호흡에 따른 간장용적의 변화와 정상조직손상확율에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Volumetrical changes of liver associated with breathing and its impact to normal tissue complication probability)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate geometrical and volumetrical changes of liver due to breathing and its impact to NTCP. In order to attain better treatment results it should be considered deliberately during planning session. Mehtods and Materials : Seven patients were examined in this study who have done TACE for accurate tumor margin drawing. After contrast media injection, C-T scan data were obtained in supine position during breathing free, inhalation and exhalation, respectively. For all patients C-T scan were done with same scanning parameters- 5 mm index, 5 mm thickness and pitch 1. Based on C-T data we have measured differences of each variables between breathing status such as changes of total and remained liver volumes, GTV, beam path length and superior to inferior shift. NTCP were calculated using Lyman's effective volume DVH reduction scheme and for this NTCP calculation, the V50 was computed from DVH and each m, n value were referred from Burmans data. Results : The measured total tilter volume and the remained liver volume changed between inspiration and expiration about $1.2-7.7\%(mean+2.7\%)$ and $2.5-13.23\%(mean=5.8\%)$ respectively, and these results were statistically significant(p>0.1). The GTV difference in each patient varied widely from $1.17\%\;to\;30.69\%$, but this result was not statistically significant. Depending on the breathing status, the beam path length was changed from 0.5 cm to 1.1 cm with the average of 0.7 cm, and it was statistically significant(p=0.006). The measured superior to inferior shifts were ranged from 0.5 cm to 3.74 cm. The NTCPs were changed relatively small in each patient, but the variation was large between the patients. The mean NTCP difference was $10.5\%$, with the variation ranged from $7\%\;to\;23.5\%$. Conclusion : Variations of liver volume and of beam path length were changed significantly depending on the breathing statues and the range of variation itself was very different between the patients. Since this variance could seriously affect the clinical outcomes of radiation treatments, the breathing of patients need to be accounted when a final treatment planning is derided.

디지로그 북 저작을 위한 3D 객체의 In-Situ 기반의 이동 궤적 편집 기법 (In-Situ based Trajectory Editing Method of a 3D Object for Digilog Book Authoring)

  • 디지로그 북(Digilog book)은 기존 서적과 디지털 콘텐츠을 융합함으로써, 아날로그적 감성과 디지털 오감을 함께 제공하는 증강현실기반 차세대 출판물이다. 디지로그 북을 저작할 수 있는 저작 소프트웨어인 아틀렛(ARtalet)은 증강현실 환경에서 3 차원 사용자 인터페이스를 이용한 직관적인 In-Situ 저작 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문은 디지로그 북에 증강된 3D 객체에 이동 경로를 생성하고 조작 할 수 있는, 아틀렛 저작 환경 기반의 이동 궤적 편집 기법을 제안한다. 구체적으로 이동 궤적의 조정점(Control point)을 적절히 할당하기 위해서 3차원 조작도구의 이동 좌표에 대하여 조정점 할당 검사를 한다. 그리고 부드러운 곡선 형태로 이동 궤적을 복원하기 위해서 스플라인을 이용한 보간 과정을 수행한다. 또한 작고 밀집된 이동 궤적의 조정점을 효과적으로 선택하기 위해서 동적 스코어(Score)를 기반으로 한 조정점 선택 방법을 적용한다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법은 기존 방법에 비해 오차와 완료시간은 유의한 차이가 없었지만, 조정점의 수를 약 90% 이상 감소시킬 수 있었다. 이것은 매우 적은 수의 조정점만으로도 이동궤적을 복원할 수 있으며 추후 이동 궤적 조작에 필요한 조정점의 조작 횟수를 대폭 줄일 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 제안한 방법은 기존의 조정점 조작 방법에 비해 상대적으로 적은 손과 팔의 움직임만으로도 빠르게 이동 궤적의 형태를 변경 할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 3D 객체의 이동 궤적 편집 방법은 몰입형 In-Situ 증강현실 환경의 교육, 게임, 디자인, 애니메이션, 시뮬레이션 등의 분야에서 드로잉 또는 곡선 편집 방법으로 응용될 수 있다.

