  • 어셈블리 시스템의 동적거동을 예측하기 위해서는 그 시스템의 체결에 사용된 조인트의 동특성을 정확히 아는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 이들 체결부의 동특성은 매우 큰 산포로 인하여 해석 또는 실험적인 방법으로 동특성을 동정하기 까다로우며, 때로는 불가능 한 경우도 있다. 체결부 동특성 동정 관련 선행 연구사례는 대부분이 실험과 해석을 연계한 방법이며, 그 대상은 볼트조인트에 국한되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 힌지조인트를 대상으로 체결부의 동특성을 동정하는 간단한 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법의 타당성을 입증하기 위해두 개의 빔이 힌지조인트에 연결된 체결구조물을 제작하여 주파수-응답 실험을 실시하고 그 결과를 제시된 방법의 결과와 비교/검증한다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 실제 자동차에 사용되고 있는 글로브박스(Glove Box)의 힌지조인트에 적용해 보았다.

Dynamic Rheological Invest igation of Hot Pepper-soybean Paste Mixed with Acetylated Starch: Effect of Storage Time and Temperature

  • The effects of storage time (0, 1, and 2 month) and temperature (5, 15, and $25^{\circ}C$) on the dynamic rheological properties of hot pepper-soybean paste (HPSP) mixed with acetylated starches (AS) were studied by small-deformation oscillatory measurements. Dynamic moduli (G', G", and $\eta^*$) values of HPSP-AS mixtures increased with an increase in storage time and also decreased with increasing storage temperature. However, dynamic moduli values of the control (no added AS) were independent on storage time and temperature. Tan $\delta$ values (ratio of G"/G') in all HPSP samples did not change much with an increase in storage time and temperature. After 2 months of storage, the dynamic moduli of the HPSP-AS mixture samples were much lower than those of the control, indicating that the addition of AS can inhibit the retrogradation that developed over a long period of storage. Structural and rheological properties of HPSP samples seem to be stabilized by the presence of AS.

트림 부품의 부착에 따른 중형 버스의 동특성 변화 분석 (Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics Change of Middle-Sized Bus by Attachment of Trim Components)

  • In general, a fundamental structural design consideration for an automobile is the overall dynamic behavior in bending and torsion. Dynamic behavior of the automobile are mainly influenced by the structural stiffness of B.I.W.(body-in-white) and the physical property of trim components. In this paper, the modeling techniques for various trim components of middle-sized bus are presented, and the dynamic effects of the trim components on the vibration characteristics of the bus are investigated. The $1^{st}$ torsional frequency is decreased by attaching windshield and backlite to the B.I.W., but the $1^{st}$ vertical bending frequency and the $1^{st}$ lateral bending frequency are increased. The natural frequencies of the bus are decreased by attaching doors and windows. And also, the natural frequencies of the bus are large decreased by attaching seats, instrument panel etc. The study shows that the dynamic characteristics of the bus can be effectively predicted in the initial design stage.

  • The paper presents the identification of dynamic property of a rotor system with a squeeze film damper (SFD) using magnetic fluid. An electromagnet is installed in the inner damper of the SFD. The magnetic fluid is well known as a functional fluid. Its rheological property can be changed by controlling the applied current to the fluid and the fluid can be used as lubricant. Basically, the proposed SFD has the characteristics of a conventional SFD without an applied current, while the damping and stiffness properties change according to the variation of the applied electric current. Therefore, when the applied current is changed, the whirling vibration of the rotor system can be effectively reduced. The clustering-based hybrid evolutionary algorithm (CHEA) is used to identify linear stiffness and damping coefficients of the SFD based on measured unbalance responses.

  • 본 논문은 DCT 압축 영역에서 공간 주파수 특성을 이용한 적응 영상향상 방법에 관한 것이다. 영상의 동적범위를 압축하기 위해 Retinex 이론을 이용하여 영상의 조명성분인 dc 계수들을 조절하였으며, 대비를 개선하기 위해 인간의 시각 체계와 계수들의 공간 주파수 특성을 이용하여 ac 계수들을 수정하였다. 세로 방향, 가로 방향, 그리고 혼합된 공간 주파수 성분으로 분류된 ac계수들은 영상향상에 발생하는 블록화 현상을 최소화하기 위하여 적응적으로 수정하였다. 제안된 방법은 영상의 동적 범위 압축과 적응적 대비 개선을 이용하여 기존 방법보다 블록화 현상이 없는 효과적인 영상 향상의 결과를 가져왔다.

  • Scheduling algorithm proposed in this paper is based on both DWRR(Dynamic Weighed Round Robin) method and QLT(Queue Length Threshold) method. The proposed scheduling algorithm guarantees delay property of realtime traffic, not considered in previous DWRR method, with serving realtime traffic preferentially by using RR(Round Robin) method which service each channel equally and QLT algorithm that is dynamic time priority method. Proposed cell scheduling algorithm may increase some complexity over conventional DWRR scheme because of delay priority based cell transmission method. However, due to reliable ABR service and congesition avoidance capacity, proposed scheduling algorithm has good performance over conventional DWRR scheme. Also, delay property based cell transmission method in proposed algorithm minimizes cell delay and requires less temporary buffer size

  • Reduction of the structure-borne noise of the naval vessel is very important in order to reduce the underwater radiated noise of it. One of the important factors to reduce the structure-borne noise of the installed machine in a ship is the design of the foundation having sufficiently high mechanical impedance. In this paper, the mechanical impedance of the foundation for the fan-coil unit in a naval vessel is evaluated numerically according to variation of the thickness of the foundation. And also, the forced vibration analysis is conducted considering the dynamic property of the anti-vibration mount. Through the analysis results, it can be known that the dynamic property of the anti-vibration mount should be considered when the minimum level of the mechanical impedance of the foundation is set.

  • This study is to examine the safety by analizing the hardness of bed and the characteristic of vibration to improve basic efficiency of machine-tool of drill-cell which is a high line center. The mistake of existing design was shown through the analysis of 3-D and structure. The purpose of this paper is to draw up a plan to improve performance and to propose the design method through finding out the optimum by analyzing dynamic property of structure in a quantity-way by CAE for a quantity-analogy of dynamic property in design steps.

  • In a micro-unit of electronic-machine, vibration can be excited by a small impact, and this vibration acts as a fatigue load. To measure the vibration effect on the micro unit, a micro dynamic tester is needed to test a micro specimen. In this paper, it has confirmed a movement of the PZT(piezo actuator) to use a sine signal. And, it has confirmed a fracture of specimens by using a tension-tension input signal in PZT. A metal-material property in the micro scale has been tested to compare with the macro scale. A fatigue test has been conducted by using PZT actuator to give a bending-tension effect.
