Air travel demand has recently been growing and establishment and operation of low-cost carriers have been increased. Against this backdrop, low-cost carriers need to figure out diversified customer demand for low-cost carriers and ways to maximize marketing efficiency before applying it to the field so that they can attain superiority to large carriers in increased intensified competition. Low-cost carriers need to be differentiated from other carriers for the purpose of improving profits. Toward this end, this study conducted analysis on importance and satisfaction with carrier choice using IPA with regard to low-cost carrier customers. In conclusion, the paper accurately examined advantages and disadvantages of low-cost carriers compared to general carriers based on results of IPA analysis and suggested managerial strategies to enhance competitiveness based on division into four parts including maintenance and enforcement (1st quadrant, Delay compensation, Booking rapidity, Check rapidity, Crew service, refund service, baggage service, punctuality, transit services, airlines images), concentrated improvement (2nd quadrant, price, Convenience of seat), passive administration (3rd quadrant, Boarding service, cabin cleanliness, flight schedule, whether local crew on board, meal service, in-flight entertainment service), and enhanced satisfaction (4th quadrant, duty-free service, Variety of routes), so that practical suggestions could be presented to employees working in the field.

Background: Goal-oriented communication of risk of hazards is necessary in order to reduce risk of workers' exposure to chemicals. Adequate training of workers and enterprise priority setting are essential elements. Cleaning enterprises have many challenges and the existing paradigms influence the risk levels of these enterprises. Methods: Information on organization and enterprises' prioritization in training programs was gathered from cleaning enterprises. A measure of enterprises' conceptual level of importance of chemical health hazards and a model for working out the risk index (RI) indicating enterprises' conceptual risk level was established and used to categorize the enterprises. Results: In 72.3% of cases, training takes place concurrently with task performances and in 67.4% experienced workers conduct the trainings. There is disparity between employers' opinion on competence level of the workers and reality. Lower conceptual level of importance was observed for cleaning enterprises of different sizes compared with regional safety delegates and occupational hygienists. Risk index values show no difference in risk level between small and large enterprises. Conclusion: Training of cleaning workers lacks the prerequisite for suitability and effectiveness to counter risks of chemical health hazards. There is dereliction of duty by management in the sector resulting in a lack of competence among the cleaning workers. Instituting acceptable easily attainable safety competence level for cleaners will conduce to risk reduction, and enforcement of attainment of the competence level would be a positive step.

Hong Kong is a renowned small city with densely placed skyscrapers. It is no surprise that heavy duty or even mega foundations are built over the years to support these structures. To cope with the fast construction pace, several heavy deep foundation types have been widely adopted with some prescribed design rules. This Paper has selected two commonly adopted but distinctive foundation types, namely large diameter bored piles and percussive steel H-piles to illustrate the special design and construction considerations related to these pile types in related to local context. The supervision requirement in related to foundation works for which again may be unique in Hong Kong will also be highlighted. A case history is also discussed in the later part of the Paper to illustrate the application of one of these foundations and to highlight the importance of considering foundation design and basement excavation method in a holistic manner.

Recently retail market has been rapidly expanded in the large cities of in Korea and the competition among individual companies in retail market is also being increased. Tenant MD of mixing is one of the most important factor for the company to continuously operate or to fail. The aim of this study is to examine the processes of systematically evaluating the merchandising of the established companies in retail market a part of chain operation in discount store. The basic problem of decision making in general and tenant MD of mixing in particular is to choose a best one in a set of competing alternatives that are evaluated under conflicting criteria. The purpose of research of a paper carries out a duty searching examination with making a tenant MD include by retail research, simultaneously defined when I will show an example for the tenant mix of the profitability side of the domestic discount store market which is tenant MD importance proposing the existing problem arrangement by chain operation management, and is intensifying - tenant MD of standardization in discount store of T-company.

The importance of intake system can not be overstressed in the recent heavy duty commercial vehicle design. The basic requirements of intake system are to have less flow resistance and better air cleaning performance which have direct effects on the performance and service life of engine. In order to improve the performance of engine intake system, the flow phenomena in the intake system should be fully understood. With readily availble CFD code, the numerical analysis becomes the more reliable tools for flow optimization in recent design work. In this research, flow field in the intake system was analyzed by STAR-CD, the 3-D computational fluid dynamics code. Especially, the flow inside of air cleaner was thoroughly analyzed. Pressure distribution and velocity profile in the air cleaner and intake duct was obtained. Having the dust seperated from incoming air at the expense of less pressure drop is the ultimate goal for the research.

We implemented the document DRM applying role based access control(RBAC) mechanism for preventing the information leakage of a document which is transmitted in network environment. It must prevent to access document not related to user role and duty, and must allow operation to document for improving security, considering user role and security level according to a document importance. We improved the security of document DRM by adding to the access control module applying RBAC for satisfying security requirements. Though the user access document, our system allows operation authorizations to document by the user's role & security level and the security attribute of RBAC. Our system prevents indiscriminate access to the documents by user who is not associated with the role, and prevents damage the confidentiality and integrity.

Although the National Intelligence Service Act has been amended considering the growing importance of economic counterintelligence, a clear interpretation of certain provisions and improvement of the effectiveness of economic counterintelligence are required. This article presents some suggestions for regulations on economic counterintelligence. Firstly, the meaning of the term "disturbance of economic order in connection with foreign powers" will become clear by interpreting it with the terms of the Counterintelligence Duty Regulation and by setting categories referring to the U. S. regulations. Secondly, counterintelligence authorities' request for cooperation may be reinforced by amending relevant regulations or by applying a special procedure for the acquisition of data. Finally, strengthened punishment for activities in connection with foreign powers may improve the efficiency of counterintelligence. For these reasons, this paper aims to present a direction for the future, focusing on this new economic counterintelligence.

Purpose: Developing a curriculum(DACUM) is a method of analyzing job focused competency, which is obtained from the data of an expert belonging to a certain career. In this study the DACUM method was used to analyze the jobs of operating room nurses. Method: Through the DACUM workshop which was arranged by two DACUM facillitators, a definition of the role of operating room nurses was developed and then duties and tasks of operating room nurses' were identified. For the workshop, a DACUM committee with 10 operating room nurses was organized. Finally, the duties and tasks which were identified were validated by 422 nurses for importance, difficulty and frequency. Results: Thirteen duties and 105 tasks were identified on the DACUM chart, where importance, difficulty, and frequency of tasks were represented by alphabet letters A, B, and C as higher degree of importance. The determinant coefficient(DC) showed that the most important duty was assisting with operations(DC=6.61), and the least, managing operating materials(DC=4.22). For tasks, the most important ones were assisting in orthostatic surgery(DC=7.60), and assisting in thoracic surgery(DC=7.38), and the least important making gauze ball(DC=2.39), and saving of operation site((DC=3.27). Conclusion: The results suggest a need to develop an education program using the DACUM chart as a basis for the development and as a clinical career ladder and for curriculum of operating room nursing.
