Background: The 765G>C polymorphism in cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) gene has been extensively investigated for association with gastric cancer (GC). However, the results of different studies have been inconsistent. The aim of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the genetic risk of -765G>C polymorphism in the COX-2 gene for GC. Materials and Methods: We searched Pubmed, Embase, Medline, CNKI database, Wanfang database, Weipu database, and Chinese Biomedical database, covering all publications (last search been performed on Jan 10, 2014). Statistical analyses were performed using Revman 5.2 and STATA 10.0 software. Results: A total of 1,874 cases and 3,005 controls in 10 case-control studies were included in this meta-analysis. The results indicated that the variant C allele carriers (GC+CC) had a 69% increased risk of GC when compared with the homozygote GG (odds ratio (OR)=1.69, 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.10-2.61 for GC+CC vs GG). In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, significant elevated risks were associated with C allele carriers in Asians (OR=1.75, 95%CI=1.40-2.18, and p<0.00001) and in Indians (OR=8.38, 95%CI=4.34-16.16, and p<0.00001) but not in Caucasians (OR=1.07, 95%CI=0.81-1.42, and p=0.62) or in Dutch (OR=0.53, 95%CI= 0.33-0.87, and p= 0.01).In the subgroup analysis by Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) status, a significantly increased risk was identified among H. pylori (+) (OR=3.58, 95%CI=2.33-3.50, and p<0.00001) and H. pylori (-) (OR=2.32, 95%CI=1.46-3.69, and p=0.0004). Conclusions: This meta-analysis suggested that the -765G>C polymorphism in the COX-2 gene could be a risk factor for GC in Asians and Indians.
Quality assurance may be defined as the complete set of systemic actions that is required to achieve a better treatment result by standardizing treatment and by using various audit programs. In general, application of a quality assurance program in surgery is considered to be more difficult than it is in chemotherapy or radiotherapy. However, recently, the importance of quality assurance in the surgical field has been emphasized in clinical trials comparing different surgical procedures and evaluating the role of postoperative adjuvant therapy. In the case of gastric cancer surgery, excellent quality assurance programs have rarely been applied in most large prospective clinical trials. Although the quality assurance in Dutch trial was conducted very systemically and strictly, the situation is quite different from ours. On the other hand, several quality assurance programs in Japanese trials comparing D2 and D2 plus para-arotic lymph node dissection seem to be applicable to Korean clinical trials. Several factors, including selection of appropriate surgeons based on personal experience and annual number of operations, standardization of surgical procedures by education and consensus, development of a unified database program, application of standardized perioperative management, and standardization of pathologic examination, are required to guarantee a successful multi-institutional prospective clinical trial. In contrast, one needs to realize that protocols that are too strict and sophisticated can make the enrollment of patients and surgeons more difficult and can promote protocol violation during the clinical trials. Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775-1851) has been widely regarded as the most original and brilliant English landscape painter in the 19th century. Admitted to the Royal Academy Schools in 1789, Turner was a precocious artist and gained the full membership of the prestigious Royal Academy in 1802 at the age of 27. Already in the 1800s he was recognised as a pioneer in taking a new and revolutionary approach to the art of landscape painting. Among his early works made in this period, The Shipwreck, painted in 1805, epitomizes the sense of sublime Romanticism in terms of its dramatic subject-matter and the masterly display of technical innovations. Of course, the subject of shipwreck has a long standing history. Ever since human beings first began seafaring, they have been fascinated as much as haunted by shipwrecks. For maritime societies, such as England, shipwreck has been the source of endless nightmares, representing a constant threat not only to individual sailors but also to the nation as a whole. Unsurprisingly, therefore, shipwreck is one of the most popular motifs in art and literature, particularly during the 18th and 19th centuries. Yet accounts, images and metaphors of shipwreck have taken diverse forms and served different purposes, varying significantly across time and between authors. As such, Turner's painting registers a panoply of diverse but interconnected contemporary discourses. First of all, since shipwreck was an everyday occurrence in this period, it is more than likely that Turner's painting depicted the actual sinking in 1805 of the East India Company's ship 'The Earl of Abergavenny' off the coast of Weymouth. 263 souls were lost and the news of the wreck made headlines in major English newspapers at the time. Turner's painting may well have been his visual response to this tragedy, eyewitness accounts of which were given in great quantity in every contemporary newspaper. But the painting is not a documentary visual record of the incident as Turner was not present at the site and newspaper reports were not detailed enough for him to pictorially reconstruct the entire scene. Rather, Turner's painting is indebted to the iconographical tradition of depicting tempest and shipwreck, bearing a strong visual resemblance to some 17th-century Dutch marine paintings with which he was familiar through gallery visits and engravings. Lastly, Turner's Shipwreck is to be located in the contexts of burgeoning contemporary travel literature, especially shipwreck narratives. The late 18th and early 19th century saw a drastic increase in the publication of shipwreck narratives and Turner's painting was inspired by the re-publication in 1804 of William Falconer's enormously successful epic poem of the same title. Thus, in the final analysis, Turner's painting is a splendid signifier leading the beholder to the heart of Romantic abyss conjoing nightmarish everyday experience, high art, and popular literature.
