QFD를 이용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질 측정 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement and Improvement of Service Quality using QFD in the Internet Shoppingmall)

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

  • 최근 디지털 방송 서비스가 확산되면서 TV 기반 상거래 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구의 경우, TV 홈쇼핑과 T-Commerce 각각에 관한 연구만이 존재하며, 각각의 연구 역시 소비자의 만족을 높이기 위한 속성에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 TV 기반 상거래를 통해 소비자의 만족을 증대시킬 수 있는 품질 속성을 분석함으로써, 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 우리는 이를 위해 TV 홈쇼핑 및 T-Commerce의 특징을 선행연구를 통하여 선정하였고, 이를 기반으로 KANO 모델과 ASC를 기반으로 TV 기반 상거래의 고객 품질 속성의 만족도를 분석하였다.

  • 생활환경가전 렌탈구독서비스의 시장 성장에 따라, 이용자의 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구의 차별점은 기존 구독서비스에 관한 연구가 디지털콘텐츠, OTT 서비스, 전자책, 모바일 등 온라인 구독서비스에 편중되었다면, 이 연구는 연구 대상을 생활환경가전 렌탈구독서비스로 확대했다는 점이다. 본 연구는 생활환경가전 렌탈구독서비스의 지각된 유용성, 신뢰성 및 편의성이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 렌탈구독서비스 이용자의 고객만족도 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 생활환경가전 렌탈구독서비스 이용자의 지각된 신뢰성과 지각된 편의성이 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 유용성은 기각되었는데, 이는 고객이 느끼는 추상적이고 주관적인 부분이기 때문이다. 연구결과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 렌탈구독서비스 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 표준화된 서비스를 강화할 필요가 있으며, 제품별 특성에 맞는 정기 방문관리 시 부가서비스를 개발하여 편의성을 증대할 필요가 있다. 그리고 제품과 ICT(Information and Communications Technologies)를 융합하여 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고, 교차판매(Cross sell)와 상승판매(Up sell)로 이어질 수 있도록 고객만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 관리가 매우 중요하다. 또한 벤처 창업기업들도 구독서비스 비즈니스 모델을 적극적으로 적용할 필요가 있다.

말레이시아 조호바루 지역에 거주하는 신세대 소비자들의 카페 Foodscape에 대한 만족도와 행동의도 분석 (The Influence of Foodscape on Young Generations' Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions in Cafés, Johor Bahru, Malaysia)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 말레이시아의 조호바루 지역에 거주하는 신세대 소비자들의 카페의 foodscape가 만족도와 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 것이다. 총 330명의 카페 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 말레이시아 조호바루 지역은 이웃국가인 싱가폴과 인접한 국경도시로, 말레이시아의 타지역에 비해서 신세대들이 보다 많이 거주하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 말레이시아의 타 지역과 인구통계학적으로 차별화가 되는 조호바루 지역을 선택함으로써 보다 차별화된 결과를 지니고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 카페 고객이 느끼는 foodscape 요인들이 만족도와 향후행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 알아보고 있다. 카페의 음식의 presentation과 temperature와 freshness는 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 하지만 food variety는 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 만족도는 향후행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 말레이시아의 국경도시인 조호바루에 진출하려는 cafe 관련 식음료 사업체들에 어떤점이 고객들에게 어필할 수 있는지를 보여주는 중요하고 의미 있는 연구라고 할 수 있다.

