지식창출형 e-PBL 지원시스템의 개념적 모형 구안 - 해군 e-PBL지원시스템을 중심으로 - (Designing a Conceptual Model of Knowledge Creation Type e-PBL Support System - Focused on Naval e-PBL Support System -)

  • 지식의 중요성이 강조되고, 전장환경이 변화함에 따라 군대에서도 창의력, 협동력, 의사소통 능력을 갖춘 인재상이 요구되고 있어 해군 교육에서도 PBL의 적용이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 지식창출을 위한 해군 e-PBL 지원시스템을 구현하기 위한 프로토타입을 개발하기 위해 크게 3단계를 거친다. 첫째, PBL, e-PBL, 지식창출, 지식생태계 등을 키워드로 하여 한국교육학술정보원, 국회도서관, 등에서 검색하였다. 내용 전문가들로부터 본 연구와 직접적으로 관련 있는 국내 외 논문 및 단행본, 연구보고서 등을 추천받아 본 연구와 관련해서 인용도가 높은 문헌과 최근 연구를 수행한 문헌들을 중심으로 선정 분석하여 지식창출형 e-PBL지원시스템의 핵심가치와 설계전략을 도출하였다. 둘째, 분석 내용을 토대로 1차 프로토타입을 개발하여 교수설계 전문가들의 검토를 받아 수정함으로써 지식창출형 해군 e-PBL 지원시스템의 최종 프로토타입을 제안하였으며, 이는 다음과 같은 가치를 가진다. 첫째, 지식창출형 해군 e-PBL지원시스템은 학습자들에게 e-PBL을 적용할 기회를 제공함으로써, 창의력, 협동력, 의사소통 능력 향상과 업무 노하우를 축적 할 수 있다. 둘째, 개인간 또는 집단간 지식 공유를 통해 지식이 선순환됨으로써 업무능률을 향상시키고, 학습하는 조직문화를 조성하는 시너지 효과를 볼 것으로 기대한다. 셋째, 지식창출형 해군 e-PBL지원시스템은 해군 뿐만 아니라 학교교육에 PBL을 적용하고 있는 교수자들에게 지식 Base를 구축하는 PBL적용의 새로운 가치를 가지게 한다.

식이 DHA와 환경보충이 흰쥐의 뇌지방조성 및 Acetylcholinesterase활성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of DHA and Environmental Enrichment on Brain Fatty Acid Composition and Acetylcholinesterase Activity)

  • To investigate the effect of dietary docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) and environmental enrichment on brain fatty acid composition and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity, two groups of was fed isocaloric diets containing 10 or 12% dietary lipids for 7 weeks. A third group was fed 10% (w/w) dietary lipids with supplemented 2% DHA-rich fish oil. Each diet group was housed either in a stainless steel cage individually or in a large enriched cage with toys where 7 rats were kept together. The fatty acid composition of plasma and brain was significantly affected by dietary lipid composition but not by environmental enrichment. Fish oil supplementation significanlty decreased plasma levels of monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA) and increased polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA). Fish oil supplemented groups also maintained lower plasma n-6 fatty acids and higher n-3 fatty acids levels than unsupplemented groups. The fish oil supplementation significantly decreased arachidonic acid and increased eicosapentaenic, docosapentaenoic acids, and DHA in brain fatty acid composition. In addition, brain DHA level in supplemented groups tended higher than the unsupplemented. Brain, AChE activity significantly increased by the environmental enrichment but not by the fish oil supplementation. These finding suggest that the 2% fish oil (0.57% DHA & 0.31% EPA, per diet weigth) supplementation is enough to accumulate n-3 fatty acids and to change the n-6 n-3 ratio in brain and environmental enrichment might promote the learning ability.

의과대학에서의 보건의료 전문직 간 교육에 대한 현황과 인식 (Perceptions and Attitudes towards Interprofessional Education in Medical Schools)

  • Since the World Health Organization identified interprofessional education (IPE) as an important component in primary health care in the 1980s, medical and health sciences educators have continued to debate factors for implementing effective IPE in the classroom. Although IPE research is widespread internationally, few studies have been done in South Korea. This study explored the current status of IPE and examined factors that influence IPE in South Korea. A total of 30 (70%) out of 41 medical education experts in medical schools participated. Forty-seven percent of the participants reported that they allocated less than 5% of their time implementing IPE in the curriculum of their schools throughout the 4 years of medical school. Although all experts (100%) agreed that IPE is essential for medical students, they expressed practical difficulties in implementing IPE in the current education system. Factors that influence IPE are scheduling and curriculum (e.g., rigid curriculum vs. providing learning environment) and attitudes (e.g., lack of reciprocal respect vs. willingness to change). In addition, participants reported that communication skills and collaborative practice employing clinical practice or role-playing would be appropriate education methods and content for IPE in the future. The findings of this study provide a foundation for the implementation of IPE in South Korea. Future research directions for IPE in medical, nursing, and pharmacy schools are discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 네트워크에서 요구되는 다양한 장치의 통합 연동의 방안을 제안한다. 다양한 장치의 연동은 최근에 사용되어지는 고성능의 멀티미디어장치 뿐만 아니라 기존의 가정에서 사용되고 있는 저성능의 단순 가전기기까지 모든 종류의 장치 연결에 제약이 없어야 한다. 이에 본문에서는 기존의 저성능 가전기기를 대상으로 표준 미들웨어를 활용하여 네트워크 프로토콜의 연동을 통해 효율적인 장치의 연결과 제어 관리의 제공을 목적으로 한다.

