온의 d-d흡수에너지 ($cm^{-1}$와 환원 반파전위 ($E_{1/2}$, V vs. SCE)사이의 상관성을 조사하였다. d-d 전이에너지를 크게하는 거대고리 리간드일수록 착이온의 반파전위는 좀더 양의 값으로 이동하였다. Ni(rac-1[14]7-diene)$^{2+}$, Ni(meso-1[14]7-diene)$^{2+}$, Ni(1[14]4-diene)$^{2+}$, $\alpha$-Ni(rac-[14]-decane)$^{2+}$, $\beta$-Ni(rac-[14]-decane)$^{2+}$, Ni(meso-[14]-decane)$^{2+}$ 착이온의 환원반파전위는 각각 -1.419, -1.431, -1.450, -1.473, -1.480 (V vs. SCE)이었다. 몇 가지 용매에서 Ni(meso-[14]-decane)$^+$ 이성질체의 d-d전이에너지($\nu_{max},\;cm^{-1}$) 변화와 용매의 유전상수(${\varepsilon}/{\varepsilon}_0$) 관계를 고찰하였으며 ${\varepsilon}/{\varepsilon}_0$가 클수록 $\nu_{max}(cm^{-1})$는 증가하였다.

The Effect of Body Energy Reserve Mobilization on the Fatty Acid Profile of Milk in High-yielding Cows

  • We investigated the effect of the amount of body condition loss in the dry period and early lactation in 42 high-yielding Holstein-Friesian cows on milk yield and the share of fatty acids in milk fat. Energy reserves were estimated based on the body condition scoring (BCS) and backfat thickness (BFT). Milk yield and milk composition were determined over 305-d lactation. From d 6 to 60 of lactation, the concentrations of 43 fatty acids in milk fat were determined by gas chromatography. Cows were categorized based on body condition loss from the beginning of the dry period to the lowest point of the BCS curve in early lactation into three groups: low condition loss group (L) ${\leq}0.5$ points (n = 14); moderate condition loss group (M) 0.75 to 1.0 points (n = 16) and high condition loss group (H) >1.0 points (n = 12). Cows whose body energy reserves were mobilized at 0.8 BCS and 11 mm BFT, produced 12,987 kg ECM over 305-d lactation, i.e. 1,429 kg ECM more than cows whose BCS and BFT decreased by 0.3 and 5 mm, respectively. In group H, milk yield reached 12,818 kg ECM at body fat reserve mobilization of 1.3 BCS and 17 mm BFT. High mobilization of body fat reserves led to a significant (approx. 5%) increase in the concentrations of monounsaturated fatty acids-MUFA (mostly $C_{18:1}$ cis-9, followed by $C_{18:1}$ trans-11), a significant decrease in the levels of fatty acids adversely affecting human health, and a drop in the content of linoleic acid, arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in milk fat. In successive weeks of lactation, an improved energy balance contributed to a decrease in the concentrations of unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) and an increase in the conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) content of milk fat.

Degradation kinetics of vitamins in premixes for pig: effects of choline, high concentrations of copper and zinc, and storage time

  • Objective: The present work was undertaken to evaluate the effects of storage time, choline chloride, and high concentrations of Cu and Zn on the kinetic behavior of vitamin degradation during storage in two vitamin premixes and four vitamin-trace mineral (VTM) premixes. Methods: Two vitamin premixes (with or without 160,000 mg/kg of choline) were stored at 25℃ and 60% humidity. Besides, four VTM premixes were used to evaluate the effects of choline (0 vs 40,000 mg/kg) and trace minerals (low CuSO4+ZnO vs high CuSO4+ZnO) on vitamin stability in VTM premixes stored in room, and the VTM premixes were stored in room temperature at 22℃. Subsamples from each vitamin and VTM premix were collected at 0, 1, 2, 3, 6, and 12 months. The retention of vitamin A (VA), vitamin D3 (VD3), vitamin E (VE), vitamin K3 (VK3), vitamin B1 (VB1), vitamin B2 (VB2), vitamin B3 (VB3), vitamin B5 (VB5), and vitamin B6 (VB6) in vitamin premixes and VTM premixes during storage was determined. The stability of vitamins in vitamin premixes and VTM premixes was determined and reported as the residual vitamin activity (% of initial) at each sampling point. Results: The effect of choline on VK3 retention was significant in vitamin premixes (p<0.05). The negative effect of storage time was significant for the retentions of VD3, VK3, VB1, VB2, VB5, and VB6 in vitamin premix (p<0.05). For VTM premixes, negative effect of storage time was significant (p<0.05) for the losses of vitamin in VTM premixes. Choline and high concentrations of Cu and Zn significantly increased VA, VK3, VB1, and VB2 loss during storage (p<0.05). The supplementation of high concentrations of Cu and Zn significantly decreased the concentrations of VD3 and VB6 (p<0.05) in VTM premixes at extended storage time. Conclusion: The maximum vitamin stability was detected in vitamin and VTM premixes containing no choline or excess Cu and Zn. The results indicated that extended storage time increased degradation of vitamin in vitamin or VTM premixes. These results may provide useful information for vitamin and VTM premixes to improve the knowledge of vitamin in terms of its stability.