Research on the Relationship Between Social Capital and Enterprise Performance in Supply Chain Environment

  • Purpose - The rapid rise of e-commerce enterprises has led to the development of the logistics industry. At the same time, some enterprises are motivated by the interests to start reducing costs and inputs, which on the contrary leads to low quality of service, thus reducing customer satisfaction. In recent years, vicious competition, violent express delivery and lack of professionalism in the logistics market have led to high annual customer complaint rate, which has resulted in the company losing many loyal customers, but also unable to obtain new customers. Therefore, to pay attention to and understand the psychological needs of customers and improve the quality of logistics distribution service has become a pressing problem for Every express company. Design/methodology - By analyzing the problems existing in logistics distribution of express companies, this paper explores various factors affecting customer satisfaction and takes consumer sentiment as a mediating variable. Through questionnaires to collect relevant data, put forward hypotheses for empirical analysis, use two different software including SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to analyze the information, draw conclusions and make recommendations. Findings - According to the above research results, the reliability, convenience, efficiency, professional can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction through the mediating effect of their sentiment, convenience and professional on consumer sentiment and satisfaction are more significant. Originality/value - This paper the establishment of distribution service indicators related to customer satisfaction and empirical analysis can not only enrich and supplement the distribution service quality indicator system studied by the former, but also provide a theoretical basis for future research.

E-서비스품질과 소비자 태도 및 만족도 간의 관계: 중국 음식배달 애플리케이션 중심으로 (Influences of the E-service Quality of Food Delivery Application in China on Customer Attitude, and Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - The food delivery mobile application market is growing rapidly in the catering service industry. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of E-service quality on consumer attitudes and satisfaction in the food delivery service field in China. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 390 copies of this questionnaire were distributed between February 17 and March 25, 2021 on the Chinese survey site (https://www.wjx.cn). Three hundred forty-nine parts were used for the final analysis. Validity and reliability were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical program, and correlation and regression analysis were performed. Findings - The study results showed among the e-service quality components of food delivery application software, trust, convenience, proximity and reactivity have an impact on consumer attitudes. Research implications or Originality - The service quality of food application software is an important factor determining consumer attitude. The limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

미디어선택이 최종사용자의 만족도에 미치는 영향: SERVQUAL 연구 틀을 이용한 실증적 연구 (The Impact of Media Selection on End - user Satisfaction : An Empirical Study Based on SERVQUAL Framework)

  • In this paper, we investigate the relationship between the use of different media and customer satisfaction in help desk service. Different dimensions of customer satisfaction were derived based on SERVQUAL : reliability, empathy, assurance, tangibles, and responsiveness. The results support our hypotheses that use of conventional media (face-to-face and telephone) is related to help desk satisfaction through reliability and empathy and electronic media (e-mali and internet) users show higher satisfaction in tangibles and assurance. Also, hybrid media users (multi-media users by task) show a higher level of satisfaction in reliability and responsibility. The results suggest that automating help desks should be considered as a way to provide more options to end-users.

기업의 사회적 책임 활동 과정에서의 고객참여가 고객 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Customer Participation in CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) Process on Customers' Response)

  • Purpose - There have been numerous studies investigating the effects of corporate social responsibility initiatives on corporate associations or corporate images. In line of this research stream, current research examined the potential impact of customer participation in the process of corporate social responsibility initiatives on attitude toward the company. This research differentiates from previous studies that it is the first to connect corporate social responsibility and customer participation. Specifically, we suggest a structural model on corporate associations which was classified into corporate ability associations and corporate social responsibility associations that the more the customers participate in initiating corporate social responsibility, corporate associations were formed more positively. And this leads to the increase of revisit intentions through customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - To test our research model, we collected data of real consumers of a large discount store in Korea. At the large discount store, customers were given an opportunity to participate the discount store's CSR activity program. We performed field survey and collected data of 146 respondents. We analyzed the data using PASW statistics 21.0 and AMOS 16.0 in order to test our structural model. Results - The results showed that consumers who participated more in initiating corporate social responsibility revealed higher score for corporate ability associations and corporate social responsibility associations. These corporate associations had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, which leads to higher attitude toward revisit intentions. Specifically, hypothesis 1.1 "As Customer participation in CSR process increases, the evaluation of CA associations will be positive,"was supported. Hypothesis 1.2 "As Customer participation in CSR process increases, the evaluation of CSR associations will be positive," was supported. Hypothesis 2.1 "As the evaluation of CA associations is positive, satisfaction with the firm will increase," was supported. Hypothesis 2.1 "As the evaluation of CSR associations is positive, satisfaction with the firm will increase," was supported. Hypothesis 3 "As satisfaction with the firm increases, revisit intentions with the firm will increase," was supported. Conclusions - This research is the first to study the relationship between customer participation in CSR process, CSR, and consumer reactions. This research also contributes to customer participation and corporate social responsibility literature by suggesting customer participation as an antecedent and empirically demonstrating the positive relationships between the constructs. The findings of this research may offer managerial implications for marketing practitioners. When performing corporate social initiatives, it is better to let the customer participate in the process which leads to higher corporate ability associations and corporate social responsibility associations, also higher satisfaction and revisit intentions. Our results provide useful information to practioners that spontaneous participation of consumers makes CSR initiatives effective and successful. Limitations and ideas for further research remain in this research. For example, our focus on the logic was cognitive evaluations(e.g. corporate associations) but affective dimensions might be considered since recent researches are investigating the relationship between customer participation and affective reaction as a response. Despite the limitations, this research have unique and applicable implications for academics and practitioners.

