도심주행 패턴에 따른 소형 전기자동차 최적화 전략 (Optimized Strategy of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle with Driving Schedules)

  • The Developing & Producing of Eco-Friendly vehicle have been more incremented, as People appreciate the importance of Earth Environment Conservation. The needs of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle(NEV) that suits Current people's short drive distance is incremented. In this Paper, we define Neighborhood Electric Vehicle through out National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of United States of America's regulation and explain motor and battery of primary constituents of that. We used MATLAB and ADVISOR 200 programs for Simulation, and propsed NEV's Model that tow people can be got in. In this Model, the battery is Lead-acid battery(72V, 85Ah) and the motor is 8kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PM motor). We compared change of driving range of NEV through out non-changing speed Driving(10km/h, 20km/h, 30km/h, 40km/h) and Manhattan driving schedule.

  • The climate change due to the increased consumption with fossil fuel and rise of the oil price have been serious global issues. Automobile industry consumes 30% of the oil every year and causes air pollution and global warming by the exhaust emissions and carbon dioxide ($CO_2$). The demand of two-wheeled vehicle increases every year due to the parking and traffic problem caused by the increased automobiles in the urban area. Approximately 50,000,000 two-wheeled vehicles were produced in 2008. The development and sales of the hybrid two-wheeled vehicle industry become active due to its increased market demands. In this paper, the change of the motor and battery efficiency, driving distance, hill climbing ability with the change of the motor capacity was analyzed. Simulation of the peculiarities in urban driving schedule(World-wide Motorcycle Test Cycle(WMTC), Manhattan driving schedule), constant speed(10 km/h, 35 km/h) of small electronic two-wheeled vehicle was also carried out. Through the simulation result, appropriate capacities of the motor and battery for urban driving was acquired.

영구자석형 동기전동기 구동용 인버터의 통전각에 따른 운전 방식의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Driving Methods According to Electrical Conduction Angle of Inverter for PMSM)

  • 본 논문에서는 영구자석형 동기전동기를 구동하는 인버터에서 사용할 수 있는 정현파 전류 운전 방식과 120도 운전 방식 및 150도 운전 방식에 대하여 각각 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 이것들의 운전 특성을 비교 분석한다. 이 운전 방식들은 통전각과 전동기의 상전류에 형태로 구분이 된다. 종래에는 인버터의 효율 향상을 위하여 정현파 전류 운전 방식과 120도 운전 방식 간의 전환 방법에 중점을 둔 연구가 많았으나, 본 논문에서는 이들 각각의 운전 방식에 대한 운전 특성을 비교 분석하여 그것들의 장점을 다양한 전환 방법으로 응용할 수 있도록 하는데 중점을 둔다. 이를 위하여 각각의 운전 방식에 대하여 전동기의 발생 토크, 속도 응답 특성, 상전류 THD에 대하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 정현파 전류 운전 방식이 3가지 운전 방식들 중에서 전체적으로 가장 좋은 성능을 보였고, 120도 운전 방식은 150도 운전 방식에 비하여 속도 응답 특성이 다소 우수하였으며, 150도 운전 방식은 120도 운전 방식에 비하여 상전류 THD가 낮은 것을 확인하였다.

박형 초음파 모터의 최적설계 및 구동 드라이버 개발 (Optimal Design of Thin Type Ultrasonic Motor and Development of Driver)

  • This paper proposed optimal design and microcontroller driver for driving the thin-type ultrasonic motor. To find the optimal size of the stator, motions of the motor were simulated using ATILA by changing length, width and thickness of the ceramics. Two sinusoidal waves which have 90 degree phase difference were needed for driving the thin-type motor. The thin-type ultrasonic motor driver was composed of microcontroller(Atmega128), push-pull inverter, encoder and AD-converter. Microcontroller generates four square waves which have variable frequency and 25[%] duty ratio in $20{\sim}150$[kHz]. The output signals of microcontroller were converted to sine wave and cosine wave by push-pull inverter and were applied to the thin-type ultrasonic motor. The encoder and AD-converter were used for maintaining speed of the thin-type ultrasonic motor. The AD-converter controlled DC voltage of inverter in accordance with output signal of encoder. Using the driver, characteristics of the motor as speed and torque were measured.

