행정박물이란 공공업무의 활동을 반영하는 유형적 증거물로서 역사적 상징적 문화적 예술적 가치를 지니는 영구기록물이며, 공공기관의 업무수행과 관련하여 생산 및 활용한 형상기록물로 행정적 문화적 예술적 가치가 높은 기록물이다. "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"에서는 행정박물을 기록물관리 범위에 처음으로 편입시키고 있으며, 기록물관리법령 제3조에서는 행정박물의 보존 및 관리체계를 법제화하고 있다. 행정박물의 관리는 형태 재질별 분류만으로는 기록으로서 행정박물의 특성을 반영하기 어렵다. 행정박물은 일반적인 기록물과 비교해 다양한 연유에서 수집되기 때문에 행정박물에 대한 기초적인 재질 조사와 적합한 보존 및 관리 방식이 필요하다. 행정박물은 문화재로서 아직 그 수요량이 많지 않으나, 국민 의식수준 향상 및 알 권리를 위한 행정박물의 공개 가능성이 증가되고 있으며, 향후 역사 및 문화의 해석을 위해 보존 활용 가능하며 근대문화유산으로서의 가치를 가질 수 있다. 우선적으로 행정박물의 보존적인 측면에서 열화를 방지하기 위해서는 각 유물별 손상등급을 부분적으로 분류, 관리하여 상태를 점검할 수 있는 표준조사카드를 만들어야 한다. 또한, 다양한 재질의 행정박물에 대한 관리 및 운영 방안을 체계적으로 확립하고 행정박물을 보존적인 측면에서 연구할 수 있는 전문 인력을 육성하여 종합적이고 선진화된 행정박물의 보존 복원 및 활용이 이루어져야 한다.

Picasso had deep concern at the designs of theatre costumes as well as art. The art of Picasso influenced deeply to the fashion designs in those days. In these study, to analyze the creative theatre costumes of Parade affected by Picasso's cubism, we investigate the documentary records, photos, and sketches of Picasso. The design of theatre costumes in Parade was able to be divided by two categories, general theatre costumes and experimental theatre costumes. The first characteristic of general theatre costumes is that the designs of theatre costumes in Parade were influence by the early stages of Picasso's art. The costumes of the Chinese Conjurer influenced by the Red Era of Plcasso's art and those of the Little American Girl and the Acrobats influenced by the Blue Era of Picasso art may belong to the category of general theatre costumes. The second characteristic of general theatre costumes is the fact that the images of heavenly bodies were used in the costume of the Chinese Conjure and the Acrobats. The characteristic of experimental theatre costumes is the fact that the cubism is introduced to the designs of theatre costumes in Parade. The experimental theatre costumes were presented in the costumes of the Three Managers which were newly created under the influence of Picasso's cubism.

This study is to observe the meaning, aesthetic formative nature of the human body which has been not only a main issue and discussion object but also socially, culturally connected with clothing by contemplating it in the respect of the trend of art. Additionally, a work of contemplation about human body introduced to fashion design was analyzed to renew the meaning and value of the formative art inside the human body. The way and scope of this study is to contemplate the concept and meaning of human body, based on the documentary records such as art history and clothing history in the West society as a main theme. The results of the analysis were as follows: In the first place, the formative characteristics shown in the modem arts expressing the human body since 1990 which are cubism, futurism, metaphysical painting, dadaism, surrealism, pop art, happening, feminism, body art, and technology art are distortion, exaggeration and dismantling. Second, the aesthetic formative nature and meaning in the human body appear to be different according to the standard of ideal beauty of human body when we examine the expression of it from the aspect of art-history and the meaning of human body implied in it. Besides, human body is being used as a messenger which delivers the message of modem artist to other people. So the changed meaning of human body has affected the clothing and made it possible to manufacture and form new styles of clothing that have never been before. In conclusion, the human body in the modem era plays an important role as a brand-new formative medium of communication in the human society and contributes to the development which applies the aesthetic formative nature of the human body to fashion design.

