우리나라 초등학교 수학교과서에서 제시된 분배법칙 지도내용 분석 (The Analysis of Korean Elementary Mathematics Textbooks and Workbooks with Respect to Distributive Principles)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 초등학교 수학교과서 및 익힘책에 분배법칙이 어떻게 다루어지고 있는지 살펴보고, 차후 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 및 교과서 개발을 위한 시사점을 추출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 분배법칙 지도가 철저한 중국과 일본 교과서를 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 교과서 분석을 위한 다섯 가지 준거를 마련하였다. 분석결과 우리나라 교과서와 익힘책이 여러 가지 측면에서 분배법칙을 효율적으로 다루지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 분배법칙을 초등 수학과 교육과정에 명문화하고, 초등 수학 교과서에서 명시적으로 다루는 방안을 제안하였다.

Mediation of Distributive Justice on Dyadic Relationship between Leaders and Followers with Personal Outcomes

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between dyadic relationship between leaders and followers (DRLF), distributive justice (DISJ), job satisfaction (JSTC), and organizational commitment (OGCM). Research design, data, and methodology - 200 sets of survey questionnaires were distributed to the employees at a municipal office in East Malaysia using purposive sampling technique. Only 60 percent or 115 questionnaires were returned to the researchers. The survey data were analysed using the SmartPLS due to its ability to deliver latent construct scores, handle small sample size problems and estimate relationship between many constructs in the hypothesized model. Results - The findings indicated that there is a significant correlated direct relationship between DRLF and DISJ and mediating relationship between DRLF, DISJ and personal outcomes, which are JSTC and OGCM. Conclusions - This study confirms that DISJ does act as an important mediating variable in the relationship between DRLF with JSTC and DRLF with OGCM. Other dimensions of personal outcomes, such as extra-role behaviour, job motivation and service quality should be considered in future study because they are found to be the important outcomes of the relationship between DRLF and DISJ. The importance of these issues need to be further advanced in future research.

Load Transferring Mechanism and Design Method of Effective Detailings for Steel Tube-Core Concrete Interaction in CFT Columns with Large-Section

  • Two novel types of construction detailings, including using the distributive beam and the inner ring diaphragm in the joint between large-section CFT columns and outrigger truss to enhance the transferring efficiency of huge vertical load, and using the T-shaped stiffeners in the steel tube of large-section CFT columns to promote the local buckling capacity of steel tubes, were tested to investigate their working mechanism and design methods. Experimental results show that the co-working performance between steel tube and inner concrete could be significantly improved by setting the distributive beam and the inner ring diaphragm which can transfer the vertical load directly in the large-section CFT columns. Meanwhile, the T-shaped stiffeners are very helpful to improve the local bulking performance of steel tubes in the column components by the composite action of T-shaped stiffeners together with the core concrete under the range of flange of T-shaped stiffeners. These two approaches can result in a lower steel cost in comparison to normal steel reinforced concrete columns. Finally, a practical engineering case was introduced to illustrate the economy benefits achieved by using the two typical detailings.

통제 위치와 조직공정성 및 조직유효성의 관계에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships Among Locus of Control, Organizational Equity Factors and Psychological Organizational Effectiveness)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamic relationships among locus of control as a individual traits, the three organizational equity factors(distributive equity, procedural equity and interactional equity), individual attitudes and behaviors(job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention). In this study, we designed research model based on extensive literature review and tested each hypothesis through empirical analysis of which single public organization was the subject. The results are as follows : locus of control negatively affect all the three equity factors. And distributive equity positively affect job satisfaction whereas both procedural equity and interactional equity positively affect organizational commitment. Also only organizational commitment not job satisfaction positively affect turnover intention. The various implications to manage organizational equity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the limitations of the study and directions for future research were discussed.

