  • Building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPV)are increasingly incorporate into new domestic and industrial buildings as a proncipal or ancillary source of electrical power, and are on of the fastest growing segments of the photovoltaic industry. This paper presents operational features analysis and PCS(Power conversion System) factors of grid-connected 30kW BIPV on library of Dongshin University. The data consisted of insolation, Temperature, solar-cell performance and inverter performance are collected by IVIsion web monitoring system and analyzed. The analyzed data gave this paper effect elements of optimal operation.

국내·외 생태관광 인증/지정제도 동향 및 국내 제도 도입 방안 (A Study on Domestic and Foreign Research Movement of the Eco-tourism Certification/Designation System and Its Application in Korea)

  • This study was conducted to provide sustainable measures for conservation and management to protect valuable natural/ecological resources, offer differentiated quality assurance services for eco-tourism products, and explore measures for eco-tourism certification/designation systems. To achieve its goals, the study discussed domestic and overseas trends and literatures that concern eco-tourism certification/designation system and investigated case studies that were presently operational. A group of experts and a group of non-experts were surveyed separatedly to investigate the awareness of the national eco-tourism certification/designation system. The results from the investigation indicate that Europe, since the late 1990s to early 2000, has actively introduced a system that establishes and operates a dedicated institution, and European members have created a cooperation framework to formulate international partnerships and develop standardized assessment benchmarks to adhere to the goals of the system, the period for certification was designated from one year to five years, and renewals were granted based on periodic monitoring and reassessment. In Korea, from early 2000, the Ministry of Culture, Sorts and Tourism and other organizations have certified product quality and assessed travel products and national park tour programs. The certification period was established to be set between one and three years, and the vast majority were not reassessed. Upon investigating the results for awareness of national eco-tourism certification/designation system, a high number of respondents agreed with the need to establish a eco-tourism certification/designation system (90% of respondents), and the respondents cited eco-tourism quality assurance, conservation of value, means to maintain established institutions, and environmental education and information as reasons for needing a certification/designation system. In Korea, a certification/designation system for the eco-tourism industry is presently in operation, but the system regulates target institutions based on their characteristics. Therefore, this study proposes its suggestions via various categories, including designated institutions, designated purpose, designated subjects, designated organization, laws, regulations, and incentives.

민간경비업체의 업무 수행 절차 및 모델 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Procedure Model to Carry on Works of the Private Security Company)

  • In Korea, Private security companies has steadily grown and amounts to 2,051 places as of November 30, 2002. Private security in korea is carrying out firm name role assignment to have held the police and public peace environment change factors for a standard faithfully, and protects social a little property that is a basic purpose, and it is spare no efforts in loss prevention. In spite of numeral increase of private security companies, private security companies have many problem. Moreover, they mostly did not have any remarkable in-house expertises in their own business under tough conditions. Under the unfavorable circumstances including insufficient investment and education in private security guard, there have been actually little further studies on private security business in practices. So this study mainly focused on addressing the installation security business managed by authorized companies, which amount to 96%(1,963 companies) of total 2,051 domestic security companies. Furthermore, the study formulated and modeled a series of business procedures in private security companies. 선진국의 획득조직 현황과 방위사업감독관 운용방안 연구 (Aquisition System of Developed Countries and Operational Planning Research of DAPA Commissione)

  • 본 논문에서는 주요 선진국의 국방획득조직 현황과 관련 분석에 따른 시사점, 국방획득체계의 전문성 활용 방안과 관련 과 방위사업감독관의 운용현황, 결론적으로 각 전문분야에서의 전문화 및 운용방안, 기대효과와 향후방향을 중장기적 관점에서 비교 분석하였다. 세부적으로, 주요 선진국의 국방획득조직의 현황을 통해서 국내에 적용 가능한 운용체계를 식별하였고, 각 분야의 운용방안을 반영하면서 방산비리 근절과 방위사업감독관의 효율적인 운용이라는 부분이 정부를 비롯하여 각 기관, 민간 기관들 등 전사적인 노력이 밑받침이 되어야 한다는 사실을 도출할 수 있었다. 법적 제도적 관점에서 법 정비의 시급성을 강구하는 기회가 되었고, 그리고 현재의 사전검증 절차 수립이라는 부분이 투명성, 신뢰성, 전문성을 제 3자 관점에서 투명성을 확립할 수 있는 제도적 근거가 되었다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 판단한다. 결론적으로, 방위사업감독관의 운용은 방위사업 전반에 대한 사전 감독체계 수립을 가능하게 하고, 업무적 독립성을 최대한 보장할 수 있는 환경을 구축할 수 있다는 점에서 그 영향력을 기대해 볼만 하다.

