  • 댁내통신설비는 통신망에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 현재 국내의 댁내통신설비에 대한 기술은 멀티미디어 환경을 반영하여 작성되었으나, 초고속정보통신망의 멀티미디어서비스를 수용하기 위해서는 미흡하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 댁내통신설비의 고도화를 위하여 운영환경요소를 분석하고 국내외 표준화 현황을 살펴보고 현재의 댁내통신설비의 운영환경에 대한 현장조사를 통한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • 자율주행자동차(Automated Vehicle, AV)의 상용화를 위해서는 ADS의 운행가능영역(Operational Design Domain, ODD)이 명확하게 정의되어야 하며, AV 관련 이해관계자들이 ODD에 대해 모두가 동일한 기준을 가지고 동일한 수준으로 이해할 수 있도록 공통된 언어와 일관된 양식이 마련되어야 한다. 따라서, 국외에서는 표준화된 ODD 프레임워크를 제시하고, ODD를 기반으로 ADS 특정 기능을 평가할 수 있는 시나리오 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 하지만, ODD는 도로환경, 기상환경, 교통환경 등 해당 국가별 특성이 반영된 조건이 포함되기 때문에 국외에서 정의된 항목을 그대로 적용하는 것이 아니라, 그 항목의 의미를 명확히 이해하고 국내의 여건을 반영하여 이를 정합화할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국제표준을 기반으로 국내 주행환경을 분석하여 ODD 분류 체계 국내 최적화를 수행하였으며, 개발된 국내 ODD 항목을 기반으로 현재 운영 중인 자율주행차 시범운행지구(서울 상암, 광주)의 주행환경을 조사하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 시험운행지구별 ODD의 범위를 비교하였다.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyse affecting factors of Test and Evaluation and to improve the institution of Test and Evaluation in the Domestic purchase program. Methods : The domestic acquisition program is currently small in terms of size, but it is gradually increasing every year. Still, the domestic purchase program has insufficient regulations and procedures compared to the other procurement methods including research & development. Various problems are likely to occur between test and evaluation group, and defense industries regarding the regulations during Test & Evaluation. Therefore, the regulations and methods need to be amended to upgrade the current domestic purchase program into an effective and flawless one. In this paper, six variables have been chosen by the help of experts working in Ministry of National Defense (MND), Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Army Headquarters and DAPA. Results : The six variables are effectiveness of proposal evaluation, fairness of test and evaluation, sufficiency of operational capabilities, seasonal period of test and evaluation, fulfillment in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) of the industries, and guaranteeing appropriate environment for related enterprises' participation. Conclusion : This paper can help defense industries to enhance their development capabilities, and to perform tests more fairly and effectively considering the key factors identified in this research.

HSPF 유역모델을 이용한 낙동강유역 수질 예측 (Operational Water Quality Forecast for the Nakdong River Basin Using HSPF Watershed Model)

  • A watershed model was constructed using the Hydrological Simulation Program Fortran to predict the water quality, especially chlorophyll-a concentraion, at major tributaries of the Nakdong River basin, Korea. The BOD export loads for each land use in HSPF model were estimated at $1.47{\sim}8.64kg/km^2/day$; these values were similar to the domestic monitoring export loads. The T-N and T-P export loads were estimated at $0.618{\sim}3.942kg/km^2/day$ and $0.047{\sim}0.246kg/km^2/day$, slightly less than the domestic monitoring data but within the range of foreign literature values. The model was calibrated at major tributaries for a three-year period (2008 to 2010). The deviation values ranged from -31.5~1.6% of chlorophyll-a, -24.0~2.2% of T-N, and -5.7~34.8% of T-P. The root mean square error (RMSE) ranged from 4.3~44.4 ug/L for chlorophyll-a, -0.6~1.5 mg/L for T-N, and 0.04~0.18 mg/L for T-P, which indicates good calibration results. The operational water quality forecasting results for chlorophyll-a presented in this study were in good agreement with measured data and had an accuracy similar with model calibration results.

