프리엠퍼시스를 이용한 CPSP 기반의 도달시간차이 추정 성능 개선 (Performance Improvement of CPSP Based TDOA Estimation Using the Preemphasis)

  • 본 연구에서는 CPSP (Cross Power Spectrum Phase) 함수를 이용한 프레임 기반의 TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) 추정시 나타나는 문제점들을 분석하고 연구하였다. 구형 윈도우함수를 이용해서 음성신호의 프레임을 추출할 때 나타나는 스펙트럼 누설현상은 CPSP 스펙트럼의 추정을 부정확하게 한다. 또한 스펙트럼 누설을 줄이기 위하여 구형이 아닌 다른 윈도우함수를 사용하여 프레임을 추출하면 프레임의 끝부분에서 발생하는 윈도우함수 가중치의 불일치 때문에 신호를 왜곡시킨다. 이 문제점들은 CPSP 기반의 TDOA 추정성능을 감소시킨다. 본 논문에서는 음성신호의 프리엠퍼시스를 이용하여 이러한 문제점들을 완화시키는 방법을 제안한다. 프리엠퍼시스된 음성신호의 다이나믹 레인지를 줄여줌으로써 스펙트럼 누설을 감소 시킨다. 제안한 프리엠퍼시스 방법을 검증하기 위하여, 다양한 잡음 및 잔향환경에서 TDOA 추정실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 프라엠퍼시스된 마이크 출력에 구형 윈도우함수를 적용시켜 CPSP를 구할 경우 프리엠퍼시스를 하지 않거나 다른 윈도우를 사용하는 경우에 비해 TDOA 추정성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

사회인지이론에 근거한 비대면 진료서비스 수용의 영향 요인 (A Study of Factors Influencing the Acceptance of non-Face-to-Face Treatment Based on Social Cognitive Theory)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to elucidate the intention to use non-face-to-face treatment, which was temporarily allowed during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. Based on the social cognitive theory, individual behavioral changes occur through the dynamic interaction of individual, environmental, and behavioral factors. Thus, we investigated the impact of personal, environmental, and behavioral factors on the acceptance of non-face-to-face treatment. Methods: A Web survey was conducted using Korea Research Panel between December 26 and 29, 2022, to examine the conceptual framework. The survey targeted adults aged 19 and older, regardless of whether they had used non-face-to-face treatment. A total of 502 responses were collected. Further, a three-step hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using SPSS Windows software version 25.0. Results: The study showed that 131 out of 502 respondents had experience using non-face-to-face treatment, while 371 did not. The factors that influenced the intention to accept non-face-to-face treatment included the general characteristics of the participants (women, underlying disease), personal factors (usefulness, cost savings, knowledge), and environmental factors (social norms, trust, perceived risk). The model demonstrated an explanatory power of 65%. Conclusion: The results of this study directly show that intention is linked to behavior through the interaction between personal and environmental factors. Further research is needed to explore additional factors influencing the intention to accept non-face-to-face treatment, enabling its effective use in preventing and treating various diseases, including infectious diseases.

핵의학 영상의 정량적 분석을 통한 신장기능 평가 프로그램 개발 (Development of Program for Renal Function Study with Quantification Analysis of Nuclear Medicine Image)