The Effect of Management Capability of Small and Medium Distribution Logistics Centers on Competitiveness Reinforcement: AHP Analysis

  • 1990년대 중반 이후 국내·외 유통기업의 적극적인 유통산업 진출로 중소 유통소매업은 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이에 정부는 2003년 중소 유통소매업의 자생력 확보 및 경쟁력 강화를 위해 중소유통물류센터를 건립하였다. 하지만 급변하는 유통환경 속에서 중소유통물류센터는 점점 더 어려워지고 있었다. 중소유통물류센터 경영역량 강화를 위해 문헌연구와 FGI를 기반으로 4개의 1차 요인(경영자의 운영능력, 직원의 전문성 역량강화, 상품배송, 고객 CS관리)과 16개의 2차 요인을 설정하였다. AHP를 이용하여 이 요인들의 최종 가중치와 우선순위를 도출하고, 중소유통물류센터의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 전략들을 수립하고자 한다.

목포항 운송시스템의 분석에 관한 연구 (On the Analysis of Transportation System in Mokpo Port)

  • Rapid change in the technological environment of marine transportation and the development of the ocean shipping industry have fostered a revolution in the port system. This in turn has caused major changes in the function and use of port in Korea. Aside from this. Mokpo Port, however continues to decline, because the existing port facilities and related subsystem are already obsolete with no chance of regaining operational effectiveness and treatment for proper implementation. Although a few studies have been done on the Mokpo Port, has not been found, any reseach for the analytical approach to the transportation system of it. This paper aims to make an extensive analysis of the physical distribution system in Mokpo Port focusing on the coordination of subsystems such as navigational aids system, quay handling and transfer system, storage system and inland transport system. The base of introduced simulation tool here is the queueing theory. The overall findings are as follows; 1. Among those vessels called at Mokpo Port in 1994, the average size of oceangoing vessels is 4,922.1 G/T, and the domestic is 317.8 G/T. The average arrival interval and service time of the domestic vessels are 6.0 hours and 24.1 hours respectively marking the berth occupation rate over 100%. Those for oceangoing vessels are 34.5 hours, 120.0 hours and 37.2%. In order to maintainin the berth occupation rate to 70% the capacity considering the 1994 of domestic piers must be extended to 145% and oceangoing vessels must be increased to 165% year called. 2. The capacity of approaching channel is enough to handle the total traffic volume. 3. Tugs are sufficiently being provided to handle all ships requiring their services 4. The capacity of storage and inland transportation systems are sufficient to handle the throughput and the yard stroage utilization rate of No.1 $\cdots$ No.5 is 4.5% and No.6 1S 30% of 1993's. 5. The utilization rate of LLc(Level Looping Crane) and PNT(PNeumaTic) are 2.7% and 18.8%, respectively. Practical solution and proposal for improvement of Transportation System in Mokpo Port are as follows; 1. To avoid the congestion in domestic pier introduction of a new port operation system is necessary allowing the domestic vessel to use the oceangoing pier. 2. To establish the port management information system to improve the efficiency of port operation. 3. To build a new storage system for high valued cargos including modernization of the present storage and handling system. 4. To insure the safety of navigation in approaching channel, The Vessel Traffic System including separation scheme is introduced. 5. To interest enormously on public relation to ship owner's association, shippers and consignees by showing that they can save cost and ship turnaround time in order to promote the call to Mokpo Port. At last, to be strategically change the function of Mokpo Port to the Leisure, Fishing & Ferry as well as Maritime port.

