기계학습을 이용한 택배 고객의 소리 분류 (Classification of V.O.C in The Door-to-Door Delivery Service Using Machine Learning Techniques)

  • 국내 택배시장 규모는 매출 3조원 이상, 물량 13 억 상자 이상을 처리하고 있다. 2000년 6천억원에서 불과 10년 사이에 500% 이상 확대되었다. 그에 반해 소비자들의 불만 역시 증가하였다. 따라서 현재의 수작업 VOC 분류 방식으로는 적정한 대응에 한계가 있을 수 밖에 없다. 이 논문에서는 효율적인 택배불만 처리를 위해서 불만의 종류와 정도를 기계학습을 이용하여 자동분류 하는 과정 및 결과를 기술한다. 약 93,000건의 VOC(voice of customer)를 대상으로 학습 데이터를 구축하고 여러 자질 선택 기법을 비교하였으며, 기존의 다양한 문서 자동 분류 방법들을 적용해 보았다. 실험결과 지지벡터기계가 가장 좋은 성능을 보였고, 각각의 F-measure 값은 불만의 정도는 83.1%, 불만의 종류는 75.9% 로 측정되었다.

마케팅 전략실행을 통한 우정서비스 경쟁력 강화방안 (A Marketing Strategy Implementation for Korea Postal Service)

  • Korea Postal Service(KPS) nowadays lies in competitive environment with alternative business such as door-to-door delivery service. Customers began to complain about postal service quality and ask the government to reform a public firm through management innovation. But, Korea Postal Service has not met the break-even point between it's revenue and expenditure because the service is under the government system and cannot independently make major decisions on products, pricing, services, personnel management, financial policies and etc. The objective of this study is to provide marketing planners and practitioners with some guidelines when they establish marketing strategies and to help marketers on theories and practical instructions about postal service marketing when they interact with customers. I. A field survey on both customer satisfaction and internal staff satisfaction was conducted to get some ideas for the marketing strategy planning. II. Practical guidelines and instructions were made for marketers to communicate with customers in various areas such as pricing, product, service demand, marketing channel, promotion, and etc. III. Some suggestions on marketing policies for planners and mangers in the marketing strategy were described including personnel resource as well as physical resource. IV. Special issues on small packet market and direct mail market were discussed and some alternative solutions were proposed. V. Database marketing strategy was emphasized to get new business opportunities such as direct mail, and to provide differential services to customers as much as their contribution into the profitability for KPS. VI. Cyber Post Office should be constructed on Internet to provide new services which are combined with physical material flow and information technologies.

영상콘텐츠 제작을 위한 대학 교양 커리큘럼 개발 -영상콘텐츠의 이해와 제작- (Development of University Liberal Education Curriculum for Creating Video Content -Understanding and Production of Video Content-)

  • Today, the media environment has changed dramatically with the development of Internet transmission technology, computer performance, and various media production technologies. In particular, video content is widely used every day through mobile device or computer connected to the Internet. In addition, the ability to produce video content today is more important than ever, as the use of video content is also increasing in the area of information delivery and communication over the Internet. In this study, it was developed a liberal education curriculum in universities for the production of video content. The developed curriculum was composed of a combination of an online curriculum for theory and an offline curriculum for practicum. In the online curriculum, a 54 DOOR contents were developed to allow students to learn the theoretical knowledge and basic making techniques related to the production of video content. In an offline 15-week practicum curriculum, it covered the practical training contents of video content production that should be acquired every week. This developed liberal education curriculum aims to give non-major students in universities the opportunity to learn the technology of producing video content and to foster the ability to communicate in the media environment by using the video content produced.

다수의 도어를 갖는 크로스도킹 터미널에서 입고와 출고를 병행하는 트럭일정계획을 위한 유전알고리즘 (A Genetic Algorithm for Scheduling of Trucks with Inbound and Outbound Process in Multi-Door Cross Docking Terminals)

  • Cross docking is a logistics management concept in which items delivered to a terminal by inbound trucks are immediately sorted out, routed and loaded into outbound trucks for delivery to customers. Two main advantages by introducing a cross docking terminal are to consolidate multiple smaller shipment into full truck load and remove storage and order picking processes to save up logistics costs related to warehousing and transportation costs. This research considers the scheduling problem of trucks in the cross docking terminals with multi-door in an inbound and outbound dock, respectively. The trucks sequentially deal with the storage process at the one of inbound doors and the shipping process at the one of the outbound doors. A mathematical model for an optimal solution is derived, and genetic algorithms with two different chromosome representations are proposed. To verify performance of the GA algorithms, we compare the solutions of GAs with the optimal solutions and the best solution using randomly generated several examples.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 의류제품 구매경험에 따른 의류제품 및 웹 서비스 평가기준에 관한 연구 (Criteria of Evaluating Clothing and Web Service on Internal Shopping Mall Related to Purchase Experience)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the criteria of evaluating clothing and web service on internet shopping malls related to consumers' shopping behavior, This study surveyed consumers who have an experience of buying products on the internet shopping mall and the questionnaire and judgment sampling was used. The subjects were 305 men and women living in the metropolitan area. Method of data analysis were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and descriptive statistics. The results were as follows: the items buy from the internet were t-shirts, blouses, knits, skirts and pants. The reasons for buying clothing on the internet were good prices, time saving, door-to-door delivery, while the reasons for not buying on the internet were worries about differences between the product shown on the screen and the actual one, quality guarantee, delivery accident and inconvenience in exchange and refund. Among the differences of clothing evaluation criteria according to internet shopping behavior, significant differences were found in the esthetic criteria and the quality performance criteria according to internet using hours, and in the esthetic criteria according to buying experiences. Among the differences of web service evaluation criteria according to internet shopping behavior, the differences among the groups were found in the reliance criteria, the product reference criteria, the order processing criteria and the handling after purchase criteria according to internet using hours. The significant differences were found in the handling after purchase criteria and the promotion$.$policy criteria according to buying experience, and in the promotion$.$policy criteria according to times of purchase.