침수 시 주거용 건축물에서 대피시설로의 접근 취약성 분석을 통한 피난경로 확보방안 - 대구시 북구 침수 사례지를 중심으로 - (Ensuring the Evacuation Path Based on Inundation & Refuge Approach Vulnerability Analysis in Residential Buildings - Focused on Daegu Bukgu Inundation Case District -)

  • Recently, there have been frequent occurrence of the damage to lives and properties due to the torrential rain caused by climate change. In consideration of the current situations in which the underlying data related to flooding are lacking, this study conducted to build up the basic data on the flooded areas and suggested methods to secure the evacuation routes that can be accessible to evacuation facilities in the residential buildings. Methods of the study are as follows. First, We calculated the flood risk grades of residential buildings based on elevations, considering the flooding characteristics of the flooded areas in Buk-gu, Daegu. Second, We constructed baseline data on the evacuation routes through site investigation and reviewed of drawing using Arc GIS to identify vulnerability to access to the evacuation facilities, targeting the residential buildings. Third, We carried out the proximity analysis through a near analysis of analysis functions in ARC GIS. Forth, We deduced 115 residential buildings in which access to evacuation facilities is considered to be difficult based on the analysis results. Finally, We proposed extension of a blind alley as a means for achieving connectivity to evacuation facilities. And to evaluate the alternatives presented, we reconstructed route data. As a result, about 53% improvement was identified through the proximity analysis.

온라인 환경에서 프라이버시 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 보호동기이론을 중심으로 - (Privacy Behavioral Intention in Online Environment: Based on Protection Motivation Theory)

  • 온라인 환경에서 개인정보가 유출되는 사건이 빈번히 일어남에 따라 온라인 사용자들의 프라이버시 문제가 중요해지고 있다. 개인정보가 유출되는 사건을 직접 혹은 간접적으로 경험한 온라인 사용자는 자신의 프라이버시에 대해 위협을 느끼게 되고, 이로 인해 프라이버시 보호에 대한 기존의 인식이나 행동에 변화를 가져오게 된다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 환경에서 프라이버시를 보호하기 위한 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 보호동기이론을 기반으로 규명하고자 하였다. 보호동기이론은 위협소구에 의한 보호행동의 변화과정을 설명하기 위한 대표적인 이론으로, 위협과 효능감이라는 개인의 인지적 평가에 의해 보호동기가 형성되고 이를 통하여 프라이버시 행동의 변화가 일어난다는 것이다. 이때 인지적 매개과정에서 보호동기요인을 개인의 프라이버시 태도 및 신념을 나타내는 프라이버시 신뢰와 프라이버시 위험으로 설정하여 구조방정식을 활용함으로써 실증분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석의 결과에 따르면, 보호동기요인과 선행요인인 위협 및 효능감과의 관계에서는 효능감과 프라이버시 위험 간의 경로를 제외하고 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 보호동기요인과 결과요인인 프라이버시 행동의도의 관계에서는 프라이버시 위험과 프라이버시 행동의도 간의 경로는 통계적으로 유의하나 프라이버시 신뢰와 프라이버시 행동의도 간의 경로는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

귀추적 사고를 경험한 과학 교사들의 중학교 1학년 빛 단원 지도 방식에 대한 인식의 변화 (The Cognition Changes Related to the Teaching Methods of "Light" Chapter for 7th Grade as Experienced by Science Teachers in Abduction Thinking)

  • 본 연구에서는 10명의 화학교육 석사과정 과학교사들을 대상으로 빛 단원 지도에 대한 어려움, 교사의 학습 경험, 교사의 지도 방식, 교사의 사고 유형에 대해 면담을 하였다. 그 후 귀추적 사고를 위한 토론 수업을 12시간 동안 실시하였다. 토론수업에 참여한 교사들 중에서 4명으로부터 개별 면담 자료와 보고서를 받았다. 연구 결과, 토론 수업 전에 대부분의 교사들은 빛 단원을 지도할 때 어려움을 겪은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대부분 작도법을 사용하여 지도하려고 노력하였으나, 교육적 효과는 거의 없었다. 그리고 자신이 가르치는 방식은 자신이 학생이었을 때 배웠던 방식과 유사하였다. 토론 수업 중 교사들은 자신이 빛의 경로를 직접 관찰할 수 없으며, 상을 통해 빛의 경로를 추론해야 한다는 사실을 깨닫게 되었다. 빛 단원에 대한 귀추적 사고 과정을 거쳐 교사들은 상의 의미를 깨닫고, 학생들을 지도하는 구체적인 방안을 획득하였다.

신발 접착제 도포 시스템을 위한 CAD 기반 로봇 오프라인 프로그래밍 (CAD Based Robot Off-line Programming for Shoe Adhesive Application System)

  • Most of shoes manufacturing processes are not yet automated, which puts restrictions on the increase of productivity. Among them, adhesive application processes particularly are holding the most workers and working hours. In addition, its working conditions are very poor due to the toxicity of adhesive agents. In case of automating adhesive application processes by using robots, the robot teaching by playback is difficult to produce high productivity because the kinds of shoes to be taught mount up to several thousands. Therefore, it is essential to generate the robot working paths automatically according to the kind, the size, and the right and left of shoes, and also to teach them to the robot automatically. This study deals with automated adhesive spraying to shoe outsoles and uppers by using a robot, and develops the program to generate three-dimensional robot working paths off-line based on CAD data. First, the three-dimensional data of an outsole outline or an upper profiling line are extracted from the two-dimensional CAD drawing file or the three-dimensional scanner. Next, based on the extracted data and the nozzle conditions for adhesive spraying, a robot working path is generated automatically. This research work is the core in automating adhesive spraying processes, and will do much for increasing productivity of shoes manufacturing.