이 논문은 한국의 세계기록유산에 대하여 먼저 그 의미와 가치를 재확인하고, 이들 세계기록유산에 대한 보존 관리 및 그 현황을 조사하며, 한국의 기록유산을 디지털화 하는데 있어서의 문제점과 해결책을 모색하고, 추후 한국의 기록유산 중 세계기록유산으로 등록되기를 희망하는 4종의 기록물들에 대한 가치와 의의를 고찰한 연구이다. 본 연구의 상세 사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제2장에서는 한국의 세계기록유산에 대한 가치와 의의를 고찰하였다. 먼저 세계기록유산의 선정기준과 절차 등을 먼저 파악하고, 한국의 세계기록유산인 "훈민정음" "조선왕조실록" "승정원일기" "직지(백운화상초록불조직지심체요절(白雲和尙抄錄佛祖直指心體要節))"에 대하여 각각 그 가치와 의미를 분석하였다. 둘째, 제3장에서는 '한국의 세계기록유산 보존 관리 현황'에서는 세계기록유산을 보존하고 있는 <서울대학교 규장각> <국가기록원 부산기록정보센터> <간송미술관>의 기관별로 그 보존 관리 현황을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 이 3기관 모두 세계기록유산 보존 관리 현황은 '매우 우수하다'고 평가할 수 있었다. 즉, 1)그 세부적인 보안대책이 완벽하다. 2)그 보존방법에 있어서도 항온 항습의 특별한 서고를 별도로 마련하고, 이 서고 내에서 다시 '오동나무 상자 서장(書欌)'을 설치한 후, 이들 상자와 서장 속에 세계기록유산을 납입하여 보존하고 있다. 3)방화장치와 서고조명 및 소독 등에도 철저를 기하고 있음 등을 파악하였다. 셋째, 제4장에서는 '한국의 기록유산 디지털화 과제'에 대하여 개괄적으로 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 한국 기록유산의 디지털작업 및 DB구축에서 '디지털화 표준'이 가장 중요한 문제이며, 이 문제의 해결을 위해서는 디지털화(Digitization)에 대한 총체적이고 표준적인 시스템의 개발이 시급함을 지적하였다. 그리고 국가기록관리시스템을 개발한 경험이 있는 <국가기록원>과 한국학 고기록물의 디지털화에 많은 관심을 가진 <문화재청>이 공동으로 노력하여, 한국학 관련 기록유산의 디지타이제이션(Digitization)에 대한 총체적이고 표준적인 시스템의 개발이 요구됨을 파악하였다. 넷째, 제5장 '세계기록유산 등록을 추후 희망하는 한국의 기록유산'에서는 한민족의 기록유산 중에서 차후 세계기록유산으로 등재되기를 희망하는 4종 즉, 1)<해인사 고려대장경 경판>, 2)"동의보감", 3)"삼국유사", 4)"무구정광대다라니경"의 기록물에 국한하여, 그 어떤 의미에서 세계적인 가치와 의의가 있는가를 고찰하였다.

Lots of audience turn their eyes upon musical to satisfy various cultural desire. It is popular culture that was watched in culture contents industry. The stage costume which turn audience's eyes in musical the most is the sight art of stage to express visually actor(actress)'s personality, mental state, administrative position, age and the distinction of sex. This study researches designed stage costume which was based on time backgrounds and historical facts of reinvented clothes and its ornaments in Egypt by 'Sonia Rykiel' through musical, 'ten commandments' with special times. We collected home and abroad documentary records, Internet data. Moreover we viewed performance to analyze stage costume and brochure photograph data to study. In consequence the stage costume of musical 'ten commandments' found its way out of traditional clothes and its ornaments largely. We can recognize the stage costume as the most important part in drama by explaining the content on drama as costume through reinvented shape with modern sense and by taking charge of the principal part to lead atmosphere. In addition, thanks to the creative work of designer for stage costume, we can realize important intermediation to make higher artistic value of musical.

