On information markets, we can identify different relations between sellers and their customers, with some users paying with money, some paying with attention, and others paying with their personal data. For the description of these different market relations, this article introduces the notion of arity into the scientific discussion. On unary information markets, customers pay with their money; examples include commercial information suppliers. Binary information markets are characterized by one market side paying with attention (e.g., on the search engine Google) or with personal data (e.g., on most social media services) and the other market side (mainly advertisers) paying with money. Our example of a ternary market is a social media market with the additional market side of influencers. If customers buy on unary markets, they know what to pay (in terms of money). If they pay with attention or with their personal data, they do not know what they have to pay exactly in the end. On n-ary markets (n greater than 1), laws should regulate company's abuse of money and-which is new-abuse of data streams with the aid of competition (or anti-trust) laws, and by modified data protection laws, which are guided by fair use of end users' attention and data.

B2B e-commerce guarantee service is a guarantee service combining the electronic systems among Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KCGF), banks and e-marketplaces to process all procedures on internet ranging from application for credit guarantee, issue of written guarantee and contracting for a commerce to payment. B2B e-commerce guarantee service plays as an intermediary role in financial support for small and mediumsized enterprise(SME), which are small size, low credit level, and unfavorable status in many aspects compared to major companies. Despite the B2B e-commerce guarantee service has various advantages conducive to promotion of e-commerce among small and medium businesses as well as development of e-commerce itself, it has yet to be diffused due to lack of acknowledgement, misunderstanding of its functions and vague psychological fear of the on-line settlement. Thus, this study identifies the values and effects of the B2B e-commerce guarantee service using financial data and cases. The process of this study is 4 phase. first phase is analysis of B2B e-commerce guarantee service and e-Marketplace. second phase is analysis of performance from the Perspective of Diverse Participants. third phase is analysis of economic performance and support for SME. last phase is policy suggestions and conclusion.

전자무역거래는 궁극적으로 무역계약체결천의 마케팅과 인콰이어리는 물론 무역계약과 계약 이후의 운송, 보험, 결제 등을 네트워크를 통해 실현하고자 한다. 그러나 무역거래의 전 단계의 전자화 추진에 있어 가장 큰 걸림돌은 국제대금결제시스템을 전자화하는 것이며, 이러한 문제점의 해결은 궁극적으로 전자무역거래의 완성이라고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 전자무역 구현에 있어서 시급하고도 중요한 핵심과제가 되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 전자무역시대를 맞이하여, 전자무역거래에서 전자결제시스템으로 주목받고 있는 BOLERO, TradeCard, 그리고 BeXcom의 주요 내용과 특징을 살펴보고, 상호간 비교 분석을 통하여 전자결제시스템의 발전적 과제를 제시하고자 한다.

In Internet age, traditional transaction concepts are being examined in new perspectives. Electronic commerce, as a new transaction paradigm, is being paid attention to reexamine traditional marketing theories. In this study, equity is adapted to electronic commerce. We add Navigational Equity to existing equity concept: Payment and Service (Huppertz et al 1978). The research model of this study consisted of three major constructs such as equity, normative comparison of equity and consumer satisfaction in electronic commerce. Additionally, the environments of Internet navigation, which include system quality, easy for use, social pressure, playful aspects, and security check, etc. were analyzed. The propositions were drawn from the research model of this study. These propositions will be used to generate hypotheses constructing simultaneous equation model. More empirical study of future is expected.

온라인거래가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 온라인결제에 대한 이용자 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 온라인소액결제는 다양한 디지털재화(MP3, VOD, 사이버머니 등)를 구입하는 데 활발하게 사용되고 있으며, eBay의 PayPal, 구글의 Checkout 등 해외에선 이미 차세대 온라인 비즈니스 영역으로 주목 받고 있다. 온라인소액결제는 전자 상거래에서 사용되는 결제 방식으로 금액이 작은 온라인 거래에서 사용되는 결제를 말한다. 하지만 온라인소액결제에 대한 국내외적인 성장에도 불구하고 이 분야에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인소비자들이 온라인 환경에서 소액결제를 이용할 때, 선호하는 결제수단과 중요시 여기는 속성에 대한 실증연구를 진행했다. 온라인 소액결제는 연령층에 따라 신용카드 결제와 상품권, 사이버머니 등의 결제 선호로 나뉘어 지고, 개인정보 보장 등과 같은 안전성에 관련된 속성을 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후, 온라인 소액결제에 대한 소비자 특성과 도입 및 발전전략에 대한 다양한 해석을 통해 이비즈니스 분야에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Because the international trading community has witnessed a number of significant technical and commercial changes, documentary credit practices will quite clearly need to be updated to meet both the business and technical demands of the latest commercial and technical developments in international trade. The potential for developing "paperless credit" should, therefore, be examined. TradeCard is a B2B(business-to-business) e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet and objective of TradeCard is to provide a secure, reliable cost-effective and user-friendly solution for conducting and settling international trade transactions. This paper analyzes the reviews of TradeCard by Electronic Message and the various problems which come to application of TradeCard, with particular attention to existing international frameworks for Payment systems based on Documentary Credit.ry Credit.

This paper describes the biometrics system for user authentication in electronic commerce. At present, social demands are increasing for information security techniques against the information wiretapping in open communications network. For this, these techniques such as anti-virus, firewall, VPN, authentication, cryptography, public key based systems and security management systems have been developed. This Paper discusses the user authentication for the implementation of efficient electronic payment systems. In particular. user authentication system has keen developed using biometrics techniques and the effectiveness of this paper is demonstrated by several experiments.

To Recently, the buckling is easy to happen a thin plate and High Tensile Steel is used at the structure so that it is wide. Especially, the buckling is becoming important design criteria in the ship structure to use especially the High Tensile Steel. Consequently, it is important that we grasp the conduct after the buckling behaviour accurately at the stability of the body of ship structure. In this study, examined closely about conduct and secondary buckling after initial buckling of thin plate structure which receive compressive load according to various kinds aspect ratio under simply supported condition that make by buckling formula in each payment in advance nile to place which is representative construction of hull. Analysis method is F.E.M by ANSYS and complicated nonlinear behaviour to analyze such as secondary buckling.

Construction delay is one of the basic constrains to achieve the project objectives in developing countries. This study aims to find the causes and effects of construction delays in developing countries. A thorough literature review has been done following the content analysis method. The relevant literature of 28 developing countries was collected from the scholarly journals published in the period of 2006 to 2016. The different developing countries are grouped into three geographic regions, i.e. South and Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa. In these regions, total 53 potential causes of delay under 8 major groups are identified. Frequency and ranking of these factors have been done. The factors, delay in progress payment by owner, contractors' cash flow problem, improper planning and scheduling, poor site management, and change order by owner during construction, are acknowledged as critical causes of delay in developing countries. This study will assist both academic and professional experts providing more insight about the construction delays and project management in developing countries.

Having information is most important at the present age. Internet is main source of obtaining information and mobile telecommunication let people communicate each other without any time and space limitation. Recently, advanced technology in telecommunication makes two-way service possible. So, the mobile internet service combined internet with mobile telecommunication is widely and rapidly promoted. Therefore user can transmit and receive a lot of information without time and space restriction using various application technologies. This paper deals with machinery that makes human do office work conveniently in vehicle using mobile internet service. Namely, it tries to design mobile internet machinery combining of wireless payment, GPS module, mobile internet, and mobile office etc. And that can transmit and receive e-mail or documents etc. This machinery has various objects, and design process has complexity. To reduce trial error and processing complexity, Axiomatic Design Method is used to design the machinery.