  • 목적: 감마카메라로부터 획득한 신장 영상의 정량적 분석을 통해 신장 기능 평가시 사용되고 있는 기존 상용 프로그램은 사용자 임의의 기능 변경 및 추가가 어려워 응용적 측면에서 단점을 갖고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 기존 상용프로그램의 단점을 극복하고, 사용자가 임상 필요에 따라 기능 변경 및 추가를 쉽게 할 수 있는 분석 프로그램을 개발하여 그 결과의 타당성을 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 개발된 프로그램은 IDL5.2를 사용하여 작성하였으며, windows운영시스템의 일반 개인용 컴퓨터에서 구현토록 하였다. 프로그램의 기본 성능 구현 및 사구체여과율 계산값의 타당성 검증을 위한 영상자료를 얻기 위해 10명의 정상인을 대상으로 $^{99m}Tc$-DTPA 방사성의약품을 사용하였고, 평균통과시간 계산값의 타당성 검증을 위한 영상자료를 얻기 위해 정상인 11명의 22개의 신장을 대상으로 $^{99m}Tc$-DTPA와 $^{99m}Tc$-MAG3를 사용하여 수분공급에 따른 평균통과시간 분석을 시행하였다. 신장영상은 Siemens사의 단일헤드 감마카메라(ORBITOR)를 통해 획득하였다. 정량적 분석을 위한 관심영역 설정은 수동설정 외에 자동설정 기능도 함께 개발하여 구현토록 하였다. 사구체여과율 계산을 위해 Gates방법을 사용하였고, 평균통과시간 계산을 위해 역중첩 방법과 적합한 여과 방법을 적용하여 안정된 값을 구하였다. 결과: 개발한 프로그램으로 시간별 신장영상과 각 관심영역 내에서의 시간방사능곡선을 도시할 수 있었고, 사구체여과율, 평균통과시간 및 좌 우 신장의 상대적 기능 외에 각 관심영역에서 최대방사능도달시간($T_{max}$)과 중간방사능도달시간($T_{1/2}$)과 같은 시간방사능곡선과 관련된 값들도 함께 계산하였다. 10명의 신장 영상 자료를 대상으로 개발된 프로그램으로 분석한 값들과 Siemens사의 기존 상용 분석 프로그램(MPE)으로 계산한 값들을 서로 비교, 분석한 결과, 통계학적으로 차이가 없음(최대 방사능도달시간: p=0.68, 상대신장기능: p=1.0, 사구체여과율: p=0.25)을 보여 개발한 프로그램이 타당성이 있음을 입증하였다. 평균통과시간 계산값의 타당성 검토와 관련하여, Siemens사의 상용 분석 프로그램에는 해당 기능이 없어 계산값의 비교를 통한 검증은 수행하지 못하였고, 수화(hydration)와 탈수(dehydration) 각각의 조건에 따른 신장기능 분석에 적용하였을 때, 판별 기준이 되는 유의미한 값을 산출하여 타당성 검증을 대신하였다. 결론: 이 연구에서 개발한 핵의학 영상의 정량적 분석을 통한 신장기능 분석 프로그램을 사용하여 신장 기능을 분석한 결과, 타당성 있는 결과를 도출하여 그 유용성을 입증하였다. 이 개발 프로그램은 좀 더 다양한 임상응용 목적의 분석기능을 사용자가 직접 개발, 추가하기가 용이하여 기존 상용 프로그램보다 연구적 활용범위가 크다고 사료된다.

한반도 기후변화의 시각적 표현을 위한 Google Earth 활용 (Using Google Earth for a Dynamic Display of Future Climate Change and Its Potential Impacts in the Korean Peninsula)

  • 전자기후도의 대중홍보 및 사용자 접근성 개선을 위해 개방구조의 Google Earth 플랫폼 상에서 전자기후도를 시연할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 전국 56개 기상관서에서 1971-2000 기간 중 관측한 일 최고 및 최저기온자료를 토대로 270 m 해상도로 규모를 축소시킨 평년 전자기후도와 2011-2100 기간 중 예상 기온편차를 더한 미래 전자기후도, 이 자료에 근거하여 추정한 벚꽃개화기 분포도, 충북 청원지역에 한해 미세지형의 효과를 반영한 30 m 해상도 전자기후도 및 벚꽃개화일 예상도 등을 이미지 파일로 변환하였다. 이들을 이용하여 사용자와 상호작용 없이 현재, 20년후, 50년후, 80년후의 벚꽃개화일, 최저기온, 최고기온을 표현하는 시스템을 KML로 제작하였다. 이 시스템을 구현하기 위해 Windows XP 환경에서 Google Earth 4beta를 사용하였으며 Apache 2.2.3과 PHP 5.1.6 기반의 웹 서버를 구동하였다. 효과적인 시연을 위해 30인치 크기의 고해상도 대형 모니터를 사용하였으며 중첩될 이미지들도 이러한 해상도에 맞추어 제작되었다. 이 시스템을 이용한 전자기후도 시연회가 여러 차례 성공적으로 개최되었다.