압전초음파모터 제작 및 평가장치 개발 (Development of an Ultrasonic Motor and Evaluation Device)

  • 압전초음파모터는 기존의 전자기식모터와는 달리 압전전체가 발생하는 초음파진동에 의한 마찰력으로 회전자의 구동력을 얻는 모터이다. 이는 구조가 간단하고, 저속에서 높은 토오크를 얻을 수 있어 감속기구 없이 직접구동이 가능한 장점이 있어 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 이 모터는 인가주파수, 인가전압, 2상의 구동신호사이의 위상차 및 구동신호의 duty비 등에 따라 그 특성이 변하므로, 모터를 제어하기 위해서는 이러한 변수들에 대해 정밀한 특성측정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 초음파모터의 제작과 함께 컴퓨터인터페이스된 압전초음파모터 평가장치를 개발하였고, 제작한 초음파모터의 특성을 여러 구동변수에 대해 측정하였다. 구동변수들은 모두 디지털로 처리되므로, 초음파모터의 특성측정을 쉽게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 차후 초음파모터의 디지털제어에 기본 바탕이 된다.

소형차에서의 여성 특화 패키지 인자 연구 (A Study on Women's Specific Package Factors for Compact Vehicle)

  • To develop a compact vehicle for women, the most important areas are 'behavioral characteristics, life style and driving posture'. Static AM95%ile manikin is used for package guideline. Since women's characteristics and sitting position are different from men, however, the guideline cannot satisfy women drivers. Therefore, the goal of this study is to make the database with dynamic women's driving posture and behavioral characteristics at compact vehicle. Research process will be made as follows. Firstly, through the online/offline survey and statistic analysis, lifestyle and behavioral characteristics (discomfort elements) of women are extracted. Secondly, the author performs scenario test to acquire the discomfort value of driving situation and life style. 3D models of women's manikin and driving posture were created by CATIA HUMAN. The 3D models are used for the purpose of analyzing women's driving posture. Finally, with the ANOVA result and comparison between real driving posture and package guidelines, the author is able to suggest the main issue for women drivers.

마모가 SAW 모터 구동특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Wear on the SAW Motor Driving Characteristics)

  • Recently the demand for a fast and precise actuator in semiconductor industries is growing larger. A SAW motor is now expected as a new friction-drive actuator to meet such demand. However, its friction and wear properties are almost unknown and its low stability and reliability still remain to be solved. In this research the tests of SAW motor were carried out and its durability was discussed. The effect of wear caused by friction on the driving force and driving speed were clarified.

  • In electric motor coaches, the rolling stocks move by the adhesive effort between rail and driving wheel. Generally, the adhesive effort is defined by the function of both the weight of electric motor coach and the adhesive effort between rails and driving wheel. The characteristics of adhesive effort is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheel. When the adhesive effort decreases suddenly, inertia conversion the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. This paper proposes a anti-slip control algorithm which uses the maximum adhesive effort by instantaneous estimation of adhesion force using load torque disturbance observer. Based on this estimated adhesive effort, the anti-slip control is performed to obtain the maximum transfer of the tractive effort.

  • An ultrasonic linear motor was composed of a slider and a stator vibrator including piezoelectric material and elastic material. The ultrasonic linear motors mainly consist of an ultrasonic vibrator which generates elliptical oscillations. L1-B4 ultrasonic linear motor use longitudinal and bending multi-vibration. In order to design stators which has high efficiency and driving characteristics, The finite element method was used to optimize dimension of ultrasonic vibrator and direction of vibratory displacement. stator vibrator of respectively width 3, 5, 7[mm] was fabricated and experimented. as results When width was 5[mm], the driving characteristics was good.

An Intelligent Nano-positioning Control System Driven by an Ultrasonic Motor

  • This paper presents a linear positioning system and its control algorithm design with nano accuracy/resolution. The basic linear stage structure is driven by an ultrasonic motor and its displacement feedback is detected by a LDGI (Laser Diffraction Grating Interferometer), which can achieve nanometer resolution. Due to the friction driving property of the ultrasonic motor, the driving situation differs in various ranges along the travel. Experiments have been carried out in order to observe and realize the phenomena of the three main driving modes: AC mode (for mm motion), Gate mode (for ${\mu}m$ motion), and DC mode (for nm motion). A proposed FCMAC (Fuzzy Cerebella Model Articulation Controller) control algorithm is implemented for manipulating and predicting the velocity variation during the motion of each mode respectively. The PCbased integral positioning system is built up with a NI DAQ Device by a BCB (Borland $C^{++}$ Builder) program to accomplish the purpose of an intelligent nanopositioning control.