콩씨스트선충(線蟲) 저항성품종(抵抗性品種) 육성(育成)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Selection of Soybean Cultivars Resistant to Soybean Cyst Nematode, Heterodera glycines)

  • 콩씨스트선충(線蟲)에 대(對)한 저항성품종육성(抵抗性品種育成)을 위하여 경북, 충북, 전남 3 개도 13지역(地域)에서 콩씨스트선충(線蟲)의 race를 조사(調査)한 결과(結果), Race 1 이 1계통(系統) Race c가 1계통(系統) 그리고 Race 5가 11계통(系統)으로 우리나라에서는 Race 5가 우점 race임을 알 수 있었다. 콩씨스트선충(線蟲) Race 5에 대(對)한 재래종(在來種)콩 203계통(系統)에 대(對)하여 포장저항성검정결과(圃場抵抗性檢定結果) 재래종(在來種)은 계통번호(系統番號) 18, 21, 36, 38, 41, 42, 43, 45, 55, 59, 68, 72, 75, 79, 93, 94, 95, 98, 123, 131, 136, 146, 170, 174, 187, 190, 191 등 27 계통(系統)이 한뿌리당 씨스트의 수(數)가 10 개미만으로써 다른 계통(系統)에 비(比)하여 적게 증식(增植)되었고, 나머지 176계통(系統)은 많이 증식(增殖)되었다. 포장실험(圃場實驗)에서 비교적(比較的) 선충(線蟲)의 증식(增殖)이 적게된 27 계통(系統)을 선발(選拔)하여 Pot에서 재검사(再檢査)를 한 결과(結果) 계통번호(系統番號) 170(음성군, 조촌리(陰城那, 助村里)) 번이 한 주(株)당 씨스트의 수(數)가 10개로 중정도(中程度)의 저항성(抵抗性)을 나타냈고 계통번호(系統番號) 55(영풍군, 내림리(榮豊那, 內林里))번은 다른 계통(系統)에 비(比)하여 다소 선충(線蟲)의 증식(增殖)이 적게 되었으나 나머지 25계통(系統)은 모두 30개이상(個以上)으로 많이 증식(增植)되어 감수성(感受性)을 나타냈다. 그리고 도입품종(導入品種) 25종중(種中)에서는 Peking, IIlsoy, PI90763 등 3품종(品種)은 포장(圃場)과 Pot실험(實驗)에서 다같이 선충(線蟲)의 증식(增殖)이 전혀 되지않는 저항성(抵抗性)으로 나타났고 Custer. Delmar, Dyer, Jackson 등 4품종(品種)은 씨스트의 수가 10개미만으로 비교(比較的) 적게 증식(增殖)되어 중정도(中程度)의 저항성(抵抗性)을 나타냈으나 나머지 18품종(品種)은 감수성(感受性)을 나타냈다. 수량성(收量性)을 검사(檢査)한 재래종중(在來種中)에서는 계통번호(系統番號) 170번이 역시 주당분지수, 주당협수 주당협중, 100립에 있어서 무감염구(無感染區)에 비(比)하여 감수율(減收率)이 각각(各各) 0%, 1.8%, 1.2%, 1.7% 로서 외국(外國)에서 저항성품종(抵抗性品種)으로 알려진 Peking, PI90763 과 같은 경향을 나타냈다. 그리고 계통번호(系統番號) 55, 75, 187번은 다른 계통(系統)에 비(比)하여 다소 낮은 감소율(減少率)을 나타냈다. 도입종중(導入種中)에는 Peking 과 PI90763 이 주당분지수 주당협수, 주당협중 및 100립중에서 모두 1.6% 이하의 낮은 감소율(減少率)을 나타냈으나 Illsoy 는 주당협수와 주당협중에서 3.8% 및 3.4%의 다소 높은 감소율(減少率)을 나타낸 한편 Custer, Delmar, Dyer, Jackson 등은 비교적 감소율이 높게 나타났다.

