EOTS(electro-optical tracking system)는 유도무기의 성능 평가를 위해 유도무기를 추적하여 영상을 획득하는데 활용되고 있다.
The effect of Cr addition to high Mn steel on flow-accelerated corrosion (FAC) behavior in a neutral aqueous environment was evaluated. For comparison, two types of conventional ferritic steels (API X70 steel and 9% Ni steel) were used. A range of experiments (electrochemical polarization and impedance tests, weight loss measurement, and metallographic observation of corrosion scale) were conducted. This study showed that high Mn steel with 3% Cr exhibited the highest resistance to FAC presumably due to the formation of a bi-layer scale structure composed of an inner Cr enriched Fe oxide and an outer Mn substituted partially with Fe oxide on the surface. Although the high Mn steels had the lowest corrosion resistance at the initial corrosion stage due to rapid dissolution kinetics of Mn elements on their surface, the kinetics of inner scale (i.e. Cr enriched Fe oxide) formation on Cr-bearing high Mn steel was faster in dynamic flowing condition compared to stagnant condition. On the other hand, the corrosion scales formed on API X70 and 9% Ni steels did not provide sufficient anti-corrosion function during the prolonged exposure to dynamic flowing conditions.
SMM is a dynamic noncontact electric force microscopy that allows simultaneous access to the electrical properties of molecular system such as surface potential, surface charge, dielectric constant and conductivity along with the topography. SNOAM is a new tool for surface imaging which was introduced as one application of AFM. Operated with non-contact forces between the optical fiber and sample as well as equipped with the piezoscanners, the instrument reports on surface topology without damaging or modifying the surface for measuring of optical characteristic in the films. Here we report our recent results of its application to nanoscopic study of domain structures and electrical functionality in organic thin films by SMM. Furthermore, we have illustrated the SNOAM image in obtaining the merocyanine dye films as well as the optical image.
An oxygen free copper was severely deformed by accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) process for improvement of its mechanical properties. Two copper sheets 1 m thick, 30 mm wide and 300 m long are first degreased and wire-brushed for sound bonding. The sheets are then stacked to each other, and roll-bonded by about $50\%$ reduction rolling without lubrication at ambient temperature. The bonded sheet is then cut to the two pieces of same dimensions and the same procedure was repeated to the sheets up to eight cycles $(\varepsilon-6.4)$. TEM observation revealed that ultrafine grains were developed after the third cycle, and their size was slightly increased at higher cycles. Tensile strength of the copper increased with the strain at low strain levels, but it hardly increased from 3 cycles $(\varepsilon>2.4)$ due to occurrence of dynamic recovery, even if the imposed strain increased.

To realize high-speed intrusion detection by accommodating many regular expression (regex)-based signatures and growing network link capacities, we propose the Service TimE-Aware Load-balancing (STEAL) algorithm. This work is motivated from the observation that utilization of a many-core network intrusion detection system (NIDS) is influenced by unfair computational distribution among many-core NIDS nodes. To avoid such unfair computational distribution, STEAL is designed to dynamically distribute a large volume of traffic among many-core NIDS nodes based on packet service time, which is represented by the deep packet time in many-core NIDS nodes. From experiments, we show that compared to the commonly used load-balancing algorithm based on arrival rate, STEAL increases the number of received packets (i.e., decreases the number of dropped packets) in many-core NIDS. Specifically, by integrating an open source NIDS (i.e. Bro) with STEAL, we show that even under attack-dominant traffic and with many signatures, STEAL can rapidly improve the performance of many-core NIDS to realize high-speed intrusion detection.
Pathology is the motor that drives healthcare to understand diseases. The way pathologists diagnose diseases, which involves manual observation of images under a microscope has been used for the last 150 years, it's time to change. This paper is specifically based on tumor detection using deep learning techniques. Pathologist examine the specimen slides from the specific portion of body (e-g liver, breast, prostate region) and then examine it under the microscope to identify the effected cells among all the normal cells. This process is time consuming and not sufficiently accurate. So, there is a need of a system that can detect tumor automatically in less time. Solution to this problem is computational pathology: an approach to examine tissue data obtained through whole slide imaging using modern image analysis algorithms and to analyze clinically relevant information from these data. Artificial Intelligence models like machine learning and deep learning are used at the molecular levels to generate diagnostic inferences and predictions; and presents this clinically actionable knowledge to pathologist through dynamic and integrated reports. Which enables physicians, laboratory personnel, and other health care system to make the best possible medical decisions. I will discuss the techniques for the automated tumor detection system within the new discipline of computational pathology, which will be useful for the future practice of pathology and, more broadly, medical practice in general.
