기술사마당: 공동주택 지하주차장의 열적특성을 고려한 바닥 표면결로방지 방안에 관한 연구 (Professional Engineer Yard: A study on Preventing Floor Surface Condensation in Consideration of Thermal Characteristic of Underground Parking lot in an apartment)

  • For the pleasant dwelling place, the most of apartments are designed with the increased green area ratio in ground space and the underground parking lot. However, the condensation in underground space has occasionally occurred due to the insufficient ventilation and insulation treatment. Despite reinforcement of the insulation treatment and mechanical ventilation for the preventing method of condensation. It seems difficult to expect preventing effects for the condensation without consideration of the thermal characteristic of structures. Furthermore, no fundamental measure has been established because maintenance work for these defects incurs a lot of costs and these defects could be occurred again. This study suggests a new method for preventing floor surface condensation through analyzing the reasons of condensation which occurred in the underground floor.

실내장식 발생의 건축사적 의미에 대한 연구 - 프랑스를 중심으로 (A Study on the Meaning in Architectural History of the Occurrence of Interior Decoration, Mainly Focusing on the French Case)

  • The goal of this paper is to explore the relationship between modern architecture and interior decoration through the study of decoration and ornament. It is noteworthy that modern architecture and interior decoration occurred at about the same time. Our analysis shows that the two are closely related to each other. That is to say, modern architecture tried to eliminate ornaments (and decorations), symbols and meanings from the built environments and to embody efficiency and rationality instead. However, in the interior of the building designed and completed by the architect, the user began to decorate his world through decoration or to refer such work to the new expert 'interior decorator'. In a word, the latter took charge of the role deserted by modern architecture.

  • From being understood as a dwelling, the concept of home is extended to denote belongingness and a sense of attachment in which spiritual, ethnic, religious and historical identities shape a sense of self. Hence, home with its expanded definitions is considered as a cross-cutting and fundamental theme in works by Võ Phiến, one of the diaspora's towering minds who devoted his life to capturing the rich details of Vietnamese culture, its villages and locals. This article pays attention to the cultural space created through Võ Phiến's tuỳ bút written when he lived in Saigon and California. Many representations of home were argued as evidence of subtle influences of the historical and social context on the way Võ Phiến perceived and built his own homeland. By observing disruption and continuity through the expressions of the home in Võ Phiến's writing, we shed light on how Võ Phiến managed to create an indigenous cultural space towards social interactions of Western ideology in South Vietnam from 1964 to 1975.

전통주택과 조경공간의 생태학적 해석 - 동계(桐溪) 정온(鄭蘊) 가옥과 전주(全州) 최씨(崔氏) 종택을 중심으로 - (An Ecological Interpretation on Korean Traditional Dwelling Houses and Their Landscape Gardens)

  • 본 연구는 생태학에 견줄 수 있는 전통적 관념으로서 생명사상과 전통사상에 착안하여 마련된 '전통경관의 생태학적 해석' 방법론에 대한 사례연구이다. 연구를 통해서 당시의 관점에 근접함으로써 선조들의 생태학적 사고와 그를 기반으로 한 조영방식을 설명하기에 유용한 방법론이 될 수 있음을 규명하였다. 생태학적 해석 도구로써 추출한 '본성(本性; 자연의 정체성 고수)' '중절(中節; 절제)' '효율(效率; 경제적 효용)' '상생(相生; 관계 맺기)' '자생(自生; 자연의 원리 취득)' '중화(中和; 인공을 최소화하여 조화)' '방통(旁通; 소통과 순환)' '변통(變通; 가변성과 다양성)'이라는 전통사상의 개념어들은 우리 문화와 경관 속에 함유된 생태학적 개념을 대신한다. 사례연구를 위해서 서유구의 "임원경제지(林園經濟志)"(1827)에 서술된 항목들을 '공간구조' '조경요소' '건축 구조요소'로 구분하여 해석의 대상을 추출하였다. 정온 가옥과 최씨 종택을 구성하는 요소들을 해석한 결과로 생태학적 조영기법들을 제시하고, 전통주택과 조경공간에 대한 생태학적 특성을 다음과 같이 종합하였다. 자연조건과 세밀한 관계 설정 방식을 가지는 풍토건축으로서 첫째, 자연의 형상을 따르는 토지이용방식('본성' '상생' '중화'), 둘째, 자연과 일체감을 이루는 물리적 공간요소('중절' '상생' '중화'), 셋째, 한정된 자연에너지와 자원을 재활용하면서 지속적인 순환체계 유지('효율' '자생' '방통'), 넷째, 지역에서 얻을 수 있는 자연재료 이용('중절' '효율' '자생'), 다섯째, 미기후를 고려한 평면과 구조 결정('효율' '자생' '변통')으로 정리된다. 이에 전통주택과 조경공간은 다른 유형의 전통공간보다 자연 안에서 효율적인 자원 소비 공간을 목표하였다는 점에서 생태학적 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