Computer Aided Innovation 역량이 연구개발역량에 미치는 효과: 국내 중소기업을 대상으로 (The Effects of the Computer Aided Innovation Capabilities on the R&D Capabilities: Focusing on the SMEs of Korea)

  • This study analyzes the effect of Computer Aided Innovation (CAI) to improve R&D Capabilities empirically. Survey was distributed by e-mail and Google Docs, targeting CTO of 235 SMEs. 142 surveys were returned back (rate of return 60.4%) from companies. Survey results from 119 companies (83.8%) which are effective samples except no-response, insincere response, estimated value, etc. were used for statistics analysis. Companies with less than 50billion KRW sales of entire researched companies occupy 76.5% in terms of sample traits. Companies with less than 300 employees occupy 83.2%. In terms of the type of company business Partners (called 'partners with big companies' hereunder) who work with big companies for business occupy 68.1%. SMEs based on their own business (called 'independent small companies') appear to occupy 31.9%. The present status of holding IT system according to traits of company business was classified into partners with big companies versus independent SMEs. The present status of ERP is 18.5% to 34.5%. QMS is 11.8% to 9.2%. And PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) is 6.7% to 2.5%. The holding of 3D CAD is 47.1% to 21%. IT system-holding and its application of independent SMEs seemed very vulnerable, compared with partner companies of big companies. This study is comprised of IT infra and IT Utilization as CAI capacity factors which are independent variables. factors of R&D capabilities which are independent variables are organization capability, process capability, HR capability, technology-accumulating capability, and internal/external collaboration capability. The highest average value of variables was 4.24 in organization capability 2. The lowest average value was 3.01 in IT infra which makes users access to data and information in other areas and use them with ease when required during new product development. It seems that the inferior environment of IT infra of general SMEs is reflected in CAI itself. In order to review the validity used to measure variables, Factors have been analyzed. 7 factors which have over 1.0 pure value of their dependent and independent variables were extracted. These factors appear to explain 71.167% in total of total variances. From the result of factor analysis about measurable variables in this study, reliability of each item was checked by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. All measurable factors at least over 0.611 seemed to acquire reliability. Next, correlation has been done to explain certain phenomenon by correlation analysis between variables. As R&D capabilities factors which are arranged as dependent variables, organization capability, process capability, HR capability, technology-accumulating capability, and internal/external collaboration capability turned out that they acquire significant correlation at 99% reliability level in all variables of IT infra and IT Utilization which are independent variables. In addition, correlation coefficient between each factor is less than 0.8, which proves that the validity of this study judgement has been acquired. The pair with the highest coefficient had 0.628 for IT utilization and technology-accumulating capability. Regression model which can estimate independent variables was used in this study under the hypothesis that there is linear relation between independent variables and dependent variables so as to identify CAI capability's impact factors on R&D. The total explanations of IT infra among CAI capability for independent variables such as organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, technology-accumulating capability, and collaboration capability are 10.3%, 7%, 11.9%, 30.9%, and 10.5% respectively. IT Utilization exposes comprehensively low explanatory capability with 12.4%, 5.9%, 11.1%, 38.9%, and 13.4% for organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, technology-accumulating capability, and collaboration capability respectively. However, both factors of independent variables expose very high explanatory capability relatively for technology-accumulating capability among independent variable. Regression formula which is comprised of independent variables and dependent variables are all significant (P<0.005). The suitability of regression model seems high. When the results of test for dependent variables and independent variables are estimated, the hypothesis of 10 different factors appeared all significant in regression analysis model coefficient (P<0.01) which is estimated to affect in the hypothesis. As a result of liner regression analysis between two independent variables drawn by influence factor analysis for R&D capability and R&D capability. IT infra and IT Utilization which are CAI capability factors has positive correlation to organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, technology-accumulating capability, and collaboration capability with inside and outside which are dependent variables, R&D capability factors. It was identified as a significant factor which affects R&D capability. However, considering adjustable variables, a big gap is found, compared to entire company. First of all, in case of partner companies with big companies, in IT infra as CAI capability, organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, and technology capability out of R&D capacities seems to have positive correlation. However, collaboration capability appeared insignificance. IT utilization which is a CAI capability factor seemed to have positive relation to organization capability, process capability, human resources capability, and internal/external collaboration capability just as those of entire companies. Next, by analyzing independent types of SMEs as an adjustable variable, very different results were found from those of entire companies or partner companies with big companies. First of all, all factors in IT infra except technology-accumulating capability were rejected. IT utilization was rejected except technology-accumulating capability and collaboration capability. Comprehending the above adjustable variables, the following results were drawn in this study. First, in case of big companies or partner companies with big companies, IT infra and IT utilization affect improving R&D Capabilities positively. It was because most of big companies encourage innovation by using IT utilization and IT infra building over certain level to their partner companies. Second, in all companies, IT infra and IT utilization as CAI capability affect improving technology-accumulating capability positively at least as R&D capability factor. The most of factor explanation is low at around 10%. However, technology-accumulating capability is rather high around 25.6% to 38.4%. It was found that CAI capability contributes to technology-accumulating capability highly. Companies shouldn't consider IT infra and IT utilization as a simple product developing tool in R&D section. However, they have to consider to use them as a management innovating strategy tool which proceeds entire-company management innovation centered in new product development. Not only the improvement of technology-accumulating capability in department of R&D. Centered in new product development, it has to be used as original management innovative strategy which proceeds entire company management innovation. It suggests that it can be a method to improve technology-accumulating capability in R&D section and Dynamic capability to acquire sustainable competitive advantage.

