Since the development of railway technology, the current urban Railway the first train line in the country for safe operation control automatic/unattended operation, automatic train operation equipment available (ATO) on time and reliable operation has introduced. ATO Automatic operation controlled by the value (Target velocity) and the feedback value (Actual velocity) by the error between the backing and braking of the train by repeated low energy efficiency. In this paper, given a fixed distance stations between time operation with minimal energy in the driving characteristics and driving trains are modeled. Therefore, in line 5 real route time sectional drive straight sections for experimental data analysis / draft Section / curved and section of the train on that line is selected according to the changing driving patterns to minimize the energy optimal driving patterns were presented.

Because of simplicity and easiness, dynamic pile driving formulae have long been used by most of the field engineers for pile quality control purposes. Yet their reliability have been repeatedly reported unsuitable and the results can lead to significant errors. According to the research results by the authors, the two most important sources of unreliability of dynamic pile driving formulae are uncertainty in the estimation of hammer efficiency and time dependent characteristics of pile bearing capacity. Based on this finding a new method is proposed. By using the actual value of hammer efficiency the pile bearing capacity at the time of driving could be reasonably estimated. By performing restrike test sometime after pile installation, time effect coefficient could be determined. The effectiveness of the proposed method was proven in the actual construction project.

A simulation model is developed to analyze the large-structure driving system and its integrated behavior in the whole weapon system. It models every component in the driving system such as mechanical and electrical characteristics, and it is programmed by simulation language in a way which strongly reflects the system's real time dynamics and reduces computation time as well. A useful parameter identification method is proposed, and it is tuned on the given physical system. The model is validated through comparing to real test, and it is applied to analysis and prediction of integrated system functions relating to the fire control system.

In this study a three-axes mobile robot which has two independently controlled driving wheels and a function of simultaneously steering the driving wheels has been developed. Two-motion modes of the mobile robot, the first is a differential velocity motion of two driving wheels and the second is a equal driving and steering motion, have been analyzed and the kinematic and dymanic analyses about the each motion mode have been carried out. As a result of dynamic analysis, the torque used on a motor control and acceleration have been derived explicitly. Hence, a computation time is saved effectively and a real time control of the mobile robot considering the dynamics has become possible. Through a simulation the results considering the dynamics have been compared with that no regarding the dynamics and the possibility of real-time control has been proved.
This paper presents design of a vehicle stop-and-go cruise control strategy based on analyzed results of the manual driving data. Human drivers driving characteristics have been investigated using vehicle driving data obtained from 100 participants on low speed urban traffic ways. The control algorithm has been designed to incorporate the driving characteristics of the human drivers and to achieve natural vehicle behavior of the controlled vehicle that would feel comfortable to the human driver under low speed stop-and-go driving conditions. Vehicle following characteristics of the cruise controlled vehicle have been investigated using a validated vehicle simulator and real driving radar sensor data.
A vehicle cruise control strategy designed based on human drivers driving characteristics has been investigated. Human drivers driving patterns have been investigated using vehicle driving test data obtained from 125 participants. The control algorithm has been designed to incorporate the driving characteristics of the human drivers and to achieve natural vehicle behavior of the controlled vehicle that would feel comfortable to the human driver. Vehicle following characteristics of the cruise controlled vehicle have been investigated using real-world vehicle driving test data and a validated simulation package.

A vehicle adaptive cruise control strategy based on human drivers' driving characteristics has been investigated. Human drivers driving characteristics have been analyzed using vehicle test data obtained from 125 participants. The control algorithm has been designed to incorporate the driving characteristics of the human drivers and to achieve natural vehicle behavior of the controlled vehicle that would reduce the workload of the human driver. Vehicle following characteristics of the cruise controlled vehicle have been compared to real-world driving radar sensor data of human drivers using a validated vehicle simulator. and compare nominal cruise control and adaptive cruise control.

In this paper, we present the design of a source driver of QVGA scale TFT-LCD driver IC which uses a mixed driving method and performs $\gamma$-correction to improve image. The source driver with 240 RGB ${\times}$ 320 dots resolution drives a TFT-LCD panel through 720 channels and implements 262k colors using 18-bit RGB data format. The mixed driving method is a mixture the channel amp. driving method with high drivability and the gray amp. driving method with small area, which remarkably reduces channel driver areas. The driver has been designed using the $0.35{\mu}m$ Magnachip embedded DRAM technology and simulated using the HSPICE simulator. The results show that our source driver operates well with y-correction and the channel driver has $17{\mu}s$ channel driving time with only 78 driving amplifiers and control logic.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the reaction time and divided attention related to driving in elderly subjects using the driving ability assessment tool. By analyzing differences in average score according to age group, we also aim to, provide data for identifying the risk of driving in elderly people. Methods : A total of 70 elderly subjects, who participated in a driving evaluation program for people over 65 years of aged and who live in W city, Gangwon-do from August to December 2019, were included in the study. After the driving questionnaire was completed, the mobile driving assessment tool was explained, and then the patients carried out the reaction time and the divided attention task. Collected data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 25.0, and the significance level was set to 0.1. Results : The reaction time of the younger-old was 0.717 s, while that of the older-old was 0.843 s, this difference was statistically significant (p=.084). The response time for the task of divided attention was 0.669 s in the younger-old and 0.695 s for the older-old. In this case, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (p=.901). Conclusion : Using the mobile driving ability assessment tool, it was possible to evaluate the reaction rate and divided attention of elderly while driving.

During recent 5 years, it was recorded that 20% of total accident frequency and 30% of total number of death have been occurred due to drowsy driving. Drowsy driving accident is result from the loss of driving ability due to driver's accumulated fatigue. Continuous driving time can be measured as a surrogate variable to quantify the level of fatigue. The main purpose of this research is to investigate statistical correlation between the proportion of continuous driving vehicle (more than 2 hours) and the number of drowsy accidents. To carry this out, continuous driving time was measured using GPS route-guidance trajectory data. Also, accident frequency, traffic volume and segment length were collected to estimate safety performance function (SPF) for Jungbunearuk expressway in Korea. Through various types of estimated SPFs, statistical correlation was analyzed based on estimated statistical indices. This research can provide theoretical background for enforcement to regulate commercial vehicle driver's continuous driving time. In addition, throughout the trajectory data expansion, it is expected that strategy for anti-drowsy driving facilities installation can be established based on the suggested methodology.