뇌Wavelet 방법론을 이용한 수면뇌파분석 고찰 (An Introduction to Quantitative Analyses of Sleep EEG Via a Wavelet Method)

  • 목 적 : 본 연구는 뇌파를 정량분석하는 새로운 방법의 하나인 wavelet 방법을 소개하고 아울러 그것이 임상 수면뇌파 분석에 유용하다는 것을 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 방 법 : Wavelet 방법을 검증하기 위해 수학적으로 만들어진 인공뇌파들과, 입면주기 임상 뇌파 샘플 하나와 GoNoGo 프레임으로 측정된 ERP 샘플 하나가 사용되었다. Wavelet방법론으로 계산된 time-frequency 파워 스펙트럼과 위상 동조화 정도가 Fourier 및 moving windows 방법으로 계산된 스펙트럼과 coherence 결과들과 비교 분석되었다. 결 과 : Wavelet 방법은 인공뇌파에 인위적으로 포함된 파형의 특징들을 성공적으로 분해해내었다. 임상뇌파 샘플로 한 검증에서도 그 유효성이 확인되었는데, 입면주기 전후로 보이는 스펙트럼의 변화를 유의미하게 확인할 수 있었으며, 표적(target) 및 배경(background) ERP 파형의 특징을 시간-주파수 도표(time-frequency plot)으로 잘 표현하였다. 결 론 : 이러한 결과를 미루어볼 때, wavelet 방법은 임상 뇌파를 정량 분석함에 있어서, Fourier 방법을 효과적으로 대체 혹은 보완함을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 뇌파가 수초에서 수백초의 짧은 시간단위에서 급격한 변화를 보이는 입면주기뇌파와 ERP 분석에 wavelet 방법의 적합성이 크다고 볼 수 있다.

부자사심탕(附子瀉心湯)이 산화적 손상, 염증 및 골관절염 병태모델에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Bujasasim-tang Ethanol Extract on Oxidative Stress, Inflammation and Osteoarthritic Rat Model)

  • Objectives This study was performed to investigate the effects of Bujasasim-tang ethanol extract (BST) on oxidative stress, inflammation and osteoarthritic rat model. Methods To ensure safety of BST, heavy metal levels were measured and cytotoxicity test was done. In vitro, To evaluate antioxidative effects of BST, total phenolic contents, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2'-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) scavenging activity, reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels were measured. Also, to evaluate anti-inflammatory effects of BST treated group, total nitric oxide (NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, TNF-${\alpha}$) levels were measured in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. In vivo, We injected MIA $50{\mu}l$ (60 mg/ml) into knee joints of rats to induce osteoarthritis. Rats were divided into total 3 groups (normal, control, BST treated group, each n=7). Normal group was not treated at all without inducing osteoarthritis and taken normal diet. Control group was induced osteoarthritis by MIA and taken with 2 ml of distilled water once a day for 4 weeks. BST treated group was induced osteoarthritis by MIA and taken BST 2 ml (200 mg/kg/mouse) once a day for 4 weeks. We evaluated dynamic weight bearing with the Incapacitance Test Meter. At the end of experiment, the rats were sacrificed to observe the functions of liver and kidney, changes of WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte levels in blood, to evaluate the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, tissue inhibitor of metallopreteinases-1 (TIMP-1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), prostaglandin $E_2$ ($PGE_2$), leukotriene $B_4$ ($LTB_4$) within serum. We observed change of articular structures by Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E), safranin-O staining method and measured amount of cartilage by micro CT-arthrography. Statistical analysis was done by unpaired student's t-test with significance level at p<0.05 in SPSS 11.0 for windows. Results 1. Safety of the BST was identified. 2. AST, ALT, BUN, creatinine levels of BST treated group were within normal limit. In vitro, 1. DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging activities of BST showed dose-dependent increase. 2. ROS production were significantly decreased. 3. Total nitric oxide (NO) and IL-$1{\beta}$ production were decreased. 4. IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ production were significantly decreased. In vivo, 1. Weight bearing ability was significantly increased. 2. WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte levels in blood were decreased. 3. IL-$1{\beta}$ and TNF-${\alpha}$ levels in serum were significantly decreased. and the IL-6 level was decreased. 4. TIMP-1, MMP-9, $LTB_4$, $PGE_2$ levels in serum were significantly decreased. 5. Cartilage volume of BST treated group was significantly increased. Also changes of cartilage, synovial membrane, fibrous tissue were suppressed. Conclusions The results obtained in this study Bujasasim-tang have effects of antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, relieve pain and protection of cartilage. Therefore we expect that Bujasasim-tang is effective treatment for osteoarthritis.