공공부문 다기관 통합전산센터 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on Models of Data Consolidation Center for Multi-Organization in Public Sector)

  • We establish an efficient strategy for construction and operation of data consolidation center for multi-organization in public sector. First, we introduce important concepts on data consolidation center in public sector, and draw some success factors by analyzing several foreign and domestic cases. Second, we construct all the possible logical operational models of the center and investigate the properties and feasibility of the models. Third, we suggest a virtual operational environment for the two representative models selected by feasibility criteria among the possible logical models, and compare the two models in terms of operational cost. We also utilize AHP methodology to evaluate qualitative opinions on the two models from several experts in public information systems. As a result, we find the best alternative is the case in which all infrastructure and facilities for the center are provided by government, and common essential IT operations are integrated, associated data are consolidated and the whole operational work are outsourced to specialized IT operations service providers.

  • 최근 정보통신 서비스가 대용량 고속화 및 멀티미디어화되고 일반 주거 지역으로의 유입 및 네트워크 설비 구축이 활성화되면서 기존의 전화망에 의한 단순 음성통신 또는 데이터 통신 환경과는 다른 시설 패러다임이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 댁내통신설비의 고도화를 위하여 운영환경요소를 분석하고 국내외 표준화 현황을 살펴보고 현재의 댁내통신설비의 운영환경에 대한 현장조사를 통한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Kinetic modeling of organic and nitrogen removal from domestic wastewater in a down-flow hanging sponge bioreactor

  • A down-flow hanging sponge (DHS) bioreactor was operated for the treatment of domestic wastewater. The Stover-Kincannon model was applied for kinetic evaluation of the reactor performance during the operational period. As a result, the coefficient of determination (R2) for straight lines of effluent concentration from the experimental data and from the predictive data of BOD5; NH4+-N; and TN were 0.9727; 0.9883; and 0.9934, respectively. The calculation of saturation value constant (Umax - g L-1 d-1) and maximum utilization rate constant (KB - g L-1 d-1) were 56.818 and 75.034 for BOD5; 2.960 and 4.713 for NH4+-N; 2.810 and 8.37 for TN, respectively. The study suggests that Stover-Kincannon model can be used for effective evaluation of kinetic removal of BOD5; NH4+-N; and TN from domestic wastewater treated in a DHS bioreactor.

HD-Map기반 주행환경 검색 시스템 구현 (Design and Implementation of HD-Map based Scene Search System)

  • Each ADS must have a validation and evaluation scenario for ODD. This requires a large number of scenarios, so a scenario library must be developed. In order to effectively utilize the scenario library, a system that supports testing in the ODD of the user's choice is required. In other words, in order to develop a scenario library, it is necessary to build a database on actual driving road conditions (geometry, etc.). Accordingly, in this study, we establish a domestic driving environment database based on HD-Map for driving safety testing, design a system that can search test target sections in connection with the ODD of the scenario, and present the implementation results. In the future, it is expected that the domestic driving environment database will be able to create scenarios through linking with the scenario library and directly utilize them for scenario-based evaluation of various demand sources.

  • 본 논문에서는 암호화폐거래소 이용자를 보호하고 거래소의 안정적인 운영환경을 확보하기 위한 국내 암호화폐거래소 운영리스크 경감방안을 제시한다. 암호화폐거래소를 이용해 암호화폐시장에 참여하는 시장참여자에게 암호화폐의 가격변동 리스크만큼 위협적인 리스크는 암호화폐거래소 리스크이다. 암호화폐시장에서는 암호화폐의 거래 익명성을 악용한 탈세, 범죄이용, 유사수신 사기, 자금세탁 등 불법거래가 빈번히 발생하고 있고 이외에도 사이버 침해사고와 내부인력에 의한 손실 사고가 끊이지 않고 있으며, 이로 인한 손실이 거래소 이용자에게 고스란히 전가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내 암호화폐거래소의 운영 실태와 이용자 손실 발생 사고에 대한 대응 등을 거래소 운영리스크의 관점에서 분석하여, 이용자를 고객으로 유치하고 고객인 이용자를 보호하기 위한 거래소 플랫폼의 발전 방향을 제시한다.

  • The weapon system is getting more and more expensive, complex and smarter. Therefore, efficiently and effectively, it is important to operate the weapon system. OMS/MP is a document to quantify operational factors like as environment, mission, mode etc. It is important data to perform RAM analysis in early weapon development phase and operate better a weapon system. This paper present a process and framework of OMS/MP for a naval ship with a deep analysis of relevant domestic and abroad case studies. It propose OMS/MP analysis framework based on wartime scenario and mission area analysis. This result will contribute not only improvement for the availability of a naval ship but also enhancement of RAM analysis process.