조선족 농촌주거 공간구성형태의 지역적 특징에 관한 연구 - 중국 동북3성 각 지역의 조선족 농촌주거에 대한 조사연구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spatial Structure of the rural Dwelling Houses of China's Korean Ethnic - Based on Investigating and analyzing each District's rural Dwelling houses of China's Three Northeastern Provinces -)

  • This paper tries to explore the local uniqueness and evolutionary characteristics of the spatial structure of the rural dwelling houses of China's Korean Ethnic. For this purpose, the paper selected 51 typical samples in each district, analyzing their ancestral home, building age, size, construction method, family composition etc. Moreover, the paper classified the pattern of the samples and analyzed the characteristic and evolutionary process of each pattern. Conclusions based on the analysis of the ancestral homes are as follows: 1.The house pattern of these China's Korean ethnics who are originally from the Hamkyung province is mainly jeongji- access type (A-type). A-type is mainly distributed along the Tumen River and Yalu River, in the Sino-Russian borders and the inland areas of Heilongjiang province. With the migration of the China's Korean ethnics, in Sino-Russian borders and the inland areas of Heilongjiang province, A-type with the 'badang' space, vestibule-access type (C-type) and living-centered type (D-type) appeared. 2. House patterns of Korean ethnics who are originally from the Pyongan province include three types: A-type, kitchen type (B-type) and C-type. A-type is mainly distributed along the Yalu River while B-type and C-type are mainly in the inland areas of these three Northeast provinces. With the decrease of population, the merger of rooms happened in A-type; while in the B-type and C-type, bathroom and storage came to exist in the north of the room. 3. The house pattern of Korean ethnics who are originally from the Gyeongsang province is mainly B-type, which is distributed in the inland areas of Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces. Besides, C-type and D-type also exist. They are in Jilin and Liaoning provinces. In the process of evolution, storage was set in the north part of the room or the window was cancelled in order to defend the coldness in Heilongjiang area, while in Jilin and Liaoning provinces, living room came into existence, which is gradually developing to D-type.

In fact, it's not only making atmosphere that could give relaxation and rich life but also supporting commodity and many kinds of information to effect the sale's effectiveness, so the various alternative need to be checked out to treat the difference of atmosphere. importance of space composition plan considerating specific character is confirmed each commercial area of alternatives. In this study, we want to provide the most important standard of space composition of several visible or invisible environment factor making an bakery store. commercial rights are defferentiated between center commercial land and dwelling commercial land and we can strengthen the competitveness by bringing inspect, analysis, comparison about product make-up price each commercial land in space organixation of in-store actively in the 21 century's new bakery competition. In the 21st century, we should recognize we are in the new period about these a aggressive goal of maximization of sales and performed space construction through plan specialization to build reasonably and effectively. composition plan for store space as composition rate of product would be basic plan. so when the opening store is decided it need to be basic composition plan space which Is proper to situation of area.

