마그네트론 구동용 고역률 부스트 입력 방식의 공진형 전원장치 (Boost Input type High Power Factor Resonant Power Supply for driving Magnetron Device)

  • This paper proposes the boost input type resonant power supply for driving the magnetron device of the high-capacity microwave oven. Circuit topology of the proposed power supply is the boost input type resonant converter which uses the resonance between transformer leakage inductance and resonance capacitance. Proposed power supply obtains high power factor more than 98% through continuous current mode pulse width modulation. To verify the validity of the proposed power supply, operation principle in the steady state is analyzed and experimental results are presented.

The Study of Transmission Spectrum of Twisted Nematic Liquid Crystal Doped with Phosphorus Micro Particles Apply for Vehicle Lamp

  • In this study, the spectrum changes induced from the doping of phosphor micro particles in a twist nematic liquid crystal cell was observed. The experimental results show that the achromatic transmission can be observed with a proper driving condition, which may be applied to the design of an achromatic liquid crystal device. In this paper, we tried to figure out the spectrum changes induced from the doping of phosphor micro particles. The experimental result of the phosphor powder doped twist nematic liquid crystal cell shows that the achromatic transmission and the wavelength linearly dependent transmission both can be observed with some proper driving conditions, respectively. The result is useful on developing an achromatic liquid crystal device and it can be applied for Vihicle lamp.

말뚝 시공관리를 위한 비접촉식 관입량 측정장치 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Non-contact Penetration and Rebound Measurement Device for Quality Control in Driven Piles)

  • 국내 매입말뚝 시공방법은 선굴착 후 최종단계의 항타 관입량으로 관리하는 것이 일반적이다. 관입량은 오래전부터 수기 측정방식에 의해 이루어지고 있으며, 작업자의 안전문제와 측정값의 신뢰도 부족 등에도 작업성의 한계와 비용 문제로 자동화 기술이 적용되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비접촉식 말뚝 관입량 측정 장치를 개발하고 기존 장치와 비교계측을 통해 현장 성능을 검증하였다. 또한 관입량 측정장치를 활용하여 현장 품질관리 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 실제 현장 실험을 통해 개발 장치를 활용한 관입량 측정과 수정 Hiley공식 및 동적감쇠계수 산정을 통해 보다 신뢰도 높은 지지력 추정이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 연구결과에 따라 각 현장마다 수행된 동재하시험으로 부터 현장 보정 절차가 이루어지면 보다 신뢰성 높은 지지력 추정이 가능하며, 실제 현장에서는 동재하시험이 수행되지 않은 말뚝에 대해서도 지지력 관점의 말뚝 시공관리에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

협력운전을 위한 운전자-차량 인터페이스 연구 (A Study on Driver-vehicle Interface for Cooperative Driving)

  • 완전자율주행(Auto Driving, AD) 실현을 위한 다양한 기술적, 사회적 접근이 진행되고 있으며, 동시에 통신 네트워크와 확장된 첨단운전자지원시스템을 포함하는 협력주행(Cooperative Driving, CD)에 대한 개발이 진행되고 있다. CD에서는 운전자와 시스템의 역할 분담과 주행 안정성 확보가 중요하기 때문에 운전자와 차량 간 효율적인 인터페이스 방안이 요구된다. 본 연구는 CD에서의 운전자와 시스템의 역할과 기능을 고려하여 운전자, 시스템 및 불확실성을 내재한 주행 환경을 포함하는 연구모델을 제안한다. 또한 주행 환경에 대한 분석과 연구모델을 이용하여 CD에서의 다양한 주행 상황에 대응해야하는 운전자와 차량 간의 효율적인 인터페이스 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 제안된 연구모델과 인터페이스 방안은 CD 시스템 설계, 운전석 모듈 개발 및 인터페이스 디바이스 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

준중형급 전기자동차의 주행특성에 따른 에너지 소모량 분석 (The Analysis of Energy Consumption for an Electric Vehicle under Various Driving Circumstance)

  • This paper discusses the energy consumption for a mid-size electric vehicle(EV) under various conditions. In order to analyze which driving style is more efficient in terms of the system of the EV, we develop the electric vehicle model and apply several types of speed profiles such as different steady speeds, acceleration/deceleration, and a real world driving cycle including the elevation profile obtained from a GPS device. The results show that the energy consumption of the EV is affected by the operating efficiency of components when driving at low speed, while it depends on required power at wheels when driving at high speed. Also this paper investigates the effect of the elevation of a road and the rate of electrical braking on the energy consumption as well as the fuel economy of a conventional vehicle model under the same conditions.

MR 브레이크를 이용한 햅틱 큐 가속페달 장치 설계 및 제어 (Design and Control of Haptic Cue Device for Accelerator Pedal Using MR Brake)

  • This paper proposes a new haptic cue vehicle accelerator pedal device using magnetorheological(MR) brake. As a first step, an MR fluid-based haptic cue device is devised to be capable of rotary motion of accelerator pedal. Under consideration of spatial limitation, design parameters are optimally determined to maximize control torque using finite element method. The proposed haptic cue device is then manufactured and integrated with accelerator pedal. Its field-dependant torque is experimentally evaluated. Vehicle system emulating gear shifting and engine speed is constructed in virtual environment and communicated with the haptic cue device. Haptic cue algorithm using the feed-forward control algorithm is formulated to achieve optimal gear shifting in driving. Control performances are experimentally evaluated via feed-forward control strategy and presented in time domain.

  • The influences of silicon and MgO seed particle on the reconstruction characteristics of MgO protective layer were investigated to clarify the mechanism of reconstruction and exaggerated grain growth (EGG) in AC-PDP. The reconstruction and EGG are closely correlated with the driving force for nucleation and growth, interface energy and initial size distribution of MgO protective layer in plasma space during discharge in AC-PDP.

  • DeviceNet은 Rockwell/Allen-Bradley에서 개발된 응용계층으로 CAN(controller area network)을 기반으로 한 저가의 통신 링크이며 단순한 산업용 디바이스(sensors, actuators)와 상위 디바이스(controller)를 연결하는 하위 레벨의 네트워크이다. 본 논문에서는 2대의 전동기를 마스터, 슬레이브 형식으로 실시간 동특성을 만족할 수 있는 동기제어 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 DeviceNet을 이용하여 실시간으로 제어할수 있는 복수 전동기 구동시스템을 구현하고자 한다. DeviceNet 마스터는 Hilscher사(社)의 DeviceNet Card(CIF50-DNM)를 PC에 장착되어 구현하고 슬레이브는 Atmel사(社)의 AVR칩(AT90CAN128)을 이용하여 설계하였다.

  • According to passengers gain and headway's contraction, railway vehicle is required quick and correct running. The importance of ATC device was increased gradually, and also is acting important role in safe train running and efficient use in this reason. Now, railway vehicle that is manufactured or is remodeled are designed to most automatic driving system, and ATC device design direction than other device of railway vehicle influences to whole system in this reason. Also, according as system becomes complicated gradually, importance of fault tracing function fur ATC device is emphasized gradually, and in this reason research about efficient fault tracing method is to act important role heightening reliability of ATC device. In this document, that analyzing about result through examination of automatic train operation system of localization model ATC device(SG-100) and application example, and do so that investigate about efficient fault Bracing.
