  • Seeing so many people who use trickery and schemes become successful these days, a lot of people are concerned that the ethical values of our society are breaking down. The saint who created I'Ching presents ways to see through the characteristics of people and ethical values, claims that carrying out these values in everyday life while being aware of misfortunes can lessen our faults or make them disappear, and presents ways to conduct moral actions to people with the hopes of walking down the right road. The Do in Dodeok, which means "ethics" in Korean, stands for "body." Until now, there has been a lack of research on the do in I'Ching. Therefore, the goal of this study was to research the idea and specific actions of Do implied in Gyeomun and Shibik of I'Ching, to aid application of abstract Do to fit the different situations of people. In the beginning, Do was not categorized. It was heavens Do if it was in the heavens, earth Do if it was on the earth, and human Do if it referred to people. I'Ching presents various different ideas of Do to apply natural Do to people. The researcher divided Do largely into heavens Do, earth Do, human Do, heavens, earth and human Do, middle Do and changing Do, and aimed to present various examples of application of Do including Do of a man, Do of heaven and earth, Do of heavens and gods, orders of the heavens, Do of a woman, Do of a family, Do of a saint, Do of a great person, Do of a noble man, Do of a child, Do of a household, Do of the heavens, earth and people, good fortune of men, and wrong Do and frugal Do, to show how and when Do is used and aid in execution of Do through I'Ching. The practice principle of Do according to I'Ching is for people to understand the various types of Do presented by I'Ching, and help all people become saints and noble men by conducting Do at the right time and place. If people make an effort to keep the principle of Do presented in I'Ching, all trickery and schemer will disappear and a society of great unity will be created, where all members are happy.

  • In this paper, we will discuss the main characteristics of Korean traditional medicine and their bond with the philosophy of Noja(老子) to ultimately examine how "Dodeokgyeong(道德經)" affected medicine as a pragmatic field of study. Noja(老子) viewed the universe and the creatures living in it to be constituted by gi(氣), and that everything continuously moves and changes as a result of the conflicts between two opposing energies within, eum(陰) and yang(陽). "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" is about how this theory is applied to human lives. "Dodeokgyeong" speaks of the Heaven, Human, and Do accordance, offering the theoretical basis for the correspondence between nature and human in the "Hwangjenaegyeong", where the Heaven, Human and Do(道) accordance theory is embodied into each element of the human vital activity, establishing the identity of Korean traditional medicine as natural medicine. Noja declared life in accordance with Do(道) as an ideal way to live. "Hwangjenaegyeong" applies this idea to human vital activity setting the realization of Do the ultimate goal of life and offers actual guidelines. The preventive aspect of Korean traditional medicine is the characteristic most affected by "Dodeokgyeong". "Hwangjenaegyeong" and "Dodeokgyeong" both recognized the relativity of objects, and spoke of harmony and balance as the answer to conflicts between matters.

  • 철도(鐵道)의 역사는 레일(rail)의 발달로부터 시작되었다고 한다. 철도(鐵道)는 그 발상지인 영국에서 railway(미국 : railroad, 프랑스 : Chemins do for, 독일 : Eisenbahn, 네덜란드 : Spoorweg, 이탈리아 : Ferrovia, 스페인 : Ferrocarril, 중국 : 鐵路)라고 불려지고 있다. • Education system of Korea faced to enterance examination of universities in modern capitalism society. Education authority is confused by this, and then schools lost their goal for education. Mu-Wi in "Tao Te Ching" of Lao-tzu in one of Chinese old philosophers and ${\kappa}{\varepsilon}vo{\varsigma}$ of "Philippians" 2:6-11 give important meanings to modern people. Mu-Wi is anti-meaning of Jak-Wi or In-Wi, and means doing with natural state. This means that politicians do follow natural rule returing Jak-Wi or In-Wi to Mu-Wi in society with Jak-Wi or In-Wi. In addition, the meaning of ${\kappa}{\varepsilon}vo{\varsigma}$ is to love and serve people for calling of mankind from God through Jesus who gave himself to death in the society with hate and Jealous. It is great lesson of the saint and gives valuable and important meaning in education reality of Korea.

  • This paper is mainly on the epistemology of "Dodeok-gyeong(道德經)" and "Hwangje-Naegyeong(黃帝內經)", and the relation of each other. Amog the conclusions, following things are worth mention. The point of "Dodeok-gyeong" can be said as the epistemological "Do(道)". When it expressed as something, it cannot be the original form. This principle can be applied to "Hwangje-Naegyeong" in the flow of Gi(氣) and in the property of movement of Eumyang-Ohaeng(陰陽五行). In "Dodeok-gyeong", the notions of the relativity of all things, come out as inter promotion and interacting. It can be related to the typical etiology and pathology of the Eastern medicine, In "Dodeok-gyeong", the emphasis on woman which represents the 'Eum' also emerged well in "Hwangje-Naegyeong". "Dodeok-gyeong" emphasize on the relative value of the contrasted things, In the Easten ideas, the smallest thing can be the same as the largest thing with the exception of comparison of each other. As the same way, the human body can be the small cosmos, and the Heaven and human beings correspond to each other.

  • The management of water, both the quantity and the quality, has been one of the most important issues in the public investment and it is equally true in the field of sustainable development. Nevertheless, the jurisdiction of local governments has been delineated without much attention to the issue of the water management. In the planning of wide areas such as cities, countries, the metropolis, and the megalopolis, it is necessary to well arrange the geographical jurisdiction of local governments as a unit of region. The river water system, including small streams to large rivers, should be given its due share in the planning and jurisdictional delineation. The traditional concept of the local government's jurisdiction emphasizing the accessibility may be fading away. Instead, the efficiency of the public management would be the main concept in determining the jurisdiction of local governments. The river improvement, the waterworks, the sewage, the maintenance of water quality, the space of water recreation, are relatively important in the efficient management of that area. This paper argues for the equalization between the geographical jurisdiction of local governments and watersheds. To this end, I do case studies of the local governments areas such as Ri(里), Eup Myon(邑 面), Si Gun(市 郡), KyangyokSi Do(廣域市 道). The study interprets ARS will be one of the principles of land use and the reorganization of the local jurisdiction in the future as a geo-systematic and the eco-systematic criteria.