오픈 마켓상의 제공 정보에 대한 만족도가 구매자의 거래 의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of the Information's Satisfaction in the e-Marketplace on the Buyer's Transactions Intention)

  • 인터넷의 성장과 이용자 수의 증가는 인터넷이란 매체를 상거래를 위한 새로운 장소로 부각시켰으며, 전자상거래의 눈부신 발전을 이끌었다. 최근 오픈 마켓의 급속한 성장은 이 같은 추세를 나타내는 대표적인 예로 제시될 수 있다. 그러나 온라인 상거래는 비대면 접촉이라는 한계를 지니고 있어 소비자들에게 어떻게 신뢰를 제공해 거래를 성사시키느냐가 사업 성공의 관건이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 오픈 마켓에서는 소비자의 신뢰 형성을 위해 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 오픈 마켓에서 제공되는 다양한 정보들에 대한 만족이 실제 구매자의 거래 의향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그리고 소비자들이 거래를 할 경우, 어떤 정보에 가장 의존하는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 거래 시스템과 관련한 정보, 판매자 관련 정보, 과거 구매자들의 구매후기 피드백 정보 등에 대한 만족도와 구매자의 거래 의향은 서로 긍정적인 관계에 있었으며, 이들 중에서도 거래 시스템 관련 정보와 기존 고객의 피드백 만족도가 판매자 관련 정보보다 실제 거래 의향에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 결과를 나타냈었다.

QFD 기반에 의한 제화류의 감성지향적 품질설계 요소도출에 관한 실증적 연구 (Development of Customer-Oriented Quality Design Elements of Shoes based on QFD)

  • Although consumer needs for better products force manufactures to put emphasis on design, often development of a product has been done without the formal process to consider consumer needs. In order to identify the implicit needs of customers and the areas of potential demand on a product, several analysis scheme such as QFD (Quality Function Deployment) has been developed. QFD, also known as the House of Quality, is the efficient tool ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs, i.e. VoC (Voice of Customer) To utilize this tool on a product design, first of all, the consumers attributes and the engineering characteristics must be exactly investigated. However there were only few studies about them on shoe design. Hence in this paper we developed an innovative framework for shoes design based on QFD. As a result, we uncovered 29 dominant human satisfaction dimensions as the consumers attributes for customer-oriented quality evaluation of a comfortable shoes. Here, 29 human satisfaction dimensions for a shoe design were identified as the dimensions that represent the human sensitivity and psychological feeling on comfortable shoes. Also, we proposed 60 human interface elements as the engineering characteristics. The relationships between human satisfaction dimensions and human interface elements were investigated. This study will help the designers and manufacturers clarify the conceptual and abstract aspect of the design evaluation by proposing a more systematic and process-oriented method.