시선추적장치를 활용한 은행 브랜드 로고의 시각적 주의집중도 분석 연구 (Analysis of Visual Attention in Bank Brand Logo using Eye-Tracking)

  • This study selected brand logos of six South Korean and Chinese banks including KB, IBK, SH, ICBC, ABC, and SISB, conducted Eye Tracking experiment among 36 South Korean and Chinese university students(Nine male and female students, respectively), and analyzed the difference of visual attention of consumers on bank brand logo, symbol, Korean/Chinese character logo types as well as the difference of visual attention of these consumers on English logo types. Results were represented by using statistics and visualization including GAZEPLOT, HEATMAP, and visual expression. Results showed that most generally gazed logo types more often and longer than symbols when they watched bank brand logos. A slight difference was observed between both groups in terms of gazing English logo types. This study has a implication that it proposed the possibility of drawing quantitative and reliable outcomes by utilizing eye tracking device and approaching in an objective standpoint beyond a methodological aspect on bank brand logo primarily leaning over the analysis of case research or design development. Moreover, findings are expected to serve as basic data for proposing the direction of special bank brand logo design and marketing strategies.

탄소성 내연적 유한요소법을 이용한 평면 이방성 박판의 성형공정해석 (Elastic-Plastic Implicit Finite Element Method Considering Planar Anisotropy for Complicated Sheet Metal Forming Processes)

  • A new approach has been proposed for the incremental analysis of the nonsteady state large deformation of planar anisotropic elastic-plastic sheet forming. A mathematical brief review of a constitutive law for the incremental deformation theory has been presented from flow theory using the minimum plastic work path for elastic-plastic material. Since the material embedded coordinate system(Lagrangian quantity) is used in the proposed theory the stress integration procedure is completely objective. A new return mapping algorithm has been also developed from the general midpoint rule so as to achieve numerically large strain increment by successive control of yield function residuals. Some numerical tests for the return mapping algorithm were performed using Barlat's six component anisotropic stress potential. Performance of the proposed algorithm was shown to be good and stable for a large strain increment, For planar anisotropic sheet forming updating algorithm of planar anisotropic axes has been newly proposed. In order to show the effectiveness and validity of the present formulation earing simulation for a cylindrical cup drawing and front fender stamping analysis are performed. From the results it has been shown that the present formulation can provide a good basis for analysis for analysis of elastic-plastic sheet metal forming processes.

박판금속성형의 초기 블랭크 최적설계를 위한 삼차원 다단계 역해석 (Three dimensional multi-step inverse analysis for optimum design of initial blank in sheet metal forming)

  • Values of process parameters in sheet metal forming can be estimated by various one-step inverse methods. One-step inverse methods based on deformation theory, however, cause some amount of error. The amount of error is generally increased as the deformation path becomes more complex. As a remedy, a new three dimensional multi-step inverse method is introduced for optimum design of blank shapes and strain distributions from desired final shapes. The approach extends a one-step inverse method to a multi-step inverse method in order to reduce the amount of error. The algorithm developed is applied to square cup drawing to confirm its validity by demonstrating reasonably accurate numerical results. Rapid calculation with this algorithm enables easy determination of an initial blank of sheet metal forming.

  • A new method of optimal blank shape design using the initial nodal velocity (INOV) has been proposed for the drawings of arbitrary shaped cups. With the given information of tool shape and the final product shape, corresponding initial blank shape has been found from the motion of boundary nodes. Although the sensitivity method, the past work of Hynbo Shim and Kichan Son, has been proved to be excellent method to find optimal blank shapes, the method has a problem that a couple of deformation analysis is required at each design step and it also exhibits an abnormal behaviors in the rigid body rotation prevailing region. In the present method INOV, only a single deformation analysis per each design stage is required. Drawings of practical products as well as oil-pan have been chosen as the examples. At every case the optimal blank shapes have been obtained only after a few times of modification without predetermined deformation path. The deformed shape with predicted optimal blank almost coincides with the target shape at every case. Through the investigation the INOV is found to be very effective in the arbitrary shaped drawing process design.