실측데이터를 이용한 저에너지주택의 에너지성능평가 (Energy Performance Evaluation of Low Energy Houses using Metering Data)

  • This study analyzed analyzes the energy performance of six houses in Daejeon completed which were built in 2011. Observed The observed houses, which were all designed and constructed inof the same size and structure, are were highly insulated with triple Low-E coating windows; the insulation level of the walls is was $0.13W/m^2K$ and that of the roof is was $0.10W/m^2K$. As electric houses, all of the energy supplied to the houses, including for cooking, is was supplied by electricity. A and 3~4 kWp of photovoltaic system and a 3~5 kW of ground source heat pump (GSHP) were installed in each house tofor providing provide space heating/and cooling and hot water are installed. We constructed a Web-based remote monitoring system in order to understand energy consumption and the dynamic behavior of the energy system. T, and the results of our metering data analysis of 2013 are as follows. First, the annual residential energy consumption is was 4,400 kWh (${\sigma}=1,209$) and GSHP energy consumption is was 5,182 kWh (${\sigma}=1,164$). Second, residential energy consumption ranked highest in average energy usage, with at 45% of the total, followed by heating with at 30%, hot water supply with at 17% and cooling with at 6%. Third, the average energy independence rate is was 51.8%, the GFA (Gross gross floor area) criteria average energy consumption unit is was $48.7kWh/m^2yr$ (${\sigma}=10.1$), and the net energy consumption unit (except the energy yield of the PV systems) is was $24.7kWh/m^2yr$ (${\sigma}=8.8$).

Relationships among CEO Image, Corporate Image and Employment Brand Value in Fashion Industry

  • The CEO and the Corporate Image is considered very important in the aspect of marketing. The fact that CEO image itself influences the company or value of the product directly and indirectly has been verified through many cases. Recently, the differentiation of products and services between companies became difficult because the disparity in technique between companies retrenched. As a result, the rate of people who decide to purchase or invest their money based on the corporate image or reputation has been increased. Also in the knowledge society like today, the talented employees are the company's customer and the company's necessity for managing those brains of marketing perspective on how to satisfy and attract the customers is being embossed. The Fashion industry is one of the most value-added industry and in those value-added businesses, the most important factor is the human resources' knowledge power. However the study of the relationships among the CEO image, the corporate image and employment brand value in fashion industry has not been carried out yet. This research considers that dynamic relationship exists among the CEO image, corporate image and employment brand value that affects a company's main goal of pursuing benefits and intends to investigate the relationships of the three concepts. The specific purposes of this study were, 1) to analyze the impact of CEO image on a corporate image, 2) to analyze the impact of corporate image on employment brand value, 3) to analyze the impact of CEO image on employment brand value, 4) to analyze whether corporate image plays a mediating role in the relationship between CEO image and employment brand value or not. A survey design with a structured questionnaire was employed for this research. A convenience sample of 398 subjects was selected from two groups, which are university students majoring in fashion and practitioners working in fashion industry. For the data analysis, descriptive statistic (i.e., frequency, percentage), factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used by utilizing SPSS 12.0 for Windows program. The results for this research are as follows, first, the study of the impact of CEO image (i.e., Managerial Competence, Reliability/Leadership, Personal Attractiveness) on corporate image (i.e., Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image, Corporate Cultural Image) brought conclusion that the CEO image generally affected the corporate image in fashion industry. Managerial Competence and Reliability/Leadership affected Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image and Corporate Cultural Image. However, while CEO's Personal Attractiveness affected Product Image and Corporate Social Responsibility Image, it did not affect Corporate Cultural Image. Second, the study of the impact of corporate image on employment brand value brought conclusion that corporate image (i.e., Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image, Corporate Cultural Image) affected employment brand value. Corporate Cultural Image affected employment brand value the most and then the Corporate Social Responsibility Image and Product Image. Third, the study of the impact of CEO image on employment brand value brought conclusion that CEO image (i.e., Managerial Competence, Reliability/Leadership, Personal Attractiveness) affected the employment brand value. CEO's Reliability/Leadership affected the employment brand value the most and then CEO's Personal Attractiveness and CEO's Managerial Competence. Forth, the study examined whether corporate image plays a mediating role in relationship of CEO image and employment brand value and concluded that it does. Corporate image played a full mediating role between CEO's Managerial Competence and employment brand value while it played a partial mediating role between CEO's Reliability/Leadership and CEO's Personal Attractiveness. This study is meaningful in a sense that it examines the relationship among the CEO image, corporate image and employment brand value which has not been carried out yet in fashion industry. It will ultimately contribute to the success of a fashion company by providing useful information of establishing strategies for managing proper the CEO and the corporate image to the fashion company and operating the talented employees.