택배 배송 작업의 공정분석을 통한 인간공학적 접근 방안 (Ergonomic Approach through Process Analysis of Delivery Work)

  • In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics industry in Korea has rapidly been expanding, with offline demand concentrating on online platforms owing to the development of digital infrastructure. This has increased the workload of courier drivers considerably, along with labor intensity. A delivery driver died recently from overwork due to the continuous increase in delivery volume, which raises social concerns. Delivery drivers work long hours, (over 12 hours) and are greatly affected by weather conditions, such as snow, rain, heat waves, and cold waves. In addition, they lack a fixed workplace; perform atypical work handling workpieces of various sizes, weights, and shapes; and spend a large amount of time driving as part of their work. This work involves a high level of tension and requires attention and concentration. Despite the frequency of industrial accidents in the courier industry, studies on safety and health to quantitatively analyze and systematize the work of courier workers are very scarce. Therefore, to define the work process necessary for investigating the harmful factors in delivery service and the work analysis, this study conducted interviews and on-site surveys to analyze the unit work of the delivery service by targeting delivery workers. In other words, a framework of unit work for work analysis was presented to enable research and analysis by considering the aforementioned characteristics of the courier industry. The process was broadly divided into work, transport, storage, delay, and inspection. Work was divided into loading, sorting, unloading, and door subcategories, and transportation was divided into vehicle, cart, and walking subcategories as well as 10 small processes. Moreover, 22 unit works were again drawn by conducting field surveys and interviews. The risk of unit work derived from this study was ergonomically evaluated, and the ergonomic analysis revealed that uploading and transportation were the most dangerous. The results of this study could be used as basic data for preventing industrial accidents among courier workers, whose work has increased with the logistics volume and the development of the logistics industry.

PC 기반의 무인 소화물 접수장치 설계에 관한 연구 (Development of Small Package Drop-Off System)

  • In this paper, we proposed the automatic postal drop-off system based on the microprocessor board or PC. The weight of the small postal package is transmitted from the electronic scale and user-entered addresses and delivery rate are processed by the controller to calculate the fee. For 24 hour out-door operation and maintenance, non-cash payment methods such as credit card payment is used. The post stamp and receipt are printed by the thermal printer. For the electronic processing of the parcel, serial code is also printed on the stamp and receipts in bar code format. The parcel information obtained by the automatic postal drop-off system is transferred to remote central system by dial-up modem shared by the on site office. The proposed system and its control software are built for prototype model operation and the result met the design requirements. For real time processing, data reception through three serial ports is handled by interrupt routine. The proposed system is expected to be applied for commercial logistics system and pc automation system.

  • This study is concerned with the quantitative Quality of Service(QoS) of the Light Railway Transit(LRT) System. Generally, the QoS offered to passengers by the Operator of LRT system can be quantified in various ways. In this paper, we assumed that the QoS is a combination of both Train Delivery and Train Punctuality under considering LRT characteristics including core sub-systems such as, rolling stock, signalling, power-supply and PSD(platform screen door), etc. We also, provide a quantitative analysis method to evaluate the QoS related the reliability of LRT system.

강도 범죄의 실태 및 대구 지역 침입 강도 범죄 분석 (Actual Conditions of Burglaries and Analysis on Residential Invasion Burglaries in Daegu Area)