Humans are provided with a wide range of public benefits from ecosystems and agricultural ecosystems, but the establishment of the horticulture complex could be a space that hampers the public function of the agricultural ecosystem. In this study, we sought to focus the function of landscape creation of agricultural landscape and tried to analyze the landscape of the horticulture complex. Therefore, This study aims to suggest ways to build a greenhouse complex which is being indiscreetly introduced in the agriculture landscape through environmentally-friendly manner and minimize the function of the ecosystem service. We divided the greenhouse complex into two categories of Plastic Greenhouse(v) and Glass Greenhouse(g), and compared them to the Netherland and Japan counterparts. Each image of research areas was selected by 3 pics and polled by a total of 101 people. The results of the Evaluation of Landscape Image are as shown in the figure. Netherland Glass Greenhouse scored 1.80 in terms of 'Neat' which is one of the given 15 adjectives. Study results shows that Korean Plastic Greenhouse landscapes need to endeavor Japanese vinly greenhouses and Dutch glasshouses. Consequently, an analysis on the elements of landscapes including green area, variant elements, separation distance is essential in order to improve our country's greenhouse complex landscapes. In this regard, continuous research is required to improve rural landscapes and harmonize large-scale horticultural facilities into the existing agricultural ecosystem.
Most of current internet auction systems are single auction server program that partly automates the function of the conventional auction house. So these systems do not provide sufficient independence, distribution and parallelism between the functions of the conventional auction house. In these suction systems, only some of suction management facilities are automated by the server program, but still users need to execute a repetitive task to monitor the dynamic progress of a certain auction, decide the proper bid price, and submit the bid. Another problem is that they support only the single auctions such as English suction and Dutch auction, but they do not support the double auctions that are superior to the single auction in terms of speed, efficiency, and the fair distribution of profit. In this paper, we present are design and implement of an agent-based continuous double auction system, called CoDABot, in order to overcome the limitations of current auction systems. CoDABot supports the continuous double auction, provides various bidding agents for users to select, and has been implemented with a multi-agent system to realize more independent, and parallel subsystems.
The purpose of this study is to derive the type by examining and analyzing the integrated cases of the Cadastral System (hereafter as CS.) and the Land Registration System (hereafter as LRS.) except for France, the Netherlands, Japan, and Taiwan introduced in Korea. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the CS. and LRS. were integrated in Turkey, Indonesia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Lithuania, and the following three types were drawn as a result of analyzing the integration case. First, the French type, the CS. and LRS. has been integrated since the establishment of the system, and the central and state governments are managed by one Administrative Agency, The basic municipalities include France and Turkey, which are managed by two separate agencies. Second, the Dutch type, there are Netherlands, Indonesia, and Lithuania, which are integrated and managed by one Administrative Agency since the creation of the CS. and LRS. Third, the Japanese type, there are Japan, Taiwan, Hungary, and Czech Republic which was separated from the creation of the CS. and the LRS. and the CS. was managed by the Administrative Agency and the LRS. was managed by the Judicial Agency. but after integrated both systems were managed by one Administrative Agency, Furthermore, CS. was managed by the Administrative Agency in all countries but LRS. was managed by the Judicial Agency in some countries. but after integrated both systems were managed by one Administrative Agency. I hope that active research on the integration of the CS. and LRS. will be carried out in the future, and hope that the results of this study will be used as basic data for research on how to integrate the CS. and LRS. in Korea.

This paper explores the triple helix innovation system in Food Valley in the Netherlands which is considered one of the most innovative food clusters in the world. The triple helix approach has been so far little tackled in the literature on innovation system and cluster. However, tills approach can be a useful tool for understanding the dynamic characters and knowledge transfer mechanism of industrial cluster. On the basis of an in-depth case study, we argue that Food Valley has evolved through four circles of growth in the triple helix innovation system. From the mid-2000s onward, it is seen that Food Valley has been on the stabilized circle in the triple helix system of innovation. Centered upon Wageningen UR, local universities and research centers play a pivotal role in building the triple helix innovation system. To cope with radical changes in markets and technology since the late 1980s, local firms have made a great deal of effort to reinforce the university-industry partnership. On the other hand, government agencies have played a critical role for establishing institutional milieu that facilitate university-industry partnerships and local knowledge transfer and spillover.