가변형 공동주택의 단위평면 구성에 따른 가변유형 분석 (An Analysis of Flexible Unit-Type Apartments in terms of Unit Plans)

  • Various residential patterns, which can accommodate ever-changing modem lifestyles, are increasingly needed. On the residents' demand for flexible space, mote research should be conducted on the apartments built by the concept of flexible space. In this study, apartments of 40-60 pyeong in size built in the region of Seoul, between 1998 and 2007, are analyzed in terms of the flexible types and the unit plan composition. To reflect the changes in people's perception of residential quality-preference for a residence with a good view, over for the direction that a residence faces, more rooms are placed on the front bay. From the analyses of this study, flexible unit plans are classified into 6 types; and it was found that, as the size of apartments gets larger, the livingroom and the dinning room tend to be placed on the front bay. After grouping rooms with a similar function into the spatial zones of the master bedroom, children's room, the livingroom, and the dinning room, flexible types are analyzed in terms of the location of rooms. The results of this study will be able to contribute to establishing flexible housing culture that can accommodate the changing needs of residents.

도시 저층밀집 주거지 내 어린이공원의 활용분석과 계획방향 제안 (Case Analysis and Planning Guidelines of Children Parks in Low-rise House Residential Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to present a guideline for the construction of children park that can create a quality of dwelling and be easily approached and utilized by residents. In order to present a direction of planning, the investigator examined the actual state of children park in low-rise house residential area, and analyzed its general characteristics. And the discriminative characteristics according to the standpoints of planning of children park. The analytic standpoints were classified into the size and disposition of park, the nature of adjacent street and the utilization of park, and the satisfaction and requirement for the internal space of park. The guideline of planning of children park are as follow: (1) The disposition and size of children park: the children park must be disposed convenient use of all the residents. (2) The environment around including approaching streets and facilities around: residents' recognition and access in their everyday life must be considered in relation to the neighborhood streets and surrounding facilities. (3) The composition and utilization of internal space: the internal space must support all the activities of users, and reflect users' requirements in order to induce them to use it continuously.

일본 공동주택 시노노메 캐널코트의 단위세대 주거평면 분석 (Analysis on the Unit-Plans of Shinonome Canal Court Multi-dwellings Project in Japan)

  • The aim of the research is to find out the direction of unit-plans in multi-dwellings for the future society. Shinonome Canal Court where residents actually live now are the objects in this study, and the residential floor plan of unit-plans were analyzed to find out the typical types. The analysis was focused on the unit-plans of 5 blocks of Shinonome Canal Court. Space Syntax Theory was used as the analysis method. As the first stage of the analysis, justified graphs were made to find out the characters of unit-plans through the classification of the graphs. Contents of the analysis are as follows: Relationship between classified justified graphs and dimension according to node number. Relationship between classified justified graph patterns and unit-plans. Characters of unit-plans in each blocks. Shinonome Canal Court consists of mainly small scale unit-plans and 30unit-plans are classified. 1LDK, 2LDK, 1LDK+S, 1LDK+f are typical unit-plans which are mainly supplied in the complex. It is noted that the results of the analysis by node, justified graph pattern and dimension are the same. It also presents diverse unit-plans which shows a change in nLDK pattern or add f (foyer), AN (annex), S (service room), Fs (free space) to basic nLDK type. In summary, it demonstrates the possibility of creating new residental floor plans in multi-dwellings.

City Gas Consumption Analysis per 1m2 according to Exclusive Dwelling Area in Residential Buildings - Focused on case of Ulsan -

  • Currently, effective energy management of buildings is necessary because of accelerated global climate change and resource crisis. Especially, in the case of South Korea, city gas consumption occupies 11.8% of the total energy and 39.6% is residential use among them. Therefore, for reducing the city gas consumption, the effectiveness of residential use is needed. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the difference of the city gas consumption according to the space arrangement in the apartment building. To achieve this objective, an apartment complex having over 1,000 households was selected then, according to the space arrangement such as south-east and south-west, the data of 59.97m2 and 84.96m2 were analyzed by using statistics method. As a result, in 59.97m2 and 84.96m2, the total city gas amount in 2012 showed that 9.2% and 8.4% were more increased at south-west than southeast respectively. In the future, the findings of this study can be used to develop the prediction model of city gas consumption in apartment building.
