Compared to standard piling methods, micropile construction can be used in downtown areas since it generates less vibration and noise. Since it only causes less soil disturbance, it is commonly used as reinforcement to existing structures. In this study, a field wherein the bearing capacity and settlement of soil can not support the weight of the superstructure was selected and micropiles were implemented instead of ordinary piles. The deformation modulus of the micropile reinforced ground was determined and was directly reflected in the design. Loading testing was used to check whether or not the allowable bearing capacity satisfies the condition of the designed bearing capacity. The computed deformation modulus based from the test was used in the numerical analysis of soil to investigate the stability of the foundation and analysis method. And a method for controlling the bearing capacity and settlement was recommended.

In this study, we are trying to find the feature & performance which get improved economic feasibility & construct ability through improving sympathetic detonation of New KINECKER-I used in blasting of micro-vibration & formulation and would provide convenience for use by introducing standard blasting pattern & construction method. Also, checked and confirmed all the blasting with connecting cap has been cleary detonated.

The maps produced by the NGII(geographical information institute) are composed of 1/1,000, 1/2,500, 1/5,000 large scale maps, 1/25,000, 1/50,000 and smaller scale maps. 1/1,000 digital map, as the most large-scale digital map made by the NGII, has been constructed with the beginning of NGIS(national geographic information System) Project in 1995. However, 1/1000 digital maps have been not produced by the fundamental survey on the basis of systematic planning at the national level, but a lot of parts have been constructed by the public survey for the purpose of the fiscal year of the local governments. Also, these maps have been not regularly updated because of big budget. In this study, we investigated problems related to the construction status, system, and area, and suggested plans that can improve these problems. As the improvement plan, we proposed a nationwide three regionalization for short-term modification and long-term regular update, reset of core downtown boundaries based on topographical features, diversification of budget execution method and an improved execution system.

In this study, the status and characteristics of fine dust and its impact on neighboring areas were investigated to proactively respond to the government's environmental regulations expected in the future and to minimize the damage by the fine dust generated at construction waste intermediate treatment plants. In addition, since there are no such plants that can affect the surroundings with no houses or other waste treatment sites nearby, an independently located construction waste intermediate treatment plant was selected to compare the characteristics of fine dust with that from the construction waste intermediate treatment sites located in the downtown area. The conclusions of the study are as follows. (1) The measurement results of PM10 at 4 points in the plant showed that the location where the crushing facility was operating had an elevated level of fine dust at 80㎍/m3 on average and a maximum of 124㎍/m3, and the level rose to 110㎍/m3 at points where vehicles frequent. (2) The PM2.5 measurement results inside the plant showed that the average concentration of the reference point was 16㎍/m3 and the maximum value was 20㎍/m3, which was distributed within the management standard. (3) It was found that the average concentration of PM10 in the nearby area ranged from 28 to 38㎍/m3, which was similar to or lower than 36㎍/m3 of the reference point. Therefore, the concentration of the fine dust generated in the plant had a negligible effect on the increase in concentration of fine dust in nearby areas. (4) The heavy metal contents were measured from the filter paper collected from the plant. The PM10 was found to be about 14 to 26ng/m3, and PM 2.5 was 25 to 28ng/m3, which was the average of domestic atmospheric concentrations. (5) The SEM-EDX analysis results showed that the PM10 contained Si and O around 40% similarly for both. The SiO2, a component of silica occupied the most and C was present as CaCO3, which was assumed to be a limestone component. The remaining components included NaO, Al2O3, and CaO as trace oxides. (6) The SEM-EDX analysis results showed that the PM 2.5 contained 5 to 7% of Cl, which is a chlorine ion, and a small amount of K was detected at 2.51% in the sample from the shutdown plant.