본 연구는 죽방렴에 관한 역사적 근거를 찾고자 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 문화유산으로서의 가치를 보다 높이고, 그 기원을 증명하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 우리나라는 예로부터 농업과 수산업을 중심으로 살아왔다. 과거 어로기술의 부족으로 어로도구가 충분치 않았던 시절에는 죽방렴은 국가의 중요한 어업자원이자 자산이었다. 죽방렴은 과학적 구조원리에 의해 만들어져 있어 우리 조상들의 지혜를 엿볼 수 있다. 죽방렴은 자연의 섭리에 순응하고 환경을 보호하는 어로방식이자 지역주민들의 공동체적 자산으로서 미래에도 전해주어야 할 문화유산이다. 문헌상 죽방렴의 기원은'어량' 또는 '방염'에서 찾을 수 있다. 이에 관한 기록은 고려시대까지 거슬러 올라가나 그 문헌적 기록이 희귀하며, 대부분이 조선시대의 기록들이다. 본 연구에서는 조선시대의 남해안 지역의 문헌적 기록들을 중심으로 조사, 연구하였다. 죽방렴에 대한 문헌적 기록에 대한 본 연구는 친환경적인 어로방식을 추구한 우리조상들의 문화자산을 지키는데 있어 매우 중요하며, 세계기록유산의 등재를 위한 기록물에 근거한 객관적인 자료를 만드는데도 매우 중요한 의의를 지닌다.

The purpose of this study is to observe the symbolic meaning and the values of the costume which express bisexuality through the definition from a culture point of view. The research method is to contemplate the documentary records such as world history, art history and clothing history, and to recognize the symbolic meaning of a bisexuality in modern fashion design. A definition the word´man and woman´restricted the human being for a long time. This restrict is enforced by the costume, but this traditional fixed idea is retarded by the liberal sense of the human being and the design expresses a sex ambiguity This study inspects the sex ambiguity and the meaning of that through a cultural background and a historical costume. The results are as follows: The first, the cultural background about bisexuality is classified into the etymological point, the mythologic point. the art and philosophical point, the political and economic background, the mass media, and the custome and the regulation. A bisexuality is a concept in existence from ancient times. we have an open-minded attitude about bisexuality in the present than the past. The second, the function of costume is sex classification before 20th century, but since 20th century the costume expresses sex ambiguity. The third, the symbols of the bisexuality are the interminacy, the unity and the dismantling. The costume which expresses bisexuality means coexistence of male sex and female sex. this is a kind of motion to embody a ideal body of the human being. This study makes a contribution to recognize the dignity of human body and to understand the phenomenon of modern society.

역사적 사실을 기억하고 기념하는 방식에는 기억 주체와 당대의 권력 관계 즉 기억의 정치학이 반영된다. 본고는 2019년에 공연된 기념 뮤지컬 <신흥무관학교>, <구: 도깨비들의 노래>, <워치>를 통해 변화된 지점들을 분석하였다. 위 작품들은 만주 독립운동, 홍코우 공원의거를 배경으로 하되 기록되지 않은 것을 채우면서 독립 운동에서 기념해야 할 것들을 조정하였다. <신흥무관학교>의 경우, 공식 기록 속 인물을 배경으로 하되 이름 없는 이들을 전면에 내세워 기념 대상을 확대하였다. <구 : 도깨비들의 노래>는 타임 슬립을 통해 망각된 대상을 재현하고 사죄하면서 기억을 수정한다. <워치>는 사진, 뉴스 릴, 신문기사 등 다큐멘터리 기법을 통해 팩션의 스펙터클을 강화하였지만, 기록에 한정되는 한계도 드러난다. 3.1 운동 및 대한민국 임시정부 수립 100주년 기념 뮤지컬에서는 '민중의 움직임'이 현재와 연결되고 있음을 적극적으로 드러내는 장치들이 발견된다. 이를 위해 공식적 기록에 새로 생산된 가치와 기억을 반영하였고, 군중의 일상과 감정에 공을 쏟았다. 또한 실증적 고찰과 호명하기를 동시에 활용하여 신뢰성을 높였다. "100주년 기념"으로 호출된 뮤지컬에서는 독립운동가와 함께 움직인 군중의 일상과 감정 즉 미시문화사적 접근이 담겨 있다. 기념해야 할 목표와 목적의 이동이 나타난 것이다. 이 시도들은 동시대적 공감대 형성이란 성과를 얻었다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