고혈당과 고지질혈증이 운동중 심근의 당원대사에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Hyperglycemia and Hyperlipidemia on Cardiac Muscle Glycogen Usage during Exercise in Rats)

  • 대조군 및 고혈당군의 운동부하전 혈당농도(mg/dL)는 각각 $110{\pm}7.0$$145{\pm}7.4$이였으며 운동부하 45분 후에 고혈당군의 혈당농도는 $156{\pm}6.8$이였고 대조군에서는 $127{\pm}3.6$이였다. 운동부하 후 심근의 당원농도의 감소정도는 대조군에서 운동부하 45분 후의 당원농도가 운동부하전에 비해서 73.9%로 감소(p<0.05)하였으나 고혈당군에서는 유의하게 감소하지 않았다. 횡격막의 당원농도는 운동부하 45분에 대조군에서 운동부하전에 비해서 45.5%로 감소(p<0.001)하였으나 고혈당군에서는 55.9%로 감소하여 고혈당에 의한 횡격막의 당원 절약효과도 관찰할 수 있었다. 대조군, 대조운동군 및 고지질혈증운동군의 유리지방산농도(${\mu}Eq/L$)는 각각 $247{\pm}41.1$, $260{\pm}58.6$$444{\pm}23.1$이였으며 각군의 혈당농도는 상호간에 차이가 없었다. 운동부하 중 심근의 당원농도(mg/100gm wet wt.)는 대조군에서 $3.78{\pm}0.39$였으며 45분간 운동을 부하한 대조운동군 및 고지질혈증운동군에서 대조군과 비교하여 다같이 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 고지질혈증운동군에서 당원감소의 정도가 낮았다. 횡격막의 당원농도는 대조운동군에서 38.9%로 감소하였으며 고지질혈증운동군에서는 51.0%로 감소하여 고지질혈증군에서 당원 절감효과가 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 운동부하 중 고혈당에 의해서 심근의 당원이용이 절약되었으며 고지질혈증에 의해서는 확실한 결론을 얻을 수 없었으나 당원이 절약되는 경향을 발견할 수 있었다. 횡격막에서는 고혈당 및 고지질혈증에 의해서 다같이 당원절약효과가 있었다.

