IEEE 802.15.7 VLC(Visible Light Communication) 규격 이후에 카메라 기반 ISC(Image Sensor Communication) 관련 개정 필요성이 제기되어서 현재 IEEE 802.15.7m OWC(Optical Wireless Communication) TG가 표준화를 진행 중에 있다. 2016년 5월에 결정된 Baseline Document D0를 기반으로 LiFi(Light Fidelity), OCC(Optical Camera Communication) 및 LED-ID(LED Identification) 기술로 간단하게 분류하고 각 핵심 변조 기법을 소개한다. 5세대 이동통신과 함께 사용될 수 있는 다양한 IoT/ M2M 응용 서비스(LED, 디지털사이니지, 방송, 자동차 안전, 디스플레이 등)들이 포함되어 있다. 국내에서 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델 발굴과 국내 산/학/연/관이 협력하여 가시광, 적외선 및 자외선 분야에서 적극적인 연구개발이 있어야 할 것이다.

In this paper, development of TIM Module for constructing PDM will be introduced. Technical information relevant product data influences cost, quality, precision and productivity. One of the very important feature of product data is organizing not by oneself but very closed to many technical information such as document, file, image and analysis sheet. To manage various technical information, several kinds of management system are used in multi level of production system. PDM and TIM systems are being developed for suitable purpose and are in need of Network technology, Information Technology, Database, sharing and distributing information. Developed TIM system is based on Web environment. By using this system, we can manage systematic technical information and reduce cost for constructing PDM system. And also we will put to practical use another technical information management system for mold plant.

Unlike document images, license plate images are mostly captured under uneven lighting conditions. In particular, a shadowed region has sharp intensity variation and sometimes that region has very high intensity by reflected light. This paper presents a new technique for thresholding license plate images. This approach consists of three parts. In the first part, it performs a rough thresholding and classifies the type of license plate to adjust some parameters optimally. Next, it identifies a shadow type and binarizes license plate images by adjusting the window size and location according to the shadow type. And finally, post-processing based on the cluster analysis is performed. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperformed five well-known methods.

Growing urban areas modify patterns of local land use and land cover. Land use changes associated with an urban area can be extensive. One way to understand and document land use change and urbanization is to establish benchmark maps compiled from satellite imagery The use of satellite imagery for monitoring urban growth has been widely demonstrated. Multi-temporal LANSAT TM image data has created the potential for monitoring urban change and land cover identification. In this study, for extracting urban boundary GLCM method and visual interpretation were used in CORONA imagery and SPOT imagery.

본 논문에서는 새로운 문자 분할 알고리즘을 제안한다. 고전적인 문자 분할 알고리즘은 학술적인 문서영상과 같이 단순한 구조를 가진 문서영상을 대상으로 하여 좋은 성능을 보였지만 다양한 문자 크기와 색상, 그림, 복잡한 배경 등으로 구성된 문서영상에서는 좋지 못한 성능을 보인다. 최근에 제안고 있는 방법들은 복잡한 문서영상에서도 좋은 성능을 보이도록 다양한 기법들을 적용하여 우수한 성능을 보이고 있지만, 대부분의 방법들이 영상을 일정한 크기의 블록으로 나누어 문자분할을 하기 때문에 세밀한 부분에서는 성능이 어느 정도 한계를 보인다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 블록의 크기에 제한을 갖지 않는 새로운 방법으로서, watershed 알고리즘을 이용한 문자분할 방법을 제시한다. 구체적으로, watershed 알고리즘을 이용하여 문서영상의 구조(docstrum)를 파악하고 이를 기반으로 문자를 분할한다. 제안하는 방법은 크게 엣지 검출, distance transform, watershed 알고리즘을 이용한 docstrum 분석, 문자 분할의 네 단계를 거친다. 실험 결과 블록에 기반한 기존의 방법들이 놓치는 세밀한 부분에서도 제안된 알고리즘은 올바른 분할결과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The Evolution of Workflow Managment consists of rhe automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Workflow technologies have evolved from image management system, document management system, relational or object database systems, and electronic mail system. Workflow Management system has the benefits to improve better efficiency, process control,flexibility, business process. Automation of many business processes results in the elimination standdardizing working methods. Consistency in the processes leads to greater predictability in levels of response to customers and software control over processes enables their re-design in line with changing business needs, In this present study, we implement Electronic Approval System which is a kind of Workflow Management system using static and dynamic flow control information on the web environment.

많은 분야에서 정보를 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 수단으로 멀티미디어가 많이 사용되고 있다. 이에 멀티미디어 문서를 효율적으로 저장, 검색, 표현하기 위한 기법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 멀티미디어 문서 내에 사용되는 audio, video, image, text와 같은 여러 미디어들은 문서 내에서 시.공간적 관계뿐 아니라 내용상의 연관성을 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 문서에 사용되는 미디어들의 특징 및 연관성을 추출해 내고, 각 미디어들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 미디어 특성에 맞는 세크멘테이션 기법을 이용하고 이들에 대한 내용상의 연관성을 고려하여 저장(store), 검색(retrieve), 표현(present)하기위한 시스템을 설계 하였다.

본 논문은 문서 영상에 대해 투영을 사용하여 영역을 나누었고 각 영역에 대해 고주파 밴드의 웨이블렛 계수의 통계적 분산과 히스토그램을 기반으로 한 두 가지 특징을 사용하여 문자와 그림으로 분류하였다. 투영으로 나누어진 영역들에 대해 일정 크기의 블록으로 나누고 두 가지 특징에 따라 문자와 그림으로 분류하였다. 따라서 투영에 의해 나뉜 영역 중 문자와 그림이 혼합되어 의미가 모호한 영역에 대해 잘못 분류되는 가능성을 줄일 수 있었다.

MPEG-7은 XML을 이용하여 멀티미디어 데이터의 내용에 대한 다양한 정보를 표현하고, 사용자의 요구에 맞추어 검색과 브라우징을 할 수 있도록 지원하는 표준이다. 그러나 MPEG-7 표준은 표현에 대한 표준은 제공하나 검색방법에 대한 표준을 정하지 않았고, 기존의 많은 XML Index로는 MPEG-7 문서를 검색하는데 있어 적합하지 않는 점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-7의 구조화된 정보를 이용한 계층구조의 인덱스를 제안하고, 상위레벨의 특징정보를 기반으로 하여 원하는 부분을 찾는 방법을 보인다.

기계 인쇄된 문서 영상에서 주제어를 탐색하는 문제는 여러 응용 분야에 필수적인 핵심 기술이지만 수작업 또는 OCR 소프트웨어를 이용하여 텍스트로 변환하는 방법은 많은 비용 때문에 한계를 가지고 있다. 요즘 영상 형태로 원문을 저장하는 경우가 많으므로 본 논문은 영상-기반 매칭을 통한 검색 방법을 채택하였다. 문자 또는 단어 매칭에서 가장 중요한 요소가 특징인데 본 논문에서는 디지털도서관과 같이 매칭 대상 단어가 수천만∼수십억에 달하는 대용량 한글 문서 검색에 이용될 수 있도록 비교적 간단히 추출할 수 있고 차원수 조절이 용이한 4방향 프로파일 특징을 이용하는 빠른 검색 방법을 제안한다. 실험결과 8-차원 정도의 간단한 특징으로도 의미 있는 검색 성능을 얻을 수 있음을 보였다.