예부선 운항 안전 현황 연구 (A Study on the present status of safety in tug-barge transportation)

  • 예부선 선박은 다른 선박과 달리 부선에 의해 그 조종성능이 제한되어 항해 중 해양사고 발생률이 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 그 충돌사고 발생률은 일반 선박과 비교하여 40%이상 높은 것으로 보고 되기도 하였다. 이런 특성을 지닌 예부선 운항 실태를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 그 안전 운항 강화 차원의 연구가 꾸준히 정부에서 제기되어 왔다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 차원에서 예부선 국내 운항 실태를 살펴보았다. 운항업체의 등록상황, 각 업체의 운항 안전 실태, 과거 예부선 사고 유형 등을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 예부선 관련자에게 안전 증진 방안에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 국내외 예부선 안전 사례에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 자료는 예부선 안전 강화를 위한 방안에 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

  • Recently, also in railway vehicles, related products are being designed and manufactured through RAMS activities in order to secure their reliability, availability, maintainability & safety. Subway operators are conducting R&D on various preventive maintenance methods and applying them to the field so as to establish a reliability centered maintenance(RCM) system. In this connection, manufacturers shall carry out R&D based on reliability from the first design stage of development to provide high quality products to subway operators. And operators shall have the products operated properly to their particular operating environment and managed based on the standard maintenance manual. Not only that, but the related field data shall be fed back into the manufacturers to upgrade upcoming products by organic cooperation between manufacturer and operators. However, the mutually beneficial cooperative relationship is not still developed in the domestic railway industry. In terms of methodology for life prediction, this study was intended to analyze field data on relays used for rolling stocks considering operational characteristics in the position of subway operators and predict parts reliability using reliability prediction program from the standpoint of manufacturers as well.

국내 연안습지 보전 정책의 법제도적 한계와 개선방향 고찰 (Study on the Institutional Limitations and Improvements for Effective Management of Coastal Wetlands)

  • 우리나라는 1999년 람사르 협약의 국내이행을 위하여 "습지보전법"을 제정하여 환경부와 해양수산부가 각각 내륙습지와 연안습지를 관리하고 있다. 연안습지는 2001년 무안갯벌을 습지보호지역으로 지정하기 시작하여, 2013년 6월 기준으로 총 12개 지역, $218.96km^2$을 습지보호지역으로 지정하였다. 제도가 도입된 지 10년이 지나면서 보호지역 지정 면적이 늘어나는 외형적 성과를 거두었으나, 한편에서는 습지 보전정책이 효과적으로 이행되는지에 대한 의문이 제기되기도 한다. 이 연구에서는 습지 관련 법률과 제도에서 나타나는 문제점을 분석하고, 연안습지 보전 정책의 효과적인 이행을 위한 정책개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

시편의 열화에 따른 가스터빈 로터볼트 기계적 강도평가 (Evaluation for mechanical hardness of gas turbine rotor bolt according to deterioration of specimen)

  • The operational efficiency of domestic gas turbine is about 25% and it is now in the trend of the gradual growth in spite of the severe temperature, frequent starting and shutdown according to the environmental management and the energy-efficient use. Rotor bolts of gas turbine in power plants have been the cause of defects because these gas turbines have been operated for a long time under the high pressure and temperature environment experiencing the aging change and stress concentration of the bonded part. The connection parts of the bolt revealed various failure shape and these parts were elongated under very low pressure when operated in the relaxed condition. The cause is in the lack of the metal distribution in the bottle lack area and the cap screw of the bolt is broken totally in case that the nut is fastened in most cases. Gas turbine rotor bolts are connected to the rotor wheel and these bolts caused the vibration, the bulk accident of the rotor in the event that the coupling power among these bolts was relaxed. Therefore, we would like to evaluate the soundness of the main part of the gas turbine rotor bolt through the measurement of the inner condition change along with the mechanic deterioration and temperature, stress in the gas turbine rotor material.