This paper investigates the historical significance of Independence Park in Korean landscape architecture by examining the idea and goal, master plan and scheme, and meaning and limitation of the park The construction was announced in July and began with the Independence Arch in the middle of September, 1896. Dr. Philip Jaisohn (Suh Jai-Pil), Counselor of The Privy Office and president of the Independence newspaper, played an important role in park construction. He formally advised the arrangements and general planning of the park, but he actually played a leading role in the park as much as he designed and superintended the erection of the arch. He had the conception of a productive park for cultivating and experimenting with a variety of trees surrounding the monument. In terms of the history of Korean landscape architecture, Independence Park is important in that it is the first modem city park that was tried independently as part of the modernizing-Seoul project and the only park of which object and scheme were revealed. It also strengthens the roots of Korean modem landscape architecture by pushing Korean history of public parks into the prior time to Japanese colonial period and enriches the contents of Korean modem landscape architecture. Independence Park is the original realization of a public park because it was constructed with participation and donations from the planning stage to the construction and use. In addition, it is the goal and means to inspire the spirit of national independence and patriotism in Korean people and lead them to voluntary awakening, enlightenment, and participation. Independence Park, however, was not constructed according to Dr. Jaisohn's original intent due to the lack of funds and the rudimentary level of landscape construction technology. In addition, the location was too far from downtown and accessibility was very difficult. For these reasons, many do not consider the park as having been constructed. However, this kind of view must be changed. Other parks of the time were not detailed and decorated like typical western parks, but were left as public spaces. In other words, these parks should not be judged by comparing them to western parks. This is the same concept as that of the first parks of modem Korea being called 'park land.' These parks were more natural environments than planned gardens.
In this study, to build a spatial information infrastructure, which is a component of a smart city, a 3D digital twin model in the downtown area was built based on the latest spatial information acquisition technology, the drone. Several analysis models were implemented by utilizing. While the data processing time and quality of the three types of drone photogrammetry software are different, the accuracy of the construction model is ± 0.04 in the N direction and ± 0.03m in the E direction. In the m and Z directions, ± 0.02m was found to be less than 0.1m, which is defined as the allowable range of surveying performance and inspection performance for the boundary point in the area where the registration of the boundary point registration is executed. 1: 500 to 1 of the aerial survey work regulation: The standard deviation, which is the error limit of the photographic reference point of the 600 scale, appeared within 0.14 cm, and it was found that the error limit of the large scale specified in the cadastral and aerial survey was satisfied. Compared to the existing aerial photographic survey method, it was judged that the accuracy of the naked eye reading point is more accurate (about 10cm) than the existing aerial photographic survey, and it is possible to reduce the construction cost compared to the existing aerial photographic survey at a construction area of about 30㎢ or less.

This study tried to find differences between housing lotting prices and sale prices owing to new multi-family housing price regulation. As the results of this study, they are as follows; First, this study shows housing market in Busan has a preferences of new housing which has a new housing form differing from the existing housing form. For example, the mixed-use apartment with higher stories shows steeper incline than the apartments with the existing forms. Second, the new housing prices are affected by the information that affect the price of the old existing housing. They are rates of green area of an apartment complex, the number of household, accessibility to downtown Busan and etc.. They are also confirmed factors that affect a rise of used-housing price in other studies. Third, brand value of apartments affects new housing prices. For example, if the major construction companies build the new apartment, it shows a rising trend than any other housing. Therefore, the local construction companies are expected to be put on a disadvantage places than major construction companies. Fourth, the lotting prices are the most important cause that lead to rise the new housing prices. Accordingly, the present lotting prices are expected that upward tendency the purchasing prices of the new housing will not continue, because the lotting prices have risen since the government removed lotting price regulations and exceeded the level of used-housing prices. And it denote that importance of housing sub-market which indicates rates of old existing housing market rising, frist preference Gu, second preference Gu, rate of multi-family housing.
Recently, a lower levels space has turned into a mediating space where people can experience urban spaces directly and it has revitalized communication between the city and company and also it has changed itself newly. In addition, this space which is connecting interior and exterior spaces of company's buildings can attract people living in the downtown as shock-absorbing and transitional space and it is getting more important part in urban context these days. Through case studies of corporate office space planning characteristics derived lower levels and to provide direction for the lower levels of the corporate office space planning purposes of the present study. Therefore, I establish the concept of the public good corporate office space and transition space, the concept of transition through the first Theoretical Methods. I investigate the properties of the transition area is used as the target for completion of the current construction culture destination since 2000, winning the corporate office, I have been talking about the characteristics of the corporate office along the lower part of the last PPS assessment criteria to apply to the building. PPS by applying an assessment factor can be derived for building enterprise case studies and analysis of the results the following conclusions about the use of publicity and transition space. First, lower levels of corporate office space had been applied to the use and activity in a very important project characteristics. Second, corporate office space, lower levels of access and linkages are important. Finally, in terms of public characteristics transition space is a important characteristic for low-rise space of headquarter buildings.

The importance of public infrastructures' protection against crash or blast loads has been emerging issue as structures are becoming bigger and population densities in downtown cities are growing up. However, there exists no sufficient study which considers the developments of protective building materials, that are essential for protective design and construction. To assess the protection performance and the applicability as protective materials of high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composites(HPFRCC), this study performed the impact tests with 40 mm gas-gun propelled projectile crash machine. From this study, it has observed that both high compressive strength of cement matrix and fiber reinforcement are beneficial for the improvement of impact resistance.
This study peformed an evaluation of the physical and mechanical properties and sound absorption characteristics of porous concrete according to the target void ratio and content of the recycled aggregate in order to reduce the noise generated in roads, railroads, residential areas and downtown areas and effectively utilize the recycled waste concrete aggregate generated as a byproduct of construction. The test results demonstrated that the difference between the target void ratio and the actual measured void ratio was less than 1.7% and that the tendency of the compression strength was to reduce rapidly when the target void ratio and the content of the recycled aggregate exceeded 25% and 50%, respectively. In addition, the sound absorption characteristics of the porous concrete using recycled waste concrete aggregate showed that the NRC was the highest at the target void ratio of 25% and the content of the recycled aggregate had very little influence on the NRC. Therefore, when considering the compression strength and the sound absorption characteristics of porous concrete, the proper target void ratio and the content of the recycled waste concrete aggregate are thought to be 25% and 50%, respectively