  • 2001년부터 2005년까지 5년 동안 우리나라에서 발생한 강도사건은 모두 29,892 건으로 연 평균 약 5,978 건이 발생하였는데, 그 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 수법은 침입강도가 8,605 건(28.8%)으로 가장 많았고, 침입구는 출입문이 4,031 건(64.3%)으로 가장 많았으며, 침입 방법은 문단속이 없는 출입문이나 창문을 통하여 침입한 것이 2,462 건(28.6%)으로 가장 많았고, 발생시간은 심야시간대 (00:00~04:00사이)가 가장 많았으며, 요일별로 보면 수요일이 5,652건으로, 일요일(2,988건)의 약 2 배가량 많이 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 강도범죄로 인해 신체적 피해를 입은 피해자는 사망 260 명, 상해 10,610 명으로 나타났으며, 발생장소는 노상(路上)이 10,183건(34%)으로 가장 많았고, 그 다음이 주거지로서 7,527 건(약25%)이 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 공범관계는 단독범이 15,012 명(56.1%)으로 가장 많았고, 범행시 범행도구는 소지하지 않음이 15,631건(58.4%)으로 가장 많았으나, 소지한 범행도구 중에는 칼이 6,498 건(24.3%)으로 가장 많았다. 2001년부터 2006년까지 6년 동안 대구지역에서 발생한 강도범죄는 모두 1,506 건으로 연평균 251 건이었으며, 이중 침입강도 사건은 515 건(34.2%)으로 연평 균 약 86 건이 발생하였는데, 발생시간은 역시 심야시간대(00:00~04:00사이)에서 가장 많이 발생(194 건, 37.7%)하였고, 침입 장소는 주거지(259 건, 50.3%)가 가장 많았으며, 침입구는 출입문(87 건, 33.6%)이 가장 많았고, 침입방법은 문단속이 없는 출입문이나 창문으로 침입한 것이(65 건, 25.1%) 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그 외에 택배원 등 방문자로 가장하거나 피해자를 뒤따라 침입하는 수법도 26 건(10%)이 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 강도범죄 예방을 위해서는 국가적, 사회적 대책은 물론, 개인의 자위 방범활동도 상당히 중요한 부분을 차지한다는 것을 알 수 있었는데, 특히, 침입강도 범죄자가 시정되지 않은 출입문이나 창문을 통하여 가장 많이 침입한다는 분석결과를 볼 때 범죄예방에 대한 인식이나 노력이 많이 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 범죄예방을 위한 가장 기본적인 방법 중의 하나가 문단속이라는 사실을 모르는 사람이 없을 것임에도, 이러한 기본적인 방법조차 실행하지 않아 강도범죄의 피해자가 된다는 것이 그것을 뜻한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 나타난 강도범죄의 실태를 참고하여 범죄예방에 대한 관심을 가짐으로써 강도범죄의 피해자가 한 사람이라도 줄어 들었으면 한다. 최근 과학수사에 대한 사회전반의 인식향상에 따라 경찰기관에서도 범죄분석요원, 피해자심리상담요원, 검시관 등을 특별채용하여 각 종 범죄분석 등 과학수사의 발전 기반이 마련되고 있다. 이를 토대로 범죄예방을 위한 심도있는 연구가 더욱 활발하게 이루어지기를 기대한다.

용적변조회전 방사선치료에서 선량전달의 중단 및 재시작에 따른 정확성 평가 (The Accuracy Evaluation according to Dose Delivery Interruption and Restart for Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy)

  • 목 적: 용적변조회전 방사선치료는 겐트리 회전과 다엽콜리메이터, 선량률이 연동되어 진행되며 치료 중 선량 전달의 중단이 발생한 경우 겐트리와 다엽콜리메이터가 최초위치부터 다시 동작하여 정지된 지점부터 선량전달이 재개된다. 본 연구는 용적 변조회전 방사선치료의 치료 중단과 재 진행에 따른 선량전달의 오차를 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 10명의 환자를 대상으로 전산화치료계획시스템(Eclipse V10.0, Varian, USA)을 이용하여 용적변조회전 방사선 치료 계획을 수립하였다. TRILOGY (Varian, USA)의 6 MV 선속을 이용하여 계획된 선량을 이차원 배열 검출기와 CUBE (IBA dosimetry, Germany)팬텀에 조사하였다. OmniPro I'mRT system (V1.7b, IBA dosimetry, Germany)을 통해 4회에 걸쳐 일반적인 선량전달의 일관성을 평가 하고 선량 전달의 중단 또는 도어 인터락 발생으로 인해 선량 전달이 중단되고 최초지점부터 다시 시작되어 조사되는 경우와 비교하여 감마지수(Gamma index)의 변화를 분석하였다. 결 과: 선량 전달이 정상적으로 이루어진 경우에 각각의 감마 평균 신호 값의 차이는 0.1로 나타났고, 선량 전달의 중단이 발생한 경우 0.128로 나타났으며 도어 인터락의 경우 0.141로 나타났다. 각각의 경우 감마 표준편차 값의 차이는 0.071, 0.091, 0.099로 나타났고, 감마 최대값의 차이는 0.286, 0.379, 0.413으로 나타났다. Gamma pass rate (3%, 3 mm)는 허용 오차 범위를 만족하였고, T검증 결과 95% 신뢰구간에서 P-value가 0.05 미만으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결 론: 본 실험에서 치료 중 선량 전달의 중단 및 재시작에 관한 정확성을 평가해 본 결과 통계적으로는 차이가 있으나 임상적으로 허용 오차 범위이내로 문제가 없다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 겐트리와 다엽콜리메이터, 선량률의 연동으로 정확성이 요구되는 치료방법인 만큼 선량적인 측면에서 치료 중단에 따른 차이는 간과할 수 없다. 그러므로 갑작스러운 치료 중단 상황이 발생한 경우 추가적인 정도관리 절차를 통해 정확한 선량평가가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