행정박물은 업무활동 과정에서 특정 목적을 지니고 생산되고 활용되었다는 기록으로써 가치를 지님과 동시에 역사성, 심미성, 예술성이라는 박물로써 가치를 지닌 물건(objects)이다. 이미 캐나다, 호주, 중국 등의 국가에서는 그 가치를 인정하여 별도의 관리대상으로 설정하여 보존 관리하고 있으며, 우리나라도 2006년 '기록관리혁신 종합실천계획'을 통하여 행정박물을 국가차원의 기록관리 대상으로 포함시키고 종합적인 관리방향을 제시하게 되었다. 더불어 2006년 기록물관리법을 개정하면서 행정박물의 가치에 대한 인식이 확산되었고, 국가의 적극적인 관리의지를 표명하였다. 지금까지는 행정박물의 정의 및 범주가 불명확하고 행정박물이 지니는 특성에 부합한 관리체계가 부재하여 각 기관에서 관리하던 박물들의 훼손가능성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 비록 개정된 기록물관리법에서 행정박물의 정의를 나타내고 관리의무를 표명하고 있지만, 이것만으로는 다양한 형태와 재질로 이루어진 행정박물의 특성에 부합하는 관리체계가 설립되기는 부족한 감이 있다고 여겨진다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 간략하게나마 행정박물의 정의를 내려 보고 행정박물의 관리 실태를 파악하기 위한 기관표본조사를 실시하였다. 표본조사의 결과와 법령 및 현 기록관리시스템 분석을 바탕으로 행정박물 관리 문제점을 살펴보고 이를 개선하기 위한 행정박물 관리 프로세스를 입수${\rightarrow}$등록${\rightarrow}$기술${\rightarrow}$보존${\rightarrow}$활용${\rightarrow}$폐기의 각 단계별로 제언하였다. 본 연구는 체계적인 행정박물의 관리를 위한 기반을 제시한 것에 그치며, 더욱 심도 있는 연구들이 진행되어, 행정박물을 효과적으로 보존 관리하기 위한 방안을 모색해나가야 할 것이다.

Movie is one of the most popular culture ac-tivities in modern society and the composite rt of science and art born in the 20th century. Movie became the great source of setting the fashion. Especially movie costume brought into relief and was accepted by the mass. As a movie stimulates imitation psychology and identification of the general public in fashion. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the movie costume to a modern mass fashion. The times was defined the movies from the early Silent era to the modern Hollywood movie from the late of 1910 to 1990. The way of study were to analyze on the changes and roles of movie costume through documentary records and the influence of set-ting the fashion to the mass fashion and classi-fied it five times-silent era classics neo-classics new look and modern times. The summary of result is as follows, 1, Movie costume affected the dress and the fashion of women is Silent era. That fashion was accelerated by actors' costumes in the mode of 1920. 2. Holloywood movies in the Classics show the essence of the fashion movie costume played a role of a fashion leader and commanded the trend of mass fashion. 3. Practical style was shown because of the war in the Neo-classics. Movie industry was prosperous after the war. But the consequences of the movie costume to the mass fashion were more and more weaken 4. Couture designer's costume had an effect on the mass fashion in the early of New look. But it was behind the fashion for the rise of young fashion. 5. The tastes of the fashion were diversified in Modern times. So the movie fashion was not imitated or popular. The costume of "Pret-a-porter" was used in the movies in the 1980. Spectators became to wear the same style of the actors. The times fashion and movie interacted each other. Movie costume is playing a role of a fashion leader guiding the mass fashion.s fashion.