Data anomaly detection for structural health monitoring using a combination network of GANomaly and CNN

  • The deployment of advanced structural health monitoring (SHM) systems in large-scale civil structures collects large amounts of data. Note that these data may contain multiple types of anomalies (e.g., missing, minor, outlier, etc.) caused by harsh environment, sensor faults, transfer omission and other factors. These anomalies seriously affect the evaluation of structural performance. Therefore, the effective analysis and mining of SHM data is an extremely important task. Inspired by the deep learning paradigm, this study develops a novel generative adversarial network (GAN) and convolutional neural network (CNN)-based data anomaly detection approach for SHM. The framework of the proposed approach includes three modules : (a) A three-channel input is established based on fast Fourier transform (FFT) and Gramian angular field (GAF) method; (b) A GANomaly is introduced and trained to extract features from normal samples alone for class-imbalanced problems; (c) Based on the output of GANomaly, a CNN is employed to distinguish the types of anomalies. In addition, a dataset-oriented method (i.e., multistage sampling) is adopted to obtain the optimal sampling ratios between all different samples. The proposed approach is tested with acceleration data from an SHM system of a long-span bridge. The results show that the proposed approach has a higher accuracy in detecting the multi-pattern anomalies of SHM data.

신임환경공무원을 위한 환경소양 사이버 연수 콘텐츠 개발 (Cyber In-Service Training Contents Development Regarding Environmental Literacy for Entry-Level Environmental Public Servants)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop cyber in-service training contents regarding environmental literacy for entry-level environmental public servants. The blended type of contents were developed, through literature review, contents analysis of other programs, and expert conferences. The validity of the contents developed was ensured experts in environment. Major research findings were as followings: First, there is a lack of time for entry-level environmental public servants to participate in the environmental in-service training programs. Therefore, cyber training can be a good solution to the problems with environmental training courses. It improves access to educational opportunities as it overcomes the limitations of time and space and provides hands-on experiences through multimedia materials that reflect the real world. Second, directions for developing cyber environmental education contents were represented in three parts; 1) strategies for developing cyber environmental education contents, 2) Models for developing cyber environmental education contents, 3) Contents selection for developing cyber environmental education contents Third, the developed contents for entry-level environmental officers consist of 4 domains: (1) the introduction to environment; (2) the natural scientific understanding of environment; (3) the humanistic understanding of environment; and (4) the social scientific understanding of environment. Fourth, the program developed was evaluated by 7 environmental education experts according to 10 evaluation items of total contents and contents development structure. In result, the validity of the program was ensured. Based on the results, some recommendations were suggested.

사이버대학의 클라우드 실습 포털 구축을 위한 규모 산정 및 운영 정책 (A Study on Sizing and Operational Policies for Building the Cloud Training Portal System of Cyber Universities)

  • IT 관련 교과에서 실습 교육이 그 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 이 글은 IT 교육을 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 가상 데스크탑 서비스 제공 방안과 효율적인 운영 관리 방안을 연구하였다. 구현된 가상 실습 환경 시스템을 이용하면 교과의 커리큘럼에 적합하도록 커스토마이징된 실습환경을 제공할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안된 시스템을 이용할 경우 교과운영 사전에 미리 교과별로 프로비저닝 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 산정한 규모와 운영 정책을 참고하여 여러 사이버대학이 공동 활용할 수 있는 클라우드 실습 포털시스템을 구축한다면 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 가상실습 교육 서비스 시스템을 구축하고 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

즐겨찾기를 이용한 교육용 정보공유시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Educational Information Sharing Systems using Bookmark)

  • 본 연구는 웹브라우저의 즐겨찾기를 이용하여 교육정보를 공유하기 위한 에이전트 시스템의 설계와 구현에 관한 내용이다. 즐겨찾기를 효과적으로 공유하고 검색하기 위하여 DAML+OIL의 형태로 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템 구조는 CS기반의 P2P 방식을 이용하였다. 연구에서 제안된 에이전트는 즐겨찾기된 정보를 기초로 문서의 정확성 판단과 우선순위 기법에 의해 사용자에게 검색과정과 결과를 제시한 수 있다. 또한 에이전트가 Semantic Web환경에서 DAML을 통해 보다 지능적으로 교육정보를 공유하고 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다.

An Adaptive Tracking Control for Robotic Manipulators based on RBFN

  • Neural networks are known as kinds of intelligent strategies since they have learning capability. There are various their applications from intelligent control fields; however, their applications have limits from the point that the stability of the intelligent control systems is not usually guaranteed. In this paper we propose an adaptive tracking control for robot manipulators using the radial basis function network (RBFN) that is e. kind of neural networks. Adaptation laws for parameters of the RBFN are developed based on the Lyapunov stability theory to guarantee the stability of the overall control scheme. Filtered tracking errors between actual outputs and desired outputs are discussed in the sense of the uniformly ultimately boundedness(UUB). Additionally, it is also shown that parameters of the RBFN are bounded. Experimental results for a SCARA-type robot manipulator show that the proposed adaptive tracking controller is adaptable to the environment changes and is more robust than the conventional PID controller and the neuro-controller based on the multilayer perceptron.

퍼지제어기를 이용한 무인차 항법제어 (Fuzzy Logic Controller for a Mobile Robot Navigation)

  • This paper describes a methodology of mobile robot navigation which is designed to carry heavy payloads at high speeds to be used in FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) without human control. Intelligent control scheme using fuzzy logic is applied to the navigation control. It analyzes sensor readings from multi-sensor system, which is composed of ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors and odometer, for environment learning, planning, landmark detecting and system control. And it is implemented on a physical robot, AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle) which is a two-wheeled, indoor robot. An on-board control software is composed of two subsystems, i.e., AGV control subsystem and Sensor control subsystem. The results show that the navigation of the AGV is robust and flexible, and a real-time control is possible.