최소 침습 수술: 대한소아외과학회 회원을 대상으로 한 전국조사 (Minimal Invasive Surgery: A National Survey of Its Members by the Korean Association of Pediatric Surgeons)

  • Minimal invasive surgery (MIS) has rapidly gained acceptance for the management of a wide variety of pediatric diseases. A questionnaire was sent to all members of the Korean Association of Pediatric Surgeons. Thirty one members (25.4%) took part in the survey that included data for the year 2012: demographic details, opinion regarding minimal invasive surgery and robotic surgery, spectrum of minimally invasive operations, and quantity of procedures. 48.4% of the respondents had more than 10 years experience, 35.5% less than 10 years experience, and 16.1 % had no experience. The respondents of the recommend MIS and perform MIS for surgical procedures are as follow; inguinal hernia (61.3%), simple appendicitis (87.1%), complicated appendicitis (80.6%), reduction of intussusceptions (83.9%), pyloromyotomy (90.3%), fundoplication (96.8%), biopsy and corrective surgery of Hirschsprung's disease (93.5%/90.3%), imperforate anus (77.4%), congenital diaphragmatic hernia (80.6%), and esophageal atresia (74.2%). The MIS procedures with more than 70% were lung resection (100%), cholecystectomy (100%), appendectomy (96.2%), ovarian torsion (86.7%), fundoplication (86.8%), hiatal hernia repair (82.6%), and splenectomy (71.4%). The MIS procedures with less than 30% were congenial diaphragmatic hernia reapir (29.6%), esophageal atresia (26.2%), correction of malroatation (24.4%), inguinal hernia repair (11.4%), anorectal malformation (6.8%), Kasai operation (3.6%).

  • 본 연구는 식물사회학적 방법에 의해 구 안동시역에 분포하는 춘계 귀화식물군락을 유형화하고 그 환경조건을 해석하기 위해 실시하였다. 구 안동시는 분지에 주택과 상가가 밀집하고 있어서 공터의 귀화식물군락은 많지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시부의 귀화식물의 전파경로에 있어서 중심적인 역할을 하고 있다고 생각되는 도로변 귀화식물군락을 주된 조사대상으로 하였으며, 공터에 출현하는 귀화식물군락은 소수 포함하였다. 군락을 분류한 결과 6군락 2하위단위를 식별하였다: A. 털빕새귀리군락, A-a. 참새귀리하위군락, A-b. 쌀새하위군락, B. 왕포아풀군락, C. 소리쟁이군락, D. 큰달맞이꽃군락, E. 돼지풀군락, F. 묵밭소리쟁이군락. 이상의 군락을 구성하는 총 식물 분류군은 31과 86속 114종 13변종이고, 이 중 귀화식물의 분류군은 8과 21속 25종 1변종이었다. 모든 조사구를 Bray-Curtis서열법에 따라 서열화 한 결과는 대체로 식물사회학적 표조작에 의해 얻어진 식생구분에 따라 분리되었다. 또 종간결합 관계도 검토하였다. 한편, 각 군락별 귀화율은 교통량이 비교적 많고 산업도로적 성격이 강한 도로변에서 높은 값을 나타내었으며, 반면에 교통량이 비교적 적고 전원적인 도로변에서는 다소 낮게 나타났다. 이처럼 귀화율의 계산 결과는 귀화식물의 번무와 인간에 의한 환경압과의 관계을 해석하는데 유효하였다. 한편 춘계와 추계 사이에 군락과 귀화율의 계절적 변화를 조사하였다. 봄에 출현한 많은 귀화식물군락이 가을에는 자생의 인가식물군락으로 대치되었으며, 귀화율은 양 계절 사이에 크게 감소하였다.이 비산화지보다 더 높은 값을 보였고, 유기물함량, 총탄소함량, 총질소함량, NH₄/sup +/-N함량은 비산화지보다 더 낮은 값을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 조사지에서 산화지의 식생천이양상은 산화 당년에 억새와 참싸리, 산화 2년째에 참싸리와 졸참나무가 우점해 있고 앞으로 새로운 교란요인이 발생하지 않는다면 졸참나무군락으로 천이가 진행됨을 예상할 수 있다. 산불로 인해 식생이 파괴된 우, 그 이전의 상태로 회복되기까지 많은 시간이 걸린다는 점을 고려해서 장기적인 계획에 의한 더욱 구체적이고 체계적인 연구가 효율적인 산화지 관리면에서 수행될 필요성이 있다.생강, 꽁치, 해파리, 쑥갓, 갈치, 연근, 마늘 등이었다. 8. 식사량을 감량하는데 대한 의견을 5점 평점법으로 조사한 결과 남학생의 경우는 밥, 반찬의 수. 반찬의 양을 줄이는 데 대하여 높은 불만을 나타내어 평균점수 1.54-l.60이었고 여학생의 경우는 반찬의 수감량에 평균 1.79를 나타내 감량에 높은 불만을 나타내었다. 9. 음식물쓰레기에 대한 인식을 5점 평점법으로 조사한 결과에서 '음식물쓰레기의 양을 줄여야 한다'는 남학생이 3.94, 여학생이 4.05, '재활용이 꼭 필요하다'는 남학생이 4.18, 여학생이 4.10, '음식물쓰레기에 대한 개선방안이 제시되면 적극 참여하겠다'에서는 남학생이 3.98, 여학생이 3.09으로 높은 점수를 나타내고 있으나 '평소 음식물쓰레기를 줄이기 위해 노력하고 있다'에서는 남학생이 3.36, 여학생이 3.09로 나타났다. 10. 음식물쓰레기 처리방법을 알고 있는 경우는 남학생이 18.3%, 여학생이