모바일 애플리케이션 광고 이용자의 지각된 인식과 서비스 회복에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mobile Application Advertising Users' Perceived Perception and Service Recovery)

  • In general, service failure occurs inevitably and the customers who experienced the greater dissatisfaction have the higher expectations of service recovery. However, most of the previous studies have focused on the evaluation and risk factors of pre-service quality. Thus, this study is contrary to the numerous previous studies and focus on the effectiveness of mobile application advertisement users' perceived perception on service recovery after service fails. A research model presented in this study is based on the Equity Theory and deeply evaluated the effectiveness of Distributive Justice, Interactional Justice, and Authenticity Relevance on Service Recovery. The survey of this study was conducted among 286 users who have experienced a services recovery of mobile application advertising. As a result, among all the factors of users of mobile application advertising, Distributive Justice, Interactive Justice, and Relevance have a positive impact to Satisfaction. In addition, Distributive Justice, Authenticity and Satisfaction also have a positive impact to Trust. Ultimately, Satisfaction and Trust have a positive impact to Service Recovery. The results of this study are expected as a reference for presenting a new business model for mobile application advertising industry, reducing business risk and enriching the related researches.

내재적 동기부여가 직무만족과 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 분배공정성과 절차공정성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Intrinsic motivation on Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement : focus on the Moderate Effects of Procedural justice, Distributive justice)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 구성원의 내재적 동기부여가 직무만족과 직무몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고, 또한 내재적 동기부여와 직무태도 변수인 직무만족, 직무몰입의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과를 실증 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내재적 동기부여는 직무만족과 직무몰입에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 조직공정성의 조절효과는 내재적 동기부여와 직무만족간의 관계에서는 분배공정성의 조절효과가 나타났으며 내재적 동기부여와 직무몰입간의 관계에서는 절차공정성의 조절효과가 나타났다.

The Relationship between Structural Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness of Distribution Industry

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the maximum organizational effectiveness of compensation systems in the distribution industry. It is to identify the relationship between structural compensation and organizational effectiveness. It also aims to clarify whether distributive justice plays as a controlling variable between two variables. Research design, data and methodology: This study was conducted on distribution industry employees. The questionnaire was collected through self-subscription. A total of 209 questionnaires were collected during the month of April 2021, of which 203 were used as valid samples. Results: Structural compensation have been shown to have a positive impact on two sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. In the verification of the controlling effect of distributive justice, perceived fairness has a control effect on the relationship between extrinsic compensation and organizational effectiveness but it does not show a controlling effect on the relationship between intrinsic compensation and organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: Structural compensation has a positive effect on organizational effectiveness. The distribution industry should aware of the compensation and the perceived fairness. The fairness of distribution plays a role in identifying the recognition of compensation and organizational feasibility, identifying motivations of employees, and mediating proper strategies to enhance job satisfaction.

국가 정보보호 지수 산출을 위한 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템의 구축 (Development of an OLAP Database System for Calculating National Information Security Index Numbers)

  • UN, OECD, ITU 등 국제기구들은 정기적으로 정보 정책을 수립하고 평가하는데 활용하기 위한 목적으로 정보화 지수를 발표한다. 정보화 지수는 국가의 정보 정책의 수행능력을 평가하고 미래에 진행할 정부의 정보화 프로젝트를 선택하기 위한 기준으로서 활용된다. 정보 시스템이 고도화됨에 따라 이와 더불어 정보보안 역시 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 실정이고, 이에 따라 국가 정보보호 지수의 산출이 필요하게 되었다. 정보 보안 지수는 특정 그룹의 정보 보안의 특성을 가장 명확하게 표현하는 공식 수치 값이며, 이는 정부의 정보 보안 정책을 결정하는데 이용된다. 국가 정보보호 지수를 산출하는 데에는 현재 설문지 조사방법이 사용되고 있는데, 이 방법으로는 충분한 통계 자료를 확보하기 어려우며 그 자료의 신뢰성 또한 높지 않다는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 기존의 설문지 조사방법이 아닌 개별 기업의 정보보호 수준에 관한 원시데이터를 정확하게 수집할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하고, 다음으로 원시데이터를 근간으로 하여 머크로 데이터를 얻어 정책 의사결정을 할 수 있는 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 현 OLAP 체제에서는 모든 계층구조 스키마가 분배적으로 되는 경우에만 제대로 집계데이터를 구할 수 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 사례의 비 분배적 계층구조 스키마를 분배적 스키마로 변환하여 국가 정보보호 지수를 산출하는 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법은 구현의 관점과 스키마 설계의 관점에서 볼 때에 유용한 방법이 되리라 생각한다.