In order to examine the extent of environmental contamination at abandoned Samsanjeil Cu mines in Kosung-kun, Kyeongsangnam-do, we have investigated the contaminations and mobility of toxic trace elements from mine wastes including about 280,000 tonnages of tailings by chemical experiments (total extraction, partial extraction by 0.1N HCI and sequential extraction procedure). Total concentrations of trace elements showed that Cu, As, Co, Zn, Pb, and Cd concentrations in tailings were 14.0, 3.6, 3.1, 2.1, 2.1 and 1.6 times greater than those in background soil, respectively. From the proportion of metals bound to the exchangeable and carbonate fractions, the comparative mobility of metals decrease in order of $Zn(29.0\%)>Cu(12.3\%)Pb(9.6\%)>Cd(3.0\%)>As=Co(0.0\%)$. Based on the concentrations, chemical speciations of tailings, waste rock and nearby soil, it was revealed that Cu and Zn were the most possible elements to contaminate the surrounding environment in Samsanjeil mine area. In addition, the tailings had total trace metal concentrations below Dutch guideline values except Cu, and they might not affect adverse impact on environment.
The pottery and porcelain of Myanmar is very various such as Celadon, Black glazed large Jar and White galzed Jar painted Green Colour. In these Myanmarese Ceramics, Black glazed large Jar is very important to understand the Character and Role of Myanmar Ceramics. The description on the Black glazed large Jar of Myanmar is seen in several Books such as a travel essay of Ibun Battuta, Duarte Barbosa, The book of Duarte Barbosa: A Account of the Contries Bordering on the Indian Ocean and their Inhabitants, Jan Huygen van Linschoten, Volker, T., Porcelain and the Dutch East India Company These descriptions on the Black glazed Jar in these Books are important evidence to discovery the existence of it and its Types and Price and Use. The appearance of Black glazed Jar of Myanmar is considered in the Middle of 14C with the description of the Book of Ibn Battuta. Furthermore, Excavated from the Shipwreck of China in the Sinan, Chellanamdo, it is certain that the Black glazed large Jar was already existed in the early of 14C. And it was considered that the Shipwreck of China in the Sinan, Chellanamdo was started from Ninbo(寧波) of China to the destination of Japan with the Inscrition made Bamboo. So we know that The route of $Ninbo{\rightarrow}Korea{\rightarrow}Japan$ is very important in the Trade Ceramics of East Asia in 14C. And The size of Black glazed Jar has 3 types, Large, Middle and Small. The large type is used as a Tools for Water and Oil. The small type is the personal bottle for drinking. The Price of Black glazed Jar of Myanmar was changed as times go by. The price of the late of 16C and the early of 17C is 30 prolin and the late of 17C is 8 Prolin. The price of the Black glazed Jar of Myanmar in the late of 16C and the early of 17C is estimated 3 times for the price of the late of 17C. and This change of the price of Myanmarese Black Glazed Jar is decided on the Demand and Supply. and the Black glazed Jar of Myanmar was mainly used for the tools for Morpin in the year of 1620 and for Salt and Sugar in the year of 1640 and for Water and Oil in the late of 17C.
Objective: This program aimed to reveal the association of feed intrinsic molecular structure with nutrient supply to animals from canola feedstocks and co-products from bio-oil processing. The special objective of this study was to quantify the relationship between molecular spectral feature and nutrient availability and develop nutrient prediction equation with vibrational molecular structure spectral profiles. Methods: The samples of feedstock (canola oil seeds) and co-products (meals and pellets) from different bio-oil processing plants in Canada (CA) and China (CH) were submitted to this molecular spectroscopic technique and their protein and carbohydrate related molecular spectral features were associated with the nutritional results obtained through the conventional methods of analyses for chemical and nutrient profiles, rumen degradable and intestinal digestible parameters. Results: The results showed that the spectral structural carbohydrates spectral peak area (ca. 1,487.8 to 1,190.8 cm-1) was the carbohydrate structure that was most significant when related to various carbohydrate parameters of canola meals (p<0.05, r>0.50). And spectral total carbohydrate area (ca. 1,198.5 to 934.3 cm-1) was most significant when studying the various carbohydrate parameters of canola seeds (p<0.05, r>0.50). The spectral amide structures (ca. 1,721.2 to 1,480.1 cm-1) were related to a few chemical and nutrient profiles, Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System (CNCPS) fractions, truly absorbable nutrient supply based on the Dutch protein system (DVE/OEB), and NRC systems, and intestinal in vitro protein-related parameters in co-products (canola meals). Besides the spectral amide structures, α-helix height (ca. 1,650.8 to 1,643.1 cm-1) and β-sheet height (ca. 1,633.4 to 1,625.7 cm-1), and the ratio between them have shown to be related to many protein-related parameters in feedstock (canola oil seeds). Multi-regression analysis resulted in moderate to high R2 values for some protein related equations for feedstock (canola seeds). Protein related equations for canola meals and carbohydrate related equations for canola meals and seeds resulted in weak R2 and low p values (p<0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, the attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy vibrational molecular spectroscopy can be a useful resource to predict carbohydrate and protein-relates nutritional aspects of canola seeds and meals.