Isolation of High Yielding Alkaline Protease Mutants of Vibrio metschnikovii Strain RH530 and Detergency Properties of Enzyme

  • Abstract A facultative alkalophilic gram-negative Vibrio metschnikovii strain RH530, isolated from the wastewater, produced several alkaline proteases (VAP) including six alkaline serine proteases and a metalloprotease. From this strain, high yielding YAP mutants were isolated by NTG treatment. The isolated mutant KS1 showed nine times more activity than the wild-type after optimization of the culture media. The production was regulated by catabolite repression when glucose was added to the medium. The effects of several organic nitrogen sources on the production of the YAP were investigated to avoid catabolite repression. The combination of 4% wheat gluten meal (WGM), 1.5% cotton seed flour (eSF), and 5% soybean meal (SBM) resulted in the best production when supplemented with 1% NaCl. The YAP showed a resistance to surfactants such as $sodium-{\alpha}-olefin$ sulfonate (AOS), polyoxy ethylene oxide (POE), and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), yet not to linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS). However, the activity of the YAP was restored completely when incubated with LAS in the presence of POE or $Na_2SO_4$. The YAP was stable in a liquid laundry detergent containing 6.6% SLES (sodium lauryl ether sulfate), 6.6% LAS, 19.8% POE, and stabilizing agents for more than two weeks at $40^{\circ}C$, but the stability was sharply decreased even after 1 day when incubated at $60^{\circ}C$. A washing performance test with the YAP exhibited it to be a good washing power by showing 51 % and 60% activity at $25^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}40^{\circ}C$, respectively, thereby indicating that the YAP also has a good detergency at a low temperature. All the results suggest that the YAP produced from the mutant strain KSI has suitable properties for use in laundry detergents.rgents.

대합 Meretrix lusoria의 인공수정 및 발생에 관한 연구 (STUDIES ON THE ARTIFICIAL FERTILIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MERETRIX LUSORIA)

  • 1973년 6월 20일부터 동년 8월 25일까지 사이에 Meretrix lusoria의 성숙난에 $NH_4OH$ 해수용액을 규정농도별로 처리한 후의 인공수정율, 초기발생과정 및 유생의 변태과정을 조사하였다. 1. M. lusoria의 $NH_4OH$ 해수용액 처리에 의한 규정농도별 수정률은 1/1000 N의 $NH_4OH$ 해수용액 처리로 가장 높은 인공수정률을 얻었고, 이렇게 처리된 후 인공수정된 난의 발생과정도 정상적임을 확인하였다. 2. M. lusoria의 초기발생과정에서는 수정후 1시간 35분이 지나면 2할기, 4시간 40분에 포배기, 6시간 15분에 Trochophore기에 달함을 볼 수 있었다. 3. M. lusoria의 유생을 사육한 결과, 수정후 10이 지나면 원각의 평균각장이 $112\mu$인 초기 D형에, 7일이 지나면 평균 각장이 $172\mu$인 각정기에, 20일이 지나면 평균 각장이 $232\mu$인 초기저서기에 달함을 볼 수 있었다. 4. M. luroria의 유생을 실험실내 수조 속에서 사육하며 각장 $272\mu$인 치패을 얻을 수 있었다. 5. M. luroria의 초기 D형기로 부터 변태기까지의 각장(L)과 각고(H)와의 관계는 H=1.02325L-24.46425(상관계수 r=0.99050)의 식으로 표시되었다.