건강보험료 부담의 형평성 변화 (Changes in Distributive Equity of Health Insurance Contribution Burden)

  • Objectives : We analyzed the changes from 1996 to 2002 in distributive equity of the contribution burden in the Korean National Health Insurance. Methods : The study subjects were a total of 8,923 employee households and a total of 7,296 self-employed households over the period from 1996 to 2002. Those were the households meeting the two criteria as completing each annual survey and having no change in the job of head of the household during that period from the raw data of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey annually conducted by the Korean National Statistical Office. The unit of analysis was a household, and this was the standard for assessing the contribution that is now applied on a monthly basis. Deciles Distribution Ratio, Contribution Concentration Curve and Contribution Concentration Index were estimated as the index of inequality. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to compare the annual ability-to-pay elasticity of the contribution to the reference year of 1996 for three groups (all households, the employee households, and the self-employed households). Results : For the index of inequality, the distributive equity of contribution was improved in all three groups. In particular, the employee group experienced a substantial improvement. Using multiple regression analysis, the ability-to-pay elasticity of the contribution in the employee group significantly increased ($\beta$=0.232, p<0.0001) in the year 2002 as compared to the reference year of 1996. The elasticity in the self-employed group also significantly increased ($\beta$=0.186, p<0.05), although its change was smaller than that in the employee group. Conclusions : The employee group had a greater improvement for the distributive equity of the contribution burden than the self-employed group. Within the observation period, there were two important integration reforms: one was the integration of 227 self-employed societies in 1998 and the other was the integration of 139 employee societies in 2000. We expected that the equity of the contribution burden would be improved for the self-employed group since the integration reform of 1998. However, it was not improved for the self-employed group until the year 2000. This result suggests that capturing exactly the beneficiaries' ability-to-pay such as income is the precedent for distributive equity of the contribution burden, although a more sophisticated imposition standard of contribution is needed.

근로빈곤 결정의 제도 동학: 노동시장과 가구, 복지국가 분배 과정 분석 (Institutional Dynamics of In-Work Poverty Determination: Distributive Process of Labor Markets, Households, and the Welfare State Using Korean Welfare Panel Study, 2008-15)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국복지패널 4-11차년도(2008-15) 자료를 활용하여 우리나라 근로빈곤의 구조와 동학을 가구-노동시장-복지국가의 분배과정 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그간 근로빈곤 연구가 근로 및 빈곤 개념의 규정과 측정 문제를 주로 다루고 노동시장에서의 취업 및 실업 지위의 지속과 반복을 통해 빈곤 동학을 규명해 왔으나, 상대적으로 제도의 분배 효과를 분석하는 연구는 드물었다. 본 논문에서는 노동시장에서의 임금 소득 확보, 가구 단위에서의 복지 욕구 충족과 가구원 간의 소득공유, 복지국가 단계에서의 사회보장기여금과 소득세 납부 및 공적 이전소득이 근로빈곤에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 근로빈곤은 전반적으로 2008-11년까지 각 단계에서 증가하는 추세에 있으며 그 이후 전반적으로 감소하는 경향을 보여주고 있다. 노동시장 단계에서는 전일제 노동 여부가 근로빈곤에 가장 큰 영향을 주었으며, 종사상 지위와 고용형태에 따른 근로빈곤률의 차이도 두드러졌다. 가구 단계에서는 가구 노동 강도와 소득자수가 빈곤률과 빈곤탈출에 큰 영향을 주었는데 그 관계가 반드시 선형적이지는 않았다. 복지국가는 근로빈곤 탈출에 미치는 영향이 전반적으로 작았다. 제도의 분배과정 관점에서 근로빈곤 집단은 주로 가구-복지국가 단계, 혹은 노동시장-가구-복지국가 단계 내내 근로빈곤 위험에 처하고 있었다. 모든 단계에서 근로빈곤 위험에 노출이 된 적이 없는 비위험 집단은 약 80%를 차지하고 있었으나 그 규모에는 큰 변동이 없었다.
